전자무역에서 온라인 ADR의 유형과 활용방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Pattern and Improvement of On-Line ADR on Electronic Trade)

  • Electronic Trade of increasing is the use of the Internet makes it possible for business to expand their markets and render services. However, it also brought up many problems caused by various issues. The problems encompass consumer protection and dispute settlement between the disputed parties. Online ADR have some advantage that are convenience, low-cost, legitimate to online users and avoids jurisdiction issues and some disadvantages that are loss of the human factor, lack of accessibility, lack of confidentiality and security and difficulty of enforcing arbitral agreements. This purpose of this paper is to reviews the types of Online ADR, as the dispute settlement way in Electronic Trade. This study points out the task that korea has to promote the Online ADR for more effective and efficient dispute settlements.

OF 케이블 계통에서 과도상태시 에너지 특성 검토 (A Study on Energy Characteristics in Transient States of OF Cable Systems)

  • This paper reviews the energy characteristics of oil filled cables in transient state such as grounding fault and lightning surge. Artificial grounding fault test was firstly performed in 2003 for the analysis of arc voltage and breakdown energy according to the fault current. In this paper, energy of OF cable is variously analysed at joint box based on the actual test. Then more various conditions such as installation types, section lengths and CCPU(Cable Covering Protection Unit) connection types are applied for the simulation using EMTP when the single line to ground fault and direct lightning stroke are occurred on actual underground power cable systems and combined power cable systems, respectively. Finally, the energy by the length of crossbonded lead and grounding lead as well as fault lasting time is also calculated using EMTP simulation.

  • Power electronic systems such as switching power supplies are accounted as noise sources for other sensitive circuits. EMI caused by power converters can disturb the normal operation of the converter and other adjacent systems. Major research is concentrated on EMI mitigation for power converters in which the main concern is compliance with EMC standards to ensure proper operation of converters and nearby systems. This paper reviews EMI reduction techniques related to switching power converters with emphasis on the conducted EMI. A comprehensive review of significant research works is performed and various methods are thoroughly discussed and compared. Also, a classification of methods is presented. Moreover, converter prototypes are realized which contain several EMI mitigation techniques and their effects are presented via experimental results.

어린이전문사서를 위한 교육과정 모형 개발 연구 (Curriculum Planning for Children's Librarian)

  • 어린이 서비스의 전문성 확보를 위한 체계적이고 실질적인 교육을 위하여 어린이전문사서의 교육과정 모형을 개발하였다. 문헌연구 및 이론 분석, 설문조사, 문헌정보학과 교과과정 분석 결과에 기초한 어린이전문사서 교육과정 모형은 어린이사서, 어린이, 자료, 서비스, 운영 및 관리등 5개 영역으로 구분하였다. 교육과정은 '교양과정'과 '계속전문과정'으로 구분하여 관련 교과목을 개설하고, 교양과정은 총 90시간, 계속전문과정은 총 165시간으로 편성하였다. 교과목의 특성에 따라 일부 교과목은 이론수업과 실행 수업을 병행할 수 있도록 학점을 분리하여 구성하였다. 교육방법과 기간은 상시 개설되는 온라인 강좌와 특정 집중교육 기간 동안 이루어지는 오프라인 수업이 병행되는 통합형으로 제안되었다.

  • As many kinds of transactions and informations move onto the Internet, methods to resolve dispute arising from this trend must also move onto the Internet. The Internet has heightened interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR). Some organizations are using the new technology in the field of dispute resolution, for example, by establishing web sites and offering communications through the Internet. Online ADR provides an attractive solution to an important part of the jurisdictional challenges presented by the Internet. This study reviews the types of online ADR as the dispute settlement way in electronic commerce. Especially this paper points out the task that Korea has to promote the online ADR for more effective and efficient dispute settlements.

유속계 심해계류 준비 및 유속계 회수 실패원인에 관한 고찰 (Consideration on the Preparation of Current Meters for Deep-sea Mooring and Cause of Mooring Recovery Failures)

  • An interest in deep-sea measurements has been gradually increased in association with global warming and the need for deep-sea resources development. Long-term mooring of current meters has been recently conducted primarily for these purposes. In general, current meters equipped on a mooring line are deployed and recovered for a planned period in the sea. This paper describes all the preparations for deep-sea mooring. It also reviews the possible causes of the failures of recovery, which occasionally happens in the sea.

