The majority of studies was undertaken on large companies that had adopted e-Business or on the specific case of dot.com companies. However, despite this interest in the effect of the size of an organization on its approach to e-Business, little direct comparison has been undertaken between small and large companies. This study examined the differences of e-Business adoption factors and e-Business performance between large and small companies. Reviewing the literature, we suggest a research model and develop nine hypotheses to be tested. Data are collected from 109 companies Implemented e-business. The results of hypothesis testing show as follows. First, e-Business performance of efficiency has a positive influence of perceived e-Business advantage, top management support, organizational learning ability and financial slack. Second, e-Business performance of sales performance has a positive influence of top management support. The purpose of this study is to provide the configuration alternatives for the special classroom of the elementary school reflecting current trends of the health promotion education. Initiated by WHO(World Health Organization), the concept of health-promoting school has been widely advocated as an approach to enhance public health through school based health promotion. Korean Ministry of Education has also adopted the concept and many elementary schools has been participating in developing the curricula and educating students as the health promoting model schools. This study analyzes methodologies and education programs of current health promoting curriculum of the schools since 2009, explores the spacial features of other public facilities offering similar education program and surveys relating teachers. Based on the analysis, the study seeks the basic elements for health promoting classroom and deduces several classroom space configurations to optimize students' learning effects. This study can be a case method for other classroom typology studies especially with the current diversification tendency of elementary school education services.
This study identifies the necessity and importance of innovation in rural communities and highlights the role of rural revitalization support centers in facilitating the diffusion of community innovation. The study provides a literature review and employs the survey method to verify the arguments. There is an urgent need for rural communities to be distinct, attractive, and competitive in the wake of globalization. It is clear that they must recognize the need to facilitate innovation under growing trends toward trade liberalization, environment-oriented life styles, diversified consumer needs, and a knowledge-based society. The results provide support for the legitimacy of establishing rural revitalization support centers to help community leaders and local stakeholders develop their communities. More specifically, rural communities should employ R&D outcomes from diverse fields and capacity building by community members, leaders, and local governments to foster sustainable growth by overcoming limitations in spatial access and resources. The results suggest that rural revitalization support centers can be established as intermediary organizations that can be operated to facilitate community innovation in rural development. In addition, these centers should play key roles such as empowering communities, facilitating region-specific rural development policies, motivating R&D applications for rural development, encouraging rural development networks. Further, close attention should be paid to facilitate mutual learning by expanding networks and interactions between these centers.

The globe-trotting trend has been converted from tourism for the simple purposes of sightseeing and enjoyment to a form of learning and practicing the more specialized contents by directly participation. Traditional cultural resources have sufficient potential as culture and tourism assets that fit this kind of trend. Therefore, building proper tourist resources for their application has become a very urgent and important matter. To make masterpiece tourism packages through combined services of traditional cultural resources, it is necessary for operators to ponder diverse methods that can be used to develop various experience programs and conserve traditional cultural properties by continuously generating profits. The major results of this research are as follows. Firstly, this study proposes plans for unified tourist information and combined services of traditional cultural resources based on ubiquitous IT. Secondly, it is ascertained that the organization of combined operational consultative groups and the improvement of operator' capability are required to execute combined services of traditional cultural resources. Thirdly, we propose business plans to generate profits in both product aspect and network aspect.
Previous studies on strategic alliance formation have largely overlooked the effects that organizations' routine development can have on the relationship between organizations' network position and their alliance ambidexterity strategy. This study extends ambidexterity research by adding internal and network perspectives and examining their cumulative effects on alliance ambidexterity. We first acknowledge the interplay between organizations' internal knowledge exploration/exploitation strategies and organizations' alliance ambidexterity and determine that organizations with a high level of internal knowledge breadth are more likely to make focused alliance decisions. Second, our analysis of 145 US-based information technology organizations with an active alliance behavior reveals that having well-formed routines as a result of previous collaborations strengthens the tendency of brokerage organizations to follow alliances that focus on either exploration or exploitation. Although most alliance studies have commonly argued in favor of an ambidextrous approach, this study provides critical evidence that both internal knowledge exploration/exploitation strategies and development of routines constrain organizations' alliance formation decisions, guiding them towards a more focused approach.

Library classification schedule IS based on the classification theory, principle and the system of the classification of science. It should be consisted of the basic principle of library classification which should use the library materials effectively. Continuous study and research on the each subject field of the discipline are essential for keeping up with the transformation of each learning field and the change of modern society. In this paper, I studied comparatively the sections and subsections of the management in KDC, DDC and NDC and reviewed the academic systems of each subject area in the management. I tried to compare the relationship beween the structure of library classifications and academic systems for the more specialized subsections of the management. KDC is influenced by the principle and structure of DDC, but I found that KDC is more similar to NDC than DDC in the sections and subsections of the management. Being un sufficient of subsections of KDC and NDC, they are not enough for the expansion and specialization of the subsections in the management. DDC is necessary to re-schedule for the proper expansion of 650 and 658 with reflection of the importance of that sections and academic systems. In this study, I adoped 9 sections of management, (1) Management policy (2) Administrative organization (3) Personnel (4) Office management and business information management (5) Marketing (6) Financial management (7) Production management (8) Accounting (9) International management. It would be necessary for us to study continuously about the specilized subsubsections of the management for the more professional classification.
