한국 물류산업은 양적인 측면에서 물류전문인력의 부족과 질적인 측면에서 산업계 요구에 부응한 실무 전문가를 양성해야 하는 이중고에 처해 있다. 본 연구는 국내와 해외 물류인력 양성교육을 상호 비교해 보고 디지털 시대에 필요한 물류인력의 역량과 기술들을 제시함으로써 국내 물류인력 양성정책에 대한 시사점을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 국내 대학의 물류교육과정 전수조사를 통해 물류인력의 수급상황을 검토하였고, 해외의 성공적인 물류분야 교육훈련 프로그램에 대한 사례분석을 시도하였으며, 심도있는 문헌연구를 통해 물류인력에 요구되는 기술과 역량을 종합적으로 제시하였다. 향후 효과적인 물류인력 양성을 위해서는 첫째, 국가표준물류역량지도의 작성과 이를 토대로 국가물류 역량개발 통합플랫폼 구축, 둘째, 물류인력양성을 위한 산학교육훈련 생태계 조성, 셋째, 디지털전환과 COVID-19 팬데믹에 대응한 신규 물류인력을 육성을 위한 교육프로그램 등이 필요하다.

Purpose: This exploratory research is to give managerial implication to sales personal management. This study focused on antecedents of job satisfaction and organizational commitment specially in HRD programs and system by participation and effect toward job. Research design, data and methodology: This research focuses on relationship analysis among job satisfaction, organizational commitment and HRD programs of logistics and sales personnel in Korea. HRD program consider two parts one is participation and other is effect toward job. And three HRD program is included education & training, system and self-directed Learning. This study used 7th HCCP data from KRIVET and 748 employee data is analyzed. SPSS18 is used and frequency, reliability, correlation and regression analysis are conducted. Results: Result shows that job satisfaction is positively affected by education & training participation, HRD system participation and HRD system effect toward job. Organizational commitment is positively affected by education & training participation, HRD system participation, education & training effect toward job and HRD system effect toward job. However self-directed Learning participation negatively affect organizational commitment. Lastly job satisfaction partially mediates between HRD and organizational commitment. Conclusions: Based on the results, this paper provide implication to academic, practical HRD and suggest feature research.

Logistics security has been enhanced to control cargo containers effectively and safely in global logistics. In response to the change, This study describes the system now being developed that tracks container position, watches cargo security status and gets informations of surrounding until the cargos arrived at its destination. We examine completion and satisfaction of the product for prospective users. For this, considering earlier studies about customer trust, satisfaction, service quality and purchase decision, we analyse an effect among the variables empirically. As a result, when the program is released, we examine customers' satisfaction and purchase decision for the informations to be offered from the program.

본 연구는 공급사슬의 시각으로 항만배후단지 위험물 취급자를 대상으로 실시하는 교육훈련을 형성적 모델과 반영적 모델을 결합한 구조방정식을 통해서 실증분석을 하였다. 각 경로의 효과크기도 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과는 교육훈련환경과 교육분위기는 위험물 취급자의 교육기대에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 교육기대는 교육훈련프로그램과 교육훈련전이에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 교육훈련프로그램은 교육훈련전이와 교육훈련성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 교육훈련전이는 교육훈련성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 교육훈련 성과는 실제 위험물관리현황에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다고 검증되었다. 효과크기분석 결과를 보면, 교육분위기는 교육기대에, 교육기대는 교육훈련프로그램에, 교육훈련전이는 교육훈련성과에, 교육훈련성과는 위험물관리현황에 모두 큰 효과가 있다고 검증되었다. 본 연구결과는 지속가능한 항만배후단지 위험물 안전관리 프로세스를 조성하는 데 다양한 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

국내 국제물류주선업체가 직면한 수익성 악화, 고용 불안 및 포화 상태에 있는 국내 물류시장에 대하여 알아보고 글로벌 시장 진출을 위한 블루오션 전략으로 유엔 조달시장 현황, 참가 방법, 성공적인 진출 방안, 글로벌 진출 활성화 지원책들을 연구한다. 현재 유엔 조달물류시장에 대한 국내의 연구 자료가 없지만, 저자가 조달 물류서비스 입찰에 참여한 경험으로 유엔 조달 물류시장 진출 방안은 유엔 벤더로 등록한 물류기업에 대한 정부의 해외진출사업 지원 확대, KOTRA "P300 프로젝트"에 선정된 물류 선도 기업들에 제공되는 유엔 조달 지역 입찰 정보를 활용한 경쟁력 제고, 유엔 조달 물류 특성상 오지 지역 운송에 대한 글로벌 네트워크 구축, 정부의 기존 해외인턴제도와 연계한 전문 인력양성 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

