3세 유아의 정서성 기질과 학령 초기 아동의 미디어 과몰입 간 종단적 관계: 내재화 문제행동의 매개역할 (The Longitudinal Relationship Between Emotionality at Age Three and Media Overdependence in Early School Age: The Mediating Role of Internalizing Behavior Problems)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate whether emotionality at age three predicts early school-age media overdependence and to examine the potential mediating role of internalizing behavior problems in children. Methods: This study employed data from the 4th and 10th waves of the Panel Study of Korea Children, comprising a sample of 1,270 children. Assessments of emotionality (4th wave), media overdependence (10th wave), and internalizing behavior problems (10th wave) were conducted. Data analysis utilized SPSS and the Process Macro. Results: At age 3, heightened emotionality was found to directly contribute to an increased tendency for media overdependence in early school age. Internalizing behavior problems played a significant mediating role in the relationship between emotionality and media overdependence. Conclusion/Implications: This study validated a significant longitudinal connection between emotionality and the inclination to excessively rely on media, highlighting the role of internalization behavior problems in this relationship. It is essential to provide focused attention, especially to children displaying heightened emotionality in early childhood, in order to proactively prevent internalization behavior problems and the undue dependence on media.

민간경비원의 직무스트레스가 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 직무소진의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Private Security Guards' Job Stress on Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention: focused on mediating effects of job burnout)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 민간경비원의 직무스트레스가 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 직무소진의 매개효과를 중심으로 분석하는데 있다. 연구의 분석을 위하여 서울소재 경비업체에 근무하고 있는 민간경비원을 모집단을 설정하였으며, 설문지는 무선표집법(random sampling)에 의하여 700명을 대상으로 배포하였다. 조사기간은 2014년 5월부터 2014년 9월까지 약 4개월간에 걸쳐서 실시하였으며, 설문지는 회수되지 않거나 극단치가 있는 24부를 제외한 총 676부를 최종 데이터로 활용하였다. 데이터 분석을 위하여 이 연구에서는 SPSSWIN 18.0 통계패키지를 활용하였으며, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석 및 경로분석을 통하여 가설을 검증 하였다. 분석결과 정서적 고갈은 역할갈등, 역할과부하와 조직몰입의 관계에서 부분적으로 매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었고 역할모호성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 정서적 고갈은 역할갈등과 이직의도와의 관계에서는 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 역할모호성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다 또한 역할과부하와 이직의도와의 관계에서는 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타나 가설이 부분적으로 채택되었다. 직무스트레스와 조직몰입의 관계에서 비인간화에 대한 경로분석 결과 역할모호성과 조직몰입의 관계에서는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났고, 역할갈등, 역할과부화는 조직몰입간의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 역할모호성과 이직의도의 관계에서 비인간화는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났고, 역할갈등과 역할과부하는 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타나 가설이 부분적으로 채택되었다.

  • This study aims to explore the role of Khan's engagement dimension previous study in mediating the relationship between work-life balance and in-role and extra-role performance of salesforce. To measure the data, a quantitative approach conducted through a survey of the sales force in the financial services industry sector in Makassar City, Indonesia. We determine the sample by using purposive sampling technique, and a total of 188 salesforce respondents. SEM-PLS with the second-order model was applied to test the measurement model and the mediator role of the engagement. The results show that the engagement dimension fully mediates the effect of work-life balance on both in-role and extra-role performance direct or indirect effect. the findings in this study also address the great concern of both individuals and organizations that the antecedents of the work-life balance variable are fundamental reasons for improving performance. The results of this study indicate that the work-life balance program positively influences engagement. Overall, we can conclude that commitment not only serves as a means for employees to fulfill formal job requirements. This can also encourage them to take action that goes beyond the precise requirements of their work by presenting them physically, emotionally, and cognitively in the work environment.

