  • In a situation in which rural areas are declining, local governments are seeking to revitalize areas by place marketing. Place marketing, defined by various efforts to promote the image of a place, has been used as an economic tool. As a result, the image has been over-promoted and marketing has been driven in a perfunctory manner, so individual residents' lives and experiences have been ignored. Thus, in addition to the traditional types of cultural place marketing and economic place marketing, this study established a 'project for rural revitalization of Hwayang-eup' so that it could be applied to political place marketing aimed at inducing internal investment and improving the welfare of local residents. To implement this project, the concept was set up as building network organization, sustainable development and symbiotic relationship, and various H/W and S/W plans were developed. First of all, in terms of political place marketing, the Hwaeyang Oulim Center was constructed to strengthen the capacity of local autonomous organizations. In terms of cultural place marketing, we explored cultural resources at the village level and created a small community space. In terms of economic place marketing, the landscape around the main street and the township was reorganized to create a cultural business space for urban and rural exchanges. The reinterpretation of place marketing seen through this project was first, it was more process-oriented than results, second, it was important to induce the community-participating village-making project, and finally, the role of experts was important to expand the community movement.

Additional marketing satisfaction was divided into three factors. Additional marketing satisfaction showed a significant difference by lifestyle of foreign students. First, 'employee' had a highest point at C3 'convenience internet searching pursuit' but lowest point at C4 'brand preference pursuit' (p<0.001). 'Service process' had a highest point at C1 'safety health pursuit' but lowest point at C5 'effort pursuit' (p<0.001). 'Tangible clue' had a highest point at C3 'convenience internet searching pursuit' but lowest point at C5 'effort pursuit' (p<0.001). While women are competitive, jealous, and attention seeking, marketers can offer limited-time offers to increase the urge of customers to purchase. Research design, data, and methodology: To conduct a content analysis, the present author obtained data from various databases such as ABI/INFORM, EBSCO/ EBSCO, ProQuest, and EBSCO. Ultimately, this study investigated both latent and manifest themes of narcissism and psychological marketing concepts to find solutions that leaders can use to initiate change in organizations. Results: The current study suggests that narcissistic women insist on having the best things but still have the inability to acknowledge other people's feelings. Therefore, psychological marketing can utilize such traits to ensure that the quality of their commodities matches their promises during marketing and that their customer's needs are not infringed at the expense of another customer's needs Conclusions: One of the implications of narcissism in marketing provides is that brands can easily gravitate towards litigations especially amidst unhealthy competitions. • Consumers have an increasingly active role in the marketing cycle, using social media channels to create, distribute, and consume digital content. In this context, this paper investigates the impact of user- and marketer-generated content on consumer purchase intentions and the approach to designing an effective social media marketing platform. Referencing a literature review of social media marketing and consumer purchase intentions, a case study of the social media-marketing platform, 0.8L, was undertaken using both qualitative and quantitative results through content analysis and a participatory survey. First, about 450 consumer reviews for ten sunscreen products posted on the 0.8L platform were compared with products' marketer-generated content. Next, 55 subjects participated in a survey regarding purchase intentions toward moisturizing creams on the 0.8L platform. The results indicated that user-generated content (i.e., texts and photos) provided more personal experiences of the product usage process, whereas marketers focused on distinctive product photos and features. Moreover, customer reviews (particularly high volume and narrative format) had more impact on purchase decisions than marketer information in the online cosmetics market. Real users' honest reviews (both positive and negative) were found to aid companies' prompt and straightforward assessment of newly released products. In addition to the importance of customer-driven marketing practices, distinctive user experience design features of a competitive social media-marketing platform are identified to facilitate the creation and sharing of sincere customer reviews that resonate with potential buyers.
