매일신문에 나타난 복식현상에 관한 연구(I)-남성복, 여성복, 아동복 중심으로- (Study on the aspect of costume in "Maeil Shinmun" - Focused on Men's wear, Women's wear and Children's wear-)

  • This study presents the aspects and changing process of the habiliment from the National Liberation up to now by analyzing the articles of costume found in$\ulcorner$Maeil Shinmun$\lrcorner$from Jan. 1. 1946 to Dec. 31. 1996. In the period of 1946~1959, the political and economic conditions through the National Liberation and Korean war deteriorated and the interest in costumes were weakened. But the economic recovery and social stability in the middle of the 50's made the lost interest in costumes increase. From 1960 to 1969, the high economic growth was achieved by“Five year plans for Economic Development”and the progress of mass media, transportation, communication and education brought western culture to our society. It spread rapidly and changed the way of life and the sence of value. These phenomenon led to a great transition on the Korean costume culture in the 60's In 1970~1979, the articless of costume made a change from the 60's, which focused on women's wear, and tuned to one including general costumes not only women's wear but also men's wear due to the women's social roles, the unisexmode and diverse costume. In 1980~1989, the growth of the consumption, the banning of the school uniform, Asian Games(1986) and Olympic games(1988) caused the high qualification, personalization and diversification in the fashion industry. Further more, the traditional-oriented trend with korean culture was emphasized. It pursued the modernization of the traditional Korean Costume, Hanbok, to introduce the unique Korean Beauty. From 1990 to 1996, in the era of international-ization and open door policy, the competition of nations became intense and the comprehention about environmental destruction highlingted the concerns on ecology. The recognition of environmental protection and recycling were reflected in the fashion. It prevailed that the pursuit of personalization,. diverse style, practicality and the fashion leader called generation appeared.

조직구성원의 긍정피드백이 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 내적 동기부여의 매개효과와 LMX의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Impact of Organizational Member's Positive Feedback on their Job Satisfaction: The Mediating Role of Intrinsic Motivation and the Moderating Role of LMX)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 긍정피드백이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 그 과정에서 내적 동기부여의 매개효과와 LMX의 조절효과를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 기업의 다양한 업종의 구성원 중 총396명에게 설문하여 345명으로부터 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS 25.0 AMOS 25.0를 사용하여 설문의 타당도를 Process Macro 3.0을 사용하여 변인들 간의 인과관계와 매개효과 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과, 조직구성원들의 긍정피드백은 내적 동기부여와 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직구성원의 내적 동기부여는 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 긍정피드백과 직무만족간에 정(+)의 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 보였다. LMX는 긍정피드백과 내적 동기부여에 정(+)의 조절효과를 보였으며, 조직 구성원의 내적 동기부여는 긍정피드백과 직무만족간에 LMX에 의한 정(+)의 조절된 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과의 시사점은 첫째, 조직에서 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 리더의 긍정피드백은 조직구성원의 내적 동기부여를 만들어내고 그들의 직무만족을 향상시킨다는 것이다. 또한 리더와 조직구성원의 관계가 좋을수록 리더의 긍정피드백이 그들의 내적동기부여를 촉진시킨다는 것이다. 둘째, 조직의 성과와 인재육성을 위해서는 조직 구성원의 직무만족이 중요한 바, 이를 위해 조직구성원의 직무만족을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 방안으로 리더의 적절한 긍정피드백을 제공해야 하는 바 다양한 교육방법을 통해 리더의 역량을 배양해야 한다는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

농촌마을개발사업의 전개와 주민참여에 관한 연구 -산청 남사 젼통테마마을을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Residents' Participation in the Development Process of Rural Village - Focused on the Namsa Traditional Theme Village -)

