  • High tech companies' strategies are divided into four parts, Market Pull, Technology Push, Market-Driven, and Driving Markets. Market Pull strategy means to search market-needs, chances or new industries with technological chance. Technology Push means to create new market by new technology. While Market driven companies follow market changes, Driving Market companies make or change their markets. This study analyzes how companies recognize their market situations based on technology and which business inclination paths are selected for success. And we would like to know there are performance distinctions based on market differentiation strategies.

자가 변위 측정이 가능한 전기-유압식 소프트 지핑 구동기의 개발 (Development of an Electro-hydraulic Soft Zipping Actuator with Self-sensing Mechanism)

  • Soft fluidic actuators (SFAs) are widely utilized in various areas such as wearable systems due to the inherent compliance which allows safe and flexible interaction. However, SFA-driven systems generally require a large pump, multiple valves and tubes, which hinders to develop a miniaturized system with small range of motion. Thus, a highly integrated soft actuator needs to be developed for implementing a compact SFA-driven system. In this study, we propose an electro-hydraulic soft zipping actuator that can be used as a miniature pump. This actuator exerts tactile force as a dielectric liquid contained inside the actuator pressurized its deformable part. In addition, the proposed actuator can estimate the internal dielectric liquid thickness by using its self-sensing function. Besides, the electrical characteristics and driving performance of the proposed system were verified through experiments.

  • Including 425 Program, which is Korean military surveillance and reconnaissance satellite, there were mostly civil-driven space programs in Korea. However, there are increasing numbers of military demand-driven space program in nowadays. Furthermore, it is positive effects on launch vehicle development in Korea that the termination of Korea-U.S. missile guideline. In this paper, it emphasizes the needs of system engineering(SE) management method which meets both defense system's characteristics and space's characteristics. These characteristics are such as non-fixable after the launch, the security issue in defense system. And it also introduces SE tool, methodology and its philosophy. There are several functions that data management, issue management, risk management, and technical requirement management. Also describing its implications and direction of improvement.

IoT 게이트웨이 기반의 이벤트 중심 접근 방식 응용프로그램 설계 (Design of IoT Gateway based Event-Driven Approach for IoT related Applications)

  • 사물 인터넷(IoT)은 효율적인 시간 응답 및 처리를 위해 이벤트 중심으로 접근 할 필요가 있다. IoT에서 모바일 기기의 성장은 IoT 응용 프로그램과 관련이 있는 지능형 건물로 연결이 된다. 예를 들어, 홈 오토메이션 제어 시스템은 홈 서버에 액세스하기 위해 스마트 폰이나 웹 서비스에 클라이언트 시스템과 같은 웹 응용 프로그램을 사용하여 제어 명령을 전송 합니다. 홈 서버는 클라이언트 시스템으로부터 명령을 수신 받은 후 조명 시스템을 제어 한다. 게이트웨이 기반의 클라이언트 처리 담당인 RESTful 기술은 '인터넷상에 숨어있는 다수의 클라이언트들에 대한 증명'을 요청한다. 본 논문에서는 동시성 이벤트를 처리하기 위한 IoT 게이트웨이의 설계 작업을 제안한다. NodeJS의 통신프로토콜 기반의 메시지 지향 미들웨어인 XMPP는 중앙 허브를 통해 게이트웨이에 접속하여 지능형 빌딩 제어 장치의 통신 부분을 처리한다.

  • This paper addresses the issue of increasing the effectiveness of national IT R&D planning through the adoption of the technology roadmapping process. As a needs-driven technology planning tool, technology roadmapping can help identify and select technology alternatives to meet a set of market needs. Thus, it allows increasingly limited R&D investments to be used more efficiently. From this point of view, the Ministry of Information and Communication is considering introducing technology roadmapping to support its annual technology planning activity, In this contribution we explain why and how the IT technology roadmap was developed and suggest some useful guidelines to technology roadmapping, on the basis of literature review, case survey and our experience, for organizations due to employ the roadmapping process in the future.

