As interest in "beauty" increases due to the improvement of a high cultural level, job stress and emotional labor caused by nail workers working are gradually increasing, and it is judged that it should be solved in the beauty industry. This study investigated the effect of working stress and emotional labor on turnover intention of nail workers, and the survey tool was a questionnaire for 250 nail industry workers in Daejeon and Chungcheong. The SPSS 21.0 statistical program was used to analyze the collected data, and the research results showed that job stress and emotional labor of nail workers had a statistically significant correlation with turnover intention, indicating that there was a correlation between general job stress and emotional labor. Therefore, it is considered very important for research in this field to analyze the impact of job stress and emotional labor on turnover of nail industry workers and to provide basic data necessary for the development of this field, job satisfaction improvement, and work stress response. In order to establish the nail field as a part of the growing beauty industry, it is expected that there will be better research results if the turnover rate is reduced and compared and analyzed to improve job satisfaction through analysis of the causes of job stress and emotional labor of nail industry workers.

The moderators that relieve negative effects of emotional labor have been studied such as job characteristics and situational variables. But as reviewing these studies, they focused on the degree of emotional on certain condition, there's no distinction between that degree and moderating effects. So we should focus on the moderating variables as a organizational involvement. In this study, I hypnotized the mediating effect of job stress between emotional labor and organizational effectiveness. Then I explored moderating role of 'fairness perception of emotional labor' and 'problem-focused stress coping'. This study tested these relationships using data from 166 employees of domestic security service company. From this data, I found that emotional labor increases job stress and job stress fully mediates the relationship between individual attitude(job satisfaction, turnover intention). And one who perceives display rule fairer, feels less job stress than who is not. Lastly, one who copes more problem-focused when he/she experiences job stress, have less negative effect on turnover intention.

The results of this study are as followings ; First, Service Orientation are negatively related to Turn over Intention. Second, Service Orientation are positively related to Organizational Commitment. Third, Emotional Labor have partially moderated effect on the relationship between Service Orientation and Turnover Intention, Organizational Commitment. These findings provide the theoretical and practical implications.
This is a convergence study to investigate the factors affecting the job stress of new nurses. The subjects of this study were 170 nurses and collected data by self-reported questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, indepentent t-test, ANOVA, correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of this research were the explanatory power was 57.2% with emotional labor, interpersonal relationship and turnover intention on job stress. As a result, it was confirmed that strengthening emotional labor management ability, interpersonal relationship ability and turnover intention was important to reduce job stress. It is necessary to study repeatedly the predictors of job stress through objective measurement.
Purpose: The purposes of this study were to investigate the degree of presenteeism, which lowers productivity when call center workers come to work with illness, and analyze the factors influencing it. Methods: A survey was conducted for three months from July to September, 2013 to collect data. Questionnaires were distributed to 1,500 workers at 30 call centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, of which were 1,274 returned and analyzed for the study. Results: The findings show that the call center workers scored 15.4 points out of the maximum 30 on presenteeism based on SPS-6. The study examined factors that affect the presenteeism of call center workers and identified inner emotional labor, depression, subjective health condition, age and turnover intention as those factors. Their presenteeism was low when they engaged in more inner emotional labor, and when they had a good subjective health condition. The presenteeism was high when they had a higher degree of depression, were young, and had a higher turnover intention. Conclusion: The findings call for a need to implement a mental health promotion program to resolve call center workers' depression at work, help them manage their emotional labor to lower their turnover intention, improve their subjective health conditions, and run a health management program to consider the uniqueness of the young age group in order to prevent their increasing presenteeism.

Third, deep acting had negative significant influence on job burnout. Four, job burnout had negative significant influence on job satisfaction and job burnout had positive significant influence on turnover intention. This research requires many studies about deep acting of contingent workers in foodservice industry.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct and test a structural equation model of nurses' turnover intention. Method: The participants were 716 nurses at 4 university hospitals. Data were collected by a self-report questionnaire in 2008 and analyzed using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0 Win program. Results: The fit indices of modified model were $x^2=285.928$(p<.001), $x^2/df=1.958$, GFI=0.964, RMSEA=0.037, AGFI=0.944, NFI=0.947, NNFI=0.961, CFI=0.973, PNFI=0.658 and showed high compatibility with the empirical data. In the final model, job stress and satisfaction were found to have significant direct effects on nurses' turnover intention, while organizational culture and emotional labor were very important factors to have indirect effects on turnover intention via job stress and satisfaction. Nurses' turnover intention was accounted for 41.2% of covariance by these factors. Conclusions: Comprehensive nursing interventions for decreasing nurses' turnover intention should be focused on reducing job stress and increasing job satisfaction. Also, Nursing strategy for enhancing positive organizational culture and decreasing emotional labor would be helpful for decreasing nurses' turnover intention, too. Further studies are needed to prospectively conduct to verify these causal relationships with larger sample.
This paper examines the impact of on-the-job training (OJT) programs on turnover rates and employment status in the labor market. Exploiting the administrative data (the Employment Insurance Database), we apply the propensity score matching method to investigate 1) whether OJT participation increases the probability of remaining in the labor market after the job training, and 2) whether trainees are more likely to transition to a new employer. Our findings reveal positive effects of OJT on the continuous employment (2.4~5.3%p). We also observe that trainees show lower rates of turnover for some part of the study period, from 2008 to 2015.

High turnover and short tenure in the gaming industry has been a problem since the 2000s. Although high turnover can increase the flexibility of working hours, it has a negative impact on labor stability, and the negative effects of turnover outweigh the positive effects for companies, so efforts are needed to reduce turnover intention, an antecedent of turnover. Therefore, this study investigated the factors affecting turnover intention of employees in the game industry, focusing on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, which are factors that affect turnover intention through previous studies. The results of the regression analysis and mediation effect verification by conducting a questionnaire survey on 221 employees in the game industry showed that emotional engagement among the components of organizational commitment influences turnover intention through job satisfaction. Therefore, it is important to provide goals such as game release and rewards to keep employees emotionally engaged in order to reduce turnover intention.

This study analyzed the determinants of the turnover intention of emotion workers and recent social issues. In particular, this study examined whether the factors that determine the turnover intention affect the quality of service. The job characteristics of emotion workers were set up as an independent variable, and the job environment, organizational culture, such as emotional labor and how it affects the workers' behavior were investigated. How the independent variables influence the turnover of workers was investigated to mediate the emotional job satisfaction. The subjects were primarily targeted by the emotions of the workers engaged in large service accommodation, Kangwon. Among the environmental factors, the job characteristics and job duties are diverse factors and internal and external factors that can affect the compensation turnover intentions. Organizational culture as a factor was the human resources culture, open culture systems, and the hierarchical cultural factors affecting turnover intention. Among the emotional labor practices that also affects the surface of conduct, sincere acts influence the turnover intention. In addition, a one hypothesis testing job satisfaction was mediated by several factors with an impact, such as job diversity. Future empirical research should examined whether temporary full-time is an independent variable factor that can achieve a more fruitful conclusion.
