The Mandala art therapy is used as a clinical method for helping patients to perceive their internal existence and to maintain harmonious between body and mind. Despite the fact that Mandala is congruous with the oriental philosophy, there are few studies that approach Mandala from the view point of the oriental medicine. Method : This study looks into the Maudala art therapy from the perspective of Yin-Yang Wuxiug(陰陽五行) and examines the possibility of using Mandala art therapy in the oriental medical practice. Results : In Analyzing the symbols of Mandala, the lines can be interpreted in terms of Yin and Yang, and the preferences for colors and the style of expression can be interpreted in terms of the body organs associated with colors and emotions in Wuxing. In addition, the clinical effects of Mandala, such as body-mind harmony and self-examination, are congruous with the Suncbeondo(先天圖) of the oriental medicine primer. Conclusion : The Mandala art therapy bas a potential to be used for medical diagnosis and treatment in the oriental medicine. Therefore, it is necessary to research and develop various Mandala art programs and assess their effectiveness through applications to medical cases.

본 논문에서는 한국의 전통문화유물 중 고도의 정신세계를 나타내는 팔엽심련만다라의 특징과 구조적 의미를 분석하고 시각화를 기술한다. 다양한 국외 만다라에 대한 연구가 소개되고 있으나, 현존하는 한국의 만다라에 대하여 그 의미를 체계적으로 분석한 연구는 미진하다. 본 논문에서는 한국의 팔엽심련만다라의 종자를 형상 위주의 만다라에서 나타난 존상과 매칭하여 시각화하고, 이런 과정을 통하여 우리 고유의 종자(種字)만다라가 기존 금강계만다라와 태장만다라가 융합된 만다라로서의 형태를 가지고 있음을 보인다. 응용 분야로는 만다라의 캐릭터화, 디지털 스토리텔링, 게임 등이다.

The reaction conditions optimization, including the temperature of the reaction, amount of catalyst required, and reaction time for the linoleic acids (LAs) and conjugated linoleic acids (CLAs) production by catalytic dehydration of castor oil via saponification was investigated by response surface methodology (RSM). It was confirmed that all three parameters (temperature, time, and amount of catalyst) were influential factors in isolating LAs and CLAs. When the temperature was increased, the iodine value increased, and the reaction time and catalyst amount increased. The optimal reaction conditions were: 240 ℃, 2.2 h reaction time, and 7 wt% catalyst amount. The maximum iodine value reached 156.25 with 91.69% conversion to the essential fatty acids.

본 논문에서는 금강계만다라 애니메이션 제작을 위한 금강계만다라의 상징성 분석에 대하여 기술한다. 금강계만다라는 여타의 만다라와 비교하여 자체로서 특별한 의미와 심미적 요소로 인하여 불교 문화원형으로서 높은 가치를 가진다. 지금까지 불교 문화원형 콘텐츠에 대한 대부분의 연구가 문화자산의 복원과 콘텐츠 산업화에 대한 추상적인 논의가 주를 이루고 있으나, 불교 경전의 의미를 소재로 하여 이를 직접 전달하기 위한 콘텐츠 개발에 대한 연구는 미흡한 편이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 원론적인 개발당위성에서 좀 더 나아가 본격적으로 금강계만다라에 내포된 개념과 등장 요소의 상징적인 의미를 분석하고, 만다라 애니메이션의 프로토타입을 구현한다. 인류의 지적 유산인 무형문화를 구현한 애니메이션의 응용 분야로는 불교 교리의 교육, 불교문화에 대한 용이한 접근성을 통한 문화 서비스 등에 활용할 수 있다.

This study proposes the development of 'Mandala 37', a puzzle game based content that learns the principles of 37 Honored Ones within the Diamond World Mandala. The proposed game is a new type of learning content that combines the development process of 37 Honored Ones with the characteristics of the puzzle game. It aims to increase the understanding of Buddhist content by inducing learners' interest and increasing their concentration. Learners can learn and understand the principles of the emergence of 37 Honored Ones naturally through the rules of the game. This study introduces the implementation process of the proposed game and explains how learners perceive the principle of 37 Honored Ones within the Diamond World Mandala through the game.

