Objectives: The purpose of this study was to focus on the phenomenon of spouses experienced by offenders after completing the offender intervention program. Method: For this purpose, among the offenders who received the decision of counsel (counseling order) accused by domestic violence, who the other spouse selected case without counseling. After the in - depth interviews with the 9 participants, the collected data were analyzed by Colazzi 's phenomenological study method. Results: Major research findings can be summarized as follows. Category 1 was "Experiences about causes of violence", category 2 was "Experiences with forms of violence", category 3 was "What I wanted about my spouse when I called the police", category 4 was "What I wanted for myself when I reported to the police", category 5 was "the situation of the offender after completing the offender intervention program", category 6 was "what I experienced after completing the offender intervention program" and category 7 was "Experiences for Follow-up consultation needs". Conclusions: Based on the results of the research, counseling for perpetrators who are violent actors needed a therapeutic approach not only to strengthen the temporary punishment but also to help the family recovery on a continuous and sustainable level. Therefore, the implications of policy intervention for domestic violence were suggested.

이 논문은 외환위기 이후 1998년 1월 ~ 2008년 7월 까지의 한 일 주가와 KRW/JPY 실질 환율간의 장 단기 균형관계를 분석하였다. 실증분석은 월별자료를 사용하여 계절조정에서 오는 편의(bias)를 극복하기 위하여 자료를 계절조정하지 않고 계절성을 모형에 반영하여 단위근 검정과 VEC모델을 분석하였다. 실증분석결과 한일 주가와 환율간 장기균형관계에 대한 강한 증거를 발견하였다. 이는 한 일 양국간 어느 한 국가에 대한 시장예측은 다른 국가 시장에 대한 예측이 가능하다는 것으로 효율시장가설이 위배됨을 의미한다. 한국의 주가와 KRW/JPY 실질 환율 간 장기 음(-)의 부호를 나타내 국내통화의 절하는 국내기업을 더 경쟁적으로 만들어 수출의 증가를 이끌기 때문에 주가를 상승시키며, 주가와 환율간 음(negative)의 상관관계를 의미한다는 전통적 가설을 지지하는 것으로 나타났다.

무선통신의 발달로 인해 사람들은 언제, 어디서나 서로 통화할 수 있는 시대에 살고 있다. 하지만, 이동통신의 개방성은 심각한 보안위협에 노출되며, 안전한 통신채널을 제공하기 위해 이동통신망에서 보안은 필수적이다. 이동통신망의 보안을 위해서 사용하는 가장 일반적인 방법중의 하나는 스트림 암호이다. 일반적으로, 이 스트림 암호는 LFSR (Linear Feedback Shift Reigster)을 주로 사용하여 구현된다. 본 고에서는 이동통신망의 스트림 암호의 비도를 향상시키기 위해서 블록 암호알고리즘에서 주로 사용하는 S박스의 변형된 메커니즘을 제안하며. 이 메커니즘은 랜덤성을 고려한 3개의 변형된 S박스 메커니즘이다. 일반적으로, S박스는 비선형 특성을 가진 함수로서 임의 데이터를 공격에 더 강하도록 만들어준다. 제안된 알고리즘의 랜덤성 테스트는 Ent 의사난수 테스트 프로그램을 사용하고, 실험결과 각각의 테스트에서 기존의 스트림 알고리즘보다 더 좋은 랜덤성과 serial correlation coefficient를 가진다는 것을 증명한다.

게임 산업의 성장에 따라 관련 업체들은 게임 판매량과 이익 증진을 위해서 가격할인 프로모션을 진행한다. 이러한 가격할인 프로모션은 소비자들이 게임과 같은 쾌락을 목적으로 제품을 할 때 그들의 죄책감을 줄여주는 정당성을 부여할 수 있어 높은 효과를 보인다고 하였다. 하지만 온라인 멀티게임의 발전으로 인하여 많은 소비자들은 온라인 상에서 타인과 사회적으로 연결될 수 있고 이러한 사회적 연결은 소비자들에게 실질적인 이익을 제공할 수 있기에 게임을 쾌락재로만 한정적으로 볼 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사회적 관계 유무에 따라 게임을 종류를 분류하여 가격할인 효과에 대해서 알아보았다. 본 연구에서는 Steam이라는 세계적인 게임 플랫폼 회사를 대상으로 데이터를 수집하여 가격할인 게임 이용자 수에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보았으며, 그 결과 가격할인 효과의 차이를 밝혔다. 본 연구에서는 분석결과를 바탕으로 게임 실무자들에게 효과적인 프로모션 방안에서 대해서 제안한다.

군장병의 일과 후 병 휴대전화 사용을 전면 허용함에 따라 휴대전화 개통시 통신사에서 개인정보 직접 수집을 최소화 하여 군장병의 개인정보 안정성 확보가 필요한 시점이다. 국방부는 일과 후 군장병의 휴대전화 사용을 도입하기에 앞서 사이버 불법도박, 게임중독, 음란물 시청 등 일부 역기능에 대한 우려 및 보안사고 예방을 위해 휴대전화 촬영기능을 차단하는 등의 보안통제 체계를 구축해 왔다. 이동통신사는 통신대리점에 휴대전화 개통 등 개인정보 처리업무를 위탁하고 개인정보 보호조치 실태점검 등 관리감독을 수행하지만 통신대리점에서 위탁업무 목적외로 개인정보의 수집하는 행위가 발견되고 있다. 군장병이 휴대전화를 개통할 경우 개인정보 이동권을 활용하여 개인정보관리 전문기관을 신설하고 개인정보관리 전문기관에 군장병의 개인정보 전송을 요구하는 체계를 제시한다.

