해양경찰 파출소 조직의 건강성과 조직효과성에 관한 연구 - 근무자의 인식을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Health and Organizational Effectiveness of Korea Coast Guard Substation organization: Focused on Recognition of Workers)

  • 본 논문은 일선파출소에 근무하는 해양경찰관들을 조사대상으로 하여 해양경찰 파출소 조직의 건강성 수준을 파악하고, 조직효과성에 영향을 미치는 조직건강성 측정지표들을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 해양경찰 파출소 조직의 건강성 수준은 업무스트레스를 제외한 모든 측정지표들에서 평균 이상인 것으로 나타나, 조직건강성 수준은 양호한 것으로 판단되었다. 둘째, 조직효과성에 의미있는 영향을 미치는 조직건강성 측정지표들은 개발문화, 보수, 동료관계, 승진제도, 감독, 직무자율성, 직무자체, 조직신뢰감, 업무지향성 등으로 나타났다. 특히 보수, 동료관계, 직무자율성, 직무자체, 조직신뢰감, 업무지향성 등의 측정지표들은 조직효과성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 현행 해양경찰조직의 개발문화, 승진제도, 감독 등은 일선파출소에 근무하는 해양경찰관의 조직효과성에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구는 경기도 소재 지방자치단체 공무원 312명을 대상으로 직무자율성과 조직시민행동의 관계에 관한 가설검증을 위해 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 조직공정성 인식의 매개효과와 자기효능감의 조절효과 분석을 위해서는 경로분석을 실시했다. 분석결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 조직구성원들이 인식하는 직무자율성의 정도가 높을수록 조직시민행동이 긍정적(+)인 관계임을 확인하였다. 둘째, 절차공정성은 자율성과 조직시민행동과의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 반면 분배공정성은 자율성과 조직시민행동과의 관계에서 매개효과가 기각되었다. 셋째, 자기효능감은 절차공정성 인식이 직무자율성과 조직시민행동 사이의 매개적 역할을 조절하였다. 넷째, 자기효능감은 직무자율성과 조직시민행동 사이에서 조절역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 지방공무원들의 조직성과를 높이기 위한 조직시민행동의 선행요인을 통해 조직행태이론의 발전에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

조직문화 유형이 직무만족과 이직의사에 미치는 영향 - 국립병원 조직구성원을 대상으로 - (The Effect of Organizational Culture Types on Job Satisfaction and Intension of Turnover Perceived by National Hospital Employees)

  • Organizational culture has been very important in the field of organizational behavior research for the past decade. Although there has been a growing interest in the organizational culture and organizational performance, there was few research in healthcare organizations. The objective of this study is to identify the relationship of organizational culture based on the Quinn's competing values approach, with job satisfaction and intention of turnover perceived by national hospital employees. The study setting was the national hospital. Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires. The study sample consisted of 555 hospital employees. Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) analysis was conducted to find the causal relationship of organizational culture, job satisfaction and intention of turnover.The major results of this study are as follows: the consensual culture, rational culture, and developmental culture in national hospital showed a strong relationship with job satisfaction and intention of turnover in contrast to other previous studies. This finding showed that task oriented and human related climate is more effective on job satisfaction than hierarchical culture in national hospital settings.

The Effect of Organizational Culture and Job Environment Characteristics Perceived by Organization Members on Job Satisfaction

  • We study empirically analyzed the final 216 copies of the responses from SME organization members in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions using statistical programs of SPSS24.0 and AMOS 24.0. In other words, the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational culture and job environment characteristics perceived by members of the organization, and the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance is shown as follows. First, the organizational culture of consensus, development, hierarchy, and rationality was statistically significant in job satisfaction. Therefore, the hypothetical one-man organizational culture was adopted by showing a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Second, job environment characteristics such as autonomy in job performance, compensation system, physical environment, and human environment had a positive effect on job satisfaction. That is, the job environment characteristics of hypothesis 2 were adopted as a positive (+) influence relationship on organizational satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction was expressed as a positive (+) influence relationship with job performance, so hypothesis 3 was adopted. As a result of this study, the higher the organizational member's perception of organizational culture and job environment characteristics is, the higher the job satisfaction is, and the improvement in job satisfaction is meaningful in that it provides theoretical and practical implications that indicate job performance.

직장인의 직장-가정갈등과 분노조절 및 조직몰입의 관계 (Relationship among Work-family Conflict, Anger Regulation, and Organizational Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 직장인들을 대상으로 직장-가정갈등과 분노조절 및 조직몰입의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 직장인 180명을 대상으로 직장-가정갈등, 분노조절, 조직몰입을 측정하는 질문지를 실시하였다. 구조모형 분석을 통해 결과를 분석하였으며, 그 결과, 직장-가정갈등은 분노조절에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였으나, 조직몰입에는 유의한 부적 영향을 미치고, 분노조절은 조직몰입에 유의한 정적 영향을 끼쳤다. 본 연구는 직장-가정갈등이 조직몰입에 미치는 효과를 규명한 것 외에, 조직성과에 분노가 영향을 미친다는 선행연구의 결과를 한 단계 발전시켜, 조직몰입에 미치는 분노조절의 효과를 검증함으로써 조직성과를 촉진하기 위한 한 가지 실질적인 개입방법으로서 분노조절을 실증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

