The purpose of this study was to analyze their status of underground storage tank(UST) facilities and level of soil contamination, and to establish its management criteria. DB program was developed to analyze the correlation between specific characteristic of UST and level of soil contamination. For a suitable management of UST, leakage monitoring and inspection method of UST was investigated. Inspection period was established based on the leakage rate. The most dominant factor for leakage seemed to be caused by the corrosion. Therefore, main factor, construction method and installation year of UST, and corrosion protection system were suggested for optimal protection of UST. Considering the present management status of UST in Korea, inspection and management criteria of UST should be accomplished in term of contamination protection of leakage, and flexible regulation act should be introduced for each specific site.

The construction industry has the most safety accidents among domestic industries. Special care must be taken because disasters in the construction industry lead to social problems caused by huge property losses and casualties. As a result of this, there is a growing awareness of disasters occurring in the construction industry, and government departments are tightening regulations on safety management. In particular, the OSHA(Occupational Safety and Health Agency) focuses on the expansion of protection targets and the clarification of responsibility in the full amendment OSHA. As a result, a study that focuses on safety management by client's responsibility is needed. In this study, the project performance capability assessment of construction project management contractors, which is being carried out with uniform assessment criteria without considering the characteristics of the construction project, is considered and all the amendments to the OSHA are considered, and the factors were derived for improvement measures.

본 연구는 도시침수 위험기준이 산정되지 않은 지역의 예·경보 기준을 예측하기 위해 유역특성 자료와 피해이력 기반으로 산정된 한계강우량을 활용하여 도시침수 위험기준을 추정하는 모델을 검토하였다. 위험기준 추정모델은 머신러닝 알고리즘의 하나인 Support Vector Machine을 이용하여 설계하였으며, 학습자료는 지역별 한계강우량과 유역특성으로 구성하였다. 학습자료는 정규화 한 후 SVM 알고리즘에 적용하였으며, SVM에 적용시 Leave-One-Out과 K-fold 교차검증 알고리즘을 이용하여 절대평균오차와 표준편차를 계산한 후 모델의 성능을 평가하였다. Leave-One-Out의 경우 표준편차가 작은 모델이 최적모델로 선정되었으며, K-fold의 경우 fold의 개수가 적은 모델이 선정되었다. 선정된 모델의 지속시간별 평균 정확도는 80% 이상으로 나타나 침수 위험기준 추정을 위해 SVM을 활용가능 할 것으로 판단된다.

연구목적: 본 연구는 BCMS의 정량적 평가체계 도입을 위해 BCMS 분야의 국제표준인 ISO 22301 (2019)의 PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act) 요구항목 중 Plan- '조직의 이해' part의 평가지표를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 20명의 BCMS 분야 전문가 그룹에 수정 델파이 기법을 활용하여 ISO 22301의 Plan- '조직의 이해'의 세부요건의 타당성을 검토하고, 평가지표의 상대적 중요도를 조사하였다. 연구결과: 효과적인 BCMS 역량평가가 가능하도록 상대적 중요도가 포함된 12개의 평가지표를 개발하여 제안하였다. 결론: BCMS의 정량적인 평가체계 도입을 위해서는 효과적인 평가가 가능하도록 상대적 중요도가 포함된 평가지표를 선별하여야 한다는 결론을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develope energy eco-audit evaluation scheme for the sustainable energy management at schools in accordance with education for sustainable development. Energy eco-audit evaluation scheme was developed through critical review of preexisting evaluation methods, consensus searching for the process from field. The results of this study are as follows. The school energy eco-audit evaluation scheme has three criteria: data collection, energy program, and environmental review. First, criteria of data collection includes general affairs, school building construction, and energy use. Second, criteria of energy program stresses school administration system such as the democratic decision-making process and structures. Third, criteria of environmental review includes reporting process and preparing teaching/learning materials for sustainable energy management. In conclusion, school energy eco-audit evaluation scheme could find a new way to achieve extended effect for sustainable energy management in school. It also could continue to seek opportunities to raise their awareness of energy issue and environment. School committee and whole school are involved to continue to implement present action plan and prepare updated plan in order to reduce environmental impact in school. By doing so, it would be possible to play important role in both school administration and education for sustainable development.

This paper discusses decommissioning procedure requirements management using requirement engineering to systematically manage the technical requirements and criteria that are required in decontamination and decommissioning activities, and the regulatory requirements that should be complied with in a decommissioning strategy for research reactors and nuclear power plants. A schema was designed to establish the traceability and change management related to the linkage between the regulatory requirements and technical criteria after classifying the procedures into four groups during the full life-cycle of the decommissioning. The results confirmed that the designed schema was successfully traced in accordance with the regulatory requirements and technical criteria required by various fields in terms of decontamination and decommissioning activities. In addition, the changes before and after the revision of the Nuclear Safety Act were also determined. The dismantling procedure requirement management system secured through this study is expected to be a useful tool in the integrated management of radioactive waste, as well as in the dismantling of research reactor and nuclear facilities.

The decision making process for production planning in FMS usually involves multiple conflicting objectives and criteria. This study consists of prescreening and analytical phase. In the prescreening phase, criteria are used to reduce the set of alternative system configuration down to a small number of candidates. After this phase, a multiobjected programming model is formulated for each remainning configuration.

Although there has been growing interests in outsourcing the logistics sectors in the industry, not much research was undertaken to provide the processes and standards in choosing the right 3PL for the company. In this research, we attempt to provide the 3PL selection criteria and its priority orders. We surveyed and interviewed the various industry experts and analyzed results using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The study reveals that manufactures and logistics companies have different understanding of the selection criteria and priorities in outsourcing the 3PL.

This note is concerned with the use of incomplete weights in multiple criteria decision making. In an earlier study, an optimistic use of incomplete weights is developed to prioritize decision alternatives, which applies the most favorable set of weights to the alternative to be evaluated. In this note, we develop a method for a pessimistic use, thereby applying the least favorable weight set to the evaluated alternative. This development makes possible a more detailed prioritization of competing alternatives, and hence enhances decision-making powers.

In general, analysis of the decision problems in nuclear system management involves a simultaneous consideration of various criteria and decision alternatives. Sometimes, it is a complex, unstructured, ill-defined process incorporating the multi-criteria and the data of impreciseness. To cope with this analysis, a fuzzy hierarchical analysis methodology is proposed and demonstrated with a simple example.