  • After the 2000's, the rural village development projects are designated as participatory rural village development programs and projects. The purpose of this study is to draw a scheme to facilitate resident's participation in rural village development project by exploring the factors influencing resident's participation. For this, in Namsa rural theme village in Dansung-myon, Sanchung-gun, Kyongnam Province, the data were collected through field surveys and interviews residents residing in this village. In addition, observations studies and an opinion survey of the persons concerned in the presentation meetings were also conducted. I investigated and analysed the activation factors and the characteristics of residents' participation, and amenity resources which were essential for community planning including the planning-establishment, theme-searching and development of experience program. Through this study, I drew findings as follows; 1) The leader's leadership and residents' positive participation are very important activation factors in the first stage of rural viability. 2) And then, the external support and concern, the establishment of short-and long-term community planning, and the rural-income increase through the development of amenity resources play important roles as activation factors in the successive stage of rural viability. Based on the results of this study, the following recommendations were made. In order to improve the level of resident's participation in rural village development programs and projects, it is necessary to evaluate their successes, failure, barriers and the positive correlation between their success more delicately. In addition to this, it must be suggested the better model for participatory rural village development programs for the further enhancement and improvement of rural village development projects.

국회도서관장 전문가 임명 정책 의제화 과정 분석 - Kingdon의 다중흐름모형을 적용하여 - (An Analysis of Agenda-setting Process to Appoint Library Professional as the Director of National Assembly Library: Based on the Kingdon's Multiple Streams Model)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2014년 국회도서관장 전문가 임명 정책의 의제화 과정을 대상으로, Kingdon의 다중흐름모형을 적용하여, 이 정책이 의제화된 과정과 함께, 정책을 지속적으로 지지한 정책선도자의 특성을 밝히는 것이다. Kingdon의 다중흐름모형은 비합리적 의사결정모형으로, 문제흐름, 정치흐름, 정책흐름이 상호독립적으로 존재하다가 특정 시점에서 결합하여 정책의 창이 열림으로써 정책이 의제화된다는 모형이다. 분석 결과 국회도서관 전문가 임명을 둘러싼 세 흐름 중 정책 의제화에 가장 큰 영향을 준 것은 정치흐름으로 나타났으며, 야당 소속의 국회의원을 정책선도자로 확인하고, 그 동기 및 자원, 전략을 분석하였다. 나아가 이 정책의 의제화 과정에서 도서관계의 가시적인 활동이 확인되지 않은 가운데 의제화가 성공했다는 점을 바탕으로 도서관정보정책에서의 도서관계의 역할에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

변화하는 국제표준에 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 우리나라의 민간표준화 활성화 방안 연구 (The Methods of the Activation of Korean Private sector-driven Standardization for coping with the Dynamic International Standards)

  • The typical reason of the private sector's increasing share in standardization is that the procedures of official standardization organizations are out of step with the rate of technical development. At today's so fast pace that the success of a technology is decided in the market even before it is standardized, several industry leaders jointly make their draft standard at the early stage of development, which becomes 'De fecto Standard.' To respond effectively to current trends of standardization where the market's decision is thought much of than official standardization procedures, it is necessary to shift from our current public sector-driven to private sector-driven standardization. Therefore, to vitalize the private sector-driven standardization in Korea, there is a need to: Run a standard foundation to secure stable resources for standardization Make information exchange between the govertment and private sector active and policy-making on standards consistent by designating a private organization to cover the roles, policies on standards, and support of the national standardization organization Establish a system to make private sector-driven standards approved as international standards Offer a training program to forster standard experts Publicize the importance of standards Promote standardization forums driven by private businesses, like the Integrated Forum. Maximize the benefits of linking standards and patents Now, Korea is on the threshold of developing into a world-class standard leader, and the private sector-driven standardization should be a stepping-stone for crossing over the threshold. This study is designed to suggest a method of promoting private sector-driven standardization to effectively cope with fast-changing international standards, based on the cases in developed countries.

