장기폭로실험에 의한 철근콘크리트 보수재료공법 시스템의 열화특성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Deterioration Properties of Reinforced Concrete Applied Repair Material and Method System by Long Term Exposure Experiment)

  • In this study, for the establishment of the performance evaluation methods of repair material and method for reinforced concrete structure and the quality control standards of durability recovery method, the quantitative exposure data by exposure experiment under the coastal and normal atmosphere environment is accumulated and analyzed. Investigating and evaluating the result of exposure experiment during 54 months of exposure age under the coastal and normal atmosphere environment, Micro crack, swelling and spatting of surface coating material, crack of repair boundary parts and the great potential difference between repair part and non-repair part were somewhat generated. And the result shown that exposure specimen of coastal environment had lower electrode potential than exposure specimen of normal atmosphere environment.

구리, 카드뮴, 펜벤다졸, 설파티아졸이 국내산 풍년새우 생존에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Cu, Cd, Fenbendazole and Sulfathiazole on the Survival of the Korean Fairy Shrimp Branchinella kugenumaensis)

  • The short term (24-hr) and long term (21 days) effects of copper, cadmium, fenbendazole and sulfathiazole on the survival of the Korean fairy shrimp Branchinella kugenumaensis were evaluated. The 24-hr median lethal concentrations ($LC_{50}$) of copper, cadmium, fenbendazole, and sulfathiazole were 39, 512, 182, and 31,818 ${\mu}g/L$, respectively. The toxicity of copper is highest among 4 chemicals used in this study, while sulfathazole the lowest. After the long term (21 days) exposure experiment, the $LC_{50}$ copper, cadmium, fenbendazole, and sulfathiazole were 1.12, 2.1, 0.1, 6.6 ${\mu}g/L$, respectively. The long term effects of antibiotics were highly enhanced while the short-term effects were not strong. The sensitivities of B. kugenumaensis to copper and cadmium were higher than or comparable to those of other freshwater branchiopods (Streptocephalus spp., Thamnocephalus sp.), and far higher than the marine species (Artemia sp.). There were significant effects on the survival of B. kugenumaensis after long term exposure to relatively lower concentrations of copper, cadmium, fenbendazole and sulfathiazole. Therefore, B. kugenumaensis seems quite a good candidate species for the ecotoxicological assessments of freshwater environments.

  • 본 연구에서는 최근 국내에서 신기술 등으로 인증되어 활용되고 있는 보수재료 공법을 적용한 폭로시험체를 제작한 후, 해양환경 및 일반 대기환경 하에서 장기폭로실험에 의한 정량적 폭로실험 데이터를 확보함으로서 향후 성능저하된 철근콘크리트 구조물의 보수재료 공법 성능평가 방법 및 품질관리기준 확립을 위한 기초 자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 해양 및 일반 대기환경 하에서 폭로재령 30개월까지 폭로실험을 실시한 결과 탄산화 및 염화물이온 침투 깊이는 피복두께에 비해 매우 적게 침투하였으며, 철근의 부식 면적과 부식 속도 결과를 토대로 폭로재령 30개월까지 철근 부식의 주된 원인은 내재 염화물량 및 매크로셀에 의한 부식이 가장 큰 원인으로 판단된다. 향후 폭로시험체의 지속적인 평가를 통하여 정량적인 폭로실험 데이터를 확보함으로서 보수재료 공법 성능 평가 방법 및 품질 관리 기준 확립을 위한 기초 자료를 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • In this study, for the establishment of the performance evaluation methods and the quality control standards of durability recovery method, the quantitative exposure data by long term exposure test under the coast is accumulated and analyzed Investigating and evaluating the result of exposure test at 30 month of exposure age under the coastal environment, carbonation and salt damage are not happened at all but the difference in electric potential are found. Therefore, it is considered that the reinforcement corrosion at replacement with repair material are caused by active-passive corrosion macrocells.

  • Interest in the durability assessment and structural performance has increased according to an increase of concrete structures in salt damage environment recent years. Reliable way ensuring the most accelerated corrosion test is a method of performing the rebar corrosion monitoring as exposed directly to the marine test site exposure. However, long-term exposure test has a disadvantage because of a long period of time. Therefore, many studies on reinforced concrete in salt damage environments have been developed as alternatives to replace this. However, accelerated corrosion test is appropriate to evaluate the critical chlorine concentration in the short term, but only accelerated test method, is not easy to get correct answer. Accuracy of correlation acceleration test depends on the period of the degree of exposure environments. Therefore, in this study, depending on the concrete mix material, by the test was performed on the basis of the composite degradation of the salt damage, and investigate the difference of corrosion initiation time of the rebar, and indoor corrosion time of the structure, of the marine environment of the actual environments were inuestigated. The correlation coefficient was derived in the experiment. Long-term exposure test was actually conducted in consideration of the exposure conditions submerged zone, splash zone and tidal zone. The accelerated corrosion tests were carried out by immersion conditions, and by the combined deterioration due to the carbonation and accelerated corrosion due to wet and dry condition.

