The Effect of eCRM Features on Website Visit and Purchase (eCRM 기능이 고객의 웹사이트 방문과 구매에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper examines whether the functions of eCRM solutions affect the site visit and purchase by customers. The functions of eCRM solutions are extracted and classified into three categories of c-marketing, e-sales, and e-service. E-marketing includes campaign/event marketing, e-mail marketing, and questionnaire marketing; e-sales consists of recommendation system and incentive/discount promotion.; e-service is composed of e-mail call center and web call center. From the online survey, 146 responses are collected and analyzed. The analysis shows that the level of experience in campaign/event marketing, e-mail marketing, e-mail call center, and web call center significantly affect the website visit by customers and that the level of experience in all eCRM functions except e-mail marketing significantly affect the purchase by customers. The effects of those functions in eCRM on the website visit are moderate, while the effects of the functions on the purchase are low. The results from this study imply that eCRM needs to strengthen the effect on the purchase with more thorough analysis of the customer profile.

A Scheduling Algorithm for Performance Enhancement of Science Data Center Network based on OpenFlow (오픈플로우 기반의 과학실험데이터센터 네트워크의 성능 향상을 위한 스케줄링 알고리즘)

  • Recently data centers are being constructed actively by many cloud service providers, enterprises, research institutes, etc. Generally, they are built on tree topology using ECMP data forwarding scheme for load balancing. In this paper, we examine data center network topologies like tree topology and fat-tree topology, and load balancing technologies like MLAG and ECMP. Then, we propose a scheduling algorithm to efficiently transmit particular files stored on the hosts in the data center to the destination node outside the data center, where fat-tree topology and OpenFlow protocol between infrastructure layer and control layer are used. We run performance analysis by numerical method, and compare the analysis results with those of ECMP. Through the performance comparison, we show the outperformance of the proposed algorithm in terms of throughput and file transfer completion time.

  • In this study, we developed an automatic module changer for agricultural implements for using in unmanned agricultural robots. An automatic module changer is attached by lowering from the top to bottom of the implements and fixing the four fastener bars attached to the implements in combination. The lift function was implemented using seesaw-type structures to keep the engagement point constant when the automatic module changer climbs and descends, and the switching function of the automatic module changer was implemented using the link device in the cam structure. We developed an algorithm to check the presence of attachment and opening/closing of the workpiece using limit switches and verified the performance through combination assessment and weight lift test to assess whether the combination was within the error range.

  • Recently, a lot of nations are establish and researches the u-City which ubiquitous technology based city, and u-City Management Center(UMC) is also establish and researches. Technical researches of UMC are increasing. However, administrator privilege management researches for UMC is not enough. If we don't manage to administrator privilege who can access and control all of information in UMC, security problems will be occurs. Therefore, in this paper, analyses of administrator privilege management security problems, and proposed administrator privilege management system classification.

  • 현재 양돈산업에서의 인공수정(Artificial Insemination, AI) 기술은 1994년 이후 본격적으로 국내 양돈농가에 보급되어 양돈 산업 발전에 많은 영향을 주었다. 현재 국내 비육돈 임신의 80% 이상이 인공수정 센터에 공급하는 정액에 의해 이뤄지는 등 양돈 산업에서 차지하는 비중과 중요성이 매우 중요하며, 또한 국내 양돈 산업분야의 인공수정 기술은 번식과 육종개량 분야에서 절대적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 전국 AI센터의 정액 생산 및 공급에 관한 기록은 53%이상 수기에 의존하고 있다. 그나마 이에 대한 수집된 현장자료는 전국 AI센터의 개별시스템에 수작업으로 입력 관리되어 원시 데이타의 오류 및 통합정보 활용이 매우 어렵다. 이에 XML을 기반으로 전국 AI센터의 통합정보 관리시스템 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 정보관리 모델은 웹을 기반으로 전국 AI센터의 정보를 통합관리 활용할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 통합된 정보의 통계분석, 미래 예측분석 자료 등으로 활용되어 효율적인 돼지개량 체계를 구축할 것으로 기대한다.

Impact of Business Incubator's Support Service and Manager's Capabilities on the Start-Up Performance (창업보육센터 지원서비스와 매니저 역량이 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This article investigates the impact of business incubator's support service and manager's capabilities on the start-up economic performance. BI's support services consist of physical infra, management/legal service, networking service, financial service, technical service, and education/training service. The results show that most BI's support services(except education/training service) have a positive effect on the start-up economic performance. This study also analyzes the gap between the importance and the satisfaction of BI's services. The results show that the satisfaction of BI's services is much lower than the importance. It can be explained that the start-ups' expectations are not able to meet. In conclusion, BI's services have a major impact on the start-up economic performance, but actually they didn't meet the expectation of the start-ups. In the future, the quality level of BI's services and manager's capabilities needs to be improved. The improvement will have a positive effect on the survival and growth of the startups.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the role and performance of Seongdong-gu Educational Welfare Center in Seoul and to find practical ways of future direction of the educational welfare center. For this study, we collected data on social welfare organizations related to the education welfare center project and working professionals working in schools, and analyzed the data using Focus Group Interview. As a result of the study, it was shown that the role of educational welfare center and the role of important bridge such as integrated case management and program support through smooth mediation and linkage among educational welfare performing agencies were carried out. This study is important for the first time in the academic papers in that it has studied practically the achievement and future development of the educational welfare center. In future research, Various studies will be needed.

A Study of the Relationship between the Outbound Call Center Service Quality and Service Recovery Customer Royalty (아웃바운드 콜센터 서비스품질과 서비스회복 고객충성도 관계 연구)

  • The purpose of this research is to find out the service quality dimensions and detailed elements of a call center, and to study what relationship the service quality dimensions have with service recovery and customer royalty. This research set up the hypothesis and the research model to verify the relationship between the call center service quality and the service quality customer royalty for 139 people surveyed who experienced dissatisfactions. The result of the hypothesis verification shows that it has an influence on the counselors' service quality and service recovery processes of 3 call centers. The service recovery has en influence on the customer royalty. The result quality as a result remained for a customer after counseling can be called the ultimate purpose of using the call center for a customer, and the research shows that it has the largest influence on the service recovery of 3 dimensions of the call center service quality. In the relationship between the service recovery and the customer royalty, the service recovery has a meaningful influence on the customer royalty.