보건의료 조직에서 리더십 유형, 직무만족, 조직몰입 간의 구조적 관계 : 간호 및 행정직을 중심으로 (The Structural Relations of leadership Type, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment in Healthcare Organizations)

  • Healthcare organizations need mutual cooperation among various medical professionals in order to carry out the performance of their duties spite of haying a strong job specialization and independence based on license. However, spite of the importance of leadership roles, there have not been enough researches dealt with leadership effect under the complex duties' relationship of a healthcare organization. This study suggested a new model by combining characteristics of leadership style, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The data were self-administered questionnaires collected in 2006 from 437 employees (nurses, medical technicians, and administrative staffs) of 5 hospitals located in Seoul. The items of questionnaire were composed as a method of choosing new leadership style based on the Bass's standardized questionnaire on a Iransactionaljtransformational leadership combining the Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire-XII (LBDQ-XII) of the Ohio State University and Graen and Uhl-Bien's LMK scale through simulation techniques responding to organizational commitment. As a result, the leadership style increasing employees' self-confidence and having continuous response relationship between managers and employees improved their discretion and empowerment as well as worthwhileness and pride. However, the leadership style emphasizing reward and a sense of duty brought about a bed result that was not able to effectively respond to employees' discretion and empowerment and even weakened their worthwhileness and pride. After all, the leadership style based on vision and change had an effect on organizational commitment but the other one based on reward and a sense of duty seemed to be unsuccessful in organizational commitment. Therefore, the desirable leadership in a healthcare organization should be based on employees' self-confidence and continuous response relationship between managers and employees.

융복합시대에 지식서비스기업 최고경영자의 변혁적 리더십과 학습조직 구축요인이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Knowledge-based Service Organization CEO' Transformational Leader ship and Learning Organization Building Factors on Innovative Behavior in the Age of Convergence)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 융복합서비스의 특성을 보이는 지식서비스 산업에 대하여 최고경영자의 변혁적 리더십과 학습조직이 구성원들의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향과 리더십과 혁신행동간 관계에서 조절변수로서 학습조직의 역할을 탐구하는데 있었다. 본 연구를 위한 자료는 구조화된 질문지를 이용하여 수도권 소재 35개 지식서비스기업 종사자 348명으로부터 수집하였다. 자료분석은 위계적 회귀분석방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 최고경영자의 변혁적 리더십과 학습조직구축의 7요인이 혁신행동에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 학습조직구축의 7요인 중 지속적인 학습기회의 창출, 연구와 대화의 활성화, 팀(부서)단위 협업 및 학습촉진, 전략적 학습리더십의 4가지 요인만이 변혁적 리더십과 혁신행동 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과가 갖는 이론적 실무적 함의를 논의하고, 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

Response of the International Community to the Boko Haram Insurgency in Nigeria

  • 본 논문은 나이지리아 보코하람 소요사태를 다루는 과정에서 나이지리아 현 대통령 소령(rtd) 마하무두 부하리(mahamudu buhari)와 직계전 대통령 굿럭 조나단(jonathan)의 역할을 분석하고자 한다. 나이지리아는 공정한 분쟁 분담이 없는 적이 없었다. 사실, 독립 후 10년 동안 어떤 나이지리아도 분쟁이 없었던 적이 없었다. 몇몇 쿠데타와 총파업 그리고 내전으로 나이지리아 사람들은 의견과 불신의 차이에서 비롯되는 가장 비참한 비극들 중 일부를 경험해야 했다. 나이지리아에서의 갈등이 지금처럼 필요한 관심을 받지 못했다는 얘기가 흥미롭다. 굿럭 조나단 지도부는 2015년 5월 취임한 무함마두 부하리 전 총리와 비교할 때 같은 노력과 협조를 받지 못했다. 본 논문은 두 나이지리아 지도자가 협력하는 것을 돕거나 방해하는 중요한 역할을 한다고 주장한다. 굿럭 조나단은 약하고 우유부단한 지도자로 인식되어 보코하람의 폭동을 효과적으로 다루지 못했다. 무하마두 부하리는 나이지리아 국민과 국제 사회가 보코하람 반란을 타개할 큰 희망과 기대를 안고 취임했다.

