대학도서관에서의 리더십 유형과 직무만족 간의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Leadership Styles and Job Satisfaction in University Libraries)

  • The purpose of this study Is to verify relationship between leadership styles ( consideration leadership and Initiating structure leadership) and Job satisfaction In university libraries. The conclusions in this study are summarized as follows: 1. Correlations between leadership styles and job satisfaction are positive. Consideration leadership is higher correlation than initiating structure leadership. 2. Leadership styles have affected on Job satis-faction (promotion, task, salary, superior, fellow) differently. Consideration leadership is higher influenced than initiating structure leadership except satisfaction of task. 3. It is no difference that leadership styles have affected on job satisfaction by a characteristic(sex, school career, librarian's license) of person. As consideration leadership is higher correlation and influence than initiating structure leadership, leader should have done consideration leadership and then library's staffs can get job satisfaction in order to achieve job satisfaction, leader had better show consideration leadership regardless of sex. school career and librarian's license. leadership styles have influenced Job satisfaction differently. It shows indirectly that library's staffs are not discriminated by sex, school career and librarian's license.

임파워먼트와 잡 크래프팅의 인과구조: 조절변수를 중심으로 (The Causality of Empowerment on Job Crafting: Focus on the Moderating Variable of LMX)

  • It is getting more intensified with the competition among participating companies for global market share in major industrial fields. The situation is accelerating especially within the top 5 market share, and these include electric vehicles, semiconductors, chemicals, and shipbuilding industries. The key to the advantage over the competition within a strategic group is which company leads the innovation in the field. On-the-ground innovation refers to job-based innovation. This paper aims to analyze job unit innovation in the structure of empowerment, LMX, and job crafting. Existing studies on job crafting have suggested a causal structure based on job design in the traditional sense, and there are not many scholars who study the causal structure using a job situational model. Therefore, this paper takes an approach from the perspective of the job situation. As a result of the study, LMX showed a moderating effect on the relationship between autonomy provision and job crafting. While, in the relationship between meaing-giving and cognitive crafting, there is no significant moderating effect shown on the relationship between autonomy provision and cognitive crafting. Therefore, the results of the analysis in this study suggest that the meaning of jobs and participation in decision-making should be managed in an integrated way in structural and design areas, not just qualitative factors such as empowerment and leadership.

군 전문인력 양성학과 교육과정 개발 방안 (Curriculum development group specializing in the Department of Hu-man Resources plan)

  • 우리 군은 세계화 정보화 과학화를 위해 국방개혁을 지휘구조, 병력구조, 부대구조, 전력구조를 단계적으로 추진하면서 병력위주의 양적 구조를 기술위주의 질적 첨단구조로 전환하고 있는 가운데 병의 숫자는 줄이면서 간부(장교와 부사관)을 약 현재의 3.3배로 증가할 계획이다. 특히 간부집단에서 부사관을 현재 수준의 100%를 증가하여 장기복무율을 확대하고 안정적인 직업성을 보장하면서 우수자원을 안정적으로 확보하기 위해 학 군제휴를 통해 정책적으로 추진중에 있다. 이러한 가운데 군에서는 군을 선도하고 전문화된 자원 확보를 위해 각 협약대학에 군에서 요구하는 과목을 반영할 것을 촉구하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 효과적으로 교육의 질을 향상하고 우수한 자원을 육성하여 배출하기 위한 대학의 교육과정 개발의 필요성이 절실한 시점에 DACUM 교육과정 개발 방법 및 절차를 적용하여 직업의 요구분석, 핵심직무선정, 직업 및 직무분류, 직무의 정의, 직무모형설정 등을 통해 Duty에 따른 K.S.T도출하여 군에서 요구한 교육과목 반영에 충족시킬 수 있는 교육과정 개발을 통한 교육과정 구성 안을 제시하고자 한다.

치과종사자들의 조직문화, 조직구조 및 감정노동의 융합적 관계가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Organizational Culture, Organizational Structure and Emotional Labor of Dental Workers Impact of Convergence on Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 치과종사자의 직무만족에 조직문화, 조직구조, 감정노동의 융합적인 관계를 설문조사하여 SPSS WIN18.0 프로그램으로 분석하여 통계적 유의성이 있는 결과를 얻었다(p<.05). 조직문화는 남성, 치과위생사, 대학 졸업, 병원급, 근무자 수가 많은 경우, 높은 수입이 높았다. 조직구조는 병원급, 근무자 수가 많은 경우 높았다. 감정 노동은 낮은 연령과 경력, 미혼, 음주가 높았다. 직무만족은 근무자 수 10명 이상, 높은 수입이 높았다. 직무만족과 조직문화, 조직구조 사이에는 양의 상관관계를 나타냈으며 회귀분석은 Y(직무만족)= .907 + .106(조직구조)로 분석되었다. 따라서 치과종사자들의 직무만족도를 높이기 위해 조직구조와 관련된 변수들을 고려해 긍정적인 조직문화를 형성하는데 노력해야할 것이다.

  • 階層構造 COMPUTER Network을 通한 工程制御로 Processing을 分數하여 Fault tolerance를 極大化시키며 複雜하고 多樣한 變數의 相互關係를 週期的으로 監視制御하는 分散制御 Processor JOB은 그 週期와 實行時間으로 定義할 수 있다. 모든 JOB에 대하여 Tree structure인 關係를 가진 subset들로 구성하여 이에 JOB Scheduling Algorithm을 求하여 본 결과 FCFS(Fist Come/First Service)인 Schedule 보다 Processor의 利用에 있어 Loose Time을 減少시키고 處理 可能時間 確保에 有利하였다.

