The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact on job satisfaction of the chinese bank staff by judging their motivators and hygiene factors. To explore the regulation of demographic characteristics between motivators, hygiene factors and job satisfaction. In the banking organization through the use of various elements of motivation duties assigned to meet organizational objectives put forward in order to achieve an effective incentive scheme given. In summary the results of analysis, the impact on motivator and job satisfaction in the work itself the result of regression analysis, promotion and recognition of the growth and job satisfaction in order to affect a positive sense of accomplishment and responsibility on the other hand, the task appeared was found not to affect satisfaction. The motivators of the bankers its positive influence on job satisfaction than hygiene factors were relatively high. Economic factors are important in improving life satisfaction of disabled people. In addition, the impact of job satisfaction on life satisfaction has been verified. However, according to Herzberg's motivation-hygiene theory, hygiene factors such as wages only lowers dissatisfaction and does not directly affect job satisfaction. This study raises questions about Herzberg's theory and seeks to confirm through empirical analysis. Based on data from the 2017 Employment Panel Survey for the Disabled, this study seeks to answer analyzes whether hygiene factors proposed by Herzberg affect the job satisfaction of disabled people or not. Furthermore, this study proposes what regional policies are needed to enhance job satisfaction for the disabled. An analysis of structural equation model showed that hygiene factors such as working environment, interpersonal relationship and personal life directly affect the disabled worker's job satisfaction. In addition, through hierarchical linear model analysis, it was confirmed that local governments ought to provide education supports to the disabled workers in order to improve their job satisfactions.

This study aims to explore the Internet personal broadcasting quality factors that influence viewer satisfaction and dissatisfaction based on the motivation-hygiene theory. Specifically, the quality factors that affect viewer satisfaction of Internet personal broadcasting are derived from the perspectives of extrinsic (contents usefulness and media usability), intrinsic (emotional/cognitive/behavioral enjoyment and creator characteristics), and social motivation (visibility, subjective norm, image, sociality). The data of 200 respondents was used to analyze the relative impact of satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the Kano model, which assumes that viewer satisfaction at both functional and emotional levels varies over quality attributes. In the empirical analysis, the quality factors were classified into attractive, one-dimensional, must-be, and indifferent quality. In addition, it was found that the customer satisfaction coefficient was high in the order of uniqueness, differentiation, and visibility. On the other hand, as a result of applying the dissatisfaction coefficient, it was identified in the order of donation, content reliability, and creator responsiveness.
Objectives: The purpose of this study is to contribute to providing more effective basic data for adults 'oral health management in their future. Methods: The study investigated factors that influence oral health care and oral health behavior depending on the heterosexual status for about one month from Aug. of 2017 on 20 unmarried adults living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Statistical analysis of the collected data was performed using the SPSS WIN 21.0 statistical program. Results: The factors affecting the oral health behavior were high (p<0.001) while oral hygiene products (p<0.05) and interdental toothbrush (p<0.05) were found to have a positive effect on oral health behavior. However, it was found that the times of brushing were less than three (p<0.05) and the time for brushing was two minutes (p<0.05), which negatively affects oral health behavior. The concern of oral health was high (p<0.001), whiledental hygiene products (p<0.05), interdental toothbrush (p<0.05) and mouth saliva (p<0.05) were found to have positive effects on oral health care. Conclusions:Based on the results above, it was found that the concern and the behavior of oral health increased depending on the heterosexual status. The reason for this is that the motivation for oral care is more likely to be induced to make oneself attractive by making a resignation. Therefore, in order to promote oral health care and oral health activities, it is necessary to precede the motivation.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting rehabilitation motivation in hospitalized orthopedic patients. Methods: Data were collected from June 1th to July 31th, 2019 and structured questionnaires were used. Study subjects were 97 orthopedic patients who received fixed treatment more than two weeks and started rehabilitation exercise in a military hospital. The data were summarized using descriptive statistics and analyzed by t-test or one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were run in SPSS 20.0 program. Results: The results of this study may be summarized as follows. (1) The demographic characteristics that showed differences in rehabilitation motivation were marital status, age and the ranks of the armed forces. The rehabilitation motivation of married, older than 31, officer ranked soldiers turned out to be higher than those of singles, younger than 30, non-officers, respectively. (2) The results of Pearson's correlation analysis showed that independent variables were all correlated significantly each other. (3) The results of stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that the factors influencing rehabilitation motivation were family social support, medical personnel's social support and the level of military life adaption. Conclusions: The rehabilitation motivation of hospitalized soldiers may be improved by receiving supports from family members and medical personnels and by adapting to military life. Military medical workers need to explore nursing strategies that help hospitalized orthopedic patients increase their own rehabilitation motivation.
