시스템 구성요소의 신뢰도를 기반으로 하는 새로운 GO-FLOW기법 개발 (The Development of New GO-FLOW Methodology Using the Reliability of System Components)

  • GO-FLOW기법은 시스템이 정상적으로 작동할 가능성을 평가할 수 있는 기법으로써 신호선과 연산자를 사용하여 시스템을 GO-FLOW Chart로 모델화하고, 이 GO-FLOW Chart를 순차적으로 해석하여 시스템의 신뢰도를 평가하는 기법이다. 그러나 GO-FLOW기법은 1개의 시스템 구성요소를 여러 개의 연산자로 모델링하므로 시스템 흐름도와 상이한 GO-FLOW Chart가 작성될 수 있고, 시간점을 지정하여 시간을 모델링하므로 실제 운전시간에 따른 신뢰도 변화를 평가하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 구성요소의 기능(정상/고장)을 기준으로 시스템의 신뢰도를 평가하는 기법을 개발하였다. 본 기법은 구성요소의 운전상태와 상관없이 그 기능을 유지할 가능성을 기준으로 시스템의 신뢰도를 평가하며, 1개의 구성요소는 1개의 연산자로 모델링하므로 시스템 흐름도와 거의 유사한 모델도를 작성할 수 있고, 실제시간을 반영한 연산자를 사용하여 실제시간에 따른 시스템의 신뢰도를 쉽게 평가할 수 있다.

스페인 이민자 사회 내 한인공동체의 위상과 현황 (Korean community in the society of immigrants in Spain: its prestige and trend)

  • Nowadays migrations between the countries are getting each day more active and a mixture of people with different cultural backgrounds strengthens the hybridism, whereupon the point of view on the migration of Koreans has been changed from a diasporan perspective to an transnational one. The expansion of the transnationalism affects the identity of the subsequent generations of the immigration giving way to a psychologically deterritorialized social identity, which is an important consideration in the study of subsequent generations of the immigration. This study examined the Korean immigration history and the current status of the Korean community in Spain since the 1960s. The early immigrants like fishing vessel crew members, instructors of Taekwondo, chicken sexers who, despite the limits of foreigners in Spain, went to find out the source of life with no hesitation, overcame the difficulties of the early settlers and finally managed to achieve local success. Current history of immigration that began in the mid-1960s went through the maturity during the 1970s and 80s and the Koreans in Spain these days, who have undergone differentiation in the occupational structure because of the crisis of pelagic fisheries, face new challenges due to changes in the environment of the country they reside. The Korean community is regarded as an 'exemplary minority group (Model Minority)' even though it is a minority group in number. Now that the interest for overseas Koreans is higher than ever at home and abroad, due to the economic growth of the Republic of Korea, the spread of its cultural influence -the Korean Wave as proof-, and the overseas Koreans suffrage conducted, the research of the Korean residents in Spain will be important as an advanced research of an unexplored field, as well as an opportunity to broaden the horizons of the existing study area that has mainly dealt with major regions only.

e-Business Demand Education 분석에 따른 전문계고 Curriculum 연구 (A Study of Curriculum on Vocational High School under Analysis e-Business Demand Education)

  • 산업별 필요인력의 수급 불균형과, 직업교육기관의 Skill Mismatch로 산업체가 요구하는 전문기술 인력 수급이 어려운 실정이다. 산업체는 학교졸업자를 현장에서 재교육하고, 산업특성에 맞는 기술을 습득하여야만 생산성을 향상 시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 산업체가 요구하는 Demand Education을 수용하고, e-Business 분야에서 특성화 전문계고 Curriculum을 작성하는 연구이다. e-Business 산업분류 및 직종분류를 파악하고, e-Business 교육에 대해 산업체에서 요구하는 지식과 Skill 수준을 파악하고 그 수요를 조사하고 분석한다. 기반산업, 지원산업, 활용산업별로 조사된 e-Business Curriculum을 학습에 적용하고, 산업체의 Demand Education 계고 e-Business Curriculum의 기본 모델과 학과별 Curriculum을 제시하고, 산업체 요구의 e-Business 교육을 통한 생산성 향상을 통한 국가 발전에 기여하고자 한다.

