Objectives: This study aimed identify of the level and effect of the e-health literacy and health behavior in health science majors Methods: The data was collected from March 5 to March 15, 2018 for student majoring in health science at a university in the C city. The data were analyzed with the SPSS 21.0. Results: First, the e-health literacy were statistically significant in grades (F=5.769, p=0.001), health interest (F=10.553, p<0.001) and health care time (F=3.841, p=0.023), and health behavior were statistically significant in subjective health condition (F=5.476, p=0.05), health interest (F=16.716, p<0.001), and health care time (F=28.479, p<0.001). Second, the e-health literacy were correlated with grades, health care time, economic level and health interest, and health behavior were related to health care time, e-health literacy, subjective health condition and health interest. Third, health behavior related factors were health care time, e-health literacy, grades, subjective health condition, and health interest. Conclusion: The related knowledge and skills should be applied to basic classes in order to ensure that health science majors care can accurately utilize the information on the e-health.

디지털시대에 적합한 정보활용능력 교육을 기획하여 실시하는 것은 현대 도서관의 핵심기능이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국립중앙도서관 및 국내의 유관 기관에서 이루어지는 디지털 정보활용능력 교육현황을 분석하고 이와 동시에 대국민 서비스의 지역 거점인 공공도서관의 의견을 조사하여 향후 개선방안을 제언하고자 하였다. 연구결과 특히 공공도서관의 정보활용교육 담당자를 대상으로 한 조사에서 향후 정보활용교육에 대한 관심은 높지만, 시설 및 예산 등 필요자원의 부족으로 인해 국립중앙도서관과 같은 국가도서관과의 연계 협력이 절실한 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구는 조사결과를 토대로 국립중앙도서관 교육프로그램의 개선방안과 함께 공공도서관과의 연계방안을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to reconsider the meaning of mathematical literacy based on the investigation of the nature of mathematical knowledge communicated in university level mathematics classes. The analysis of classroom discourse has revealed three different kinds of mathematical knowledge circulated in mathematics class, which include 'factual mathematics', 'mathematical fantasy', and 'mathematical savior faire.' The fact that a mathematics teacher delivers diverse categories of mathematics knowledge suggests that the mathematical literacy is not confined to the development of technical competence. More specifically, the kinds of mathematical knowledge identified above tell that mathematical literacy developed through learning mathematics reflects the cultural norms and values of doing mathematics. This means that mathematical literacy is not merely involve with technical competence but rather with cultural competence. In this regard, this paper highlights the meaning of mathematical literacy as a cultural identity, which has been underestimated in the theory and practice of mathematics education dominated by technocracy of the twentieth century In particular, the notion of mathematical savior faire implies that teaching and teaming mathematics ultimately deals with a system of cultural meaning. Hence, through learning mathematics, a learner gets transformed as a whole person according to the cultural norms and values. In this regard, it is concluded that mathematical literacy can be considered as a necessary condition to become a competent member of mathematics community sharing cultural norms of doing mathematics as well as a repertoire of mathematical skills.

이 연구의 목적은 국내 거주 이주민의 정보리터러시 실태를 파악하고 그들의 정보리터러시를 증진하는 방안을 제안하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 부산과 경남지역의 이주노동자와 결혼이주여성 415명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 전체적으로 이주민의 정보리터러시 수준은 기초적인 단계에 머물러 있었고, 특히 정보이용, 정보생산, 정보윤리, 정보통신기술 등의 분야들이 상대적으로 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 향후 이주민의 정보리터러시 역량 강화를 위해 정보활용교육과 한국어 교육에서의 효과적인 방안이 개발될 필요가 있다.

공공도서관에서 초등학교 학생을 대상으로 하는 정보활용교육이 실시되고 있는 현황에 대해 분석하고 공공도서관의 특성을 고려한 정보활용교육의 개선방안을 모색했다. 공공도서관의 교육적인 기능이 강화되면서 정보활용교육에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 공공도서관의 특성을 고려한 정보활용교육 운영의 개선방안을 시설과 자료, 사서, 학생. 정보활용교육 프로그램으로 나누어 제시하고. 정보활용교육 내용의 개선방안은 교육준비, 교육방법, 교육진행으로 나누어 제시했다.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of digital literacy, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use on Internet users' online purchase intention in Palestine, as well to examine the moderating effect of Internet users' socioeconomic characteristics - age and gender on the relationships between digital literacy and online purchase intention. An extended technology acceptance model (TAM) by including digital literacy was applied in this research. The study applied a quantitative method, where 400 respondents participated in a questionnaire. The collected data was tested against the research framework using the partial least squares (SEM-PLS) method. The findings indicate that digital literacy has a significant effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and online purchase intention; there is a significant effect of perceived usefulness on online purchase intention, but not perceived ease of use. On the other hand, socioeconomic variables demonstrate that neither age nor gender moderates the relationship between digital literacy and online purchase intention; in short, age and gender do not condition the intention of the Internet user.

