This paper aims to present how to design and implement a multimedia tutorial system for the self-learning French language using Director with additional tools. To implement a multimedia tutorial system we need to design several steps. First, we should choose the level of the users and design tutorial. Second, we should prepare all materials such as sounds, graphics, text and video. Finally, we should implement the selected elements and control the educational software. Due to the nature of the paper, it must emphasize French basic conversation to make environment that be used in each scene and the scene of the context dialog. In view of the fact that the fitness of each content utilization field of multimedia authoring tool is high, it is possible as part of the system sizing process of the manufacturing process, to impart its meaning. This learning-contents are composed of 10 units each situation, and we anticipate there are the several effects of this system on basic French students. This system helps lecturer get French students interested in lessons, and enables learner to learn French of the role of iterative practice by linking image and sound. Also this system helps learners to prepare and review French studying after a lesson and allows leaners to maximize their efficiency. The future of this work is to implement this system on the app.

Objectives : This study was designed to signpost the study of brain, intelligence and memory, while interpreting the concept of 'Chongmyeong(聰明)' neotrically and linking it to the clinic of Korean medicine. Methods : In this paper, the meaning of the word 'Chongmyeong(聰明)' is divided into two parts, intelligence and memory. We also explored the relationship between brain science and 'Chongmyeong(聰明)' based on complex system theory, cognitive science and embodied cognition. Results : Through the process of refining the concept of 'Chongmyeong(聰明)' neoterically, we proposed the new method to understand the concept of 'Chongmyeong(聰明)'. Conclusions : The concept of 'Chongmyeong(聰明)' should be interpreted not as a reductionistic viewpoint of brain science but as a viewpoint of brain science based on visual and auditory system and complex system. Human cognition is physically embodied in the environment, from the viewpoint of embodied cognition that it is constituted and formed in an interactive context with society and culture connected with the environment.

건축공사는 제한된 공간에서 수직적으로 반복 작업이 진행되므로 공정관리에서 작업의 위치 정보에 대한 필요성이 크지 않다. 반면에 도로 및 철도시설과 같은 토목공사는 다량의 토공사, 장대교량, 장대터널 등으로 구성되며, 이러한 공종들은 수 십 KM에 이르는 선형축에 따라 수평적 공간에서 작업이 진행된다. 즉, 모든 공정들이 사업의 시점부터 종점까지 거리단위로 작업 현황이 관리되므로, 공정관리 도구에서도 작업 일정과 함께 해당 공정의 위치정보를 연동하여 표현하는 것이 사업관리의 효율성을 높일 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 선형축 기반의 시설물 공정관리에 특화된 선형공정표 구성방법론을 구성하여 기존의 대표적 공정표인 간트공정표와 비교하여 활용성을 분석한다. 또한 최근 시공단계의 대표적 BIM기술로 적용되고 있는 4D CAD시스템에 선형공정표의 연동 방법론을 제시하여 토목공사에 BIM활용성을 높이고자 하며, 제시된 방법론에 대해 통계학적 검증으로 실무 활용성을 분석한다.

We investigate the multiplicity of the nontrivial periodic solutions for a class of the system of the nonlinear suspension bridge equations with Dirichlet boundary condition and periodic condition. We show that the system has at least two nontrivial periodic solutions by the abstract version of the critical point theory on the manifold with boundary. We investigate the geometry of the sublevel sets of the corresponding functional of the system and the topology of the sublevel sets. Since the functional is strongly indefinite, we use the notion of the suitable version of the Palais-Smale condition.

