Purposes: The objectives of this study present the direction of the criteria for the separately reimbursement of therapeutic medical device. Methodology: We summarized experts' opinion using Delphi survey and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). 48 experts were gathered from Medical Insurance Review Nurses Association, medical device industry, academy and association, Medical Device Expert Evaluation Committee. Descriptive statistics, consistency index, content validity ratio were analyzed. Findings: Clinical utility, patient safety, infection control, cost-homogeneity, cost-effectiveness showed high feasibility and importance, but market contribution and functional utility showed low feasibility and importance in a relative sense. The results of functional utility differed between clinical and non-clinical experts. Measurability was low across the whole area. Among the criteria for the separately reimbursement of therapeutic medical device. Patient safety/infection control and clinical utility showed the highest relative importance values, analyzed using AHP. Practical Implications: Patient safety and infection control are needed to be considered as one of Value Assessment Criteria. It is important to find out how to improve the measurability of therapeutic medical device.

정부 3.0의 원문정보공개서비스의 대상인 전자기록물이 기록학적인 관점에서 체계적이고 효율적으로 활용되고 있는지를 파악하고자 공공기관의 정보공개담당자들을 대상으로 관련 설문을 조사 분석하였다. 이를 위해 InterPARES의 전자기록물 구성요소에 대하여 기록물의 4대 원칙인 진본성, 신뢰성, 무결성, 이용가능성을 지표로 하는 전자기록물의 구성요소를 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 통하여 원문정보공개서비스에서 전자기록구성요소에 따라 관리하며 향상시킬 수 있는 요인을 찾아 개선해야 할 점을 밝혔다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 원문정보공개서비스 시 전자기록물의 요소들의 개선과 기능보완, 특성에 맞는 서비스 등을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 농촌지역인 경북 청송군을 사례로 지방자치단체에서 자체적으로 적용한 관리지역 세분기준의 문제점을 실증적으로 분석하고 그 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 먼저, 도시관리계획 수립지침상의 세분기준과 청송군 세분기준을 비교하였다. 다음으로 지리정보시스템(GIS)을 이용하여 토지적성평가의 결과와 관리지역 세분결과를 비교하였고, 용도지역의 현황분석과 면적 비교를 통해 공간배치에 있어서 인근 용도지역과의 관련성도 검토하였다. 마지막으로 지도분석과 현장조사를 통해 실제 주변 토지이용상황과의 관련성을 검토하였으며, 민원인과 면담을 통해 관리지역 세분에 따른 민원사례를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 용도지역의 불완전한 정형화, 개발가능여부에 대한 판단기준의 미비, 관련부서의 편향적인 협의의견 등과 같은 청송군 관리지역 세분기준의 문제점을 도출하였고 이들에 대한 실증적 개선방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 농촌지역의 올바른 관리지역 세분방향을 제시하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the green management evaluation criteria and Employee Awareness and analyze their impact on management performance. A survey was conducted using a questionnaire form that was given to companies with fewer than 300 regular workers and less than 30 billion won in sales. The three-step mediated effect analysis proposed by Baran and Kenny was performed to verify the roles of the parameters. The research results are summarized as follows. First, awareness of greenhouse gases and environmental pollution play a mediating role affecting the management performance. Second, awareness of harmful chemical substances play a mediating role affecting the management performance. Lastly, The survey subjects were limited to SMEs in Chungcheong province and thus, this may not be applicable to all companies.

In order to successfully propel the stormwater management program, administration plan of stormwater management is enacted in Spring, 2005. Hereafter, in a newly developing area such as a railway station, the best management practices should be established to control the nonpoint pollutant. Construction of a railway station means the increasing of imperviousness rate and lots of nonpoint pollutant emissions during rainfall. Therefore this research was performed to determine the pollutant EMC and to suggest the possible best management practice for treating nonpoint pollutants from a railway station. The $95\%$ confidence intervals of pollutant EMC were ranged to 69.4-115.2mg/L for TSS, 132.7-190.4mg/L for COD, 5.4-15.1ug/L for Oil & Grease, 4.9-12.4mg/L for TKN and 568.4-620.1ug/L for TP. The first flush criteria was ranged to 5-10mm accumulated rainfall using dynamic EMCs, Also laboratory reactor testing was performed. It shows that Zeolite media is useful for removing the washed-off pollutants from a railway station, especially for metal ions.

The rapid impact assessment matrix (RIAM) might be a new tool for performance of an environmental impact assessment (EIA), comparing with many traditional methods of EIA, which have produced large reports setting out the subjective judgement reached by the assessors. The main criticisms of E1A are in part a natural result of the traditional method used. RIAM uses a structured matrix to allow for such judgement, both subjective and those based on quantitative data, to be made on a like-by-like basis, and provided a transparent and permanent record of the judgement made. Also, the computerized RIAM system using software program allows for the matrix to be shown in graphical form, which greatly enhances the clarity of the results produced by this method. RIAM provides a system by which development options and scenarios can be rapidly evaluated. To illustrate the use of RIAM, an example from an EIA study using application of scoping by assessment criteria in Environmental Impact Regulation of Korea was given. The criteria that might be used to evaluation EIA methods, and how RIAM measures up against these criteria, are discussed.

This research aims to increase the tourism destination competitiveness for the city of Malang. This research uses the extended criteria of Resource-based View (RBV): VRIOLU (Valuable, Rare, Inimitable, Organization, Large Market, Unmet Need) to analyze tourism destination competitiveness for the city of Malang. A qualitative approach with a case study research design is adopted in this research. Data was collected using data triangulation, such as an in-depth interview with the informants, direct observation in the form of field notes, and picture documentation. The data was analyzed manually by the researchers using thematic analysis. In this research, VRIOLU, the extended criteria of RBV is proven that it can be used as a tool to analyze tourism destination competitiveness by giving the researchers a framework to get the answers from the informants to achieve the research aim. Suggestions to improve the tourism destination competitiveness for the city of Malang include: (1) Actively promoting the added value that can be given by the city of Malang to the visitors; (2) Forming a tourism board to manage the city of Malang as a tourism destination in a holistic manner; (3) Creating synergistic promotion between the stakeholders of tourism operator and governments.

This study is pursuited to construct the reasonable forecasting model through the combining AHP with ANP. It may be considered to be advanced study for prior various combining forecasts methods. Although prior studies are constrained to single or two criteria in selecting the optimal forecasting method, this study extend it to multi-criteria, inner and outer-dependence of clusters and elements, and feedback effect in hierarchy. A brief illustration is provided, and limitations of this study are presented.

This paper attempts to identify the factors which are directly related to the effective transfer of technology from developed countries to LDCs. The recipient countries should have the capability of alteration/adaptation based on cost-minimization criteria. Some problems are such that technologies are transferred on the conditions of MNFs, packaged forms and under state management which result in lack of competitive pressure. Non-technological criteria are shown to be a problem under state management in the transaction of technology.

The objectives of this paper are to provide software developer selection criteria and to develop evaluation framework using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The selection criteria are extracted from Software Development Life Cycle, Quality Assurance, and Productivitiy of Organization. In this paper, the selection model is proposed and its examples are illustrated. Though some further research is required, the proposed model can be regarded as a basis of a DSS for the selection of the software developer.