  • Recently, most enterprises are having a knowlege management boom. A number of books associated with the knowlege management are being published, countless public seminars are held, and many research councils have been organized studying it formally or informally as if not importing the system is like falling behind a fashion. However, there are not many cases that achieved success by constructing the system of knowledge management. Then, why the knowledge management is not so much effective despite so many voices wanting the change of management system and a lot of public lectures about it? I guess the reason is that most companies do not have concrete methodology. Seeing a result of a survey which reported that with spread of venture boom and successful examples being known widely, the outflow of precious human resources is accelerated and a large number of employees of conglomerates have already resigned or are considering separation from their positions, we can realize that are occurring a change which can be nearly called severance in an occupational view and an organization culture. The preference to a large enterprise or a public institution of labor is low today and the notion about a lifelong job is regarded as past remains. As for this, it could be said that the social atmosphere that pursued the stability of a job has been changed to the practical one that attaches importance to ability and pay. The way of thinking of employees has been changed while established organizations cannot satisfy their desire and this explains why important members of a company are flown out. The reason why superior human resources move to venture businesses is that they can do their likable work and also prove their ability as well as unconventional rewards. Although existing companies are trying to preserve important human resources through performance compensating stock option, temporary patching up of personnel management cannot retard the rushing wind of foundation and the outflow of labor. On the contrary, clumsy import of performance-based reward system not only fails to hire superior labor power but also can bring about a sense of incompatibility and conflicts among the remaining employees. Therefore, this thesis, focusing on how to choose, develop, and maintain the human resources, will suggest a future-aiming human resources management model of Korean enterprises after comparing and analyzing the actual condition of domestic companies and the trends of advanced corportaions.

국회 청원제도를 통한 보건의료 입법사례 연구: 13-20대 보건복지위원회 청원을 중심으로 (Healthcare Legislation Cases in the National Assembly Petition System: Focused on Petitions to the Health and Welfare Committee of the 13th National Assembly through the 20th Assembly)

  • The right to petition is a classical right of the people in constitutional states, and in Korea, it is a statutory right in the Constitution, the National Assembly Law, the Petition Law, and the Local Autonomy Act. The healthcare community first made a successful petition to the National Assembly when it achieved the amendment of the Government Organization Act through a petition to the National Assembly for the independence of the Ministry of Health, and this achievement served as the basis for further petitions. Since then, the healthcare community has successfully achieved the enactment and amendment of related occupational laws through National Assembly petitions, such as the amendment of Article 41, Paragraph 7 of the former Medical Insurance Act (Korean Medical Association, 14th Assembly), enactment of the Dental Health Act (Korean Dental Association, 15th Assembly), and amendment of the Health Functional Foods Act (Korea Pharmaceutical Association, 16th Assembly). Its petition accomplishment rate is higher than the total petition accomplishment rate of the Health and Welfare Committee of the National Assembly. However, along with the overall decrease in the number of National Assembly petitions, the Korean Medical Association and Korea Pharmaceutical Association have not achieved any results through petitioning since the 16th Assembly (June 2000), and the Korean Hospital Association and Korean Nurses Association have not achieved any results through petitioning since the 17th Assembly (April 2004). Furthermore, no National Assembly petitions have been made at all for 5 years (2014-2018). The Korean Medical Association and Korea Pharmaceutical Association previously showed a high petition accomplishment rate through their accumulated experience with National Assembly petitions and vigorous policy assistance from doctors/pharmacists/nurses turned lawmakers. More specifically, healthcare organizations have achieved results by actively conducting organized activities with the National Assembly, as implemented by a national assembly director and employees, and in case of petitions for legislation, each group has established infrastructure for reviewing the relevant laws by appointing a legislative director, as well as a legal advisor and advisory counsel. Although the organization that has submitted the most petitions to the National Assembly is the Korean Hospital Association, the group with the highest petition success rate is the Korean Medical Association, which may be linked to the relatively high proportion of doctors who have become lawmakers. Furthermore, the fact that other healthcare organizations were highly interested in petitioning the National Assembly has had major implications for the petition activities of healthcare organizations.

