임신 중 우울과 모-태아상호작용 (Antenatal Depression and Mother-Fetal Interaction)

  • The purposes of this descriptive survey study were to describe antenatal depression and level of mother-fetal interaction, and to assess mother's behavior and feeling during mother-fetal interaction, in order to develop a base for nursing intervention programs for mothers who have antenatal depression. Method: Data were collected from 174 pregnant women who visited one public health center and OBGY clinic in Gangneung city. The instrument used for this study was a self-report questionnaire to identify depression (BDI), and mother-fetal interaction. Results: Of the mothers 63.2% were in the normal range for antenatal depression, 21.3% in the mild group and 15.5% were in the moderate to severe group. For antenatal depression, there were significant differences among the income, planned pregnant, health status, marriage satisfaction, family support, husband's love. The mean for mother-fetal interaction was $29.88{\pm}4.91$. For mother-infant interaction, there were significant differences in education, income, pregnant number, delivery number, feeding plan, marriage satisfaction, family support, husband's love. There was a weak correlations between antenatal depression and mother-fetal interaction but it did not reach statistical significance. Conclusion: Antenatal depression and mother-fetal interaction influence fetal development. It is essential to assess and provide immediate care to mothers who have antenatal depression and lower level mother-fetal Interaction.

전반적 발달장애 아동을 위한 모-아 애착 증진 프로그램의 효과 (An Effect of the Mother-Child Attachment Promotion Program for the Child with Pervasive Developmental Disorder)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of the program for the autistic children which was designed to promote mother-child attachment. The subjects of this study were consisted of 11 pairs of mother and child( 7 for participant group:PG, 4 for non-participant group: NPG), who were diagnosed as Pervasive Developmental Disorder. The intervention was consisted with play activity centered mother-child interaction, educational activity for mothers, lecture, video-feedback, and supports. The main data were collected by video-taping and analyzed by Wilcoxon Rank Sign Test, and Content Analysis. The results obtained were as follows, 1. Before the program, there were no significant group differences on the children's and the mother's characteristics. After the program, total score on the attachment of PG was higher than that of NPG, but not significant. Only proximity-seeking behaviors and contact-maintaining behaviors were higher significantly(p<.05). Then the characteristics on contact- maintaining behaviors of PG were lasting longer and reciprocal than those of NPG. 2. After the program, the score on mother's nurturing behavior of PG was significantly more increased. The mother's behaviors to her child of PG became more child- centered, positively responsive, expressive supportively. But there were pretty big individual difference. It can be concluded that Mother-child Attachment Promotion Program is effective. Thus it can be recommended to be a early intervention model for autistic children.

임부의 태교관련 지각, 태교관행 및 태교관점 모-태아상호작용 신념 (Mother's perceptions and practices of Taegyo, Belief toward Korean Mother-Fetus Interaction)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore mother's perception and practice of Taegyo. In addition, belief factors toward Taegyo oriented Korean mother-fetus interaction are identified in order to obtain baseline data for the development of Taegyo oriented program enhancing mother-fetus interaction. Method: The sample consisted to 186 pregnant women who visited public health center or hospital for prenatal care. Self-reporting questionnaire devised by investigator was used. Data were analyzed by SPSS win program and contents analysis was used. Result: Although mothers intended to a pregnancy, many of them were perceived negatively toward pregnancy. The study revealed that most of pregnant women continued cultural practices related to Taegyo, they focused on mother-fetus interaction behavior-such as listen to the music, reading a book, talk to fetus, stroke the fetus- with being altered traditional beliefs toward Taegyo or Taemong. Most of pregnant women had Taemong and believed a it's predictive functions. Beliefs toward mother-fetus interaction were classified to 6 factors, pregnancy, Taemong. fetus, practice behavior, infant's abilities and mother-fetus interaction behavior. The scores of belief toward mother-fetus interaction and each factors of pregnancy, fetus, practice behavior, infant's ability were statistically significant different depending upon husbands education. Also pregnancy factor in belief toward mother-fetus interaction was statistically significant different depending upon the number of children, child birth, experience of abortion, premature birth. Conclusion: Developing Taegyo oriented program enhancing the mother-fetus interaction need to include the elements of being facilitated maternal identity formation and maternal confidence for the pregnant women. In addition, it should be developed the program concerning with the characteristics of the pregnant women.

