The middle aged woman today have met discord of unbalance in gender role identity due to change in cultual situation and view of value of our country since 1960. Under the promise that there is a relationship between depression which is a psychological characteristic and gender role traits of middle aged woman, and in consideration that the depression of middle-aged woman may be differentiated depend upon the expressive manner of gender role, this research was trying to find out the relationship between the gender role traits and the depression of middle aged women. The purpose of his research is to provide data to be helpful for marital hygirne of middle-aged women by presenting a plan to reduce depression of middle-aged woman by the desirable gender role. In order for such studying purpose, the gender role, physical symptom and socio-demographic feature were researched using the scale which was by this researcher. The questionnaire sheets of 327 use form middle-aged woman of 39 years to 59 years old in full with their last child is 10 years or order. The summerized results of study are as follows. In consolidation of the foregoing it have known that the socio-economic position and recognition of physical symptom and the masculinity feature has shown less depression as she feels less physical symptom due to there is relationship between recondition of physical symptom and he masculity feature, and also, it has known that the depression of middle-aged women may be reduced when such extroversive and expressional gender role features are developed as 'aggressiveness and ' fraternity, and the depression may be prompted due to such introvert and easy to be impacted by grudge as 'impression'

본 연구는 중년여성을 대상으로 스트레스, 강인성 및 자아존중감과의 관계를 알아보고, 중년여성의 스트레스를 감소시키고 강인성과 자아존중감을 향상시키기 위한 바람직한 중년여성의 생애주기별 교육의 방향을 모색하고자 한자. 본 연구는 상관성 조사연구로써 서울, 경기도, 충청권에 살고 있는 중년여성 200명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 자료수집기간은 2015년 4월 1일부터 4월 30일까지였다. 자료는 SPSS Program 18.0을 이용하여 t값, Correlation coefficient로 분석하였다. 연구결과 중년여성의 스트레스, 강인성 및 자아존중감은 순상관관계로 나타났다. 따라서 중년여성의 강인성과 자아존중감을 향상시켜 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 효율적인 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to comparison of the effects of proprioception traning and muscle strength traning on the ankle strength and balance of obese middle-aged woman. Method : The subjects of this study are obese-middle aged woman; 8 woman who agreed with this research, were picked up. Participants were divided randomly into equal groups: experimental group receved proprioception traning for 6 weeks, which consists of 3 times per week, 30 min for each session. control group received strength training during the same period. Muscle strength and balance were measured dorsi flexion, plantar flexion, functional reach test and one leg standing. The intervention were compared by measuring before and after. Result : There were significant improvements in the subscales of the muscle strength of both group and balance test of those who practiced with the proprioception traning, while the muscle strength traning showed significant changes only muscle strength. Conclusion : Therefore, proprioception training is beneficial in improvement of to improve the muscle strength and balance in middle-aged woman with obesity.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the combination of tailored suit details through visual evaluation which helps compensating middle aged women＇s body defects for their more attractive fashion styles. The data evaluated by a multiple ranking test were analyzed using mean, paired t-test, general linear measure and Duncan＇s multiple raged test. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The middle aged woman wearing the opened flap pocket-jacket and slacks looks longer(p〈0.001) in lower part of her body and taller(P〈0.01) as a whole than when wearing others. And, opened jacket makes a middle aged woman be seen with less appeared abdomen(p〈0.01) than that wearing others. 2) The middle aged woman wearing the opened flap pocket-jacket and skirt looks more elegant(p〈0.001), more graceful(p〈0.001), and a bit more balanced(p〈0.05) than that wearing the opened flap pocket-jacket and slacks suits. According to situation(TPO). the middle aged women wearing the opened flap pocket-jacket, and slacks or skirt looks more effective the visual effect in combination of details on Tailored suits. This paper has two purpose. The primary purpose is to investigate how the middle ages women of Korea describe their own masculinity femininity and gender role identity. Secondary purpose is to find out how the masculine and the feminine are related to socio demographic feature and physical symptom. The questionaire sheets of 327 use from middle aged woman of 39 years to 59 years old with their last child is more than 10 years old. The summerized results of study are as follows: 1) The overall tendency in gender role identity of middle aged women. the undifferentiated type(36.70%) was the most and have shown the androgynous type(30.58%) by the next. 2) The employed middle aged women inducated higher masculinity than the unemployed middle aged women and felt the lesser physical symptoms conciousness. In case of occupation of husband is higher social status the femininity was higher the others. and in the group has not daughter or shorter marital period the femininity was higher.

