  • The purpose of this study is to diagnose problems of the permanent judge system by examining the cases of practical running of the permanent judge system, and to provide basic materials for the settlement of fair and transparent judge culture. The findings of the case studies are as follows. First, the difficulties in selection, allocation, and education of judges caused by the operation of the permanent judge system. The problems in allocation are forceful allocation, conflict over allocation with general judges. The problems in evaluation are individual evaluation and limits of fairness, lack of evaluation rules. Second, the unpredictability of whether the permanent judge system survive or not. Third, there are some environmental constraints of the permanent judge system. Lack of protective apparatus is lack of rescue method and solution for intentional protest. Forth, there is a problem of low recognition of the permanent judge system. As the federation has been not active in publicizing the permanent judge system, the system is not well known.

  • Open and Judge in group signature schemes can be brought into the management of misbehaving users. Unfortunately, when Open and Judge of a certain group signature are used into another group signature that adopts the same linear encryption, they are not suitable for processing exceptions due to well-behaved users. In this paper, for all group signatures based on the linear encryption, we propose and discuss new Open and Judge that are suitable for processing exceptions due to well-behaved users.

  • Within the field of Korean linguistics, it has been observed that subjective adjectival predicate constructions are characteristic of imposing 'coreference constraint' on the higher and lower subjects, while evidential -te- constructions imposing 'non-coreference constraint' on them. I interpret these constraints as dependency constraints between higher and lower judge-sensitive semantic predicates, and investigate the interactions among subjective adjectival predicates, evidential -te-, and modal -keyss- in Korean. The paper ultimately argues for the necessity to add a new indexical element, the judge of evaluation(Lasersohn 2005, Stephenson 2007), to the traditional set of indices that were confined to the world and the time.

  • Recently, there are various reports on the case of using an Online Judge(OJ) system that enables students to develop problem solving abilities based on algorithms and programming. If informatics teachers and prospective informatics teachers have the ability to build and operate these systems for their school and students, they will be equipped with powerful instructional competencies related to computational thinking and problem solving ability. Therefore, this paper studied how to build and customize HUSTOJ-based open source online judge systems for school informatics education, and suggested the direction to apply it effectively at the school.

  • The stability of embankment on the soft ground has included problems on stabilities of embanked body and soft soil, which related with vertical displacement and lateral movement of the soft ground especially. The judge methods for the potentialities of lateral movement have been used in order to stabilization assessment during and after construction of the embankment. In this study, the judge methods on the improved soft ground suggested, which compared with exist judge methods on lateral movement. It is due to recent trend using embanked structures on the soft ground most of improved.

  • The main goal of this study is to provide a practical help to teachers who want to practice Problem-Based Learning in mathematics for establishing and realizing PBL environment. This study also produces mathematics PBL Learning Model and Criteria to Judge to help practice and to vitalize PBL in mathematics. To solve the research topics, I reviewed theoretical issues related to PBL, which became theoretical bases of this study. And then, from the theoretical background, items of criteria to judge mathematical problems in mathematics PBL are abstracted. And, through checking on content validity by experts, criteria to judge mathematical problems in mathematics PBL are completed. Also, based on previous PBL models, learning model in mathematics PBL that takes characteristics of mathematics into account is suggested through case studies by observing, a qualitative research method, on PBL study to materialize it. This research is expected to help teachers who want to practice PBL in mathematics.

  • It is very important to protect digital copyright such as computer software, digital contents, and others because national power is influenced at present and in the future. This paper deals with the trend of domestic and foreign researches related to digital copyright and the comparative analysis of software tools fur being a systematic judge of the piracy. This paper focuses on the foreign trend of judge business based on JISC and the domestic movement. It also comparatively analyses software tools to judge natural language or program piracy.

  • The subjective hand and preference of alkaline hydrolized polyester fabrics were evaluated using the scale developed. The factors affecting consumer's taste for polyester fabrics was analyzed by the statistical technique. The effects of alkaline hydrolysis on the properties of polyester fabrics were evaluated by subjective and objective hand measurements. The lower the age the more senstive their feeling. As the age of evaluators decreased they felt fabrics light flexible refined thin flossy smooth fine soft more clinging. They also thought fabrics are colder, more flexible more spongy as the age increased. Experts were more sensitive and consistent when they evaluation the hand of fabrics than non-experts.

  • The noise emitted from an excavator has long been a cause of environmental disputes, while causing displeasure to the nearby residents. So, the ministry of environment adopted the construction machinery noise labeling system to encourage the construction machinery manufacturing companies to develop the low noise construction machinery voluntarily. But, as the quality of life improves, a growing number of people desire the comfortable and quite environment to live in. Under the situation, noise from the construction machinery has been a major cause for stress and complaints. When the noise dispute happened in the construction site, the sound pressure level of the construction machinery like a excavator was measured at the lot boundary of the noise victim's residence to judge how much noise damage occur. But the sound pressure level of the construction machinery is measured differently according to the acoustic environment of construction site and the measuring position, respectively, which makes it difficulty to judge whether the noise damage occur or not. As the sound power level of noise source is not affected by the acoustic environment of construction site and the measuring position, if we use the information of the sound power level, it will be easy to judge whether the noise damage occur and to establish the soundproofing measures. Therefore, we derive the sound power level regression model of the excavator to judge whether the noise emitted from the excavator damages to residents near the construction site. Also, the sound power level regression model of the excavator drawn in this paper will help construction companies to plan the noise reduction program in the construction sites.

  • This study is to propose a problem bank of problem solving programming using Online Judge System as one of the ways to motivate learners and increase for immersion to students who take Data Structure lecture that is the basis of problem solving ability using information science. In order to do this, we developed a question bank for each major topic in the Data Structure, by developing 70 problem solving programming problems suitable for the main topics of the Data Structure. By mounting it on an Online Judge System and applying to actual classes, and by analyzing the motivation for learning and the degree of immersion according to the result after the application of the lesson, we propose a teaching-learning contents and usage for problem solving programming and Data Structure classes at the teacher training university which give motivation for learning and immerse in problem solving programming.