본 연구는 유아의 성, 부모의 교육수준, 어머니의 학습관여, 교사의 지도방법, 가정과 교실의 문해환경이 유아의 학교준비도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 취학전 만 5세 유아 141명, 이들의 부모 141명과 담임교사 42명이었다. 연구도구는 학교준비도 검사, 어머니 학습관여 척도, 교사 지도방법 척도, 가정문해환경 척도와 교실문해환경 척도를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 Three-way ANOVA, Spearman의 상관분석과 Pearson의 적률상관분석, 단계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아의 성과 어머니 교육수준에 따른 학교준비도에는 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 가정문해환경을 제외한 유아의 성, 부모 교육수준, 어머니 학습관여, 교사 지도방법, 교실문해환경 변인이 유아의 학교준비도와 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 학교준비도의 하위영역인 적응영역에는 유아성별, 지식영역에는 어머니 교육수준이 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 부모와 교사가 유아의 학교준비도 증진을 도울 수 있는 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

모든 공공도서관은 지식정보센터와 게이트웨이로서의 정체성을 기반으로 개인과 집단에게 평생학습, 문화활동, 정보해득력 등을 제공해야 한다. 이러한 당위성에 입각하여 본 연구는 국내 공공도서관의 평생학습활동을 성찰하고 바람직한 지향성을 모색하였다. 미래의 공공도서관은 핵심역량과 평생학습의 연계성을 강화하고, 디지털 정보해득력을 제고시키는 프로그램을 개설하며, 특히 소외계층인 장애인과 노령자의 정보격차를 해소하기 위한 평생학습프로그램을 개발 제공해야 한다.

이 연구는 국내 의학도서관 정보이용교육의 활성화를 도모하고, 아울러 정보환경의 변화에 부응하고 이용자 지향적인 정보이용교육 프로그램을 제시하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 국내외 선진 사례들을 벤치마킹한 뒤, 국내 평균에 가까운 한 대학도서관을 주요 사례로 하여 정보이용교육의 실태와 이용자들의 정보요구를 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 의학도서관 정보이용교육의 프로그램 구성을 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 특히 프로그램을 구성할 때의 고려사항, 내용, 흐름을 제시하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 국내 의학도서관들이 정보이용교육 프로그램을 시작하거나 보완하고자 할 때 유용한 참조원이 될 것이다. 각 의학도서관은 자관의 상황에 따라 이 연구의 결과를 적절히 가감하여 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 학생이 가진 경제적 여건의 차이, 즉 교육격차에 따른 기초적 정보활용능력의 상관관계를 분석하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 학교별 정보활용교육 경험의 차를 통제할 수 있는 고등학교 1학년 629명을 대상으로 3월에 정보활용능력에 대한 자기 평가를 실시하였다. 더불어 학교 정보공시에 제시되는 학교별 고교 학비 지원 학생 비율로 학생들의 경제적 여건에 따른 학교별 교육격차를 확인하였다. 그리고 교육격차와 정보활용능력 간 상관관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 학교별 고교 학비 지원 학생 비율로 설명할 수 있는 교육격차와 정보활용능력 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 음의 상관관계를 강하게 갖는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 교육격차가 정보활용능력에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하기 위해 "도서관과 정보생활" 교과의 I II 영역별 회귀분석을 실시하고 교육격차에 따른 정보활용능력 점수의 회귀방정식을 도출했다. 이러한 연구 결과는 정보활용능력 격차를 완화시켜 갈 학교도서관의 교육적 역할을 강조하는 근거로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 체계적 정보활용교육의 제도화를 통해 이상적인 수준의 정보활용능력과 자기주도적 학습력 함양으로 교육격차를 보다 직접적이고 효율적으로 해소하는 발판이 될 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.
