  • 효소촉매반응의 전체 시간과정을 최소제곱법에 의해 분석하는 새로운 방법을 제시하였다. 이 방법은 프로그램이 가능한 소형능력의 계산기만으로도 가능하며 저해받지 않는 효소반응에도 적용할 수 있고 생성물이나 외부에서 가해준 화합물에 의해 저해받는 효소반응에도 적용할 수 있다. 이 방법은 데이타를 비선형 관계의 반응물 농도와 시간 곡선에 맞추기 때문에 직선의 식으로 변환시켜 최소제곱법을 적용시키는 다른 방법보다 속도변수의 값을 더 정확하게 평가할 수 있다.

  • This paper presents a design and construction of IIR multiple notch filter by modifying the pole-zero placement with least square estimation to find the appropriate gain and pole positions for the filter within a unit circle in z-plane. The appropriated gain and pole position will render the controllable unit gain of filter magnitude. Algorithm design and system simulation are performed on MATLAB while the actual implementation is done on the TMS320C31 digital signal processing board.

  • By using the test of signal error, model structure of an electrohydraulic servo system is determined. For determining parameter of the electrohydraulic servo system, using time discrete model of parametric method, parameters in time discrete model are searched by the least square method. By bilinear transform, we have found the model of electrohydraulic servo system in s domain. Afterwards, we have compared experimental data with simulation data by MATLAB having the identified parameter. As the result, experimental data is agreed with simulation data very well.

  • In this paper, a disturbance feedforward compensator design technique is proposed for an active magnetic bearing system subject to base motion for attenuating disturbance responses. In the consideration of the requirements on the model accuracy in the model based compensator designs, an experimental feedforward compensator design based on adaptive estimation by means of the Multiple Filtered-x least mean square(MFXLMS) algorithm is proposed. The performance and the effectiveness of the proposed technique will be presented in the succeeding paper in which the proposed technique is applied to a 2-DOF active magnetic bearing system subject to base motion.

  • 본 논문에서는 스테레오 음향 반향 제거기의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 새로운 전처리 방법의 반향 제거기를 제안한다. 제안한 반향 제거기는 MINT (Multiple input/output INverse Theorem) 필터링에 의해 실내 전달함수의 잔향이 저감되어진 입력을 사용함으로써 필터계수의 추정오차를 감소시켜 성능을 향상시킬 수 있었다. 실제의 스테레오 음성과 실제 음장의 전달함수를 사용한 시뮬레이션 결과, 제안한 방법이 NLMS (Normalized Least Mean Square)와 Projection 등의 적응 알고리즘 종류에 관계없이 ERLE가 3∼5 dB 향상됨을 확인하였다.

  • Model structure of solenoid valve in the automatic transmission is determined as 5th order system by the signal error test. For determining parameter of the solenoid valve, parameters in time discrete model are searched by the least square method. By bilinear transform, we have found the model of solenoid valve in s domain. Afterward, experimental output data is compared with simulated output data by MATLAB having identified parameter. As the result, experimental data is agreed with simulated data very well.

한국수출의 독점정도에 따른 수출보험의 수출촉진 효과 분석 (The Role of Export Insurance for the Korean Export Promotion: Reflecting the Market Share of Korean Export in Trading Partner Countries)

  • This paper empirically analyzes the influence of export insurance on export promotion using panel data for the Korean case during the sample period from 2003 to 2006. We use the Korean export's share in trading partners' imports as a weight for the weighted least square (WLS) estimation to measure the effect of export insurance on the export promotion. Our main finding is that export insurance subsidy seems to enhance the export performance when the Korean export takes greater share in other countries' markets. On the other hand, under weaker monopoly power of the Korean export, export risk and trading partners' GDP growth rate has more influence on the export promotion rather than export insurance subsidy. Our finding implies that policy makers and practitioners should discern the Korean exports' monopoly power differential across trading countries for better performing export insuarnce policy.

  • The operation of Interference cancellation algorithm for wireless repeater cancellation depends on either existing correlation properties between desired signal and reference signal or not At the time, due to the correlation properties at the ICS system, adaptive algorithms without considering system delay do not function properly. Thus, this system should be oscillated. In this paper, to solve these problems, we use the delayed least mean square algorithm. For the best performance of ICS, the system delays must be estimated. To efficiently estimate the delay of ICS, we use relations between bandwidth and correlation properties of the received signal.

  • This study compares and analyzes online update techniques, which estimate the parameters of battery equivalent circuit models in real time. Online update techniques, which are based on extended Kalman filter and recursive least square methods, are constructed by considering the dynamic characteristics of batteries. The performance of the online update techniques is verified by simulation and experiments. Each online update technique is compared and analyzed in terms of complexity and accuracy to propose a suitable guide for selecting algorithms on various types of battery applications.

  • This paper presents the method of parameter estimation of diffusion model for monitoring Demand-Side Management program. Bass diffusion model was applied in this paper, which has different values according to the following parameters; coefficients of innovation, imitation and potential adopters. Though it is very important to estimate three parameters precisely, there has been no empirical way in practice. Thus, this paper presents the method of parameter estimation in case of few data with constraints to reduce the possibility of bad estimation. The constraints can be empirical results or expert's decision. Case studies show the diffusion curves and forecasted values of the peak for the high-efficient lighting. The feedback and nonlinear least-square parameter estimation methods used in this paper enable us to evaluate the status and to predict the effect of DSM program.