The study has been carried out in four ways to find out the fit of the present size speces of the garments for middle aged woman. For this purpose, surveys, classifying the trunk form of middle aged woman by factor analysis and clustering, calculating coverage rate of one garment item(suit) has been used. The results are as follows: (1) In case of the survey for middle aged women, the problems concerning the length of sleeves or trousers and hip girth are found. The former too long and the latter too tight. (2) The size classification and the standard deviation for each sizes are very diffenent between 9 ready-made-garment makers. (3) In classifying the trunk forms of the middle aged women, the diversity of the trunk forms are examined. (4) In calculating coverage rates of the 5 maker's size spece, those similar to KS sizing system are the highest. The coverage rate of the smallest size is the higest, while that of the biggest is 0%.

The purpose of this study is to find the sand play therapeutic effect for a middle-aged woman who shows the depression because of her husband's debauchery. The client showed psychological conflict, also her children appeared the schoolwork problem and regression. For the pre-test, HTP, KED, SCT and MMPI were used. As a result of analysis she was under heavy stress and chose to sleep as a mean to forget herself. The sand play total sessions were 19. The subject of the sand play therapy were analysed the sessions into the chaos stage, the struggle stage, ego/self axis stage and the adaptation stage. Sand play therapy helps the client's positive change and accept in the sand play. The sand play therapy was effective and significant to cure to middle-aged woman with depression.

본 연구의 목적은 물질주의와 안녕감 간의 관계에서 통제성의 매개 효과를 확인하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 B시, C시, D시의 중년기 여성 239명이었으며 척도는 Richins과 Dawson(1992)의 물질주의 척도, Levenson(1981)의 통제성 척도, 그리고 안녕감은 Watson과 Clark 및 Tellegen(1988)의 정서적 안녕감 척도(PANAS)와 Ryff(1989)의 심리적 안녕감 척도(PWBS)가 사용되었다. 자료 수집 후 기술 통계 분석, 측정도구의 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 위계적 회귀분석, 그리고 Sobel 검사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 물질주의와 안녕감 간의 관계에서 통제성의 하위 변인인 외부통제성이 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과를 근거로 중년기 여성의 높은 물질주의에 따른 낮은 안녕감을 좀 더 높일 수 있는 방법으로 외부통제성을 낮추는 것을 제시하였다.

The purposes of this study were 1) to examine the effects of the difference between actual and perceived body type and body cathexis on satisfaction with fit and 2) to identify the effect of the difference between chronological and ideal age of middle-aged woman on satisfaction with fit of ready-to-wear. For this study, questionnaires were administered to 500 middle-aged woman in Kwangju. Employing 402 respondents, data were analyzed by using $X^2$-test, t-test and Pearson Correlation. The results were as follows; 1) There were significant differences between actual and perceived body types among middle-aged women. Those who were inconsistent with actual and perceived body types had a tendency to perceive themselves to be obeser than actual body. 2) Those who were inconsistent with actual and perceived body types had a lower satisfaction level with apparel fit sites at jacket length, hip width, crotch length and waist width than those who were consistent with actual and perceived body types. 3) Correlation for body cathexis and satisfaction with fit of ready-to-wear was significantly positive. 4) There were significant differences between chronological and ideal ages. 5) Those who were inconsistent with chronological and ideal ages had a lower satisfaction level with apparel fit sites at neckline, shoulder width, bust, sleeve length, sleeve width, Jacket length, waist width, hip width and skirt length than those who were consistent with chronological and ideal ages.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the combination of suit details through visual evaluation which helps compensating the classic style suits-middle aged women's body construct for their more attractive fashion styles. The styles of the evaluated suits are formal and classical. The designs of evaluated suits are manipulated in 40 different kinds by the essential elements such as collars, necklines(tailored collars, soutien collars, stand collars, round necklines, V-necklines, etc.), bottoms(slacks, skirts), pocket (flap pocket, none) and opening(opened, closed). The data evaluated by a multiple ranking test were analyzed by paired t-test, ANOVA and Duncan's multiple raged test. The results are summarized as follows : 1. A middle aged woman on skirts suits look more graceful, more elegant, and a bit more refined than that on slacks suits. 2. A middle aged woman wearing a jacket with flap pockets on looks more balanced, and graceful than when wearing with no pockets. 3. Wearing closed jackets looks more balanced and graceful than on opened jackets. 4. The types of collar·necklines can be called the details which put much influence on Image effects. Putting on tailored collar suits is the most graceful, refined, balanced and harmonious case than any others.