부모의 심리적 통제와 아동의 도덕적 이탈이 또래괴롭힘 참여자 역할행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Parental Psychological Control and Moral Disengagement on Children's Participant Role Behavior in a Bullying Situations)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of moral disengagement concerning the parental psychological control on children's participant role behavior in bullying situations. For the purposes of this research, a group of participants comprising total 541 students of fifth, seventh, eighth, tenth and eleventh grades from schools based in Seoul and Incheon were surveyed. As far as research methods are concerned, scales for parental psychological control, moral disengagement and participant role behavior in a bullying situation were used. The main findings of this research were as follows. First, by gender, there was a significant difference in participant role behavior in bullying. By grade, a significant difference was shown in parental psychological control, participant role behavior in bullying and moral disengagement. Second, variables affecting participant role behavior in bullying situations were found to be influenced by the types of role behavior respectively as well as by students' grade levels. Third, moral disengagement concerning the influence of parental psychological control on participant role behavior was found to have a full mediating effect on bystander behavior among elementary school students and bullying behavior among middle school and high school students.

어머니의 양육행동 및 모-자녀간 갈등과 남녀 청소년의 자아존중감간의 관계 (Maternal Parenting, Mother-Adolescent Conflict, and Adolescent Self-Esteem)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine the relations between maternal parenting, mother-adolescent conflict, and middle adolescents' self-esteem with a sample of 271 high school students enrolled in 2nd year at high school in Seoul, and their mothers. Data was analysed using correlations and regression analyses. Maternal affection, monitoring and reasoning were positively related with and maternal physical abuse and neglect were negatively related with adolescent self-esteem. Maternal over-expectation and intrusiveness were not related with adolescent self-esteem in boys, but were negatively related with adolescent self-esteem in girls. In both adolescents' and mothers' report, mother-adolescent conflict was related negatively with adolescent self-esteem. In mothers' report, mother-adolescent conflict was not related with adolescent self-esteem in boys, but was negatively related with adolescent self-esteem in girls. In adolescents' report, maternal affection, monitoring and reasoning were negatively related with mother-adolescent conflict, which maternal over-expectation, intrusiveness, neglect, and physical abuse were positively related with mother-adolescent conflict. In mothers' report, maternal affection, monitoring and reasoning were negatively related with mother-adolescent conflict. Mediating roles of mother-adolescent conflict in relation of maternal parenting and adolescent self-esteem were examined. In adolescents' report, mother-adolescent conflict perceived by male adolescents played a mediating role between maternal monitoring, reasoning and physical abuse, representatively, and adolescent self-esteem. And mother-adolescent conflict perceived by female adolescents played a mediating role between maternal parenting with the expectation of maternal affection and adolescent self-esteem. In mothers' report, mother-adolescent conflict perceived by mothers only played mediating role between maternal monitoring and adolescent self-esteem. So, mediating roles of mother-adolescent conflict were more emphasized in the adolescents' report than in the mothers' report. Therefore, the fact that maternal parenting except affection affects the adolescent self-esteem indirectly through mother-adolescent conflict can be found. Implying that maternal affection is crucial in implying positive self-esteem of adolescents.

노인의 자살생각을 높이는 지각된 짐스러움과 절망감에 대한 사회적 지지의 역할 (The Role of Social Support for the Influences of Perceived Burdensomeness and Hopelessness on Suicidal Ideation of the Elderly)

  • 본 연구는 노인의 자살생각에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀진 지각된 짐스러움과 절망감을 감소시킬 변인으로 사회적 지지를 제안하고, 사회적 지지가 지각된 짐스러움과 절망감을 매개로 노인의 자살생각에 미치는 부적 영향을 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구결과, 사회적 지지의 하위차원 중 가족지지는 노인의 지각된 짐스러움을 줄여줌으로써 자살생각을 감소시킬 뿐 아니라, 감소된 짐스러움이 절망감을 감소시켜 노인의 자살생각을 줄여주는 것으로 나타났다. 친구지지는 노인의 지각된 짐스러움 및 절망감을 줄여줌으로써 자살생각을 줄여줄 뿐 아니라, 감소된 짐스러움이 절망감을 낮춤으로써 노인의 자살생각을 줄여주고 있었다. 지역사회지지는 노인의 지각된 짐스러움에 영향을 미치지는 못했으나 노인이 느끼는 절망감을 줄여줌으로써 자살생각을 줄여주는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 사회적 지지의 하위요인들(가족, 친구, 지역사회)은 자살생각에 대해 직접적인 효과를 보여주기보다, 다른 부정적인 요인을 감소시킴으로써 자살생각에 대한 간접적인 효과를 보여주었다. 이상의 결과에 근거하여, 고령화 사회와 핵가족화 사회에서 자칫 소원해 질 수 있는 가족관계를 개선하기 위한 노력의 필요성과 노인의 대인관계 및 사회적 네트워크 형성에 대한 지원, 그리고 지역사회 지원정책의 이용을 장려하는 적극적인 홍보 노력이 병행될 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.

