병태생리학 사례기반학습이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력, 자기주도적 학습능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Case-based Learning (CBL) on Critical Thinking Disposition, Communication Ability, Problem Solving Ability and Self-directed Learning Ability of Nursing Students in Pathophysiology Course)

  • Purpose: This study is a quasi-experimental study to investigate the effect of case-based learning (CBL) on critical thinking disposition, communication ability, problem solving ability and self-directed learning ability of nursing students in a pathophysiology course. Methods: The development of 3 CBL scenarios of pathophysiology were conducted by nursing faculties & clinical nurses before CBL began. Among the sophomore nursing students who were taking a pathophysiology course, the intervention group (n=43) was the nursing students who hope to participate in an extra-CBL program with usual pathophysiology lessons and the control group (n=36) was the nursing students who wanted to receive the usual pathophysiology lessons. The intervention group received additional CBL using 3 different scenarios for 1 hour per week during 4 weeks from May to June, 2016. Data were analyzed by a chi-square test, t-test and ANCOVA using SPSS WIN 18.0 Results: The mean score of critical thinking disposition (F=11.60, p=.001), communication ability (F=4.24, p=.043), and self-directed learning ability (F=4.75, p=.032) were significantly higher in intervention group than those in control group. But there was no significant difference between the two groups in problem solving ability (F=1.59, p=.211). Conclusions: The application of a CBL program during a pathophysiology course was effective in improving the critical thinking disposition, and the self-directed learning ability of sophomore nursing students.

문제중심학습(PBL)이 치위생학 전공 학생들의 문제해결능력과 협력적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Problem-Based Learning on Problem Solving Ability and Collaborative Self-efficacy of Dental Hygiene Major Students)

  • Purpose : This study was purposed to analyze the effectiveness of PBL (Problem-Based Learning) classes and to derive class improvement plans. Methods : The subjects of the study were 48 students who took the 4th grade clinical dental hygiene course at S University located in Chungcheongnam-do of South Korea in 2021. A single-group pre and post experimental study was designed to verify whether there were significant changes in the research variables of students who participated in the class to which problem-based learning was applied. A paired-sample t-test was conducted for the collected data of 46 respondents. Results : As a result, the degree of improvement in problem clarification, cause analysis, and alternative development among the five sub-areas of problem-solving ability was statistically significant. This means that the problem-based learning class positively affects dental hygiene major students' ability to clarify problems, the ability to analyze causes to collect and analyze information, and the ability to develop alternatives to make decisions, thereby improving overall problem-solving abilities. However, the improved post-score was not statistically significant in the planning/execution and performance evaluation of the remaining two subdomains. In addition, post-scores of the leader aspect, opinion exchange, opinion evaluation, and opinion integration, which are sub-domains of collaborative self-efficacy, all showed great statistical significance. Problem-based learning improved the collaborative efficacy of dental hygiene major students overall by positively influencing the ability to lead a team, exchange and evaluate each other's views, and constructively integrate different views. Conclusion : It was found that both the subject's problem-solving ability and cooperation efficiency improved under the influence of problem-based learning. On the other hand, implications for improvement of the future class such as the necessity of supplementing strategies to promote planning and execution ability for problem solving, and ability to evaluate problem solving performance was suggested.

온라인 사전학습을 적용한 공학 실험 수업에서 자기조절학습 능력 개선 사례 연구 (A Case Study on Engineering Experiment Lesson Using on-line pre-Learning for Improvement of Self-regulated Learning Ability)

  • In the on-line pre-learning which is applied in this study, on line pre-learning, in-class, post-learning are circulated together in the same experiments. The on-line pre-learning has been tried to 136 students in A junior college in Seoul for 3 years. The effects of their self-regulated learning are as follows. First, the self-regulated learning ability has increased by 0.42 point. The point after the self-regulated learning and before it is 3.24 and 3.66 respectively. Second, cognitive regulation, motivational regulation and behavioral regulation have also increased. Out of them, cognitive control has increased the most. Metacognitive strategy is higher than cognitive strategy. In conclusion, the result shows that the on-line pre-learning is helpful to develop the self-regulated learning ability and it is also suitable to teaching-learning method for junior college.

샌드박스형 게임을 활용한 게임기반학습이 창의적 문제해결력과 학습몰입도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Game based Learning Utilized Sandbox Game on Creative Problem-solving Ability and Learning Flow)

  • 초등학생을 대상으로 샌드박스형 게임인 마인크래프트 에듀를 활용한 게임기반학습을 적용하여 창의적 문제해결력과 학습몰입도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 그 결과 기존의 전통적인 강의식 교수법보다 샌드박스형 게임을 활용한 게임기반학습을 적용했을 때 창의적 문제해결력과 학습몰입도에서 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 창의적 문제해결력은 모든 하위요소에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며 학습몰입도는 통제감, 시간 감각의 왜곡을 제외한 하위요소에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다.