  • In recent few years, low-power electronics has been a leading drive for technology developments nourished by rapidly growing market share. Mobile DRAM, as a fundamental block of hand-held devices, is now becoming a product developed by limitless competition. To support application specific mobile features, various new power-reduction schemes have been proposed and adopted by standardization. Tightened power budget in battery-operated systems makes conventional schemes not acceptable and increases difficulty of the circuit design. The mobile DRAM has successfully moved down to 1.5V era, and now it is about to move to 1.2V. Further voltage scaling, however, presents critical problems which must be overcome. This paper reviews critical issues in mobile DRAM design and various circuit schemes to solve the problems. Focused on analog circuits, bitline sensing, IO line sensing, refresh-related schemes, DC bias generation, and schemes for higher data rate are covered.

  • This paper reviews about synthesis of nanoparticles by spark discharge and applications. A method of catalytic activation with Pd and Pt aerosol nanoparticles produced by spark discharge was introduced. After annealing, the catalytically activated substrate placed into a solution for electroless silver deposition. The silver was then formed only on the activated regions of the substrate. Silver line patterns having a width of $18{\mu}m$ and a height of $1{\mu}m$ were created with the ability to be effectively reproduced. Antimicrobial nanoparticles such as silver were used for removal of bioaerosols. Silver nanoparticles deposited air filters such as ACF filters were evaluated by antimicrobial test.

  • Despite the increasing number of osteochondral lesions of the talus, there are a lack of definite evidence-based treatment protocols. Several types of treatments are available, each having their advantages and disadvantages. First-line therapy consists of well-conducted conservative treatment. Surgical treatment is the second choice. Treatments are chosen based on the size of the lesion, location, chronicity, and the condition of the neighboring cartilage. This article reviews the current updates in the treatment of osteochondral lesions of the talus to help clinicians use the available treatment strategies more efficiently.

온라인 환경 하에서 제품가격의 동적인 변화에 대한 탐색적 연구 (The Exploratory Study of the Dynamic Price Changing under the On-line Context)

  • 본 연구는 온라인상에서 판매되는 동일한 제품들이 각각 다른 가격으로 판매되는 현상에 영향을 조망하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 온라인상에서 가격 분산에 대한 영향을 미치는 4가지의 요인을 중심으로 탐색적인 연구를 진행하였다. 첫째로 제품의 고유 속성인 제품의 평균가격, 최고가격, 최저가격, 둘째로 시장요인인 출시연도, 출시개월 수, 공급업체 수 셋째로는 소비자요인인 해당 제품에 대한 리뷰수와 평가태도 등의 요인들이 가격분산에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 파악하는 것을 본 연구의 초점으로 설정하였다. 연구의 분석을 위해 온라인의 가격비교 사이트 중에서 대표적인 서비스인 다나와를 통해서 대상제품군을 선정하였다. 먼저 제품군을 제품 컨셉에 따라서 효용적 개념의 제품과 쾌락적 개념의 제품군으로 구분하여 효용적 개념의 제품군으로 노트북, 세탁기 그리고 쾌락적 컨셉의 제품군으로 백팩과 운동화를 각각 200개씩 전체적으로 유효 표본을 400개를 선정하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 효용적 컨셉의 제품은 평균가격, 최고가격, 최저가격, 출시연도, 유통점 수, 리뷰의 수가 가격분산에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 쾌락적 컨셉의 제품군은 평균가격, 최고가격, 최저가격, 출시연도, 유통점 수, 리뷰 및 평가가 가격 분산과 긍정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해서 온라인 가격분산 현상을 확인할 수 있었으며 이와 관련된 변수들도 검증할 수 있었다. 유통점 마케팅 담당자들 관점에서는 가격분산을 유지하기 위해서 역시 이러한 변수들을 고려해서 전략을 수립할 필요가 있을 것으로 보인다.
