보건소 영유아 영양사업 실태와 보건소 종사자와 영유아모의 영양사업 요구도 (Status and Needs for Nutrition Services for Infants and Preschoolers among Public Health Center Workers and Infants Mothers)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the present status of nutrition services for infants in public health centers and the need for nutrition services of health workers and infants mothers. The study subjects were 146 health workers and 197 infants mothers. The results were as follows : At present, the only major nutrition services for infants were vaccination and dental care. Proper nutrition management services were available to infants. Nutrition knowledge scores were 16.8 for health workers and 15.3 for mothers out of 20 possible points. Health workers strongly demanded a well-organized nutrition education program, government support, audio-visual materials and the employment of a community nutritionist. The public health workers, in particular, demanded the development of education programs for breastfeeding and weaning. The infants mothers demanded services of nutrition information and teaching of cooking and menu planning. Based on this, the results suggest that the employment of a community nutritionist and the development of practical nutrition service programs for infants are needed very urgently for public health centers.

Promoting a Shared Representation of Workers' Activities to Improve Integrated Prevention of Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders

  • Effective and sustainable prevention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WR-MSDs) remains a challenge for preventers and policy makers. Coordination of stakeholders involved in the prevention of WR-MSDs is a key factor that requires greater reflection on common knowledge and shared representation of workers' activities among stakeholders. Information on workers' strategies and operational leeway should be the core of common representations, because it places workers at the center of the "work situation system" considered by the intervention models. Participatory ergonomics permitting debates among stakeholders about workers' activity and strategies to cope with the work constraints in practice could help them to share representations of the "work situation system" and cooperate. Sharing representation therefore represents a useful tool for prevention, and preventers should provide sufficient space and time for dialogue and discussion of workers' activities among stakeholders during the conception, implementation, and management of integrated prevention programs.

일부 치과 종사자의 치과 건강보험의 지식수준에 미치는 요인에 대한 융합연구 (An Convergence Study of the Factors Affecting the Knowledge Level of Dental Health Insurance for Some Dental Workers)

  • 이 연구는 치과 종사자들의 치과 건강보험 교육경험 및 교육요구도와 산정기준에 대한 지식수준에 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 대구·경북 지역의 치과 종사자들을 연구대상으로 하였으며, 구글 설문지를 활용한 온라인 조사를 실시하였다. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성, 교육 경험, 교육 경험 및 교육요구도에 따른 지식수준을 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석과 교차분석 및 ANOVA분석을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 치과 건강보험에 대한 지식수준 조사에서 청구 프로그램에서 자동으로 처리를 해주거나 오류창으로 알려주는 경우의 산정기준에 대한 오답률이 높았다. 근무경력이 많고 치과에서 보험청구를 하고 있거나 최근 6개월 동안 치과보험 교육 경험이 있는 대상자들에서 산정기준에 대한 지식수준이 높았다. 결론적으로, 정기적인 치과 건강보험 교육을 통해 변경되는 산정기준을 숙지하도록 해야만 정확하고 올바른 보험청구가 가능하다고 보여진다. 이 연구는 치과 종사자들의 전문적인 치과 보험청구를 위한 교육체계 마련에 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

공공부문의 지식활동 측정 지표에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Indicator of Knowledge Activities in Public Institution)

  • An objective and valid knowledge activity indicator (KAI) is essential for encouraging knowledge activity in public institution. However, knowledge activity of public institution is inherently different from one of private corporation and, therefore, new method to find aggregated knowledge mileage considering public organizational culture and structure is to be developed. Therefore, this paper shows how to develop KAI of public institution based on three steps. First, knowledge activities were categorized as knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, and knowledge value increasing. Several knowledge indicators and hierarchical knowledge structure were developed for each knowledge categories. Second, personal knowledge mileage was calculated using AHP method considering whole organization's opinion. Finally, these approaches to find KAI were applied to "P" public institution as case studies. The results shows that KAI developed in this paper was very effective in grouping knowledge workers based on knowledge activities.

방사선의 산업적 이용에 따른 방사선 안전관리 지식 조사 (A Survey on the Knowledge of Radiation Safety Management (RSM) in the Context of Industrial Use of Radiation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 방사선의 사업적 이용에 따른 방사선발생장치 또는 방사성동위원소 등(이하 방사성동위원소 등)을 운용하는 방사선작업종사자를 대상으로 방사선안전관리와 관련된 지식의 설문 조사하고 이를 체계적으로 추이분석 함으로서 방사선 이용시설 등의 방사선안전 문화를 정착시키기 위함에 있다. 연구 방법은 2011년 08월 01일 부터 09월 05일 까지 861 명의 방사선 종사자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였다. 분석 방법으로 설문 응답자의 일반적인 특성과 기관정보는 빈도 분석을 하였으며 방사선안전관리에 대한 지식 수준은 평균과 표준편차를 구하여 각각 비교하였다. 분석 결과 작업 종사자의 방사선 안전 관리에 대한 지식 조사에서는 종사자 모두 높은 수준으로 평가 되었다. 결론적으로 방사선 작업종사자들의 방사선 안전관리와 관련하여 보다 다양한 요인들에 대한 연구들이 수행되어야 하며 작업종사자들의 의식을 높이기 위해서 시기적절한 교육이 필요할 것으로 사료되며, 지속적으로 방사선 작업종사자들을 관리함으로써 효율적인 방사선이용이 될 수 있는 기반이 확립될 것으로 사료된다.