  • Fraud cases that are committed by top management or people who have high positions or organization can be called character assassination crimes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ethical leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and the effect of ethical leadership on job satisfaction and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. This study uses quantitative methods with SEM analysis tools partial least square (PLS) with the population of this study being all civil servants in the Kediri city government with 125 organizational members. This research instrument uses a questionnaire divided into three main parts: (1) leadership ethics as measured by 6 indicators and 12 items. (2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as measured by 7 dimensions and 14 items (3) job satisfaction as measured by 4 indicators and 8 items. Based on the results of the discussion of data analysis that has been carried out through data processing and proof of hypotheses, it can be concluded that an increase in ethical leadership will have an impact on increasing organizational citizenship behavior, an increase in ethical leadership variables will affect job satisfaction and that job satisfaction has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

  • The development of industry since the Industrial Revolution has caused environmental destruction and is threatening to destroy the order of the Earth's ecosystem. Due to the severity of environmental problems, companies are facing a crisis where they may lose competitiveness if their management strategies do not prioritize environmental issues. This study studied the impact of a company's environmental orientation on employee satisfaction, organizational commitment, and loyalty. This study studied the impact of a company's environmental orientation on employee satisfaction, organizational commitment, and loyalty. As a result of the study, the internal and external environmental orientation of the company on satisfaction had a significant positive influence and were all adopted, while the internal and external environmental orientation on organizational commitment were all rejected as they had no significant impact. Satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment and a significant positive (+) effect on loyalty, so both were adopted. Organizational commitment was adopted because it had a significant positive effect on loyalty, and internal and external environmental orientation had no significant effect on loyalty, so it was all rejected. A company's green environmental orientation plays an important role in a company's sustainable growth and can be formed based on the company's will. Therefore, this study shows that a company's environmental orientation improves the company's environmentally friendly image and provides positive value to organizational members, leading to improved corporate performance.

  • New product development has been a key element fur organizational evolution. The bulk of research about new product strategy has focused solely on new product development function itself. This paper investigates cross-functional elements in new product development. More specifically, we suggest that there must exist a fit between new product strategy and value chain strategy. It means that, in order to support new product development activity, there must exist a relevant value chain strategy. We consider three types of integration - internal integration, customer integration, and supplier integration - as strategic elements of value chain strategy. For the case of new product strategy, we consider market newness and product technology unfamiliarity as strategic elements. We also consider two types of learning characteristic, i.e., \\\"fast-adaptive learning\\\" and \\\"slow-adaptive leaning\\\" as control factor. Learning characteristic represents firms organizational capability related with organizational learning. For example, fur fast-adaptive learning case, the effect of integration appears early in time. System dynamics simulation is employed to verify our research framework. The results exhibit that there must exist cross-functional relationships between value chain strategy and new product strategy in order to shorten total development time.al development time.

  • In the current era of globalization, financial and banking organizations have been facing ever-growing challenges in the global market regarding retention, customer satisfaction, commitment, engagement, proper services, and the belief of their employees. Employees are regarded as an enormous asset for every organization that plays an important role in achieving the vision of the company. The objective of this study is to explore the determinants of bank employee retention and its impact on an organization in the context of Bangladesh. In terms of research purpose, non-probability convenience sampling has been used in this study, and the targeted population was the commercial bank employees of Bangladesh. In terms of data collection, the researchers have used the adopted questionnaires from previous studies. In this study, the total sample size was 180, and a questionnaire was sent to the respondents through e-mails. For analyzing the collected data, SPSS 26.0 version has been used to test the study model and the proposed hypotheses. This study shows that there were four independent variables training and development, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and career development have a positive and significant impact on employee retention. So, the bank management should organize the retention program for the welfare of the employees.

특수경비원의 조직문화와 직무스트레스 및 조직몰입의 관계 (Relation of Organizational Culture and Job Stress and Organizational Commitment in Special Guard)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 특수경비원의 조직문화와 직무스트레스 및 조직몰입의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2011년 수도권소재(인천) 공항에서 재직하고 있는 특수경비원들을 모집단으로 설정한 후 유의표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 203명이다. 분석방법은 SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$값이 .671이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수경비원의 조직문화는 직무스트레스에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 개발적, 위계적 문화가 형성되지 않으면 보상경력개발에 대한 직무스트레스는 증가한다. 반면, 개발적 문화가 형성 되면 직무특성, 인간관계 스트레스는 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 개발적, 합의적 문화가 형성되면 역할 스트레스는 감소한다. 둘째, 특수경비원의 조직문화는 조직몰입에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 개발적, 위계적 문화가 형성되면, 정서적, 근속적, 규범적 몰입은 높아진다. 셋째, 특수경비원의 직무스트레스는 조직몰입에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 보상경력개발이 불공정하게 이루어질수록 정서적, 근속적 규범적 몰입은 낮아진다. 반면, 현재 자신의 직무가 능동적으로 이루어진다면, 정서적, 규범적 몰입은 높아진다.