  • 본 연구에서는 최근 국내에서 신기술 등으로 인증되어 활용되고 있는 보수재료 공법을 적용한 폭로시험체를 제작한 후, 해양환경 및 일반대기환경 하에서 장기폭로실험에 의한 정량적 폭로실험데이터를 확보함으로서 향후 성능 저하된 철근콘크리트 구조물의 보수재료 공법 성능평가 방법 및 품질관리기준 확립을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 해양 및 일반대기환경 하에서 폭로재령 18개월까지 폭로실험을 실시한 결과 일부 보수공법에 있어서 표면피복재 및 단면복구재의 미세균열 부풀음, 박리현상과 보수경계부위의 균열 및 보수부위와 비보수부위의 전위차가 다소 발생하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 향후 폭로시험체의 지속적인 평가 및 파괴에 의한 상세평가를 통하여 정량적인 폭로실험 데이터를 확보함으로서 보수재료 공법의 성능평가방법 및 품질관리기준 확립을 위한 기초 자료를 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

이동통신 주파수 대역에서의 동물 실험용 국부 노출 장치 개발 (Development of Local-Exposure Systems for In Vivo Studies at Mobile-Phone Frequency Bands)

  • 본 논문에서는 이동통신 주파수 대역인 PCS와 셀룰러 대역(PCS: 1,762.5 MHz, 셀룰러: 848.5 MHz)에서 전자파의 인체 영향 규명을 위해 동물 실험용 국부 노출 장치를 설계, 제작하였다. 제작된 노출 장치는 카루셀 형의 마우스용 국부 노출 장치로서 40마리의 마우스를 동시에 노출시킬 수 있으며, 피 실험체인 마우스에 스트레스가 없도록 조명, 환기, 소음 등 환경 조건을 적절히 고려하여 제작되었다. 노출 장치의 노출량 측정을 위해 온도 프로브를 이용한 SAR측정을 수행하였다. 마우스 카데바와 고체 팬텀의 머리 부분 내부의 3점에 대해 측정하였으며, 실제로 장기간의 노출에 이용되는 조건에서 시뮬레이션 결과와 잘 일치함을 확인하였다. 현재 제작된 노출 장치는 실제 마우스의 장기 노출 실험에 사용되고 있다.

이전 가격 트렌드가 낙관적 예측에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Prior Price Trends on Optimistic Forecasting)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study examines when the optimism impact on financial asset price forecasting and the boundary condition of optimism in the financial asset price forecasting. People generally tend to optimistically forecast their future. Optimism is a nature of human beings and optimistic forecasting observed in daily life. But is it always observed in financial asset price forecasting? In this study, two factors were focused on considering whether the optimism that people have applied to predicting future performance of financial investment products (e.g., mutual fund). First, this study examined whether the degree of optimism varied depending on the direction of the prior price trend. Second, this study examined whether the degree of optimism varied according to the forecast period by dividing the future forecasted by people into three time horizon based on forecast period. Research design, data, and methodology - 2 (prior price trend: rising-up trend vs falling-down trend) × 3 (forecast time horizon: short term vs medium term vs long term) experimental design was used. Prior price trend was used between subject and forecast time horizon was used within subject design. 169 undergraduate students participated in the experiment. χ2 analysis was used. In this study, prior price trend divided into two types: rising-up trend versus falling-down trend. Forecast time horizon divided into three types: short term (after one month), medium term (after one year), and long term (after five years). Results - Optimistic price forecasting and boundary condition was found. Participants who were exposed to falling-down trend did not make optimistic predictions in the short term, but over time they tended to be more optimistic about the future in the medium term and long term. However, participants who were exposed to rising-up trend were over-optimistic in the short term, but over time, less optimistic in the medium and long term. Optimistic price forecasting was found when participants forecasted in the long term. Exposure to prior price trends (rising-up trend vs falling-down trend) was a boundary condition of optimistic price forecasting. Conclusions - The results indicated that individuals were more likely to be impacted by prior price tends in the short term time horizon, while being optimistic in the long term time horizon.

Induction of Imposex in Rock Shell, Thais clavigera, Exposed to Organotins and Other Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals

  • Interactions of both feminizing and masculinizing chemicals inducing imposex in gastropod were investigated with a long-term exposure experiment. Imposex-free rock shell(Thais-clavigera)was exposed to TBT and other antagonistic chemicals (nonylphenol and DDT), P450 inducer (phenobarbital) and natural sex hormone (estrogen) mixtures for 60 days. None of imposexed-females were found in control, sham (ethanol) and testosterone exposure group, on the other hand imposex was induced in the TBT and all the TBT+antagonist mixture groups. After 60-day exposure, frequency of imposexed-female ranged from 31-68%. Female mean penis length (FMPL) of imposexed-female ranged from 0.87-2.58 mm, and relative penis length indices were from 7.2 to 21.2%. However, the degrees of imposex were different among the exposure groups. The FMPLS of three exposure groups (TBT+estrogen, + DDT and +nonylphe- not) were less than that of the TBT exposure group. Ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase (EROD) activities in gastropod decreased in the TBT and all the TBT+antagonist ekposure groups compared to the control group. A negative correlation was abtained between TBT body residue and EROD activity, while a positive relationship was obtained between 737 body residue and the degree of imposex except for the TBT +DDT exposure group. Although 737 concentration was relatively high in the TBT+DDT exposure group, the TBT +DDT exposure group demonstrated low EROD activity and low degree of imposex. These results indicate that a certain antagonistic effect of DDT occurred in induction of imposex by TBT.

  • Polymeric composite insulators have been in use for outdoor insulation. However, our knowledge about their long-term performance in a outdoor environment is still very limited. Especially, these insulator are subjected to the environmental stress such as ultraviolet radiation. Hence, in this paper. the influence of UV radiation on the aging of the shed materials was evaluated. For the aging evaluation, these insulators studied by experiment methods such as contact angle measurement. oxidation induced time. SEM/EDX, FTRI-ATR, tracking test for the different insulator samples. With the increased UV exposure time, samples are shown to exhibit degradation comparable to those of new ones
