지식공유를 매개로 인적자원관리가 조직내부성과에 미치는 영향: C시를 중심으로 (Human Resource Management, Knowledge Sharing, and Organizational Performance in a Local Government)

  • 인적자원관리와 지식공유는 조직의 성과향상을 위해 필수적인 전략으로서 매우 중요한 연구주제임에도 불구하고 이들 개념간의 연계고리를 밝히고자 하는 연구는 매우 적었다. 본 연구에서는 지방정부를 대상으로, 인적자원관리와 지식공유 그리고 조직내부성과간의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 인적자원관리는 지식공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 지식공유는 인적자원관리를 부분적으로 매개하여 조직의 내부성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

국가 지식정보자원의 전략적 연계 체제 구축에 관한 고찰 (National Information Strategies to Integrate the Dispersed Information and Knowledge Resource)

  • 본 연구는 선진국이나 경쟁국에 비해 열악한 우리나라 국가 지식정보자원의 총량을 제고하여 그 활용을 극대화할 수 있도록 국가차원에서 지식정보자원의 전략적 연계 체제를 구축하는데 목적을 두고자 한다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 고찰하고자 하는 내용은 다음과 같다 첫째, 우리나라가 국가차원에서 지식정보자원의 연계전략을 수립할 필요성을 살펴보고, 둘째, 현재 국가 지식정보자원관리체제의 현상과 문제점을 도출하며, 셋째, 이를 바탕으로 지식정보자원의 자원유형별, 관리기관별 특성에 따른 국가 예산의 효율적 집행을 위한 전략적 연계 방안을 마련하며, 넷째, 이러한 결과들을 근거로 우리나라의 바람직한 지식정보자원의 전략적 연계체제를 구축하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

학생독립운동 지식정보자원관리에 관한 연구 (The Management Knowledge Information Resources of Student Independent Movement under the Rule of Japanese Imperialism)

  • 이 연구는 문헌정보와 아카이브적 측면에서 학생독립운동의 지식정보자원관리에 대한 효율적인 자료수집, 자료해제, DB구축과 아카이브를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구는 학생독립운동과 지식정보자원 관련 문헌적 고찰과 일제식민지 치하 학생독립운동 시발과 그 운동과정에서 생성된 자료들의 유통과 이들 자료들이 어떻게 관리되고 있는지에 대한 실제적 조사로 이루어졌다. 이들은 운동과 투옥 그리고 재판의 과정에서 다양한 문헌정보를 생산했으며 이것을 기반으로 정보자원관리와 아카이브가 이루어지고 있다. 이 연구의 결과는 학생독립운동의 지식정보자원에 대한 가치와 역량을 나타내고 진일보한 학생독립운동 연구와 발전에 기여하게 될 것이다.

자원기반이론과 제도화이론에 기초한 연구개발집단의 지식경영 연구모형 (A Model for Studying Knowledge Management of R&D Groups Based on Resource-Based Theories and Institutionalization Theories)

  • In recent years, knowledge has emerged as a major source of competitive advantage due to the continuous development of information and communication technology, the acceleration of globalization, and the entry into knowledge-based society. Thus interests in knowledge management have been increased significantly. Nevertheless theoretical backgrounds of knowledge management are not actively discussed. Studies on the knowledge management of R&D groups initiating knowledge creation and sharing are not actively conducted either. This study, therfore, provides a research model of knowledge management to investigate relationships among resource and institutional characteristics, knowledge management activities, and knowledge management performance of R&D groups based on knowledge-based theories and institutionalization theories. This study further offers research propositions inherent in the model.

