본 연구목적은 대학 행정직원들의 감정부조화와 우울, 불안, 신체증상의 정신건강 간의 관계에서 심리적 유연성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여, 대학 행정직원 191명에게 설문지를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램과 Sobel Test를 활용해 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째. 대학 행정직원들 다수가 감정부조화(52.36%), 우울(47.12%), 불안(58.12%), 신체증상(62.83%)의 어려움이 있었다. 둘째. 감정부조화 위험군이 정상군에 비교하여 우울, 불안, 신체증상 수준이 유의하게 높았다. 셋째. 감정부조화와 심리적 유연성은 우울, 불안, 신체증상에 유의한 영향을 나타냈다. 넷째. 감정부조화와 정신건강 요인(우울, 불안, 신체증상 각각)간의 관계에서 심리적 유연성의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 마지막으로 대학 행정직원들의 감정노동과 정신건강에 개입할 필요성과 그 개입 및 예방 방안으로서 심리적 유연성을 제언하였다.

Objectives In human, there is a diversity in the breathing pattern, for instance inspiratory and expiratory time, volume, breathing frequency, and breath-to-breath variation. Expecially, respiratory variability can provide important information about breathing regulation and physiological flexibility. it is significant to not only breathing index but also physiological index.Methods Thus this paper reviews the literature on respiratory variability with the aim of clinical application.Results We could find the interrelationships and respiratory variability between emotions, psychopathy, sighing, mental and physical activity.Conclusions As a result, respiratory variability can serve an important physiological index in the clinical area and reflects how our bodies act in diverse environments under various condition.

A study on the social necessity of marriage culture center and its interial environmental design. -Focus on the plan for the special department store of necessary articles for marriage. The purposes of this study are to play a role as a guide of marriage for the age-group people who want to marry soon, and to devise a special departmentstore which harmonizes two systems of sales promotion and cultural role, which reflect features of marriage culture. This department store will settle all the procedure of marriage easily, and will improve the commercial state that hampers the essential value of marriage and that arose at department store of necessary articles for marriage and facilities for ceremony during preparation of it. Followings are also included in this study ; to study about how can the special department store offers a cultural space which is coincindent to consumer's needs, to devise a purchaser's concenience obtaining affirmative act and mental satisfaction , and to originate a design following the result.

When you act for a good or just when you make a choice, you should ask yourself if the result of your action coincides with the principle that has generated it. Health and respect for our own individuality are two essential goods for the human being and also values that medicine itself should guard carefully remembering that its goal is to take care for a person and not only to cure a sick body. The means to achieve all this can only be a person-centered medicine which has the honor and the burden of considering the person (in the Kantian sense) and his health as an end, not a means. The current mainstream concept of health defined in 1948 by the World Health Organization as a state of complete mental, physical and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity remind us that medical reasoning, based on the pathogenesis operator, is no longer sufficient in dealing with requests from the citizens: is now the right time to shift the focus from sickness to health giving emphasis to the salutogenic medicine approach.

목적 : 본 연구는 정신장애인의 직업재활 평가도구를 확인하고 분석함으로써 작업치료 영역에서 임상적으로 유용하게 활용할 수 있는 정신장애인 직업재활 평가도구의 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 문헌 검색은 Pubmed 데이터베이스를 사용하였으며, 분석 내용은 개발연도, 평가방식, 문항 수, 척도, 평가 문항을 분석하였다. 분석 방법은 각 평가 항목을 기능, 내적요인, 환경, 정신증상의 4가지 범주로 구분하여 각 평가도구의 평가 요소에 대해 파악하였다. 결과 : 검색어를 통한 Pubmed 검색 시 161개의 문헌이 검색되었고, 선정 방법에 따라 Griffiths Work Behavior Scale (GWBS), Occupational Functioning Scale (OFS), Social and Occupational Functioning Assessment Scale (SOFAS), Work Ability Index (WAI), Work Behaviour Inventory (WBI), Work Environment Impact Scale (WEIS), Work and Social Adjustment Scale (WSAS)의 7개 평가도구가 선별되었다. 모든 평가도구의 평가항목은 직무와 관련된 기능평가를 포함하였으며, 각 평가도구의 목적에 따라 내적요인, 환경, 정신증상에 대한 측정이 이루어지는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 직업 기술은 신체, 인지, 사회기술, 대처능력 등 다양한 기능이 복합적으로 작용하는 기술이다. 따라서 본 연구에서 분석한 기능, 내적요인, 환경, 정신증상의 4가지 요소가 포함될 필요가 있으며, 평가과정에서 발생하는 물리적 제약을 보완하기 위해 ICT 융합 평가도구의 개발함으로써 보다 효율적인 정신장애인 직업재활 평가가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

