  • This study is to investigate the factors in which self-leadership and self-efficacy influence learning outcomes for beauty college students. The subjects of the study were 115 male and female college students in the first and second grades attending beauty colleges in the D region from November 22nd to December 1st, 2021, of which 100 copies were finally SPSS.WIN 24.0 program was used. First, it was verified that the self-leadership of beauty students had a direct effect on learning outcomes. Second, it was investigated that self-leadership and self-efficacy, which influence the learning outcomes of beauty students, had a very important effect. Third, it was found that the self-efficacy of beauty college students had a significant influence on learning outcomes.

  • This study analyzes the structural causal relationship among adult learners' characteristics, participatory motivation, methods of learning process by instructor, institutes satisfaction, and learning outcome. In addition, the study reviews the mechanism by which three different variables work as intermediates in the relationship between adult learners' characteristics and learning outcomes. The study subjects were 444 adult learners who participated in lifelong education, and the research hypothesis was verified through Structure Equation Modeling analysis. The results are as follows. First, the characteristics of adult learners affect learning outcomes, as well as the methods of learning process by instructor affects, participatory motivation and institutes satisfaction, and have a significantly positive(+) effect. Secondly, the methods of learning process by instructor affect institutes satisfaction, and the effect is significant. However, it does not influence participatory motivation. Moreover, it has a negative influence on learning outcomes. Additionally, participatory motivation has a significant effect on both learning outcomes and institutes satisfaction. Thirdly, when examining the ultimate intermediate between the characteristics of adult learners and their learning outcomes, institutes satisfaction was the optimal channel. These study results suggest not only the role of lifelong education institute, but also ways to improve academic outcomes of adult learners within the lifelong education field.

  • Recently, there is a growing interest in learning to use games as a teaching method for digital native learners. In this study, we conducted a path analysis between bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, linguistic intelligence, flow, learning outcomes(academic achievement, persistence intention) in motion-capture game-based learning(the used game developed for elementary school history class). As a result, bodily-kinesthetic intelligence directly influenced flow and indirectly influenced learning outcomes. Linguistic intelligence did not have direct influence on flow and indirect effects on learning outcomes. Through this result, we expected that the motion-capture game-based learning facilitate learning motivation and performance of learners for higher bodily-kinesthetic intelligence.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate a structural relationship among elementary students' self-determinant learning motivation, teaching-presence and learning outcomes (learning satisfaction, persistence) in blended learning environment. Participants were 5th and 6th grade students who enrolled in a mathematics learning service. The results showed that self-determinant learning motivation had direct effect on teaching presence, learning satisfaction and learning persistence. Teaching Presence had an direct effect on learning satisfaction and learning satisfaction had an direct effect on learning persistence. Based on the results, proper strategies were recommended to facilitate self-determinant learning motivation and teaching presence before and during learning since they play critical roles for the success of elementary students learning outcomes in a blended learning environment.

  • The peer review learning is a method which improves learning outcome of students through feedback between students and the observation and analysis of other students. One of the important problems in a peer review system is to find proper evaluators to each learner considering characteristics of students for improving learning outcomes. Some of peer review systems randomly assign peer review evaluators to learners, or chose evaluators based on limited strategies. However, these systems have a problem that they do not consider various characteristics of learners and evaluators who participate in peer reviews. In this paper, we propose a novel prediction approach of learning outcomes to apply peer review systems considering various characteristics of learners and evaluators. The proposed approach extracts representative attributes from the profiles of students and predicts learning outcomes using various regression models. In order to verify how much outliers affect on the prediction of learning outcomes, we also apply several outlier removal methods to the regression models and compare the predictive performance of learning outcomes. The experiment result says that the SVR model which does not removes outliers shows an error rate of 0.47% on average and has the best predictive performance.

  • In this study, middle school students, from 1st to 3rd grade, who already completed section of the 'force and motion' are targets. Based on the survey of the students following conclusions are obtained using by 'before and after' of repetition learning. First, through the pre-test results and measured the degree of concept, repetition learning was found to be effective. Second, through the post-survey after repetition learning science concerning was increased rather than before learning. Improved confidence through the repetition learning effect should contribute learning effect.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how time management, usefulness, and interest predict m-learning outcomes. For this study, 144 high school students participated in m-learning activities during science classes. After 5 week of classes, they responded the following surveys: time management, usefulness, interest, satisfaction, perceived achievement and learning persistence. Multiple regression analyses with correlation applied to this study as a data analysis method. The results showed that time management, usefulness, interest significantly predicted learning satisfaction and persistence. In addition, time management and usefulness significantly predicted perceived achievement, Therefore, these findings imply that time management, usefulness should be considered for designing m-learning activities in high school science class.

  • The purpose of this study is as a base study for improving the quality of online classes through multilateral analysis that examines the learning outcoms of educational quality and learning emotions on non-face-to-face online classes at Technical Colleges To this study, from March 1, 2020 to August 31, 2020, a survey was conducted on 1,000 students of H Technical Colleges located in the metropolitan area. The collected data were statistically processed using the SPSS Statistics 18.0 program, t-validation were performed to reveal awareness of online class also correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed to reveal the relation and influence of factors related to quality of instruction, learning emotions, learning outcomes. First, there was a statistically significant difference in perception of online classes by gender and grade. Second, there was a positive correlation between the educational quality, learning emotions, and learning outcomes for online classes. Third, among the learning outcomes, the factors that influence the achievement were the educational content and positive emotions, and the factors that influence the satisfaction among the learning outcomes were the educational content and the learning environment.

The subjects of this study were 231 college students in Jeonnam Province and Daejeon city, sampled by convenience sampling. The result of this study is as follows: First, perceived autonomy support had a significant direct positive effect on identified and intrinsic motivation. Also perceived autonomy support had a significant direct positive effect on learning outcomes and processes. Second, external had a significant positive effect on duty motivation and duty motivation had a direct positive effect on identified duty. In addition to identified motivation had a significant positive effect on intrinsic motivation, learning outcomes and processes. Third, intrinsic motivation had positively influenced on learning outcomes and processes. As the last of the findings, perceived autonomy support, duty motivation and identified motivation had significant effects on learning outcomes and processes. These results imply that perceived autonomy and self-determination motivation is important to enhance academic performance.

This experimental study is designed for a nonequivalent control group. The number of subjects in this research consists of 145, where 75 of the experimental group participated in blended learning program and 70 of the control group didn't do. The data was analyzed by $x^2$-test, Fisher's exact test, t-test and paired t-test. The effects of blended learning approach on learning outcomes in women's health nursing are as follows : The academic achievement of the experimental group has been more elevated than that of the control group on final examination. The experimental group has made increase in self directed learning skills. The blended learning approach on learning outcomes in nursing major are effective. This study has significant implication in that it identified the availability of the blended learning program and that it would be a useful teaching and learning method to achieve learning outcomes.
