  • As SNS has increased its influence on the society as a whole, companies also have started to consider how to take advantage of the new service paying specific attention to its characteristics of immediacy, sharability and interactivity. This study aims to circumstantiate the relationship between a task support tool of SNS and task-media fit, user characteristics and performance by focusing on its usage in work field. To address this issue, a Task-Technology Fit model is used to propose a research model considering the characteristics of SNS as a social element, information technology as well as its user characteristics. The outcome shows that job characteristics, virtual competence and media characteristics have a significant influence on task-media fit, whereas virtual competence and SNS characteristics variables have a significant influence on SNS usage. Besides, task-media fit has a significant influence on SNS usage and work performance while SNS usage has a significant influence on work performance. The study suggests that strategic use of SNS helps improve work performance and these individual characteristics should be considered in planning of SNS utilizing strategy.

  • Greenberg(1990) suggested that organizational justice research may potentially explain many organizational behavior outcome variables. One such example of nontraditional job behavior is organizational citizenship behavior and service quality, for they are part of the spontaneous and innovative behaviors noted by Katz(1964). Stimulated by conceptualizations of justice in organizations by such theorists as Homans(1961), Admans(1965), and Walster, Berscheid, and Walster(1973), organizational researchers devoted considerable attention in the 1960s and 1970s to testing propositions about the distribution of payment and other work-related rewards derived from equity theory. Although reviews and critiques of equity theories once dominated the pages of organizational journals, more recently it has been the subject of far more attention(Reis, 1986). In one notable recent trend, researchers and theorists have expanded on conceptualizations of procedural and distributive justice by turning attention to the interpersonal aspects of justice, the perceived fairness of the way people are treated by others. With the rapid and uncertain changes of organization, such voluntary behaviors as OCB, service quality, and innovative behavior have become more important for the development and survival of organization. Thus it is very important to keep the organization fair for keeping employees participative in organization. Here it is reviewed the relationship between organizational justice and it's related factors(OCB, service quality and innovative behavior).

  • A wide range of challenges and obstacles still exist for "mumpreneurs" in creating or developing their business ventures. It is important to investigate the factors regarding why many mothers choose to become self-employed and partially abandon the benefits offered by traditional employment. This study focus on the individual, but an implied positive relationship also exits between motivational factors and mumpreneurs in Korea. Thus, four factors in this study - push, pull, environmental, and financial factor - raise the practical implications regarding the motivational factors of women entrepreneurial challenges in Korea. This study's findings also consider the nature and changes of Korean mumpreneurs' motivational factors, their challenges, and attitudes as business owners in Korean labor markets. This study's findings suggest that a combination of push and pull factors could similarly trigger new business ownership. The empirical contrast in such variables as motivations or barriers to mumpreneurship, in realities provide a superior understanding of women's tendency or willingness toward business creation, as they struggle to survive in the Korean labor market. They tend to start their own businesses to gain more responsibilities in both work and their families, and want to manage their own lives to contribute as capable members of society. Therefore, any Korean mother, regardless of any industry-specific experience, wants to use entrepreneurship as a shortcut to satisfy her need for self-fulfillment. The general motivational factors for becoming a mumpreneur exist among both external and internal situations. The circumstances beyond their control, such as job termination or unemployment, compel these mothers into the workforce due to their responsibility toward their families, but they simultaneously dream of self-achievement and development. Most mumpreneurs in Korea also want to demonstrate their potential and achieve societal recognition as well as increase in property.

  • Objectives : This study purposed to survey psychosocial stress and the yangseng level in rural residents using measuring tools, to determine the correlation of the variables with health, and to suggest directions for rural residents' health promotion based on the theories of oriental medicine. Methods : The subjects were sampled from the residents of a rural area through convenient sampling, and the data on their general characteristics, health related life habits, psychosocial stress, and yangseng level were collected using a questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed through t-test, ANOVA, and correlation test using SPSS 12.0 and the significance level was p<0.05. Results : Stress was lower in those who had a job, whose income level was high, and who had breakfast almost every day, and the yangseng level was higher in those who did exercise 3 times or more in a week regularly. In addition, the stress level was in a negative correlation with the yangseng level, and the correlation was stronger with sleeping yangseng, mind yangseng, and activity and rest yangseng. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that vocational education, regular life habits and a certain amount of income are essential for health promotion, and measures should be prepared for stress control.

  • Latex modified concrete(LMC) became to be applied as a new material for newly constructed bridge deck overlays in Korea due to its excellent bond strength, flexural strength and impermeability against water and chloride. However, it could not be adopted at repair job site because of its long curing time required. Thus, a research on latex modified concrete with rapid-setting cement(RSLMC) is necessary if it could develope the sufficient strength for early opening to traffic. This study focused on the durability of latex modified concrete with rapid-setting cement mainly on water permeable resistance and freeze-thaw resistance. The main experimental variables were latex contents(0, 5, 10, 15 and 20%) and antifoamer contents (0, 1.6, 3.2, 4.8 and 6.4%). Test results show that the permeability of RSLMC is very low indicating below 100 coulombs at 15% of latex contents at all antifoamer contents. The freeze-thaw resistance of RSLMC maintains above 90% of relative dynamic modulus at 3.2% of antifoamer content until 300 freezing-thawing cycles.

  • This is predictive correlational study to identify the influence of emotional labor and resourcefulness on turnover intention among clinical nurses. The participants were 138 clinical nurses and the data were collected by an online survey using a self-administered questionnaire from 10th to 17th April, 2016.The collected data were analyzed using SPSS program through t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test and multiple linear regression. In the results, there were differences in emotional labor by age, marital status, job position, clinical career, shift work, in resourcefulness by gender, clinical career, and in turnover intention by age. As a result of multiple linear regression, emotional labor and resourcefulness were selected as significant related variables affecting nurse's turnover intentions. These factors accounted for 3.7% of turnover intention, which necessitates the consideration of a specific plan to reduce emotional labor and increase resourcefulness for decreasing clinical nurse's turnover intention.