PSD법을 이용한 유니버설 디자인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Universal Design Using PSD (Preference Set-Based Design) Method)

  • Universal design is defined as the design process of products and environments usable by all people to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation or specialized design. The benefits of universal design have been promoted primarily through illustrative 'success stories' of public, residential and occupational environments and products. While case examples may be informative, they may unfortunately be limited in terms of generality to other designs or tasks. Therefore, design methods and criteria that can be applied systematically in a range of situations to encourage universal design are needed. In addition, the seven principles of universal design are intended to guide the design process. The principles provide a framework that allows a systematic evaluation of new or existing designs and assists in educating both designers and consumers about the characteristics of more usable products and environments. However, exactly how these principles are incorporated into the design process has beenleft up to the designer. Since the introduction of universal design, designers have become familiar with the principles of universal design, and they have developed many products based on universal design. However, the principles of universal design are qualitative, which means designers cannot quantitatively evaluate their designs. Some have worked to develop more systematic ways to evaluate products and environments by providing design guidelines for each of the principles. However, recommendations have not yet been made regarding how to integrate performance measures of universal design into the product design process before the product is mass produced. Furthermore, there are sets of requirements regarding each user group that has different age and ability. Consequently, there is an urgent need for design methods, based on a better understanding of age and ability related factors, which will lead to a universally designed product or environment. The authors have proposed the PSD (Preference Set-Based Design) method that can generate a ranged set of feasible solutions (i.e., robust and flexible solution set) instead of single point solution that satisfies changing sets of design targets. The objective of this paper is to develop a general method for systematically supporting the universal design process. This paper proposes the applicability of PSD method to universal design. Here, the proposed method is successfully illustrated with a universal design problem.

청년구직자의 창업 배경과 기업가정신이 창업 의지에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 사업가에 대한 인식의 매개 효과 검증 (A Study on the Background of Start-Ups and the Factors of Entrepreneurship in Young Job Seekers' Willingness to Start a Business: Verification of the Mediating Effect of Perception of Businessmen)

  • 정부는 청년창업 활성화를 위해 2021년 1,600억 원의 창업자금을 지원하며 일자리 창출을 위해 노력하고 있지만 코로나 19로 인한 고용 충격으로 청년실업과 잠재실업자 수는 120만 명으로 역대 최고치를 경신하고 있다. 일자리 활성화를 위한 대안으로 창업을 장려하고 있지만, 창업자금과 경험 부족을 이유로 청년창업의 성공률은 저조한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 일회성 자금지원과 단기교육을 통한 창업장려정책을 진로라는 큰 틀에서 창업을 이해함으로써 기업의 생존율을 높일 수 있도록 창업교육과 진로교육 다변화에 대한 필요성을 고민하고 기존연구에서 부족했던 청년구직자 특히 10대 청년의 기업가정신, 직업 가치관, 창업 배경이 사업가에 대한 인식과 창업 의지에 미치는 요인을 알아보고자 한다. 취업을 준비 중인 특성화고등학교 학생과 구직활동 중인 20대 청년 344명을 표본 추출하여 다중 회귀분석을 하였고 창업 의지에 미치는 요인을 연구한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 기업가정신 하위 변수 중 혁신성과 직업 가치의 자율성, 경제적 성취 욕구는 유의미한 관계로 조사대상자의 나이가 많을수록 사업가에 대한 인식이 긍정적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 나이가 많을수록 창업 의지가 감소하고 창업 성공모델, 창업교육 경험은 창업 의지에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사업가에 대한 인식은 창업의지에 부분 매개 효과가 있다. 직업 가치관의 자율성, 경제적 성취 욕구와 기업가정신의 혁신성은 사업가에 대한 인식을 매개로 창업 의지에 직·간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