'색채는 우리의 의식과 상관없이 긍정적 혹은 부정적으로 우리에게 영향을 미치는 에너지이다.' 라고 이텐(Johannes Itten)은 말했다. 우리가 자연에서 보는 색채는 감정에 우선적으로 강하게 작용한다. 이러한 색채의 경험은 우리에게 상징 또는 도상으로 다가오며 인간의 심리를 알레고리로 표현하게 된다. 애니메이션의 색채는 영상매체가 갖는 시각적인 요소이자 중요한 의미작용을 하는 이미지이며 빛의 속성이자 가장 먼저 눈에 들어오는 시지각적 요소이다. 형태, 움직임, 명암 등과 같은 조형요소와 함께 색채는 인간과 인간 주변의 상황을 표현하는 매체로서의 중요한 기능을 한다. 애니메이션에서는 캐릭터의 심리적 변화 상태뿐만 아니라 처한 상황을 암시하기 위하여 색채를 상징적으로 사용한다. 심리적 의미전달은 색채의 상징성을 도상(icon)적으로 표현하게 된다. 따라서 애니메이션의 이미지 표현을 위한 색채는 의미전달을 위한 보편성을 띠게 된다. 본 연구는 색채의 상징적 의미가 작품에 어떻게 반영되었는가에 초점을 맞추었다.

This study intended to enhance the quality of life of rural adolescents through survey 185 young people in YeonChun County, in the course of measuring the level of life of adolescents and finding several variables related with the level and drawing some applications for enhancement. As a result of this study we had some findings 1) the most young people were belonging to the second (vital feeling value) level and third (mental value) level 2) Sex, religion, tendency oriented to other person were three related variables with the level. The more the people having other-oriented tendency the higher the level of value. Female, Christian is higher in the level. 3) Many adolescents showed little hearty satisfaction concering their own life 4) The level of act in their real life were corresponded with the level of value 5) Characteristics of high value-level adolescents against low value-level ones were that they had high level of value-recognition, less family member. The hit ratio was 83.7 percent. On the basis of this study the following suggestions for the improvement of quality of life for youth in the rural area in the future. First, we should make a great effort in value education in order to clearly get the goal of the true life. The quality improvement such as the education of mental life and religion for the young people by developing programs to continously improve the value of life. Second, the necessity of behavior guiding other oriented tendency should be emphasized. We should connect adolescents with value recognition through more interest in actions. And third, it is necessary to make a professional effort for the improvement of level of value, that is, an in depth study of the theoretical systemization.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between cell phone dependency and aggression in elementary school students with the mediating effect of leisure activities in South Korea. Methods: Data were cross-sectional in study design with 1,555 fourth grade elementary school students participating in the 4th-year Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 and AMOS 21.0 program. Results: Cell phone dependency has a significant effect on aggression, but it did not act as a control variable in the relationship between the protective factor, weekly book reading time and the amount of daytime play with aggression. Weekly entertainment time and weekly TV and video viewing time had a significant statistical effect on aggression, thus this study confirmed that cell phone dependency acts as a control variable in relation to aggression. Conclusion: As the entertainment time for elementary school students, the time spent watching TV and videos play a negative role, it is necessary to prepare a leisure activity management practice and strategies with an emphasis on entertainment time as well as, TV and video viewing as elementary school students' leisure activities for a healthy school life.

본 연구는 서울 인근 초등학교 중학년 학생과 학부모를 대상으로 각각 수행된 미디어 심성모형 관련 두 연구의 결과에 기초하여, 현재 한국 상황에 적합한 한국형 미디어 교육 모형을 문헌 고찰을 통해 제안하였다. 미디어 교육이 성공적으로 시행되고 있는 서구의 대표적 미디어 교육 모형, 즉 버킹엄의 창작 중심 교육 모형, 홉스의 실천 중심 교육 모형, 포터의 분석 중심 교육 모형, 밴후저의 세계관 중심 교육 모형을 검토해 보고, 이들 각 모형들의 장점들을 종합한 후, 한국의 수요자들의 필요를 반영하여 이를 수정하고 재편하였다. 새로 개발된 수요자 중심 교육 모형은 '세계관과 관점,' '사용(접근),' '분석과 평가,' '성찰,' '사회적 실천' 단계로 구성된 순환 모형인데, 각 단계는 앞서 살펴본 4개의 대표적 모형이 각각 강조하고 있는 각 목표 영역의 핵심 내용들을 차용하되 한국 수요자들의 특수한 현실을 반영했다. 중독이나 사이버 폭력 등의 미디어 사용태도에 관한 필요는 '세계관과 관점' 영역에 반영하였고, 인쇄 매체인 도서의 미디어로서의 위상 교육은 '사용(접근)'에, 디지털 미디어의 높은 사용 빈도의 현실은 '사회적 실천' 영역에 반영하였다.

Purpose: Today, the proportion of the elderly is increasing especially in a province. For elder people, local government has conducted the health promotion act by oriental medicine. For oriental medicine hub health promotion act, Eumseong -gun carried out a program that is urinary incontinence clinic for the elderly. The purpose of this study is to show how effective the public health promotion program using oriental medicine is. Methods: The 42 patients had been treated for urinary incontinence during the 10 or 11 weeks. They were put on oriental medical treatment in the Eumseong-gun public health center. Results: 1. There was significant decreases in the degree of urinary incontinence after the treatment. 2. The treatment made the patients regain their mental security. 3. People who were treated by public health promotion program were the most satisfied. Conclusion: The results suggested that public health promotion program using oriental medicine is effective for urinary incontinence.
