Switched Reluctance Generator attracts much attention because of high effciency, simple controllability with traction drive. But the theories that have been adopted as SRG control methods are complicated up to the present. This paper proposes reference current limitation strategy for stable generation of SRM and switching angle control. The proposed method is verified by simulation and experiments.

A stochastic fundamental duel with continous interfiring times is considered for including the kill effect of multiple hits and fixed duel time. Two alternatives, 'vital hit' and 'damage coefficient' approaches, are developed. Since a large quantity of ammunition is consumed when a sure kill is obtained through repetitive multiple hits, limitation of initial ammunition supply is included in the stochastic duel models with multiple hits and fixed duel time. General solutions are obtained and examples with negative exponential interfiring times and geometric ammunition supply are given.

Eight dimensions of quality suggested by Garvin are well-known. It can serve as a framework for strategic analysis to obtain leverage of quality in a competitive market. However, some practically important dimensions such as usability, cost, etc. are not included in the Garvin's. Based on a survey of newly introduced products, we suggest another framework for dimensions of quality: function, time, limitation, usability, problem prevention, economy, maintainability, nativeness, These dimensions are explained with examles.

We have used a plasma etching method in order to develop a concave-type Pt electrode capacitor to overcome the limitation of conventional stack-type capacitor in a small critical-dimension (CD) pattern. We have deposited Pt layer on the concave-type structure made by patterning of $SiO_2$ and subsequently we separated the adjacent nodes by etch-back process with photoresist (PR) as a protecting layer.

In this paper, implementation of speech Recognizer system, Separated from Personal computer. By using DSP, this intends to extend the voice recognizing, limited into PC because of amount of data and calculations. For this performance The thesis uses the real time End point detector and organizes no additional device between human and the system, characteristic vector are that detects End point and voice from absolute energy and ZCR, that uses 12 difference Cepstrum from LPC, that uses the method to compensate the process of pattern separating and pre-calculated standard pattern limitation.

The Gaussian models were selected as the reference models for the study. During the study of the model verification in the Ulsan Industrial Complex, the accuracy and limitation of models were assessed. The correlation coefficients of the observed and the predicted values for CDM 2.0 and TCM2B were ranged from 0.57 to 0.73 and from 0.72 to 0.86, respectively. And there were relatively large discrepancies between the predicted and predicted and the measured concentrations for several locations. Therefore, the Gaussian models should be used with careful discretion to apply the urban area in Korea.

The fundamental stochastic duel of Williams and Ancker is combined with the probabilistic linear, square and mixed laws of Brown and Smith when the battle time is limited and interfiring times are continuous. The Probability of a given side's winnig or a draw is derived in a recursive equation with Laplace transforms. Examples with negative exponential firing times are given. In linear law an exact closed form solution is obtained, whereas for square and mixed laws only square ($2{\times}2$) duels are considered.

In rotating systems, backlash imposed limitations on the quality of control. System with gear is an example where this is a well-known limitation. In order to increase the controller performance, we design a fuzzy system to compensate the backlash effect. We prove that under certain conditions the fuzzy compensator guarantees that the backlash output converges to the desired trajectory. Simulation results show that the fuzzy compensator is robust to the backlash parameter.

In this paper, we propose the multimedia tutoring system that provides multimedia learning contents for english Loaming on mobile environment. In order to design and implement the system, we have developed mobile multimedia contents from contents modeling based on the types of item, but also mobile interface to provide learning contents for learners effectively under limitation of mobile environment. The contents server in this system creates multimedia learning contents as XML document for each learner and provides those to learners through mobile interface using Wireless Application Protocol at anytime and anyplace.
