본 연구의 목적은 상임심판제도 운영실태에 대한 사례연구를 통하여 제도의 문제점을 진단하며 공정하고 투명한 심판문화 정착을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 본 사례연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상임심판제도의 운영에 따른 선발, 배정, 평가, 교육의 애로사항이다. 선발의 문제는 선발규정 미비, 불공정 추천, 적은 선발인원이다. 배정의 문제는 강제배정, 일반심판과의 배정 갈등, 종목 특성이 미반영된 배정규정이다. 평가의 문제는 개인평가와 공정성 한계, 평가규정 미비, 저평가자의 고용불안이다. 둘째, 상임심판제도의 존립에 대한 불안이다. 셋째, 상임심판제도의 환경적 제약이다. 보호장치 미비는 의도적 항의에 대한 구제방안 및 해결책 부재이다. 넷째, 상임심판제도의 낮은 인식도이다. 홍보의 미비는 상임심판에 대한 낮은 인식도와 연맹의 소극적 홍보활동이다.

그룹 서명 기법에서의 Open과 Judge는 잘못된 행동을 하는 사용자를 처리하기 위해 동원될 수 있는 방법 중에 하나이다. 불행하게도 어떠한 그룹 서명의 Open과 Judge는 같은 선형 암호문을 사용하는 다른 그룹 서명에서 사용될 때, 정상적인 사용자의 뜻하지 않은 오류를 처리하는 데에는 적합하지 않을 수도 있다. 이 논문에서는 선형 암호문을 이용하는 모든 그룹 서명 기법을 위해서 정상적인 사용자의 뜻하지 않은 오류 처리를 위한 Open과 Judge에 대해서 알아보고, 이를 대체하기 위한 기법들을 제안한다.

Within the field of Korean linguistics, it has been observed that subjective adjectival predicate constructions are characteristic of imposing 'coreference constraint' on the higher and lower subjects, while evidential -te- constructions imposing 'non-coreference constraint' on them. I interpret these constraints as dependency constraints between higher and lower judge-sensitive semantic predicates, and investigate the interactions among subjective adjectival predicates, evidential -te-, and modal -keyss- in Korean. The paper ultimately argues for the necessity to add a new indexical element, the judge of evaluation(Lasersohn 2005, Stephenson 2007), to the traditional set of indices that were confined to the world and the time.

최근 온라인 저지(OJ, Online Judge) 시스템을 활용하여 학생들이 알고리즘 및 프로그래밍에 기반한 문제 해결 역량을 함양할 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 구축하여 운영하는 사례 및 이에 대한 교육적 효과성들이 다양하게 보고되고 있다. 정보·컴퓨터 현직교사 및 예비교사가 이러한 시스템을 자신이 속한 학교·학생 환경에 맞게 구축하여 운영할 수 있는 역량을 갖추게 된다면, 컴퓨팅 사고력 및 문제해결과 관련된 강력한 지도 역량을 갖출 수 있게 될 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학교 단위의 정보교육을 위한 HUSTOJ 기반의 오픈소스 온라인 저지 시스템 커스터마이징 방안을 탐색하여, 학교 현장에서 이를 효과적으로 적용하기 위한 방향을 제시하였다.

The stability of embankment on the soft ground has included problems on stabilities of embanked body and soft soil, which related with vertical displacement and lateral movement of the soft ground especially. The judge methods for the potentialities of lateral movement have been used in order to stabilization assessment during and after construction of the embankment. In this study, the judge methods on the improved soft ground suggested, which compared with exist judge methods on lateral movement. It is due to recent trend using embanked structures on the soft ground most of improved.