임플란트 식립 부위의 골밀도 평가에 관한 연구 (The study of bone density assessment on dental implant sites)

  • Introduction: Bone density is one of the important factors for the long term success of endosseous implants. The bone density varies from site to site and from patient to patient. A preoperative evaluation of the bone density is quite useful to oral surgeons for planning dental implantation. More accurate information on the bone density will help surgeons identify suitable implant sites, thereby increase the success rate of dental implantation. This study examined the correlation between the bone density measured preoperatively by computed tomography (CT) and the implant primary stability measured by resonance frequency analysis. Furthermore, the effects of the implant sites, gender, age and generalized systemic disorder patients on the bone density and primary implant stability were examined. Materials and Methods: One hundred and fourteen patients were selected. None of the patients had undergone a tooth extraction or bone graft history in the previous year. Preoperatively, the patients underwent CT scanning to evaluate the Hounsfield unit (HU), and resonance frequency analysis (RFA) was used to evaluate the implant primary stability at the time of implant installation. All implants were 4.0 mm diameter and 11.5 mm length US II. All patients were recorded and the HU and implant stability quotient (ISQ) value were evaluated according to the sites, gender and age. Results: The highest HU values were found in the mandibular anterior site ($827.6{\pm}151.4$), followed by the mandibular molar site ($797{\pm}135.1$), mandibular premolar site ($753.8{\pm}171.2$), maxillary anterior site ($726.3{\pm}154.4$), maxillary premolar site ($656.7{\pm}173.8$) and maxillary molar site ($621.5{\pm}164.9$). The ISQ value was the highest in the mandibular premolar site ($81.5{\pm}2.4$) followed by the mandibular molar site ($80.0{\pm}5.7$), maxillary anterior site ($77.4{\pm}4.1$), mandibular anterior site ($76.4{\pm}11.9$), maxillary premolar site ($74.2{\pm}14.3$) and maxillary molar site ($73.7{\pm}7.4$). The mean HU and ISQ value were similar in females and males. (HU: P=0.331, ISQ: P=0.595) No significant difference was also found in the age group respectively. However, the correlation coefficients between the variables showed a closed correlation between the HU and ISQ value. Conclusion: These results showed close correlation between the bone density (HU) and primary stability value (ISQ) at the time of implant installation (Correlation coefficients=0.497, P<0.01). These results strengthen the hypothesis that it might be possible to predict and quantify the initial implant stability and bone density from a presurgical CT diagnosis.

컴퓨터 영상을 이용한 임플란트 식립부위의 골밀도와 조직학적 연구 (BONE DENSITY AND HISTOMORPHOMETRY ASSESSMENT OF DENTAL IMPLANT USING COMPUTERIZED TOMOGRAPHY)