지식경영 자원, 전략, 그리고 성과: 상황모형의 검증 (Knowledge Management Resource, Strategy, and Performance: A Test of Contingency Model)

  • Increasing competitive pressure, the constantly accelerating transformation of the economy, and a stronger focus on value creation have initiated the search for sustainable sources of competitive advantage in organizations. In this context, the concept of treating organizational knowledge as a valuable strategic resource has become quite popular recently. Knowledge has become the most critical component in the struggle for sustained competitive advantage and knowledge management (KM) has also been described for its possible role in creating sustainable competitive advantage. In order to examine the contingency between KM resources, KM strategies, and KM performance of organizations, a contingency model of KM, which is based on resource-based theory as well as knowledge-based theory, is developed from the information systems and strategic management literature in order to assess the following questions: (i) What KM resources affect the organization's KM strategies? (ii) Is there a relationship between KM strategies and organizational performance enhanced by KM? A detailed exploratory analysis of survey responses from 79 Korean companies provides the following significant findings: (i) This study found support for the proposed contingency model of KM; (ii) The organization's KM strategies are determined by social resources and its capabilities; (iii) An organization with a culture-based KM strategy is more likely to enhance organizational KM performance than an organization with a technology-based KM strategy.

  • The successful knowledge and information based companies facilitate to restructure the industry and strengthen the national competitiveness in the future. The advent of information age provides us new challenge because the information breakthrough can play a pivotal role in terms of knowledge transfer in the human resource management. This research focuses on best practices of human management and contrasting the human resource strategy of Japanese and American firms respectively, Based on this, we suggest the strategic alternatives of the described HR problems as well as the way of effective human resource management for Korean venture firms. We have reviewed the previous international and domestic literatures in details to understand HR liabilities of newness of venture firms in terms of the population ecology. The objective of this research is to solve the HR problems that Korean firms faced with.

  • Many theorists argued that firms should obtain and their unique resources for sustained competitive advantage under the competitive business environment. Knowledge has been recognized as one of key strategic resource, which is scare, valuable and reasonably durable in both KM literature and practice. however, firms usually face difficulties in identifying which knowledge is a core strategic resource, so that they are wasting time and managerial energies by managing all of knowledge in an organization. This article is composed as follows, the definition of knowledge-management as the norm of the work process, the status arrangement of the knowledge-management system and the old information system of architecture and interior design, the knowledge-management system set-up method and model, and the knowledge creativity and the application culture make-up method. In particular, the present study explains the method that is applied to the use of the knowledge-management system and the application it.

  • 조직 내 지식공유 및 지식활용의 주체는 조직구성원 개인이라는 점에서 지식관리전략을 논할 때, 인적자원관리와 지식관리의 관계성 논의는 매우 절실하다. 본 연구에서는 지방정부를 대상으로, 인적자원 관리의 세부영역인 교육훈련, 의사결정에의 참여, 성과평가 및 보상제도와 지식공유 및 지식활용과의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 교육훈련, 평가 및 보상제도가 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며, 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 정부조직의 지식공유와 활용에 있어서의 정책적 시사점을 논의하고 있다.

인적자원관리 분야의 지식표현체계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Knowledge Representation Schemes for Use in Human Resource Management Problem Domains)

  • This paper is concerned with knowledge representation schemes best suited for human resource management (HRM) problem domains including human resource planing, selection, placement, compensations, performance evaluation, training and labor-management relations. In order to suggest the scheme we consider two research gods. First, we evaluate and prioritize. The knowledge representation techniques of frames rules, semantic nets and predicate logic that hove been recommended to managerial domains. The combined Analytic Hierarchy Process technique is employed to combine individual judgments effectively between two different expert groups. As a result if we are to select a single knowledge representation technique, a frame representation is best for most HRM domains and to combine frames with others is another choice. Second as a strategy for knowledge representation schemes we show some examples for each damn in terms of labeled semantic nets and two types of rules derived from the semantic nets. We propose nine knowledge components as ontologies. The labeled semantic nets con provide some benefits compared with conventional one. More clearly definea node rode information maces it easy to find the ac information. In the rule sets, the variables are the node of the semantic nets. The consistency of rules is validated by the relationship of the knowledge components.

  • Today, knowledge is considered the most strategically important resource. As research in knowledge management advances, it ought to review and categorize the already published literatures on knowledge management in the area of business strategy, accounting/finance, human resource management and management information technology. To identify the knowledge management research trend, we analyze 168 articles published in prominent academic journal during last two decades. This paper develops three stages model for knowledge management research: observation, initiation and evolution stage. Also, we classify the given researches according to the three criteria of contents, related academic area and applied research method.