교육과정개발을 위한 학생측면의 기초연구 - 간호학과 학생의 자아개념과 교육자의 인식을 중심으로 - (A Preliminary Study for Curriculum Building in Nursing)

  • This study was conducted to provide information useful in developing a nursing curriculum. The sample consisted of 158 nursing students in Hanyang University and 34 faculty members who has taught them in their college & the practical area. Data were collected by using a structured questionnaire, which consisted of general characteristics of the students & their self-concept, teacher's perception of student's professional roles. The results are summarized as follows; 1. General characteristics of the students When the students applied for the university, they decided what they would specialized in. Because the motive of application for their major was simply based on their high school records, they were admitted to their university without previous knowledge of their major. The reason why they wanted to tranfer to another course after the admission was the same as above. The level of satisfaction of their major was the highest in Freshman, but in other grades the higher the;, grades were, the more they satisfied with their major and they had a better prospects about their speciality. 2. Self-concept in profermance for their major Self-concept in horne aspects was more positive perception than in social aspects & self control aspects. It resulted from tile fact that all students were females and the nursing uniqueness was based on the spirit of humanity & service. The students who had graduated from the high school in rural area wanted to tranfer to another course and taken counsel their personal problems with their parents had higher self-concept in horne aspects. As their grades were higher, the self-concept in social aspects bacame higher. The students who were satisfied with their major and took counsel their personal problems with their parents had more positive self - concept in social aspects. Self-concept in self control aspects was lower than other aspects. The students who didn't take counsel their problems with their parents, were burdened with their educational expenses and their curriculum had more negative self-concept in self control aspects. Therefore the university should be concerned about student's welfare and provide detailed orientation about their curriculum. 3. Teacher's perception about learner's professional role The role model of democratic group leader, role models for learners facilitator in a students' reach for knowledge and teaching based on soundly researched theory showed more positive perception than other factors. Their mean values were over 4. 32. The professionalism of allnurshing area, reinforcement with reinforcement for learning, nursing as part of the meaningful context of the whole showed nagative perception. Their mean values were below 3. 00. Therefore the nurse as a teacher should try to promote the locus of nursing profession and participate in their research actively.

Clinical Features, Response to Treatment, Prognosis, and Molecular Characterization in Korean Patients with Inherited Urea Cycle Defects

  • The urea cycle, consisting of a series of six enzymatic reactions, plays key roles to prevent the accumulation of toxic nitrogenous compound and synthesize arginine de novo. Five well characterized diseases have been described, resulting from an enzymatic defect in the biosynthesis of one of the normally expressed enzyme. This presentation will focus on two representative diseases; ornithine transcarbamylase(OTC) deficiency and citrullinemia(argininosuccinate synthetase deficiency). OTC deficiency is one of the most common inborn error of urea cycle, which is inherited in X-linked manner. We identified 17 different mutations in 20 unrelated Korean patients with OTC deficiency; L9X, R26P, R26X, T44I, R92X, G100R, R141Q, G195R, M205T, H214Y, D249G, R277W, F281S, 853 del C, R320X, V323M and 10 bp del at nt. 796-805. These mutations occur at well conserved nucleotide sequences across species or CpG hot spot. The L9X and R26X lead to the disruption of leader sequences, required for directing mitochondrial localization of the OTC precursor. Their phenotypes are severe, and neonatal onset. The G100R, R277W and V323M mutations were uniquely identified in patients with late onset OTC deficiency. The other genotypes are associated with neonatal onset. Out of 20 patients with OTC deficiency, only 6 patients are alive; two were liver transplanted, and normal in growth and development at 2, 4 years after transplantation respectively. Citrullinemia is an autosomal recessive disease, caused by the mutations in the argininosuccinate synthetase(ASS) gene. We identified in 3 major mutations in 11 unrelated Korean patients with citrullinemia; G324S, $IVS6^{-2}$ A to G, and 67 bp ins at nt 1125-1126. Among these, the 67 base pair insertion mutation is novel. The allele frequency of each mutation is; G324S(45%), IVS6-2 A to G(32%), and 67 base pair insertion(14%). All patients are diagnosed at neonatal or infantile age. Interestingly, two patients presented with stroke like episode. Out of 11 patients, 5 patients died. Among 6 patients alive, one patient was successfully liver transplanted.