  • Traction motors driven by several type inverters have been subjected to increasing demands for higher operating temperature, more demands for duty cycles, higher starting current, frequent voltage transients and finally severe environmental exposure. For applications to inverter duty, traction motors needs a special insulation system, which has characteristics of increased bond strength, lower operating temperature and higher turn-to-tum insulation. Also it needs major contributors to insulation life and reliability of motors, which more considered by temperature, voltage, frequency, rise time, pulse configuration, wire thickness and insulation materials. In this paper, to evaluate of reliability and expected life, it is analyzed the several stresses and their degradation mechanism on insulation system of AC traction motor.

  • 건설산업은 불확실성이 높은 산업으로 이에 따른 비용효용성 향상 및 경쟁력 강화를 위한 연구가 다각적으로 진행되어 왔다. 린 건설의 대표적인 요소기술인 라스트플래너 시스템은 기존의 상의하달식 의사결정체계를 개선한 하의상달식 접근방식으로서, 모든 참여주체가 함께 중 단기 공정계획을 검토 시행하는 체계이다. 이와 같은 린 건설은 최근 들어 건설프로젝트에서 주도적인 역할을 하고 있는 발주자의 적극적인 참여와 전체 생애주기를 총괄할 수 있는 리더역량을 요구하는 방향으로 논의가 전개되고 있다. 그러나 발주자가 참여하는 린 건설이 성공하기 위해서는 건설주체 상호간에 요구하는 니즈(needs)수준과 이를 개선하기 위한 전략들이 우선적으로 고려되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 건설 시공과정에서의 참여주체 니즈 요소를 규명 분석하고, 중점관리항목과 이들 항목들의 개선가능성을 도출하는 방법, 그리고 이를 기반으로 한 발주자 참여형 린 건설 협업 모델을 제시하였다.

Cosmetic Grinding의 재조명 (Cosmetic Grinding Revisited)

  • 전치부 심미에 대한 관심과 접근은 환자의 필요와 요구에 의해 시작되어 다양한 재료와 술식을 통해 발전해 왔다. Esthetic dentistry의 선구자라 불리우는 Charles Pincus의 1967년 글에서 잘 묘사되어 있듯이 심미치료의 시작와 끝은 환자에 의해 결정되어진다는 전제 조건은 진단과 치료계획단계에서 늘 우선 되어지는 부분이기도 한다. 술자의 입장인 치과의사들은 이러한 환자의 필요와 요구를 만족시키기 위해 여러 가지 메뉴를 환자에게 제시하게 된다. Pincus의 글에서 Cosmetic Grinding라고 표현되어졌던 가장 보존적인 접근은 minimal invasion이라는 시각에서 접근하면 매우 효과적인 심미 향상의 한 술식이라 할 수 있다. 몇몇 개의 임상 증례를 통해 cosmetic grinding의 심미 개선의 치료 술식으로서의 가치와 한계에 대해 재조명해보고자 한다.

  • Growth in the device field is driven by various emerging devices, tablet PC are among the most recognizable. Tablet PC are mobile computing devices enabled with touch screens or pen inputs and provide the functions of various other devices. Firms are interested in utilization of tablet PC on task. Many of firms is considering accepting of tablet PC and is looking forward to performance of tablet PC. Thus, this study propose to discuss strategies for the usage of tablet PC from organizational needs perspective. The goal of this study is to identify factors influencing use of tablet PC and task performance. The results of this study showed that the proposed factors of organizational needs with a exception of Service Flexibility had a positive impact on perceived usefulness that then positively affected Usage of Tablet PC and Task Performance. In addition, perceived task-technology fit had a positive impact on perceived usefulness and Usage of Tablet PC. Finally, Innovative Culture of Organization as a moderating effect significantly influenced the relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived Task-Technology Fit and Usage of Tablet PC. This study is expected to be a reference for a subsequent study associated with Tablet PC at organizational viewpoints.