Purpose: This study aimed to describe clinical nurses' lived experiences of workplace verbal violence through qualitative research using descriptive phenomenology. Methods: Six female Korean nurses who had less than 5 years of clinical experience and had experienced verbal violence in the workplace within the past year participated in the study. Data were collected through one-on-one in-depth interviews with the participants and analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Results: A total of 27 codes, eight themes, and four theme clusters were derived from the participants' statements. The four theme clusters of the clinical nurses' experiences of verbal violence in the workplace were as follows: "tip of the iceberg," "beyond me and my control," "fear and resignation," and "personal burden." The participants recognized that nurses experienced verbal violence daily, and that the causes of and responses to verbal violence were determined by external situational factors rather than nurses' individual problems. This suggests that nurses felt that they had no choice but to personally cope with verbal violence and bear the consequences due to systematic indifference and silence about verbal violence experienced by clinical nurses. Conclusion: The findings show that verbal violence was pervasive and unmerited, yet often endured at the cost of a personal burden to nurses. A clear definition of verbal violence and education for employees are needed, and a reporting system should be established to report all forms of violence regardless of the severity of the incident.

본 연구는 역경으로서의 재수를 한 대학생이 그 경험을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 알아보았다. Lee와 Jung(2014)의 연구에 참가한 재수경험이 있는 대학생 중에서 대학 만족 수준(더 만족/덜 만족), 재수 경험에 대한 긍정적 인식 수준(더 긍정/덜 긍정)의 4개 유형에서 각 3명씩 총 12명의 참여자를 선정하여 현상학적 질적 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 재수경험에 대한 7개의 구성요소와 19개의 하위구성요소가 도출되었으며 이를 세 가지 시간적 맥락에 따라 범주화하였다. 재수경험에 대한 인식이 각 관점에 따라 달랐는데, 첫 번째는 재수과정에 대한 실천적 관점으로서, 재수는 '한계와 고통을 주지만 목표를 위해 이겨내야 하는 것'을 의미했다. 두 번째는 재수의 결과에 대한 평가적 관점으로서, 재수는 '나를 발전시키지만 보이지 않는 상처를 남기는 것'을 의미했다. 세 번째는 앞의 두 관점에서의 긍정적 또는 부정적 영향에 대해 전체적인 의미를 부여하는 의미적 관점으로서, 재수경험이 '내 삶을 있는 그대로 받아들이게 해준 것'을 의미했다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 추후연구에 대한 방향을 제시하였다.

Purpose : Intensive care unit (ICU) diaries have been implemented across the international ICU community. This study aimed to comprehend the meaning and nature of the lived experience of patients' families using the ICU diary in Korea. Methods : This qualitative study adopted van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenology. The participants comprised eight women and two men who were the family members of patients in the ICU for more than three days. Data were collected using in-depth interviews and observation from July 2018 to January 2019. Results : Patients' families who experienced the ICU diary recognized it with six beings according to time: a good idea, forgotten stuff, burdensome work, touching service, my stuff, and a thing in the memory. The ICU diary had three essential meanings for the families: communication, solace and hope, and a record of life. These findings were rearranged according to van Manen's fundamental existential, and the lived things and lived others were remarkably confirmed. Conclusion : Patients' families experienced various ICU diary forms over time and recognized an ICU diary as a means of communication. Therefore, the ICU diary is expected to be used as an intervention between families and healthcare providers in the ICU to support mutual communication.

Cloud-based technology is used in different organizations around the world for various purposes. Using this technology, the service providers provide the service mainly SaaS, PaaS and while the cloud service consumer consumes the services by paying for the service they used or accessed by the principle of "pay per use". The customer of the services can get any services being at different places or locations using different machines or electronic devices. Under the conditions of being well organized and having all necessary infrastructures, the services can be accessed suitably. The identified problem in this study is that cloud providers control and monitor the system or tools by ignoring the calculation and consideration of various faults made from the cloud provider side during service delivery. There are currently problems with ignoring the consumer or client during the monitoring and mentoring system for cloud services consumed at the customer or client level by SLA provisions. The new framework was developed to address the above-mentioned problems. The framework was developed as a unified modeling language. Eight basic components are used to develop the framework. For this research, the researcher developed a prototype by using a selected cloud tool to simulate and java programming language to write a code as well as MySQL to store data during SLA. The researcher used different criteria to validate the developed framework i.e. to validate SLA that is concerned with a cloud service provider, validate what happened when the request from the client-side is less than what is specified in SLA and above what is specified in SLA as well as implementing the monitoring mechanism using the developed Monitoring component. The researcher observed that with the 1st and 3rd criteria the service level agreement was violated and this indicated that if the Service level agreement is monitored or managed only by cloud service prover, there is a violation of LSA. Therefore, the researcher recommended that the service level agreement be managed by both cloud service providers and service consumers in the cloud computing environment.

The study was carried out to investigate the factors affecting the online purchase intention of Vietnamese consumers, focusing on Generation Z (Gen Z), through the information provided on TikTok - a social media network. Besides, the study evaluates the influence of these factors on the intention to purchase online of Gen Z. Most important; the research aims to help businesses better understand the insight of their consumers. The data were collected from 250 people who were born in the 1995 to 2010 period, living in the South of Vietnam. The study was conducted from December 2021 to March 2022 and used two analytical methods, which are exploratory factor analysis and Structural Equation Modeling. Research results show that there are 4 factors of TikTok advertisements that affect the purchase intention of Gen Z consumers, including information, entertainment, trust, and social interaction, and they all have a positive impact on the online purchase intention. In which the information factor has the most significant impact on the online purchase intention of Gen Z consumers. Based on the research results, recommendations are made to help businesses that have sold or intend to sell products via TikTok, improve the effectiveness of advertisement through the TikTok channel.