본 연구의 목적은 수요자 측면에서 지방대학 혁신역량강화사업의 효과성을 분석하는 것이었다. 2004년도부터 2008년까지 총 5년간 NURI 항만물류사업단의 자체보고서를 기초로 선정한 효과성 평가지표는 전반적 만족도와 세부적 만족도, 타 대학 출신인력 비교우위, 지속적 채용의사, 재교육의 필요성, 필요교육 우선순위 등이었다. 그리고 보다 객관적인 분석을 위해 2006년부터 2009년까지의 취업률을 지표로 선정하였다. 분석의 결과, 만족도는 대체적으로 꾸준히 증가하였고, 타 대학 비교우위는 높게 나타나면서 재교육의 필요성은 점점 낮아져 사업의 효과성은 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 재학생의 외국어능력 수요를 충족시키고 있는 것으로 나타났지만, 산학연계는 보다 강화될 필요가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 누리사업단의 참여학부(과)는 비참여학부(과)에 비해 취업률이 지속적으로 증가한 것으로 나타나 사업의 효과가 객관적으로 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Logistics company strives for satisfaction of customer service. the internal clients of corporation, the engineers of driver enhance their thinking about customer orientation by education of important about customer services. the study reached the conclusion that result which analyzed the important fact of enhancing customer orientation strategy by AHP show an ability of dealing with customer improves customer orientation strategy. because the desire of customer is various, it is difficult to have standard of dealing thought, the program of improvement of dealing ability should be developed and trained to improve customer orientation.

In this study, AHP analysis was conducted through a survey that was organized by 9 job categories. The results show that sustainable operation risks have the highest priority level among all criteria with management interest having the highest priority level within sustainable operation risks related attributes. The most important risk attributes among stakeholder risks appeared to be asset security and cargo and conveyance security, with education and training being the most important among regulatory risks. Effective management and response to the risks from export controls on strategic trade require an understanding of supply chain security and compliance programs, effective training programs, investments for development of security systems that meet international standards. In addition, the government needs to focus on developing professionals and providing support for companies with compliance programs, working closely with businesses.

The purpose of this research was made to suggest the improvement for problems of indication subject of Fisheries & Maritime High School teacher's certificate issued by the operation of the 7th national curriculum in 2000. After analyzing the integrated indication subjects related with fisheries & Maritime high school, among the middle school teacher's 24 subjects of industrial world, the problems and improvements can be arranged as followed. Firstly, the subjects of fisheries & Maritime high school teacher's certificates are fishing industry, aquiculture, sailing, engine and freezing and new subjects are ocean shipping and ocean logistics. Because the teacher's certificate was changed to integrated indication subjects, there were problems of teacher cultivation, teacher hiring, etc. So, in the actual field of school, teacher cultivating university and related department are necessary to strengthen high-quality majoring education/subjects and practical education as well as need to establish teacher cultivating system by teacher cultivating organization's evaluation system and teacher cultivating education program related by differentiation and easiness of majoring characterization. Secondly, teacher cultivating for new departments and new subjects can apply related major system, free major system, etc. Thirdly, if professional high schools find majoring areas whose content is same one another and introduce common indication subject system, it will be helpful to improve the quality of teachers, teacher certification examination, etc. of professional area.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is identifying the research trends of degree papers related to the beauty industry and providing information which can contribute to the development of the domestic beauty industry and the direction of various research about beauty industry. Research design, data and methodology: This study used 154 academic papers and 189 academic papers with English abstracts out of 299 academic papers. All of these papers were found by searching for the keyword "beauty industry" in ScienceON on August 15, 2022. For the analysis, BERTopic and LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) analysis were conducted using Python 3.7. Also, OLS regression analysis was conducted to understand the annual increase and decrease trend of each topic derived with trend analysis. Results: As a result of word frequency analysis, the frequency of satisfaction, management, behavior, and service was found to be high. In addition, it was found that 'service', 'satisfaction' and 'customer' were frequently associated with program and relationship in the word co-occurrence frequency analysis. As a result of topic modeling, six topics were derived: 'Beauty shop', 'Health education', 'Cosmetics', 'Customer satisfaction', 'Beauty education', and 'Beauty business'. The trend analysis result of each topic confirmed that 'Beauty education' and 'Health education' are getting more attention as time goes by. Conclusions: The future studies must resolve the extreme polarization between the structure of the small beauty industry and beauty stores. Furthermore, the researches have to direct various ways to create the performance of internal personnel. The ways to maximize product capabilities such as competitive cosmetics and brands are also needed attentions.
