This study was tried to explore the mediating effect of workplace learning and self-efficacy on the relationship between technostress and job satisfaction in convalescent hospital nurses. Data were collected from 149 nurses working at one of 10 convalescent hospitals located in Korea's D region and between July 20 and August 12, 2019 and analyzed using SPSS 24.0. The mediating effects of workplace learning and self-efficacy in the relationship between technostress and job satisfaction were investigated by conducting hierarchical regression analysis and testing for significance based on bootstrapping p values. We found that workplace learning had a complete mediating effect, and self-efficacy a partial mediating effect, in the relationship between technostress and job satisfaction in convalescent hospital nurses. Exploring diverse factors and environmental features affecting job satisfaction in convalescent hospital nurses is highly relevant to clinicians, especially given the gradually increasing number of convalescent hospitals, changes during the era of technology fusion, and the strategic demands arising from an aging society.

Because small and medium-sized businesses lack capabilities and resources, they must effectively procure, share, and utilize scarce resources from outside, and as a result, the importance of networks with external organizations is gradually increasing. In this study, we verified the influence of small and medium-sized enterprises' network capabilities and network characteristics on market performance and financial performance. As a result of testing the hypothesis through a structural equation model, network capabilities were found to have a significant partial impact on financial performance, and all sub-factors of network characteristics such as strength, size, and diversity were found to affect financial performance. Additionally, network capabilities and network characteristics were found to have a significant partial effect on market performance. Market performance was found to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between network capabilities and financial performance, and a partial mediating effect in the relationship between network characteristics and financial performance. Unlike previous studies, this study simultaneously analyzed the impact of two factors, network capabilities and network characteristics, on corporate performance and presented a new research perspective by analyzing the mediating effect of market performance, which is recognized as a leading factor in financial performance.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the variables of parenting styles and dependency on the smart phone affect college students' satisfaction to campus life, to seek the better ways for the college students to fit into the new environment, and to offer the practical tips based on our findings. In this study, we applied the regression analysis to verify the relationship among the variables related to the satisfaction to university life and the mediating effect of dependency on the smart phone. The results of this study suggest that the positive rearing attitude, which is the subfactor of parenting styles, has a negative effect on the dependency on the smart phone, and that dependency on the smart phone has a negative effect on the satisfaction to college life. At the same time it is found out that the negative rearing attitude has a positive effect on dependency on the smart phone, and that dependency on the smart phone has a negative effect on the satisfaction to the college life. In addition, the dependency on the smart phone has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the positive/negative rearing attitudes and dependency on the smart phone. Based on these findings, we recommended the better ways to improve college students' satisfaction to their college lives.
This study was aimed at providing how to improve the service quality of home care workers, particularly through investigating their job stress and job satisfaction. Participants were randomly sampled persons who were living in P city and simultaneously serving as home care workers at the time of the study. This research conducted a self-reported questionnaire survey of them over one month of May 2021. Of collected data, responses from 130 of the participants were finally analyzing here using SPSS and PROCESS macro model 4. As a result, it was found that home care workers' job stress had no direct effect on their service quality, but had an indirect influence on it via job satisfaction. This means that the higher those workers are in job stress, the less they are in job satisfaction, ultimately having a negative impact on their service quality. Based on these findings, this study suggested some ways to raise home care workers' service quality.
This study investigates the relationship between a mother's self-differentiation and the rearing reviews focused on the mediating effect for the early adjustment of 1 to 2 years old at a nursery. First, the results based on the difference between the child-rearing attitudes of the level of self-differentiation show significance in the affectional-autonomic attitude in the top quarter of the total level of self-differentiation. Second, the level of the self-differentiation depends on the early adjustment results from the significant differences in the sub-elements; except for the emotional fusion that results in the higher the level of mother's self-differentiation that leads to higher early adjustment. Third, the impact of affectional-autonomic and affectional-controlling attitude reflected the positive influence of the entire early adjustment based on the effect of the child-rearing attitude. Finally, the results on whether the mothers' parenting attitudes influences the self-differentiation and the transition of the infant would mediate the early adjustment-relationship as shown in the mediating effect of parenting attitudes. Each type of mediation effect showed an affectional-autonomic and affectional-controlling attitude. In this study, the mother's self-differentiation and the infant nursery process shows the early adjustment associated with variables, the mother's level of self-differentiation, and the parenting attitude that effects the early adjustment that examined the mediation effect in the relations of self-differentiation and the early adjustment of child-rearing attitudes.

This study surveyed public officials and researchers who plan and execute port policies, and analyzed the influence relationship of variables and the mediating effect using multiple regression analysis. Results are as follows, First, it was analyzed that the port authority decentralization and regional-centered port policy have a positive influence on the port site centrality, and the port authority decentralization has a positive influence on port management and port development. Second, the port site centrality was confirmed to have a positive influence on port management and port development. Third, port site centrality was shown to mediate the relationship between port decentralization and port management and port development. This study suggested the positive effect of port decentralization to local government on efficient port management and port development, and the need to draw up port site-oriented policies.

In addition, this study was intended to suggest implications that can be used for customer management and marketing activities of financial companies. The results of this study are as follows: First, a low level of fusion with others was found to have a negative(-) effect on customer orientation. second, a level of emotional-cutoff did not affect customer orientation. third, a low level of emotional-reactivity had a positive(+) effect on customer orientation. fourthly, a high level of 'I'-positon has a positive(+) effect on customer orientation. Fifthly, job stress was found to partially mediate between customer orientation and fusion with others, emotional-reactivity, 'I'-positon. This study has academic significance in that it identified patterns of customer orientation according to the level of self-differentiation of employees in the financial companies. As for practical implications, in order to improve customer orientation in employees in the financial companies, first, job stress of organizational members must be reduced. second, members with a low level of emotional-reactivity and a high level of 'I'-positon should be assigned to sales positions, and third, there is a need to assign a lot of authority and responsibility to employees in middle and lower positions.
This study was conducted with 193 pairs of mother-in-law and son-in-law to examine the mediating effect of marital satisfaction on the relationship between interpersonal differentiation and affectual solidarity. Using SPSS and PROCESS macro program, descriptive statistical analysis(frequency, ratio, mean, and standard deviation) and mediating effect analysis through bootstrapping were performed. The main research results are as follows. First, in the case of the son-in-law, his own marital satisfaction completely mediated the relationship between the sub-factors of interpersonal differentiation (fusion with others, emotional cutting) and affectual solidarity. Second, in the case of mother-in-law, the perceived daughter's marital satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between the sub-factors of interpersonal differentiation (connectivity, separability) and affectual solidarity. These findings suggest the functional importance of the marital system for a healthy relationship between mother-in-law and son-in-law.
