지중무선 시스템을 이용한 침매터널 구간 계측관리 사례연구 (Case Study of Immersed Tunnel Instrumentation Management Using Wireless System)

  • Measuring method being applied for off-shore works is performed by using data logger or manual measuring instrument with wiring the cable connected from the sensor up to the position where measuring is allowed.(upper part of embankment or marine structure) Measuring management by using existing measuring method may be acceptable on the condition that the ground deformation volume(vertical, horizontal) is generally minimal and the site condition is good. But loss of measuring instrument, sensor cable failure or cutting is taken place frequently due to significant change of ground behavior caused by an external force change(embankment, excavation) under very soft ground condition(N value below 0-4). In case of the marine works, in particular, loss rate of measuring instrument is highly represented due to the factors of working barge anchoring, constructional interference and natural disaster. In order to solve these problems, measuring management was performed with employing underground wireless system at the immersed tunnel site. Measuring data was obtained freely under the marine environment by using underground wireless communication and cable cutting potential by ground behavior could be reduced. Measuring cost savings and its installation convenience were maximized by way of off-shore tower installation or cabling and by minimizing constructional interference of off-shore working barge. This case of measuring management was accomplished successfully.

  • 최근 들어 기후변화, 자원보전 개발 등과 관련하여 전 세계적으로 해양의 중요성이 점차 증대되고 있는 가운데, 해양 관련 연구가 다방면으로 확산됨에 따라 해양선진국들은 해양 연구에 필요한 기기 및 장비에 대하여 효율적이고 체계적으로 관리하는 시스템을 구축해 나가고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 경우에는 이러한 관리 시스템 구축의 필요성을 느끼고 있지만 아직까지 체계적인 시스템을 구축하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 증가하고 있는 해양관측 조사 수요에 보다 효율적으로 대처하고 양질의 데이터를 얻기 위해서는 해양 조사 관측 장비들에 대한 체계적이고 전문적인 유지 관리 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국내 해양 연구 기기 및 장비 보유 현황 파악 및 해양연구 기기 및 장비 통합 관리시스템 구축의 필요성을 살펴본다. 그리고 현재 한국해양연구원의 전자태그를 이용한 해양연구 기기 및 장비 통합 관리시스템 소개 및 향후 해양연구장비 공동활용방안에 대해서 토의한다.

  • The world-wide various nations is doing the development competition of marine resources for solving supply and non balance of the resources in compliance with depleting the land resources. Currently for exploring marine resources, After confirming the location of the resources by controlling search equipment and sensor module in research vessel, the method which collects sample of searched resources and analyzes the quality and a contents of the resources in research vessel is been applying. This search method is structure which analyzes an ingredient in ship and decides the quality of the resources. And real-time processing for an effective resources search is been demanding. Therefore in this paper, we have developed a resources identification algorithm that can display the type feature of resources by real-time 3D Graphic.

시분할 방식을 이용한 3차원 초음파 풍향풍속계 측정기술 개발 (Development of 3 - Dimensional Ultrasonic Wind Direction Anemometer Measurement Technique Using Time Division Method)

  • The three dimensional ultrasonic anemometer was constructed to reduce the disadvantages of the two-dimensional anemometer and to be free from the use environment. Three pairs of transmitting and receiving ultrasonic sensors were designed to face each other at an angle of $45^{\circ}$ to the upper and lower surfaces at intervals of $120^{\circ}$. 200 kHz ultrasonic sensor Oscillation, transmission and reception, level detection, power supply circuit were designed and U, V, W wind speed vector components were obtained by measuring the time of first received ultrasonic pulse by transmitting pulse ultrasound. It is implemented as firmware in ARM Coretex-M3 processor so that horizontal and vertical wind direction and wind speed can be converted into digital signal by vector calculation. In this study, The three-dimensional ultrasonic anemometer can complement the disadvantages of the two-dimensional anemometer (mechanical and ultrasonic), and it is expected to gradually replace the two-dimensional anemometer due to its high utilization rate by collecting additional information such as vertical wind.

  • SOLAS 선박표준 네트워크는 기계시스템 간 실시간 제어감시가 필요한 제어계측 네트워크와 운용자가 컴퓨터 모니터를 통하여 기계를 제어감시 하는 선박제어네트워크 및 외부와의 무선통신 네트워크로 구성되어 있다. 본 논문은 실시간 제어감시가 요구되는 제어계측네트워크로서 국제표준화 된 IEC 61162-3 (NMEA2000 네트워크)에 적합한 프로토콜 스택을 개발하고, 개발된 프로토콜 스택을 사용하여 기관실 모니터링시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 기관실모니터링시스템을 NMEA에서 제공한 공식인증시험 툴을 사용하여 표준에서 요구하는 항목에 따라 약 1600여 가지의 인증시험과정을 통과하여 인증을 득하였으며 이에 관하여 기술한다.

  • The emission of particulate matter from marine diesel engines is already restricted by regional regulations in some countries, and IMO has been preparing the regulation for particulate matter from 53rd MEPC. But confusingly, the gravimetric PM measurement methods and procedures are not established clearly yet. On the other hand, smoke measurement method is set clearly, and it can also indicate PM, though it is not direct gravimetric method. As the preparing step for regulations about PM, we measured the smote density of exhaust emission from the marine four-stroke diesel engines operated in constant speed and various load steps on the test-bed, using the filter-type smoke measuring instrument. As a result, we understood the omission characteristics of smoke from the engines. Additionally, to obtain the objective reliability of our measurement data, we carried out experimental studies about various measuring parameters that could affect the smoke density.