  • Bone density in the recipient implant site seems to be an important factor for long term success of endosseous implants. Preoperative evaluation of bone density is very helpful to assist the clinician with the treatment planning of implant therapy. Accurate information on bone density will help the surgeon identify suitable implant sites, thereby improving the success rate of the procedure. Purpose; The aim of this study was to evaluate a correlation between bone density measured preoperatively with computerized tomography and histologically measured bone density by bone biopsy. Patients and methods; Twenty seven patients were selected. All the patients were in good health, with no systemic disorder and additional bone graft. Preoperatively the patients underwent CT scanning to evaluate Houmsfield Unit(HU). Each patients wore a surgical template for implant placement. During surgery 2mm in diameter and 6mm in length specimens were taken. Histomorphometric analysis was performed using digitalized image analysis software Axiovision 4.3. Also, the Resonance frequency analysis(RFA) and insertion torque values were recorded. Results; The highest histomorphometric values was found in the posterior mandible $32.3{\pm}3.8$, followed by $29.9{\pm}2.6$ for the posterior maxilla, $29.4{\pm}2.6$ for the anterior maxilla, $28.6{\pm}2.3$ for the anterior mandible(p=0.214). The hounsfield unit was $989.2{\pm}258.1$ in the posterior mandible, $845.0{\pm}241.5$ in the anterior maxilla, $744.5{\pm}92.6$ in the anterior mandible, $697.3{\pm}136.9$ in the posterior maxilla(p=0.045). This results may suggest that there are strong correlation between the histomorphometric values and hounsfield unit(r=0.760, p<0.05). The RF measurements were $81.9{\pm}2.4$ ISQ in the posterior mandible, $79.0{\pm}1.4$ ISQ in the anterior mandible, $78.3{\pm}4.6$ ISQ in the posterior maxilla, $76.5{\pm}5.0$ ISQ in the anterior maxilla(p=0.048). The insertion torque values was $43.2{\pm}4.2\;Ncm$ in the posterior mandible, $42.0{\pm}0.0\;Ncm$ in the anterior mandible, $41.3{\pm}4.1\;Ncm$ in the posterior maxilla, $40.8{\pm}3.8\;Ncm$ in the anterior maxilla(p=0.612). This results may suggest that there are statistical significance between the hounsfield unit and the insertion torque values(r=0.494, p<0.05), the histomorphometric values and the insertion torque values(r=0.689, p<0.05). But there was no correlation between histomorphometric values and ISQ. There was no statistical significance in age and gender effect on parameters. Conclusions; There was significant correlations between bone density and implant stability parameters. The bone density measurements using preoperative CT may help clinicians to predict primary stability before implant insertion, which is associated with implant survival rates.

취업준비생 토픽 분석을 통한 취업난 원인의 재탐색 (Revisiting the cause of unemployment problem in Korea's labor market: The job seeker's interests-based topic analysis)

  • 본 연구는 개인-환경 부합 관점에서 취업시장변화에 따른 취업준비생의 관심사를 토대로 의사결정과정에 영향을 미치는 취업난의 원인을 탐색적으로 고찰하였다. 이를 위해, 최근 3개년(2013~2015) 간 취업 관련 커뮤니티 내 이용자 게시글(소셜미디어)을 웹 크롤링을 통해 수집하고, 텍스트 마이닝 기법 중 토픽 분석을 통해 취업준비생의 주요 관심사 유형 및 심리적 반응 변화추이를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 취업준비생의 주요 관심사가 '희망직업(세계)에 대한 인식, 취업사전준비활동, 노동시장에 대한 인식, 취업 스트레스'의 네 가지 유형으로 나타나는 것을 발견하였다. 구체적으로 이들은 직업가치나 미래 진로에 대한 탐색보다 희망직업과 관련하여 금전적 보상이나 직장근무형태(근무 및 생활환경)에 관해 관심을 두고 있어 불확실한 환경에 직면하면서 특정 언어적 사용(예: 비속어, 은어)을 토대로 불안정한 심리적 상태를 표현하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 현재 취업준비생들은 취업 성공을 위한 전략적 선택차원에서 주로 스펙준비에 치중하고 있어 취업불안에 따른 스트레스를 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 현재 취업난은 총체적으로 개인과 사회 조직의 가치추구 부재에 기인한다고 볼 수 있다. 결국 개인은 자신의 직업 가치관을 확립하지 못한 상황에서 일부 기업들은 인적자원의 중요성에 대해 자각하지 못하며, 사회적으로는 직업위세란 장애요인이 복합적으로 작용하여 나타난 문제라고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 취업난이란 특정 상황과 현상의 원인을 다각적으로 이해하고 다수의 취업준비생 관심사를 도출하기 위한 토픽분석과 이들의 다양한 반응의 의미를 언어 심리적 이론을 토대로 해석하는 접근방법의 필요성을 제기한다.