본 연구는 정신분석학자 융의 이론에 근거하여 의식과 무의식의 중개자로 만다라도형을 선택하여 유아의 무의식에 잠재하는 공간개념, 수학개념의 긍정적 의식화에 만다라 색칠활동이 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 만 4, 5세 혼합 반 총 90명 유아를 대상으로 한 실험연구로 설계되었다. 실험집단 42명에게 주2회씩 총 12주에 걸쳐 만다라 색칠하기 활동을 하였고, 통제집단은 평소의 교육과정을 따랐다. 본 연구결과 미술치료의 수단으로 사용되고 있는 만다라 도형이 심리적 안정감은 물론 유아의 수학적 능력 중 도형과 공간개념 향상에 유의미한 결과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 게임 및 만다라의 융복합적 접근이 학령기 아동들의 주의 집중력에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 연구방법 : 연구대상은 B시에 위치한 A, B 아동센터를 방문 하여 주 3회 4주간 총 12회를 실시하였다. FAIR 주의 집중력 검사를 실시하여, 주의가 산만한 만6세~12세 사이의 아동 중 30명을 무작위로 선별하여 대조군을 포함한 3개의 그룹으로 나눈 후 게임과 만다라를 4주 동안 실시한 후 집중력 검사의 변화를 살펴보았다. 결과 : 대조군과 실험군(게임, 만다라)의 주의 집중력 프로그램을 실시한 결과 대응표본 T검정을 통해 실험군에서 평균값의 차이는 유의하게 나타났고, 일원배치분산분석(one-way ANOVA)을 통해 그룹간의 차이를 알아본 결과 실험 후 그룹 간 유의하게 차이를 보였다(P, C값, p<.05). 결론 : 본 연구를 통해서 게임과 만다라의 주의 집중력 프로그램을 실시한 결과, 게임과 만다라 모두 학령기 아동의 주의 집중력향상에 도움이 되었다.

중년기 여성 대부분이 자신의 삶에 책임을 지고 살아가야 하는 시기에 자신의 감정을 제대로 표현하지 못한 채 살아온 경험이 중년기 여성의 자신의 존재와 상실로 결국엔 홀로 남게 된 것을 깨닫고 외로움을 느낀다. 중년기 여성을 분석심리학 방법으로 무의식을 의식화하는 첫 단계로서 내면 속의 나와 만나는 이름 만다라와 난화 만다라를 수행하였다. 중간 단계는 과도기 단계와 작업 단계로 나눌 수 있다. 과도기 단계로 참여자의 내적 감정을 그림으로 표현하는 자궁으로 돌아가 어머니와의 깊은 애착 관계를 인식하고 자신의 감정과 만나는 단계로서 둥지 만다라와 연상 만다라를 행하였다. 작업 단계인 가치관을 증진하고 행동하는 내면과 만나는 자신을 수용하는 단계로서 씨앗 만다라, 연상 만다라. 강점 만다라, 자유 만다라, 문양 만다라를 수행하였다. 연구를 통해 만다라 미술치료가 중년기 여성에게 나타나는 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 만다라 미술치료 경험은 중년기 여성의 신체적, 심리적, 인간 관계적인 측면에 영향을 준다. 둘째, 만다라 미술치료를 통한 중년기 여성의 개성화 경험은 심리적 역동을 보이며 긍정적인 사고와 자아 효능감에 영향을 준다. 본 연구는 연구참여자의 실제적 이해와 직접 탐구를 통해 본질에 다가가는 질적 연구가 적합하였으며 중년기 여성에 관한 미술치료 연구의 부족과 내담자가 겪고 있는 문제를 고려하여 다양한 매체를 통한 미술치료 프로그램 개발에 필요함을 제시하는데 의미가 있다.

This study was aimed at determining the connection between ancient Korean embroidery and the Cheonsuguk mandala-embroidery insignia. Literature and empirical studies were conducted simultaneously, with the scope of these analyses spanning up to 7C in ancient Korea and Japan. The present study confirmed that the structure of Goguryeo tomb murals influenced by Buddhist art is represented in the Cheonsuguk mandala-embroidery insignia, and changes in the image resulted in modifications to the embroidery technique. Embroidery and color composition via complementary color contrast were implemented through Variant 1 outline stitching, which exhibited the development of Baekje embroidery. The embroidery technique confirmed that the form of embroidery developed in to chain stitching, needle looping stitching, outline stitching, satin stitching and Variant 1·2 outline stitching. These findings indicate that Cheonsuguk mandala-embroidery insignia is the result of the integration of the Goguryeo and Baekje cultures.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 심리특성을 파악하기 위해 에니어그램 성격유형 설문지와 자유만다라 그리기를 이용하여 2020년 10월 16일부터 11월 13일까지 4주간 충남 일개 간호대학 재학생 127명을 대상으로 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 version을 이용하여 χ² test, t-test, ANOVA 및 Scheffé test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 만다라는 Fincher(1991), Kellogg(1977), 정여주(2001)의 만다라 분석방식과 평가 기준 등을 참고하였고 분석기준 구성체계의 적절성과 명확성을 논의하기 위해 총 3인이 평가기준 항목 및 그림을 보며 논의하는 과정을 거쳤다. 연구결과, 압도색의 경우 사고형에서, 명암의 경우 본능형에서, 일원상의 만다라 형태의 경우 사고형과 감정형에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 신입생 시기부터 간호교육 과정에서 자신의 성격유형을 이해하고, 강점과 약점을 파악하여 보완해 갈 수 있는 과정을 연계하여 제공하도록 하여야 할 것이다.
