  • In this research, we analyzed the performance of the e-village shopping mall as an online agricultural business platform. The results suggested some critical factors that might assist the e-village owners to increase their sales by implementing the e-village information systems. We hypothesized that IT education, IT usage, online community activity, and organizational knowledge sharing influenced the e-village sales. Moreover, we investigated the moderating effect of rural experience tourism on those independent variables (IT education, IT usage, online community activity, and organizational knowledge sharing). The results indicated that online community activity had a positive effect on the online business sales, while IT education, IT usage, and organizational knowledge sharing showed insignificant effects. Furthermore, the interaction effects between rural experience tourism and both IT education and the IT usage were positive and significant. Thus, we conclude that the rural experience tourism moderated the relationship between (1) IT education and e-village sales, and (2) IT usage and e-village sales, but not the relationship between (1) online community activity and e-village sales, and (2) organizational knowledge sharing and e-village sales.

  • This study analyzed the effects of corporate dynamic capabilities on enterprise performance by using ambidextrous innovation activities as mediators, focusing on SME employees. The sub-variables of dynamic capabilities were divided into opportunity exploration capability, resource acquisition capability, and resource reconstruction capability. 282 questionnaires collected from small and medium-sized enterprises residing in the metropolitan area were used for empirical analysis. SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.4 were used to analyze the parallel multiple mediation model. First, the results of the analysis showed that opportunity exploration capability, resource acquisition capability had a positive (+) effect on the ambidextrous innovation activities, and the effect of resource reconstruction capability on ambidextrous innovation activities was not significant. Second, the ambidextrous innovation activities had a significant effect on the enterprise performance. Third, it was found that opportunity exploration capability and resource acquisition capability had a positive (+) effect on enterprise performance, and the effect of resource reconstruction capability on enterprise performance was not significant. Fourth, the ambidextrous innovation activity mediated the relationship between opportunity exploration capability and enterprise performance. Fifth, the ambidextrous innovation activity mediated the relationship between resource acquisition capability and enterprise performance. Sixth, the ambidextrous innovation activity did not mediate the resource reconstruction capability and the enterprise performance. As a follow-up study, it is necessary to find third mediators besides the mediators used in this study, analyze the serial mediation model through these, and study for the moderated mediation analysis through the conditional process model in which the moderator is introduced.

Second, self-regulation turned out to have a moderating effect on the relationship between social support and job stress, and enhanced the effect of social support on the decrease of job stress. Lastly, the implications and limitations of this study, as well as suggestions for future research, are discussed. This study suggests that besides external resources such as social support, internal resources such as self-regulation are necessary in order to manage job stress in the field of personal assistance services for the disabled.

The moderating effect of learning competency between business planning competency and technological performance was also found to be significant. Second, leadership and resource acquisition competency of entrepreneurs in the late stage of ventures have significantly positive effects on both non-financial and technological performance. The strategic competency has a significantly positive effect on non-financial performance. Based on a total of 698 self-administered questionnaires obtained from franchisees(food-service unit owners or managers) in Korea, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. The research findings showed results that firstly, promise (${\beta}$=0.292), threat (${\beta}$=-0.256), recommendation (${\beta}$=0.200), information exchange (${\beta}$=0.359), request(${\beta}$=-0.097) and legalistic plea(${\beta}$=-0.137) had a significant effect on franchisee's boundary spanning behaviors and secondly, franchisor's entrepreneurship had a significant positive effect on franchsee's boundary spanning behavior. In addition, the effects of franchisor's promise(${\beta}$=0.168) and threat(${\beta}$=-0.075) on franchisee's boundary spanning behaviors were found to be partially moderated by franchisor's entrepreneurship. Franchisees wanted franchisors to execute a high level of entrepreneurship and deliver a promise in an influence strategy. Limitations and future research directions were also discussed.

Based on the previous studies, this study set up four types of variables: 1) independent variable, 2) moderating variable, 3) mediation variable, and 4) dependent variable. Job stress was identified as an independent variable, social support was identified as both a moderating variable and mediation variable, and psychological burnout was identified as a dependent variable. To empirically conduct this study, a total of 200 questionnaires were distributed to art therapists. Consequently, a total of 150 survey responses were collected. The survey results are as follows. First, there were not differences in job stress, psychological burnout, and social support due to personal environmental factors. This included career, employment type and working hours. Second, the result showed a high-level of correlation among job stress, psychological burnout, and social support. • This study explored the impact of daily hassles and the mediated effect of spiritual well-being and the moderated effect of coping styles on health and depression of middle-aged women. Subjects for this study were 230 Christian midlife women attending in the 10 churches on the metropolitan area. The data was analyzed using path analysis and moderator effect model with the structural equation modeling. Daily hassles are found to act as causes that damage physical or mental health and also elevate the level of depression. Daily hassles have a direct impact on health and depression, and at the same time, they also produce a partial mediation effect on spiritual well-being as a mediation factor. In other words, daily hassles impede spiritual well-being, and the deteriorated spiritual well-being, although its connection to physical health is not clear, is shown to damage mental health and elevate the level of depression. Analysis of coping styles related to the relationship between daily hassles and health and depression showed that, of the 12 coping styles, three, namely, self-criticism, positive interpretation and self-control, produced significant buffering effects. This study hopes to reveal the mediation factors that can minimize negative impact in the relationship between middle-aged women's daily hassles and healthiness and provide the basic material for figuring out practical implications and policy measures regarding the issue.