  • 본 연구는 비대면 학습환경에서 간호대학생의 학습몰입, 자기 주도성, 자기조절학습능력 및 학업성취도의 상관관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 연구 대상은 B, G시에 소재하고 있는 간호대학생 179명으로 2021년 9월부터 10월까지 자료수집을 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 기술통계, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 학습몰입 평균은 38.54±7.87이었고, 자기 주도성은 134.83±19.81, 자기조절학습능력은 42.93±5.98, 학업성취도는 15.03±2.56으로 나타났다. 학습몰입, 자기 주도성, 자기조절학습능력, 학업성취도는 모두 유의한 양의 상관을 보여주었다. 따라서 비대면 환경에서 간호대학생의 학업성취도를 높이기 위한 전략과 학습몰입을 높일 수 있는 환경 개선과 제도적인 지원이 필요하다.

과학기반 STEAM 천문학습 프로그램이 공간지각능력 및 과학적 태도에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of the Space Perception Ability and Scientific Attitudes through the Science-Based STEAM Astronomical Learning Program)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of science-based STEAM astronomical learning program on space perception ability and scientific attitudes. For this study the 5 grade, 2 class was divided into a research group and a comparative group. The class was pre-tested in order to ensure the same standard. Space perception ability test and scientific attitudes test was used to find the effect of the science-based steam astronomical learning program. And the results were analyzed by spsswin 18.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, the science-based STEAM astronomical learning program was a positive effects on space perception ability of elementary students. Second, the science-based STEAM astronomical learning program was a positive effects on scientific attitudes of elementary students. According to this research, the science-based STEAM astronomical learning program was verified to improve space perception ability and scientific attitudes on the elementary students.

  • 고도화된 정보 시대의 학습은 학습자가 컴퓨터와 인터넷을 통해 정보자원에 접근하여 정보를 자기주도적으로 습득하고 평가하는 활동이라 할 수 있다. 4차 산업혁명 기술에 기반한 온라인 학습 플랫폼의 등장은 구성주의 학습이론에 기반하여 초중등 학습자가 자기주도적으로 정보를 검색하여 학습하는 환경으로 발전하고 있다. 온라인 학습환경에서 초중등 학습자의 정보검색 능력과 자기주도학습 능력에 대한 기존 연구를 살펴보면, 변인간의 긍정적 관련성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 하지만, 이는 특정 교과 수업과 콘텐츠에 국한된 횡단적인 연구로 보다 확장된 형태의 종단적인 연구를 통해 정보검색 능력과 자기주도학습 능력 간의 관련성을 분석해볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 8년 동안 수집된 서울교육종단연구의 패널데이터를 활용하여 정보검색 능력과 정보검색 빈도의 종단적인 패턴에 따른 자기주도학습 능력의 차이를 밝히고자 한다.

Effect of Cognitive Style on Collaborative Problem Solving Ability in Programming Learning

  • Problem solving by programming has a lot of influence on computational thinking improvement. Programming learning has been self-directed based on the individual's thoughts and principles. However, the revised informatics curriculum in 2015 puts importance on collaborative learning. Collaborative learning emphasizes results differently from cooperative learning, which emphasizes problem-solving processes. And cooperative learning leads to structured learning, such as role sharing and activity stages, within a small group, while collaborative learning leads to unstructured learning. Therefore, it is becoming more in collaborative learning that peer interaction can be affected by learners' cognitive style. In this paper, we propose the effect of cognitive style on problem solving ability in collaborative learning for problem solving by programming. As a result, collaborative learning was effective in improving problem solving ability and there was no significant difference in cognitive style.

간호학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 학습동기 및 자기주도적 학습태도가 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Self Efficacy, Learning Motivation, and Self-Directed Learning on Problem-Solving Ability in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호학생들의 학업적 자기효능감, 학습동기, 자기주도적 학습태도 및 문제해결능력을 확인하고 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 수행하였다. 연구대상은 3년제 전문대학 2개교의 간호학생 217명이었고 자료수집은 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2012년 3월 2일부터 3월 31일까지 하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 학업적 자기효능감은 성별, 출신학교, 성격성향에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 학습동기는 출신학교, 졸업 후 교과목 활용도에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 자기주도적 학습태도는 출신학교에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며 문제해결능력은 졸업 후 교과목 활용도에서 통계적인 유의한 차이를 보였다. 대상자의 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기주도적 학습태도, 학습동기, 및 학업적 자기효능감으로 문제해결능력을 37.3% 설명하였다. 결론적으로 간호학생의 문제해결능력을 높이기 위해서는 학업적 자기효능감, 학습동기 및 자기주도적 학습태도를 높이는 교육프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

플립러닝 학습법이 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력, 비판적 사고성향, 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Flip Learning Learning Method on Self-directed Learning Ability, Critical Thinking Disposition, and Academic Self-efficacy of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 플립러닝을 적용한 건강사정수업이 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력, 비판적 사고성향, 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 연구이다. 경상북도 K시 일개 간호대학에서 플립러닝을 적용하여 건강사정을 수강하는 2학년 학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 단일군 전후 비교 연구이다. 최종분석은 104명을 대상으로 하였고, 사전 사후 차이는 대응표본검정으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 자기주도 학습능력(t=-3.23, p<.01), 비판적 사고성향(t=6.381, p<.001), 학업적 자기효능감(t=-4.62, p<.001) 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 이 연구결과를 바탕으로 플립러닝 학습법이 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력, 비판적 사고능력, 학업적 자기효능감을 증진시키는 효과적인 프로그램임이 확인되었다. 플립러닝 학습범의 적용은 장기적으로는 교육환경을 개선하고 학생들의 능력을 강화시키는 역할을 할 것이다.