본 연구는 수학교과에서 PBL 환경을 구축하고 수학과 PBL의 실행과 활성화에 도움을 주기 위하여 '수학과 PBL 문제분석 기준'과 '수학과 PBL 학습모형'을 제시하는 것에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 이론적 배경을 토대로 PBL 문제의 특징을 분류하고 각 영역의 하부항목을 추출하여 작성한 기준표를 전문가들의 내용타당도 검사와 신뢰도 검사를 통하여 개발하였다. 개발한 수학과 PBL 문제분석 기준표는 수학과 PBL을 위한 문제개발의 기준이 될 뿐만 아니라 문제의 적합성을 판단할 수 있는 기준이 될 것이다. 또한 수학교과의 특성을 고려한 수학과 PBL 학습모형을 제시하고 이를 구체화하기 위하여 제시한 학습모형을 적용한 수업을 실시하였으며, 실행한 PBL 수업의 관찰과 자료 분석을 통하여 수학과 PBL 학습모형을 구체화 하였다. 이는 수학교과의 특성을 고려하지 않은 모형을 적용한 기존의 연구에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점들을 극복할 수 있는 모형으로서 '미니강의'의 단계가 특징적으로 적용된 모형이다.

컴퓨터 소프트웨어, 디지털 콘텐츠등 디지털 정보 재산권의 보호는 현재 뿐 아니라 향후 국가의 국력을 좌우할 수 있을 정도로 대단히 주요한 과제가 아닐 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 정보 재산권과 관련된 국내ㆍ외 연구 동향과 표절의 감정을 체계적으로 행하기 위한 소프트웨어 툴에 대해 비교ㆍ분석을 행하고자 한다. 주요 내용으로는 JISC을 중심으로 한 국외 감정 기관의 사업 동향과 분석 그리고 국내기관이나 단체의 움직임을 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 자연어 표절이나 프로그램 표절을 감정 할 수 있는 S/W툴에 대해 비교ㆍ분석을 행하고자 한다.

The subjective hand and preference of alkaline hydrolized polyester fabrics were evaluated using the scale developed. The factors affecting consumer's taste for polyester fabrics was analyzed by the statistical technique. The effects of alkaline hydrolysis on the properties of polyester fabrics were evaluated by subjective and objective hand measurements. The lower the age the more senstive their feeling. As the age of evaluators decreased they felt fabrics light flexible refined thin flossy smooth fine soft more clinging. They also thought fabrics are colder, more flexible more spongy as the age increased. Experts were more sensitive and consistent when they evaluation the hand of fabrics than non-experts.

The noise emitted from an excavator has long been a cause of environmental disputes, while causing displeasure to the nearby residents. So, the ministry of environment adopted the construction machinery noise labeling system to encourage the construction machinery manufacturing companies to develop the low noise construction machinery voluntarily. But, as the quality of life improves, a growing number of people desire the comfortable and quite environment to live in. Under the situation, noise from the construction machinery has been a major cause for stress and complaints. When the noise dispute happened in the construction site, the sound pressure level of the construction machinery like a excavator was measured at the lot boundary of the noise victim's residence to judge how much noise damage occur. But the sound pressure level of the construction machinery is measured differently according to the acoustic environment of construction site and the measuring position, respectively, which makes it difficulty to judge whether the noise damage occur or not. As the sound power level of noise source is not affected by the acoustic environment of construction site and the measuring position, if we use the information of the sound power level, it will be easy to judge whether the noise damage occur and to establish the soundproofing measures. Therefore, we derive the sound power level regression model of the excavator to judge whether the noise emitted from the excavator damages to residents near the construction site. Also, the sound power level regression model of the excavator drawn in this paper will help construction companies to plan the noise reduction program in the construction sites.

본 연구에서는 교원양성 대학에서 정보과학적 문제 해결력의 기본이 되는 자료구조 강의를 수강하는 학생들에게 학습 동기를 부여하고 몰입도를 증가시킬 수 있는 방안의 하나로서, 문제해결 프로그래밍 자동평가 시스템을 적용하기 위해 자료구조의 주요 토픽별 문제 은행을 개발하였다. 자료구조의 주요 토픽에 적합한 프로그래밍 평가 문제은행 70여 문항을 개발하여, 이를 온라인 자동평가 시스템에 탑재하고, 실제 수업에 적용하였다. 수업 적용 후 결과에 따른 학습동기와 몰입도 등을 분석함으로써, 교원양성 대학에서 문제해결 프로그래밍, 자료구조 수업에서 활용할 수 있는 '학습 동기를 부여하며, 몰입하여 해결하는' 교수-학습 콘텐츠와 활용방법을 제시하였다.