  • 농어민 계층은 대표적인 정보소외계층으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 측면에서 농어민 계층들이 PC사용을 통하여 혜택을 받도록 하는 것은 국가정책의 하나가 되어 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 2017년 디지털정보격차 실태조사의 자료를 토대로 농어민 계층의 PC이용능력이 그들의 삶의 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 한다. 특히 인터넷서비스 이용의 매개역할을 검증한다. 경로모형을 토대로 분석한 결과, PC이용능력은 삶의 만족도에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 주는 것이 확인되었다. 또한 인터넷서비스 이용은 PC이용능력과 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 부분적으로 매개효과를 가지고 있었다. 이를 통해 정부는 농어민의 PC이용능력 배양과 동시에 인터넷서비스 이용을 적극 권장하여 삶의 만족도가 향상될 수 있도록 할 필요가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 위계적 선형모형을 적용하여 지역별 차이를 고려한 세밀한 정책적 연구를 제안한다.

기업의 사회적 책임(CSR) 활동이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향: 지식공유와 혁신행동의 직렬이중매개효과 (The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Activities on Innovation Performance: The Sequential Mediation Effect of Knowledge Sharing and Innovation Behavior)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of CSR activities on innovation performance and to identify the mediating role of knowledge sharing and innovation behaviors between CSR activities and innovation performance. In addition, the purpose of this study is to verify the role of sequential mediating effect of knowledge sharing and innovation behavior between CSR activities and innovation performance. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected survey data from 293 organizational members working in Chinese companies. The exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), reliability analysis, correlation analysis and process macro were used in order to analyze the data. Findings - First, this study verified that CSR activities had a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing, innovation behavior, and innovation performance. Second, it was found that knowledge sharing had a significant positive effect on innovation behavior and innovation performance. Third, it was verified that innovation behavior had a significant positive effect on innovation performance. Fourth, knowledge sharing and innovation behavior had a sequential mediating effect in the relationship between CSR activities and innovation performance. Research implications or Originality - With the uncertainty of the environment and the intensification of competition among companies, more and more companies begin to pay attention to innovation. Different from existing studies, this study focuses on CSR activities, identifies the role of CSR activities, explores ways to guide innovation performance, and verifies the sequential mediating role of knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Through this measure, the importance of knowledge sharing and innovative behavior among organizational members is emphasized, solutions to strengthen innovation are explored, and theoretical and practical implications are provided for companies.

직무요구 및 직무자원과 안전순응의 관계에서 직무소진의 매개역할 (The relationship between job demands-resources and safety compliance, and the mediating effect of job burnout)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between job demands/resources and safety compliance, and the mediating effect of job burnout. Based on the responses from 247 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) two demands factors(role ambiguity and role overload) effect positively on safety compliance. 2) job resources factors(autonomy and social support) effect negatively on safety compliance. 3) job burnout effects negatively on safety compliance. 4) job burnout mediates between 4 job demands/resources(role ambiguity and role overload, autonomy, social support) and safety compliance.

대학생의 외향성, 경험에의 개방성과 창의성이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향 -창의성의 매개효과를 중심으로- (Undergraduate Student's Extraversion, Openness to Experience, Creativity and School Adjustment: The Mediating Role of Creativity)

  • This study investigated the manner in which extraversion, openness to experience and creativity related to school adjustment and explored the mediating role of creativity in extraversion-school adjustment and openness to experience-school adjustment relationships. The participants of this study were 258 undergraduate students from around the capital city and Pusan Greater Metropolitan area. The results revealed that extraversion related positively to openness to experience, creativity and school adjustment. Openness to experience related positively to creativity and school adjustment and creativity related positively to school adjustment. Furthermore, creativity was found to mediate the effects of openness to experience on school adjustment. The influence of openness to experience on school adjustment occurred indirectly through the facilitation of creativity. The importance of extraversion, openness to experience and creativity to predict undergraduate student's school adjustment is also discussed.
