오뜨꾸뛰르(Haute Couture) 작품에 표현된 현대패션의 경향 연구 (A Study on Contemporary Fashion Expressed in Haute Couture)

  • Haute couture denotes a luxurious made-to-order dressmaker's shop. In principle, it refers to a place that is registered with the Paris Apparel Association and has met the size and criteria specified by the association. The features of modern fashion expressed in haute couture have been contemplated by categorizing them into mixed impression appearing in haute couture work pieces. turning the collection event into a spectacle and commercialization for the succession of haute couture. Mixed impression manifested in the haute couture has engendered (1) the creative and dynamic feature (2) eclecticism with popular culture (3) mixed impression of reactionism (4) ethnic characteristics. From the above considerations, one could say that the factors drive the very existence of haute couture and comprise three elements of impeccable backgrounds, They are (1) organizing ability and protective policies of the French fashion industry, (2) relentless experimental spirit of the haute couture designers and (3) Paris that supports creativity and fashion fabrication, have coincided with rising up of the value of persistence on originality of work pieces in accordance with diversifying cultural transformations. consumer-oriented patterns by way of capital symbolized by consumers and restructuring of company operation by each shop. This report describes comprehensive understanding of haute couture, creativity and dynamic power of the haute couture work pieces. Akin to the efforts to maintain the existence of high-grade cultures throughout the overall cultures themselves, haute couture, on the basis of these factors, should also become the motive power through which luxurious culture in fashion is created in the days ahead.

흔합 및 합금고속도강 소결체의 치밀화에 미치는 구성성분의 역할 (Role of Alloyed Components on Densification of Mixed and Prealloyed High Speed Steel Powder Compacts)

  • The effect of the role of alloyed components on the densification of two kind of high speed steel (mixed and prealloyed powder), which were sintered at 1403~ 1573 K for 7.2 ks in vacuum, was investigated. The results obtained were as follows. (1) Without the presence of Vanadium (V), the relative density of sintered compacts (Ds) could not reached the density of 100% regardless of the. elements in the compacts. (2) The addition of V up to 2 mass% did not result In the complete densification when the carbon content was fixed at 2% in the compact. (3) With the fixed amount of V of 7%, Ds decreased with the increase of the carbon content. (4) The addition of mixed fine powder to the prealloyed powder in the range of 20 to 40% provided the complete densification and carbide panicles of 1~2 $\mu\textrm{m}$ through the solid phase sintering. (5) The V element played important role in controlling the complete or incomplete densification of the sintered compacts in the alloyed component because of its formation of stable oxide and carbide as well as the low equilibrium pressure of CO gas.

  • 본 연구에서는 아스팔트가 가지는 단점을 보완하고자 아스팔트를 비이온 계면활성제(Span 80, Span 60, Tween 80, 및 Tween 60), 음이온 계면활성제(SLS), 및 양이온 계면활성제(Imidazole)를 변량 배합하여 반전유화법으로 아스팔트 에멀젼을 제조하였다. 유화아스팔트의 안정성을 규명하고자 입자크기, 점도, 제타전위, 및 내수성을 고찰하였다. 비이온 계면활성제와 음이온 계면활성제를 혼합 사용할 경우 유화아스팔트의 안정성은 우수하였으며 계면활성제의 양이 증가함에 따라 입자크기는 감소하였고, 반면에 점도와 제타전위 및 내수성은 증가하였다.

Effects of Oxygen Supply and Mixed Sugar Concentration on ${\small{D}}$-Ribose Production by a Transketolase-Deficient Bacillus subtilis SPK1

  • ${\small{D}}$-Ribose is a value-added five-carbon sugar used for riboflavin production. To investigate the effects of oxygen supply and mixed sugar concentration on microbial production of ${\small{D}}$-ribose, a transketolase-deficient Bacillus subtilis SPK1 was cultured batch-wise using xylose and glucose. A change of agitation speed from 300 rpm to 600 rpm at 1 vvm of air supply increased both the xylose consumption rate and ${\small{D}}$-ribose production rate. Because the sum of the specific consumption rates for xylose and glucose was similar at all agitation speeds, metabolic preferences between xylose and glucose might depend on oxygen supply. Although B. subtilis SPK1 can take up xylose and glucose by the active transport mechanism, a high initial concentration of xylose and glucose was not beneficial for high ${\small{D}}$-ribose production.

  • Effects of 4-nonylphenol (4-NP) on mixed function oxygenase (MFO) in the kidneies of rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli) were investigated. The cytochrome P45O (CYP) contents and NADPH cytochrome P450 reductase, NADH cytochrome b5 reductase and 7-ethoxyredorufin-O-deethylase (EROD) activities of microsome, glutathione S-transferase (GST) activity of cytosol in rockfish exposed to 4-NP for 7 days using an intraperitoneal injection (25 mg/kg) were quantitatively determined. The GST activity of rockfish exposed to 4-NP were higher, up to 5.2 times higher, than those in the control fish. The activities of NADPH-and NADH-dependent reductases were inhibited. On the other hand, CYP contents and EROD activity of the 4-NP exposed fish demonstrated neither an increasing or decreasing trend.