아동양육시설에 종사하는 생활지도원의 구강건강인지 및 지각요인과 구강건강증진행위에 대한 조사 (A study on oral health awareness-recognition factors and oral health promotion activities of social workers engaged in child care facilities)

  • Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the level of oral health knowledge, oral health importance, oral health status and oral health interest of the social workers engaged in child care facilities to analyze the influential factors on oral health promotion activities and provide the basic data for oral health promotion activities. Methods : The subjects in this study were those social workers engaged in child care facilities from May 15th to May 25th in 2011. The self-report questionnaires were distributed and withdrawn and then a total of 205 papers from the subjects that participated in this study were analyzed for the final analysis. Results : 1. Oral health knowledge had $12.16{\pm}1.66$ in a full score of 15 and oral health importance, oral health status and oral health interest were $1.12{\pm}0.36$, $2.80{\pm}0.50$ and $2.14{\pm}0.8$ respectively in a full score of 5. 2. According to the general characteristics, the difference analysis of cognition-recognition factors showed that singles had significantly higher oral health knowledge married couples (p<0.05) and the social workers unusing auxiliary oral hygiene devices had significantly higher oral health interest than those using them(p<0.01). 3. The mean of oral health promotion was $3.28{\pm}0.51$, characteristics of detailed specific-area were as follows ; the toothbrushing was $3.77{\pm}0.57$, the use of fluoride was $2.67{\pm}0.98$, periodic dental screening and treatment were $2.98{\pm}1.09$ and eating habits was $4.14{\pm}0.57$. These results generally showed tooth-brushing and eating habits show a little higher figures. 4. Considering the factors oral health promotion behaviors of social workers engaged in child care facilities, the higher oral health interest was, the higher oral health promotion behavior was. Conclusions : It seems that social workers engaged in child care facilities are required to pay attention to the importance of oral health and learn oral health knowledge, which will lead to much better improvement of oral health for children brought up by them.

A knowledge Conversion Tool for Expert Systems

  • Most of expert systems use the text-oriented knowledge bases. However, knowledge management using the knowledge bases is considered as a huge burden to the knowledge workers because it includes some troublesome works. It includes chasing and/or checking activities on Consistency, Redundancy, Circulation, and Refinement of the knowledge. In those cases, we consider that they could reduce the burdens by using relational database management systems-based knowledge management infrastructure and convert the knowledge into one of easy forms human can understand. Furthermore they could concentrate on the knowledge itself with the support of the systems. To meet the expectations, in this study, we have tried to develop a general-purposed knowledge conversion tool for expert systems. Especially, this study is focused on the knowledge conversions among text-oriented knowledge base, relational database knowledge base, and decision tree.

동료 간 지식공유에 관한 연구: 동료관계의 질과 목표성향의 상호작용효과 (Knowledge Sharing in Co-worker Relationships: Interaction Effect of Quality of Co-worker Exchange and Learning Goal Orientation)

  • Knowledge sharing has many benefits; however, employees are generally reluctant to share their knowledge with co-workers. This reluctance can be attributed to the facts that sharing knowledge involves the threat of losing personal competitiveness and the codification of knowledge for sharing requires additional effort. This study explains why employees engage in knowledge sharing despite the threat and cost of sharing knowledge. Specifically, it examines the effects of the quality of co-worker exchange (CWX) on knowledge sharing and the moderating effect of learning goal orientation on the relationship between CWX and knowledge sharing. Data from 186 individuals indicate that there is a positive relationship between CWX and knowledge sharing, and that this relationship is strengthened when learning goal orientation is low rather than when it is high. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings are also discussed.

에티오피아 일개 지역 보건지소 건강관리요원에 대한 직무교육의 효과 (Effects of on-the-job Training for Health Extension Workers in Tigray, Ethiopia: A Pilot Study)

  • Purpose: Ethiopia is one of the sub-Saharan countries most affected by high maternal and infant mortality. The government has trained health extension workers (HEWs), the community health workers, to deliver preventive and basic curative health services to community residents in Ethiopia. Very few studies have investigated on-the-job educational effects for HEWs on improvement of their knowledge and performance confidence in maternal and child health care (MCH). This study aimed at identifying the educational effects for HEWs in one health center in Tigray, Ethiopia on improvement of their knowledge in MCH. Methods: Twelve HEWs from 6 health posts participated in this study. A health center officer provided a total of 5 educational sessions on antenatal and postnatal care, family planning, and newborn care from August, 2012 to April, 2013. Ten to 12 items regarding the topics were tested before and after each education. Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to analyze the data. Results: All the HEWs were female with average 4-year working experience. Their knowledge significantly increased after education, except the first session. Their satisfaction on education was greater than 45 points out of 50. Conclusion: This study suggests a focused education for HEWs should continue to improve their capacity on MCH.

중소IT기업 S/W 개발인력의 직무몰입 영향요인에 관한 연구 (What Factors Affect on the Job Involvement of S/W Development Workers in the Small and Medium IT Enterprises)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 중소 IT기업 S/W 개발자의 생산성을 높이기 위하여 어떤 요소들이 직무몰입에 긍정 또는 부정적 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 개발자의 직무능력을 중요한 선행변수로 보고 있다. 그리고 역할갈등과 태도가 직무몰입을 가져오는 중요한 매개 작용을 한다는 가설에서 출발하였다. 실증자료를 통한 경로 분석 결과, 직무능력 변수들이 매개변수인 역할갈등과 태도에 영향을 미치며, 이들이 직무몰입에 직, 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 중요한 발견은 업무지식이 높을수록 역할갈등은 낮게 나타났으며, 업무기술력이 높은 인력일수록 역할갈등이 더 높게 나타났다. 이는 중소 IT기업의 경우 조직 내에서 직무기술력이 우수할수록 많은 기대와 일을 시키는 것에서 기인되었다고 보아진다. 결국, IT 개발자의 업무지식을 높이고 직무에 대하여 좋은 태도를 형성하여야 직무몰입을 높일 수 있다.