Analysis of Job Satisfaction of Dental Residents Using Structure Equation Modeling

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the structure relationships between job satisfaction of dental residents and its related factors. The study subject was 458 dental residents who were training at 6 university dental hospitals in Korea. Data for this study were obtained by self-administrated questionnaire during 3 months. Structure equation modeling using LISREL procedure was statistically appropriate and well fitted. By the model, the socio-demographic characteristics, working condition, and status perception directly influenced on subscale satisfactions, and the subscale satisfactions positively influenced on job satisfaction.

도시신혼기가계의 주부취업과 경제구조 (A Study on the Wife's Employment and Family Economic Structure of Urban Establishing Families)

  • The purpose of this study was to figure out the wife's employment and family economic structure of urban establishing families. For this purpose 274 establishing families in Seoul and its metropolitan area were interviewed through the standardized questionnares. Finally 264 questionnares were analyzed. The major findings were as follows; 1. The 23.9% of respondents had full-time job and 12.1% had part-time job. The major reason of nonemployment was child-rearing problems. And most ofthem answered that they would have job if child-rearing problems were sloved. 2. In both full-time and part-time job wives, the employment rate of high educational level's wives was high-relatively. 3. Total household monthly income of full-time job women was higher than the ones of part-time job and full-time wives. In total monthly income of full-time job women, the rate of wife's income was about 38%. 4. The costs of clothings, the cost of traffic and the total expenditures of full-time wife's household were higher than the ones of the other households. 5. The saving rate of the urban establishing families was about 27%.

치과위생사의 직무스트레스, 피로 및 직무만족도가 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 공분산구조분석 (Covariance Structure Analysis on the Impact of Job Stress, Fatigue Symptoms and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention among Dental Hygienists)

  • 본 연구는 치과위생사들의 직무스트레스, 피로증상 및 직무만족도가 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 규명할 목적으로 사도하였다. 연구대상은 치과 병 의원에 근무하고 있는 치과위생사 516명을 대상으로 2015년 4월 1일부터 6월 30일까지의 기간 동안에 자기기입식 설문지를 이용한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료의 분석은 각 독립변수에 대한 이직의도의 평균점수를 비교하였으며 t-test 및 ANOVA로 검정하였다. 또한 직무스트레스, 피로증상, 직무만족도 및 이직의도 간의 Pearson상관분석에 의한 상관계수를 구하였으며, 공분산구조분석을 사용하여 이직의도와 직무스트레스, 피로증상 및 직무만족도와의 관련성을 평가하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상자의 이직의도는 직무스트레스가 높은 군일수록, 피로증상이 높은 군일수록, 직무만족도가 낮은 군일수록 유의하게 높았다. 조사대상자의 이직의도는 직무스트레스 및 피로증상과는 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보인 반면, 직무만족도와는 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 공분산 구조분석 결과, 직무스트레스는 피로증상이나 직무만족도보다 이직의도에 더 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 직무스트레스와 피로증상이 높고, 직무만족도가 낮을수록 이직의도를 높이는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위와 같은 결과는 치과위생사들의 이직의도는 피로증상이나 직무만족도보다 직무스트레스에 의해 더 큰 영향을 받고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 치과위생사들의 이직의도를 낮추기 위해서는 직무스트레스 및 피로를 감소시키고, 직무만족도를 향상시키기 위한 노력이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

전라북도 일부 지역 치과위생사의 직무만족도 조사 - 치과의료기관 운영제도를 중심으로 - (A research on the job satisfaction of dental hygienists an area in Jeollabuk-do - The focus of management system -)

  • Purpose : This study was to figure out the factors affecting the job satisfaction of dental hygienists working in dental clinics. To gain the data to establish the systems for enhancing the job satisfaction of the dental hygienists. This research has been conducted dental hygienists working in dental clinics institutes located in Jeonju and Iksan city, Jeollabuk-do, korea. Methods : The collected data were analyzed by using an SPSS statistical program, obtaining the following results. Result : The average satisfactory level of the dental hygienists was 3.45 out of 5 points. The most important factor affecting of the job satisfaction was the relationship with patients as 3.83 points and the least influencing factor was the compensation as 3.09 points. The management system and the satisfactory level were also correlated. For each of details, communication structure and working environment showed the highest correlation with Pearson's correlation coefficient of 0.610. Among the management system the general job satisfaction according to the communicational structure was higher when they had better communication with dentists. Among the management system, the job satisfaction according to structural factors was higher when they have manuals for the job, when their job is taken partial charge of the responsibility As for job satisfaction by the welfare support factor in the clinic management system, the better an informal social gathering, the higher general job satisfaction. As for job satisfaction by the job autonomy factor in the clinic management system, the more evenly distributed job opportunities and chances of reeducation for professional development led to higher general job satisfaction. Conclusion : The compensation-related grade was the lowest among the 6 constituent factors of the job satisfaction, it seems that improvement of wages and incentives is required to enhance the satisfaction of the dental hygienists. Also, improving factors affecting the management system of the dental service institute can increase the job satisfaction since the job satisfaction was higher when the institutes have the better management system.

  • This paper is aimed to design for qualification structure and developing Vocational Education and Training Program of Water Treatment Plant Operator. Also job analysis was performed by the experts of education and related field though Developing A Curriculum(DACUM). The qualification structure and developing Vocational Education and Training Program of Water Treatment Plant Operator was designed and policy suggestions are made for the substantiality and activity to the government. This study is performed expert interview and job analysis The results are presented the summaries of job definitions, job models, areas of vocation activities, curriculum for education and training and guidelines for making questions in examinations.
