  • This study was tried to explore the mediating effect of workplace learning and self-efficacy on the relationship between technostress and job satisfaction in convalescent hospital nurses. Data were collected from 149 nurses working at one of 10 convalescent hospitals located in Korea's D region and between July 20 and August 12, 2019 and analyzed using SPSS 24.0. The mediating effects of workplace learning and self-efficacy in the relationship between technostress and job satisfaction were investigated by conducting hierarchical regression analysis and testing for significance based on bootstrapping p values. We found that workplace learning had a complete mediating effect, and self-efficacy a partial mediating effect, in the relationship between technostress and job satisfaction in convalescent hospital nurses. Exploring diverse factors and environmental features affecting job satisfaction in convalescent hospital nurses is highly relevant to clinicians, especially given the gradually increasing number of convalescent hospitals, changes during the era of technology fusion, and the strategic demands arising from an aging society.

In this study, we verified the influence of small and medium-sized enterprises' network capabilities and network characteristics on market performance and financial performance. As a result of testing the hypothesis through a structural equation model, network capabilities were found to have a significant partial impact on financial performance, and all sub-factors of network characteristics such as strength, size, and diversity were found to affect financial performance. Additionally, network capabilities and network characteristics were found to have a significant partial effect on market performance. Market performance was found to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between network capabilities and financial performance, and a partial mediating effect in the relationship between network characteristics and financial performance. Unlike previous studies, this study simultaneously analyzed the impact of two factors, network capabilities and network characteristics, on corporate performance and presented a new research perspective by analyzing the mediating effect of market performance, which is recognized as a leading factor in financial performance.

Each type of mediation effect showed an affectional-autonomic and affectional-controlling attitude. In this study, the mother's self-differentiation and the infant nursery process shows the early adjustment associated with variables, the mother's level of self-differentiation, and the parenting attitude that effects the early adjustment that examined the mediation effect in the relations of self-differentiation and the early adjustment of child-rearing attitudes.

  • This study was conducted with 193 pairs of mother-in-law and son-in-law to examine the mediating effect of marital satisfaction on the relationship between interpersonal differentiation and affectual solidarity. Using SPSS and PROCESS macro program, descriptive statistical analysis(frequency, ratio, mean, and standard deviation) and mediating effect analysis through bootstrapping were performed. The main research results are as follows. First, in the case of the son-in-law, his own marital satisfaction completely mediated the relationship between the sub-factors of interpersonal differentiation (fusion with others, emotional cutting) and affectual solidarity. Second, in the case of mother-in-law, the perceived daughter's marital satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between the sub-factors of interpersonal differentiation (connectivity, separability) and affectual solidarity. These findings suggest the functional importance of the marital system for a healthy relationship between mother-in-law and son-in-law.