본 논문에서는 HMI 디스플레이를 활용하고 IoT 기술을 이용한 박막식 수경 재배 방식의 식물재배기를 제안한다. 기존의 식물재배기는 토양 기반의 재배로 관리가 어렵고, 개방된 재배 환경으로 인해 환경조건 최적화가 어려웠다. 또한 즉각적인 제어가 어려워 식물재배의 성장이 지연되어 식물재배에 대한 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, MCU와 센서를 연결하여 재배 환경을 구축하고, HMI 디스플레이와 연동하여 환경정보를 확인하고 빠르게 제어할 수 있게 구현하였다. 또한, 환경정보의 변화를 최소화하기 위해 케이스를 적용하였다. 박막식 수경 재배시스템 구현으로 토양에 관한 관리를 편하게 하였고 동작과 제어를 통해 기능성을 높였으며, 디스플레이를 통해 환경정보를 쉽게 파악할 수 있다. 기존 재배기와 수경재배기에서의 작물 재배 실험으로 성장이 빠른 효과성을 확인하였다. 향후 연구 방향으로는 재배 환경정보 전송 및 저장, 비전 카메라를 활용한 성장 정보를 연동하고 비교하여 생육 정보를 최적화할 것이다. 이를 통해 효율적이고 안정적인 식물재배할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Various protective equiptments are used for the power system control and protection. Numerous facilities are monitored at the same time in real time and introduction of optimization method and analysis of the method are required for generation control and facility management considering the demand fluctuations. However, the existing system analysis programs are difficult to link with the other sw and there are some problems with user convenience. To solve these problems the present conditions of the system are figured out in real time and the equipment insert method was estimated by optimization method, and the system that showed the system analysis program is developed. PSS/E has been used as system anlysis program for stabilizing system development which applied the optimization. method and Python language is applied in order to link the input and output values with the DB automatically. Lastly, DLL of matlab has been made included in C++ for solving the objective function using opmization method.By linking this to DB, power flow was calculated in PSS/E and the result was represented by Intouch screen.

This study suggests a new concept for the improvement of productivity and innovativeness of governmental research institutes(GRIs) : GRIs can also accomodate a special graduate course. Through the combination of educational function and research activities, the explict and tacit knowledge made by GRIs could be efficiently diffused to other sectors of national innovation system, especially industries. This study suggests three different models of graduate courses : independent course in each GRI, joint course by several GRIs, and joint course linking GRIs and university.

We investigate the existence of multiple nontrivial solutions (${\xi}$, ${\eta}$) for perturbations $g_1$, $g_2$ of the harmonic system with Dirichlet boundary condition $${\Delta}^2{\xi}+c{\Delta}{\xi}=g_1(2{\xi}+3{\eta})\;in\;{\Omega}\\{\Delta}^2{\eta}+c{\Delta}{\eta}=g_2(2{\xi}+3{\eta})\;in\;{\Omega}$$ where we assume that ${\lambda}_1$ < $c$ < ${\lambda}_2$, $g^{\prime}_1({\infty})$, $g^{\prime}_2({\infty})$ are finite. We prove that the system has at least three solutions under some condition on $g$.

There are found rare specific alternatives for sustainable rural development although sustainable development has become popular common concept in international development arena. Korea is trying to reform rural development by introducing a block grants system since 2009 expecting for the efficiency of development investment. However, it seems that such new rural development system is far from realizing the sustainable development. The objectives of the study are to identify the roles and issues of the sustainable development policy and to suggest a policy model for realizing sustainable rural development. Based on the policy model hypothetically established, some policy alternatives were suggested: (i) the establishment of land use system considering sustainability perspectives; (ii) the preparation of environment management measures considering topographical traits; (iii) the improvement of landscape support scheme toward increasing biodiversity; (iv) the systematic implementation of agriculture-environment measures; (v) the implementation of sustainable development projects linking production to housing; (vi) the inclusion of sustainability indicators in rural development evaluation system.

In general, standard TCP/IP (transmission control protocol-internet protocol), which is called TCP/IP, is using as the communication basis protocol between any collections of networks that is connected. In this paper, using this TCP/IP implementation of remote control system and suitable program for long distance communication is proposed. This system can make system, which basic Ethernet and TCP/IP used system, to mini modeling, so all module that is using here can be used. Therefore, intention of this paper is to reduce expenses, to effective manage for plant and to increase of productivity as linking each plant of several factory to TCP/IP and Ethernet, and then many control plant and manager minimize the needed course.