미립자 시멘트를 이용한 조강 콘크리트의 내구성 검토 (Durability of High Early Strength Concrete Using Fine Particles Cement)

  • 콘크리트의 효율적인 조기강도 확보를 위해 시멘트의 성능 향상에 주안점을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 이 연구는 선행 연구인 시멘트 생산 공정 중 부수적으로 발생되는 크기가 작은 시멘트(이하 미립자 시멘트, FC라 함)를 이용하는 콘크리트의 조기강도 발현 특성 연구에 대한 후속 연구로서 내구성 검토를 실시하였다. 실험 결과 굳지 않은 콘크리트에서는 각 배합별 목표 범위를 모두 만족하는 것으로 나타났고, 미립자 시멘트를 혼입하였을 때 응결시간은 촉진되었고 압축강도는 증진되었으며 수화열은 유사한 수준인 것으로 평가되었다. 특히, 내구성 측면에서는 미립자 시멘트 혼입 유 에 따라 모든 실험 항목에서 유사한 수준인 것으로 평가되었다.

Preparation of Platinum catalysts for PEM Fuel cells

  • In this work, we have prepared platinum catalyst by various methods, investigated fuel cell performance and compared performance with commercially available $20\%$ Pt supported on carbon (Pt/C) catalyst. We have found that Pt/C prepared by reduction of chloroplatinic acid in mixed solvent (water+ethylene glycol) gives better performance compared to that produced by reduction of aqueous chloroplatinic acid, which can be attributed to smaller catalyst particle size and lower agglomeration in the mixed solvent. We have also prepared a novel platinum electrocatalyst by depositing platinum on Nafion coated carbon powder and it shows great promise. The performance of electrode prepared using $20\%Pt$ onn Nafion coated carbon mixed with Pt/C was found to be higher than the performance of electrodes using commercially available $20\%$ Pt/C, up to a current density of about $1100mA/cm^2$. The cell voltages obtained were respectively 621 and 603mV, at a current density of: $1000mA/cm^2$, in a single cell using $0.25mgPt/cm^2$ and Nafion 10035 membrane at $80^{\circ}C$ using hydrogen/oxygen reactants at 1 atm pressure.

섬유혼합토의 비선형 동적물성치 (Nonlinear Dynamic Properties of Fiber Reinforced Soils)

  • 본 논문은 공진주시험과 삼축압축시험을 이용하여 소변형률(0.0001%~l%) 범위에서 섬유혼합토의 변형 특성을 규명하였으며, 최대전단탄성계수를 잣대로 보강효과를 평가하였다. 또한 단섬유의 직경에 대한 길이의 비(형상비), 흙의 중량에 대한 섬유 중량의 섬유혼합비, 단섬유의 종류에 따른 보강효과를 비교 검토하였다. 시료는 주문진 표준사에 폴리프로필렌 재질의 단섬유를 무작위로 배합하여 사용하였다. 섬유혼합토의 최대전단탄성계수는 비혼합토에 비해 최대 30%까지 증가하였고, 비선형 영역에서의 전단탄성계수 감소량도 억제되었다. 형상비가 증가할수록 최대전단 탄성계수는 증가하고, 단사에 비해 망사의 보강 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 섬유혼합비는 0.3 % 부근에서 보강효과가 가장 커, 최적인 것으로 확인되었다.

  • Fe-(8.5, 18.5, 28.3, 36.9) wt% Cr alloys were corroded between 600 and $800^{\circ}C$ for up to 70 h in a 1 atm gas mixture that consisted of 0.0242 atm of $H_2S$, 0.031 atm of water vapor, and 0.9448 atm of nitrogen gas. Their corrosion resistance increased with an increment in the Cr content. The Fe-8.5%Cr alloy corroded fast, forming thick, fragile, nonadherent scales that consisted primarily of an outer FeS layer and an inner (Fe, Cr, O, S)-mixed layer. The outer FeS layer grew into the air by the outward diffusion of $Fe^{2+}$ ions, whereas the inner mixed layer grew by the inward diffusion of oxygen and sulfur ions. At the interface of the outer and inner scales, voids developed and cracking occurred. The Fe-(18.5, 28.3, 36.9)% Cr alloys displayed much better corrosion resistance than the Fe-8.5Cr alloy, because thin $Cr_2O_3$ or $Cr_2S_3$ scales formed.

3주된 생쥐에서 궤양성 대장염 유발을 통한 폐-대장-피부의 상관관계 연구 (Study of The Correlation of Lung-Large intestine-Skin by Ulcerative Colitis-Induced 3 Weeks Old Mice)

  • Objectives The purpose of this study is to understand the correlations between lung, large intestine, and skin of 3-week-old mice in which ulcerative colitis was induced, up on administration of Coptidis rhizome and Glycyrrhiza uralensis mixed extract. Methods Mice were divided into 4 groups as follows; no treatment group (Ctrl group), ulcerative colitis-induced mice group (UE group), ulcerative colitis-induced mice group after administering Pentasa (PT group), ulcerative colitis-induced mice group after administering Coptidis rhizoma and Glycyrrhiza uralensis mixed extract (CGT group). Mice were induced ulcerative colitis by Dextran sulfate sodium (DSS). After 5 days of administration, We obvserved anti-inflammatory effect, alveolar formation, and skin barrier control in the colon mucosa. Results The CGT group was observed arrangement of normal intestinal cells, Infiltration of less inflammatory cells. The CGT significantly decreased positive rseponse of $TNF-{\alpha}$, p-IkB, Caspase 3 in large intestine, and significantly increased positive rseponse of EGF, IGF, catalase, Filaggrin, involucrin, loricrin. Conclusions The results of this study show the correlation of Lung-Large intestine-Skin by administering Coptidis rhizoma and Glycyrrhiza uralensis mixed extract to ulcerative colitis-induced mice.