There will be many changes in job consciousness and job satisfaction due to changes in various job fields and social interests, and it is necessary to manage them efficiently for the organization to continue to grow. By analyzing factors influencing job satisfaction by occupation, the study intended to provide the necessary data for an efficient management plan. 400 Employees working at S tertiary hospital in Seoul from April 1st to April 15th, 2015 were targeted. An analysis of the validity and reliability of the influencing factors was conducted, and the allied health profession which showed the highest level of satisfaction in overall job satisfaction and influencing factors were identified. It was found that achievement, compensation and working environment in the medical doctor profession, achievement, compensation and job stability in the nursing profession, achievement and working environment in the allied health profession, achievement, interpersonal relationships, working environment, and job stability in the administrative profession, were the main influencing factors for job satisfaction. It can be seen that not only motivation factors but also hygiene factors affect job satisfaction. To increase the level of satisfaction, it is judged that systematic management of hygiene factors as well as motivation factors is necessary.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to understand the level and patterns of college adjustment, major satisfaction, academic engagement, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). This study examined the factors influencing adaptation to college life. Methods: This study was approved by the institutional review board of 00 university. We analyzed 166 survey data responses collected by distributing questionnaires from June 1 to July 2, 2020. Statistical product and service solutions version 23.0 was used for statistical analyses. The data were presented as frequencies and percentages or means and standard deviations, and pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. Results: There was a significant difference in the average score of major satisfaction according to the type of college (university) and grades. For college adjustment, there was a significant difference in the average score according to major grades. Academic engagement showed a significant difference in the average score according to the college type and grade. Major satisfaction, college adjustment, and academic motivation showed significant positive correlations among the variables, whereas ADHD, major satisfaction, and college adjustment showed a significant negative correlation. Multiple regression analysis revealed that major satisfaction (p<0.001) and academic motivation (p<0.001) were factors affecting college adjustment (p<0.05). Conclusions: It is necessary to develop and apply specific and systematic adaptation programs to improve the understanding, control, and guidance methods for college students and to promote human relations, such as school life and social life.
Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the satisfaction with instruction medium according to learner attitude and lecture mode in the dental hygiene students. Methods: A web-based self-reported questionnaire was complected by 155 dental hygiene students in Cheonan from May 26 to June 5, 2015. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects, school adaptation, interest to learn, effort to learn, faculty centered lecture, learner centered lecture, self-directed learning, motivation to learn, characteristics of each subject, and satisfaction with lecture mode. The study was approved by institutional review board (IRB) by Baekseok University. Chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression were used to evaluate the satisfaction to medium of instruction according to explanation factors. Results: The lecture mode, opportunity and motivation to learn, interest to learn and effort to learn were the significant factors to satisfaction with instruction medium. In multivariate logistic regression model, the adjusted odds ratio was 6.28 for the opportunity to learn and 4.87 for the interesting to learn. Conclusions: The satisfaction with instruction medium is the most important factor that decides the lecture mode and learner attitude including opportunity to learn and concern to learn.
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of internal marketing activities on motivating dental hygienists in dental hospital in an effort to be of use for setting strategies geared toward boosting the productivity of dental hygienists. The findings of the study were as follows: Concerning internal marketing activities by general characteristics, the dental hygienists who received 4-year college or higher education received more education than the college graduates ($p{\leq}0.001$). As for the leave system, the dental hygienists who worked in general hospitals (p=0.011) and sited in Chungcheongnam-do ($p{\leq}0.001$) replied more leaves were provided. In terms of welfare benefits, there were significant differences in those regards according to the type of hospital (p=0.029) and service area ($p{\leq}0.001$). As to the reward system, their responses about this system were similar to their responses about education & training, leaves and welfare benefits. The motivating factors consisted of 6 motivation factors and 10 hygiene factors. The motivation factors included an opportunities to develop ability and appropriate training to their work. The hygiene factors involved implement of policies and procedures, work environments, relationship with colleagues. Regarding awareness of the motivation factors by general characteristics, there were differences in that aspect according to age (p=0.043), and their awareness of the hygiene factors was different according to service area (p=0.038). As a result of analyzing which factors affected motivating, the leave system (p=0.038) and communication (p=0.001) that belonged to the internal marketing activities were identified as the influential motivation factors. In terms of the hygiene factors, age and service area were influential among the general characteristics (p=0.047, p=0.045). Above findings of the study suggest that it will be possible for dental institutions to ensure successful management by conducting internal marketing activities tailored to the characteristics of their organizational members and by motivating dental hygienists especially through communication.
The purpose of this study was to examine dental hygiene students' achievement motivation and factors affecting dental hygiene students' achievement motivation by the general characteristics of subjects in this study. The subjects in this study were 450 who were selected by convenience sampling from three different three-year-course colleges. After a survey was conducted, the answer sheets from 421 respondents were analyzed. The collected data were analyzed, which made use of t-test, ANOVA and Kruscal-Wallis test. The findings of the study were as follows. 1. The dental hygiene students investigated got 3.34 in achievement motivation. They got the highest score of 3.78 in the item 'I perform what I have to do with a sense of responsibility.' and they got the lowest score of 2.67 in the item 'I like to do something risky.' 2. Concerning links between their general characteristics and achievement motivation, the students whose academic year was higher(p<0.001) and who had more clinical practice experiences (p<0.01) were better motivated than their counterparts. As to connections between achievement motivation and expected post-graduation length of service, those who replied that they planned to find another job after getting married were better motivated(p<0.05). Regarding relationship between achievement motivation and a will to work abroad, the students who had a stronger will to work abroad were better motivated. 3. As a result of checking the influence of their general characteristics on achievement motivation, stronger motivation was found among the students whose academic year was higher(p<0.01), who intended to work until marriage(p<0.01) and who didn't plan to keep working after marriage(p<0.05) when the other variables were controlled. Therefore dental hygiene students should be taught to look at things positively when they enter college, and they should also be educated to become progressive to keep working for their lifetime instead of just getting a temporary job after graduation.