아버지-아동관계에 관한 이론적 고찰 - 아버지의 역할 및 아버지-아동의 상호작용을 중심으로 - (The Father's Role and Father-Child Interaction: A Review of Literature)

  • The purpose of this study is to systematize the theory of the father-child relationship by analyzing the father's role and father-child interaction. The results of this study are as followings: (1) The oedipal period 3 to 5 years is a critical in development of the father-child relationship. Father absence is assumed in infancy but it is denying because the father participates in Child- rearing activity. (2) The Father's role is symbolized instrumental role traditionally and culturally but it is appropriate that we think the father's role to be androgynous concepts. Instrumental role as well as expressive role is expected to father's role. (3) The role of the father is supplementary mother's role. The father provides economic, emotional support and helps the balanced child- rearing. This indirect role of the father is very important. (4) The father influences child development, and his role is to be sex-role model to contrieve personality internalize moral development. But it is needed more empirical study to clarify father's effects on child development. (5) The amount of time that fathers spend with their children is less than mothers, but it is not assumed that difference of this amount of time do not differently influence to the children. (6) There are much similarity that difference between father-child interaction and mother- child interaction. Qualitative difference in interaction is response style. A responsive style of the father is physical intellectual instructive but mother's is verbal. (7) The effects of the father to a child must be analyzed on dyadic dimension and triadic dimension of family network. In triadic dimension, father influences mother- child relationship, mother to response sensitively, husband-wife relation.

문제 해결 과정에서의 어머니-유아 상호작용과 관련 변인: 애착과 기질 (The Relationship of Child Attachment and Temperament to Mother-Child Interaction during Problem Solving)

  • Mother-Child Interactions during Problem Solving were analyzed in relation to the child's attachment security and temperament. Subjects were fifty-three 44-to 57-month-old children and their mothers. Attachment security was assessed by Attachment Q set (Waters, 1987); mother-child interactions were observed at home, and maternal ratings of child temperament were collected by questionnaire (Chun 1993). Attachment security scores were positively related to mother's cognitive assistance and positively interactions with the child and to the child's positive affect toward mother. The child's activity perceived by mother was negatively related to mother's efficient interactions and positively to the child's "reliance on mother." The child's behavior toward the mother in the task session and the child's temperament added variance above attachment in accounting for the mother's behavior.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that are associated with a child's development within a multi-cultural family, taking into account the factors that influence the child's language ability and their play interactions with their mothers. First, there was no significant difference in the children's language ability based on the child's gender, or based on the language in which the mother communicated with her children. However there were significant differences depending on the children's age, the mother's native country, and the period of time the mother had lived in Korea. Second, there was no significant difference in the child-mother play interaction based on the children's age, gender, the mother's native country, the period of time the mother has lived in Korea, or the language in which the mother communicated with her children. However, the boys showed a more hostile attitude toward their mothers, in comparison to the girls. In conclusion, it can be said that there is an urgent need for comprehensive social support services and policies for the overall development of multi-cultural children, especially through programs for children and mothers.

