Seven flavonoid compounds, kaempferol (1), quercetin (2), quercetin-3-O-${\beta}$-D-glucopyranoside (3), kaempferol-3-O-${\beta}$-D-glucopyranoside (4), kaempferol-3-O-${\alpha}$-L-rhamnoside (5), quercetin-3-O-sophoroside (6) and quercetin-3-O-rutinoside (7), were isolated from the methanolic extract of leaves of Kalanchoe prolifera. Compounds 1-7 were isolated for first time from this plant. These compounds were evaluated their cytotoxic activity against P-388 murine leukimia cells in vitro. Among those compounds kaempferol (1) and quercetin (2) showed strongest cytotoxic activity with $IC_{50}$ values of $4.45{\pm}0.05$ and $6.28{\pm}0.02{\mu}g/mL$, respectively.

본 연구는 수학학습 상담 시 활용할 사전 진단 검사지를 개발하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 학생들을 진단하기 위한 발문들을 도출해 내어 검사지를 구성하고, 이에 대한 표준화 작업을 실시하여 초등 5~6학년용과 중등 1~2학년용의 진단 검사지를 제작하였다. 검사지는 총 3부로 나누어, 1부 수학학습심리, 2부 수학학습 방법, 3부 수학학습 개인 성향으로 구성하였다. 수학학습심리는 '수학학습능력 자신감', '수학불안', '수학학습 태도' 요인으로, 수학학습 방법은 '수학학습 자기관리'와 '수학학습 전략' 요인으로, 수학학습 개인 성향은 '수학학습 습관'과 '수학학습 관리 방법', '동기', '성향'을 묻는 문항으로 구성하였다. 이러한 진단 검사지는 학생들의 수학학습 상담을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다.

그 동안 우리나라 수학과교육과정에 대하여 간헐적으로 이루어져 왔던 수량적, 외형적 분석에서 나아가 의미론적 파악을 위하여 우리나라 초등학교 수학과교육과정의 변화 경향을 수학교육철학적 견지에서 재고해 보았다. 일반적으로 수학과교육과정은 해당 시기 학교수학의 내용이 되는 수학에 대한 철학적 입장과 교육과정 실천의 장인 수학 수업 현장이 내포해야되는 사회학적 입장을 동시에 반영하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 수학교육에 대한 수리철학적 분석과 사회학적 분석을 조화롭게 다룬 Paul Ernest의 사회적 구성주의 중심의 수학교육철학적 관점을 도구로 우리나라 20세기 중반이후의 초등학교 수학과교육과정의 변화 경향을 재음미해 보았다. 그 결과 대체로 진보주의(1차)에서 과학기술적 실용주의(2차)로, 그리고 구인본주의(3, 4차)에서 진보주의 경향(5, 6차)으로, 그리고 사회적 구성주의(7차)로 변화하는 경향을 갖고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

In this paper, we find the coefficients for the Weierstrass ${\wp}(x)$ and ${\wp}^{{\prime}{\prime}}(x)$($x=\frac{1}{2}$, $\frac{\tau}{2}$, $\frac{\tau+1}{2}$)-functions in terms of the arithmetic identities appearing in divisor functions which are proved by Ramanujan ([23]). Finally, we reprove congruences for the functions ${\mu}(n)$ and ${\nu}(n)$ in Hahn's article [11, Theorems 6.1 and 6.2].