시화호 유역 비점오염물질의 유출특성 및 부하량 연구 (Study on the Characteristics and Non-point Source Pollution Loads in Stormwater Runoff of Shihwa Lake)

  • 본 연구에서는 시화호로 유입되는 다양한 비점오염원 중 도심유역을 흐르는 안산천 및 화정천과 산업지역인 반월산단 토구를 통한 강우유출수 내 총부유물질, 화학적산소요구량, 용존영양염, 총인 및 총질소 등의 비점오염물질의 유출특성 및 총유출부하량을 조사하였다. 조사지역 및 조사 시기에 따라 차이는 있으나 강우 시작 후 비점오염물질의 농도가 증가한 뒤 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 총부유물질의 평균농도는 안산천이 315 mg/L로 가장 높았으며 반월산단 토구에 비해 약 2~5배 정도 높았으나 화학적산소요구량, 총인 및 총질소의 평균농도는 반월산단 토구가 도심하천에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 총부유물질은 화학적산소요구량 및 총인과 양의 상관성을 보였으며 용존영양염과는 음의 상관성을 나타냈다. 반월산단 토구를 통한 비점오염물질의 총유출량은 토구의 유역면적에 비례하였으며 가장 유역면적이 넓은 3토구에서의 비점오염물질의 유출량이 가장 높았다. 조사기간 내 약 30시간 동안 반월산단토구를 통하여 총부유물질 187,536 kg, 화학적산소요구량 17,118 kg, 총인 922 kg, 총질소 13,519 kg의 비점오염물질이 유출되는 것으로 나타났다. 반월공단 토구 유역면적은 전체 시화호 소유역 중 3%를 차지하는 것을 고려할 때 막대한 양의 비점오염물질이 별다른 처리과정 없이 시화호로 직접 유출되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 강우시 비점오염물질의 유출은 시화호 수질을 더욱 악화 시킬 것이기 때문에 비점오염원 관리 및 저감대책이 시급하게 요구되며 본 연구결과는 향후 시행예정인 시화호 연안오염총량제의 비점오염 최적관리기법 개발에 유용한 정보를 제공하고 있다.

다중 슬릿 구조화 광원을 이용한 곡판 측정장치 개발 (Development of a Measurement System for Curved Ship Hull Plates with Multi-Slit Structured Light)

  • The measurement in the manufacturing process of curved ship hull plates still depends on wooden templates as a standard instrument. The metrology-enabled automation in the shipbuilding process has been challenged instead of line measurement with wooden templates. The developed measurement system consists of a CCD camera, multiple structured laser sources and 3-DOF motion device. The system carries out measurement of curved profiles for large scale plates by an optical triangulation method. The results of experiment conducted in a manufacturing shop demonstrate the accurate and robust performance.

  • We measured two-dimensional (2-D) oxygen distribution in the surface sediment layer of intertidal sediment using a simple and inexpensive planar oxygen optode, which is based on a color ratiometric image approach. The recorded emission intensity of red color luminophore light significantly changed with oxygen concentration by $O_2$ quenching of platinum(II)octaethylporphyrin (PtOEP). The ratios between the intensity of red and green emissions with oxygen concentration variation demonstrated the Stern-Volmer relationship. The 2-D oxygen distribution image showed microtopographic structure, diffusivity boundary layer and burrow in surface sediment layer. The oxygen penetration depth (OPD) was about 2 mm and the one-dimensional vertical diffusive oxygen uptake (DOU) was 12.6 mmol $m^{-2}d^{-1}$ in the undisturbed surface sediment layer. However, those were enhanced near burrow by benthic fauna, and the OPD was two times deeper and DOU was increased by 34%. The simple and inexpensive oxygen planar optode has great application potential in the study of oxygen dynamics with high spatiotemporal resolution, in benthic boundary layers.

Attitude of Thai Merchant Marine Student Toward Mariner Profession

  • The objective of this study was to compare the attitude of merchant marine student of Thailand in 3 aspects; cognitive, affective and behavioral classified by institutes, domiciles, parent's occupation, parent's income per month, motivation and information receiving concerning mariner profession. The sample used in this study consisted of 867students in maritime institutes of Thailand. The instrument implemented in collecting data was a set of 30 five rating scale questionnaires. The statistical methods applied in analyzing the data were mean, standard deviation, t-test and one way analysis of variance and fisher's LSD. The results of this research shows that the attitude in vocational education of Thai merchant marine student was of the high in every aspect. Attitude for mariner profession of Thai merchant marine student in terms of different institutes had different in all aspects. In terms of different domiciles, it shows different attitude in affection and similar attitude in cognition and behavior. In terms of parent's occupation, it shows similar in all aspects. In terms of parent's income per month, it shows different attitude in cognition and affection and similar attitude in behavior. In terms of motivation, it shows similar in all aspects. In terms of information receiving concerning mariner profession, it shows different attitude in all aspects.