어머니의 영유아에 대한 애착에 영향을 미치는 요인 -영유아와 어머니의 특성, 사회적 지지, 모아상호작용을 중심으로- (Factors Influencing Maternal Attachment to Infant-Toddler -Focusing on Infant-Toddler and Maternal Characteristics, Social Support and Mother-Child Interaction-)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 영유아와 어머니의 일반적 특성, 사회적 지지 그리고 모아상호작용이 모아애착에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구로 자료수집기간은 2016년 3월 1일부터 9월 30일까지였다. 영유아기의 자녀가 있는 어머니 215명을 대상으로 자가 보고형 설문지를 이용하여 일반적 특성, 사회적 지지, 모아상호작용 그리고 애착에 대한 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 집단간 평균비교, 상관관계 그리고 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 영유아의 특성 중 성별(t=3.200, p<.002), 연령(t=4.037, p<.001)과 기질(F=4.614, p<.011)에 따라, 어머니의 특성 중 연령(F=18.028, p<.001)과 학력(F=4.241, p<.016)에 따라 애착의 평균값이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 애착은 사회적 지지(r=.507, p<.001) 및 모아상호작용(r=.571, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 애착에 영향을 미치는 요인은 모아상호작용(${\beta}=0.361$, p<.001), 사회적 지지(${\beta}=0.309$, p<.001), 연령(30세미만)(${\beta}=-0.370$, p<.001) 그리고 결혼 기간(10년 미만)(${\beta}=-0.179$, p<.033)이었다. 애착에 중요한 영향을 미치는 사회적 지지와 모아상호작용을 높일 수 있는 중재 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

유아의 그림책 홀로 읽기 활동이 읽기 행동에 미치는 영향 : 어머니-유아의 그림책 읽기 상호작용의 효과 (The Influence of Children's Independent Picture Book Reading on Reading Activity: The Effect of Mother-children Interaction)

  • This study analyzes whether children's independent picture book reading affects their reading activities and whether the mother-child interaction during this reading improves their reading activities. The study provides basic data and policy implications for developing children's reading ability. Data were collected from a sample of 192 children aged 4 and 5 in Seoul and Anseong, where a survey of their mothers as well as their nursery school teachers was conducted. Variables of interest were analyzed through a correlation analysis and a hierarchical regression analysis, First, children's reading recognized by their mothers was bipolarized as "very high" or "very low". Second, children's reading activity had a significant positive relationship with independent reading, indicating that children active in independent reading were likely to develop their, reading ability. Third, in addition to independent reading, the mother-child interaction had a significant positive effect on children's-reading ability, indicating the importance of the mother's role in developing the child's reading ability.

모아상호작용의 측정에 대한 고찰 (Review of the Measurement of Mother Child Interaction)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review the concept of Mother-Child Interaction (MCI) as well as its theoretical model and measurement methods. Methods: A review of related theories and research was done to identify the concept and present status of MCI measuring techniques. Results: The concept of MCI contains the two aspect of attachment and child rearing. MCI is unique in that it includes a dyadic process. The concept of MCI was developed based on attachment theory, Barnard's theory, and the goodness of fit model, MCI involves sensitivity, responsiveness, reciprocity, contingency, mutual satisfaction, and child developmental stimulation including positive and negative affection. Most instruments involved observation, especially in structured situations, and most were developed for mother-infant interaction. Conclusion: MCI is a reciprocal, goal-oriented partnership process and is an ongoing process during childhood. Instruments for measuring MCI for preschoolers as well as appropriate self-reporting instruments need to be developed for wide use in practice and in research.

가정환경자극 및 모-자 상호작용과 유아의 상호작용적 또래놀이 간의 관계구조분석 (An Analysis of Structural Relationships on the Stimulated Home Environment, Mother-child Interaction, and Interactive Peer Play of Preschool Children)

  • 본 연구는 가정환경자극 및 어머니-자녀 상호작용과 유아의 상호작용적 또래놀이 간의 관계를 밝혀보기 위하여 수행된 것으로써, 255명의 유아와 어머니를 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 가정환경자극, 모-자 상호작용, 상호작용적 또래놀이 간의 상관관계를 산출하였으며, 세 변인간의 관계를 구조방정식 모형으로 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 가정환경자극과 모-자 상호작용, 그리고 유아의 상호작용적 또래놀이 간에는 일부 요인을 제외한 대부분의 하위요인 간에 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구의 가설모형에서 설정된 가정환경자극과 유아의 상호작용적 또래놀이 간의 관계에서 긍정적 및 부정적 모-자 상호작용을 매개로 한 모든 변인 간 경로는 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가정환경자극은 유아의 상호작용적 또래놀이에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 긍정적 및 부정적 모-자 상호작용을 매개로 하여 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 모-자 상호작용 변인의 매개효과는 유의미한 것으로 확인되었다.
