  • This study aimed to identify the multiple mediation effects of job satisfaction and job commitment on the relationships between job stress and workers' safety behavior in terms of compliance and participation, in which the multiple mediation effects are a hybrid of parallel and serial mediating relationships. The multiple mediation model was analyzed using the bootstrapping method through the PROCESS macro tool in SPSS. The results showed that job stress negatively affects job satisfaction, job commitment, and workers' safety behavior, and the relationship between job stress and safety behavior is mediated by both job satisfaction and job commitment. The serial mediation effects of job satisfaction and job commitment were also found to be statistically significant in the regression relationship between job stress and safety behavior. Further analysis of the compliance and participation subdimensions of safety behavior showed similar results. Specifically, the serial mediation effects of job satisfaction and job commitment on participation and compliance behavior were further supported; however, the mediation effect of job satisfaction was not significant, whereas that of job commitment did remain significant. Further research is needed to determine if the mediation effect of job satisfaction found in this study can be extended and generalized to workers in various fields and industries.

In addition, the purpose of this study was provide a basis for supporting psychological services alongside therapeutic services as a way to increase the overall interpersonal relationship of men. Design: Survey. Methods: This study targeted 208 adult men aged 20 to 59 years. Participants were recruited through online cafe postings, and data were collected by running an online survey link. Based on the collected data, correlations between variables were investigated, and multiple parallel mediation analysis was performed using the model (Model 4) presented by SPSS PROCESS Macro. In addition, the significance of statistics was confirmed by applying the bootstrapping method, and the significance of the indirect effect was confirmed by the Sobel Z test. Results: First, Anger-out in men is related to interpersonal problems(β=.614, P<.001). Second, it can see that anger-out not only increases depression·anxiety, but also increases anger. Third, Anger-out has been shown to increase depression, anxiety, and anger, leading to increasing interpersonal problems. Anger-out had a significant effect on depression, anxiety(β=.324 P<.001), and anger(β=.551, P<.001), and depression, anxiety(β=.239, P<.001), and anger (β=.318, P<.01) had a significant effect on interpersonal relationship problems. Lastly, it can be seen that men's anger-out is experienced more as anger than depression or anxiety. Conclusion: When providing medical services to men, I believe that if externally expressed anger is addressed along with therapeutic treatment, invisible depression can also be intervened and a more positive prognosis can be expected

Second, information security, personal information infringement, personal experience, and information security consciousness had parallel multi- mediation effects. Third, personal information infringement and information security awareness had a simple mediating effect in the parallel multiple mediation state. Fourth, information security had a simple mediating effect, but it was found that there was no simple mediating effect in the parallel multiple mediation state. This study is meaningful in that it empirically compared the simple and multi-mediation effects.

Methods: A descriptive correlational design was used. Participants were 142 in middle school girls. The questionnaire consisted of measuring tools for body image, health promoting behavior, health self-efficacy and activity confidence. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and the PROCESS Macro for SPSS 23.0 to verify the multiple mediated effect with a parallel structure. Results: Body image showed a significant positive correlation with health self-efficacy (r=.28, p=.001), activity confidence (r=.45, p<.001) and health promoting behavior (r=.37, p<.001). Health self-efficacy was also significantly correlated with activity confidence (r=.51, p<.001) and health promoting behavior (r=.63, p<.001). Activity confidence was significantly health promoting behavior (r=.67, p<.001). Furthermore, health self-efficacy (B=.35, p<.001) and activity confidence (B=.38, p<.001) showed a mediation effect on the relationship between body image and health promoting behavior. Conclusion: The impact of body image on health promoting behavior in middle school girls was mediated by health self-efficacy and activity confidence. Result suggest that strategies for improving health self-efficacy and activity confidence in middle school girls should be considered when developing an educational program for enhancing their health promoting behavior.

  • This study analyzed the effects of corporate dynamic capabilities on enterprise performance by using ambidextrous innovation activities as mediators, focusing on SME employees. The sub-variables of dynamic capabilities were divided into opportunity exploration capability, resource acquisition capability, and resource reconstruction capability. 282 questionnaires collected from small and medium-sized enterprises residing in the metropolitan area were used for empirical analysis. SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.4 were used to analyze the parallel multiple mediation model. First, the results of the analysis showed that opportunity exploration capability, resource acquisition capability had a positive (+) effect on the ambidextrous innovation activities, and the effect of resource reconstruction capability on ambidextrous innovation activities was not significant. Second, the ambidextrous innovation activities had a significant effect on the enterprise performance. Third, it was found that opportunity exploration capability and resource acquisition capability had a positive (+) effect on enterprise performance, and the effect of resource reconstruction capability on enterprise performance was not significant. Fourth, the ambidextrous innovation activity mediated the relationship between opportunity exploration capability and enterprise performance. Fifth, the ambidextrous innovation activity mediated the relationship between resource acquisition capability and enterprise performance. Sixth, the ambidextrous innovation activity did not mediate the resource reconstruction capability and the enterprise performance. As a follow-up study, it is necessary to find third mediators besides the mediators used in this study, analyze the serial mediation model through these, and study for the moderated mediation analysis through the conditional process model in which the moderator is introduced.
