Many IS researchers had the greatest interesting in publication in leading IS journals. Studies of measuring research performance of Information Systems (IS) are the most important research areas. Today, many IS researchers considered Management Information Systems Quarterly (MISQ), Information Systems Research (ISR), and Journal of Management Information Systems (JMIS) as the leading IS journals. In this study, we analyzed the published papers of Korean and overseas Koreans related IS researchers in ISR, MISQ, and JMIS from 2001 to 2010. The results of this study appeared the trend of increasing frequency of publication of IS research in south Korea in the leading IS journals such as ISR, MISQ, JMIS. The findings of this research showed the excellent performance of IS researchers and provided valuable information regarding publications performance of IS researchers in leading IS Journals.

The latest university makes the use of exhibition hall bring into relief a specific character and identity. This purpose of this design is to induce interest the exhibition plan, that is useful to appreciation of audience according to space structure. The concept of this design is to design continual circulation plan and to give correctness Information of the exhibit. Because to this exhibition hall is too small space, this design focus is continual circulation plan. The exhibit is classified to according to the character of that, which is distinguished according to the colour plan. The center of the hall is main image hall of university. The right space of the main hail is university history exhibition hall and the left space of the hall is a founder memorial hall. The main colour is light cream. An image object colour plan is point colou, which is bluish green colour.

IF R is a left Artinian ring with identity, G is the group of units of R and X is the set of nonzero, nonunits of R, then G acts naturally on X by conjugation. It is shown that if the conjugate action on X by G is trivial, that is, gx = xg for all $g \in G$ and all $x \in X$, then R is a commutative ring. It is also shown that if the conjegate action on X by G is transitive, then R is a local ring and $J^2 = (0)$ where J is the Jacobson radical of R. In addition, if G is a simple group, then R is isomorphic to $Z_2 [x]/(x^2 + 1) or Z_4$.

This paper addresses the transportation planning that is based on genetic algorithm for determining transportation time and transportation amount of minimizing cost of distribution system. The vehicle routing of minimizing the transportation distance of vehicle is determined. A distribution system is consisted of a distribution center and many retailers. The model is assumed that the time horizon is discrete and finite, and the demand of retailers is dynamic and deterministic. Products are transported from distribution center to retailers according to transportation planning. Cost factors are the transportation cost and the inventory cost, which transportation cost is proportional to transportation distance of vehicle when products are transported from distribution center to retailers, and inventory cost is proportional to inventory amounts of retailers. Transportation time to retailers is represented as a genetic string. The encoding of the solutions into binary strings is presented, as well as the genetic operators used by the algorithm. A mathematical model is developed. Genetic algorithm procedure is suggested, and a illustrative example is shown to explain the procedure.

This paper is to propse a new self-excitation method of synchronous generator. Instead of conventional exciter of synchronous generator, the additional winding which is arranged in addition to the armature winding, is used in this generator. The output terminal of the additional winding is connected to a capacitor and to a full wave rectifier in series. In this configuration, one source double excitation which is composed of capacitor-self-excitation by lead urrent and direct current excitation by rectifier, is induced. The result is that` The excetation efficency is improved greatly and output waveform is improved also. In three-phase synchronous generator using the new method of the one source double excitation, voltage element (shunt characteristics) and current element (series characteristics)are compounded in scalar by adapting star-point-open-rectifier system. The result is as following` The effect of load power factor angle on voltage regulation is reduced greatly, compound characteristics is become manifold by controlling capacity of capacitor, and transient response is improved.

It is important to maintain information system (IS) following the business and institutional change. Even if successfully developed information systems, we cannot gain the benefit from the systems without the proactive maintenance activities. However, the importance of IS maintenance has not been considered as much as the system development, and we don't have any specific performance management structure. The objective of this study is to identify the relationship between IS maintenance activities and utilization. For empirical test of the hypothesis model, the sample data is collected from public information system sites. Results from multiple regression analysis reveal that proactive maintenance activities including IS maintenance cost increase, improving functionality, and enhancing ease of use have a causal effect on the IS utilization.

This study was performed to evaluate about load bearing capacity of continuos IPC Girder Bridge under and after Construction. This is Ichi-1 Bridge that is 2-40m span continuous bridge on a extension road through the Ichun and the Naesa. The result of static loading test to use a 25ton truck after construction, deflection ratio is 0.64 that is $35\%$ and average of response ratio is 0.48$\~$0.89 that is less than theoretical value. The result of dynamic loading test, the number of proper vibrations is 3.06Hz that is like theoretical value 3.61Hz, the modulus of impact is 0.235 that is bigger than specification 0.19. the load bearing capacity is minimum DB-40 that is so big value. In the result, continuos IPC Girder Bridge is safe in short period. we will evaluate long period behavior of continuos IPC Girder Bridge.

This study is to evaluate the characteristics of bearing capacity for granite soils by N-value. The partial data is investigated for practical evaluation of weathering degree and bearing capacity on granite soils. The settlement is linearly decreased when the N-value is less than 50, but the settlement isn't constant when the N-value is more than 50. This is the affect of ground water. Therefore ground water is detailed evaluated. The bearing capacity is linearly increased when the N-value is less than 30, is inactively increased when the N-value is between 30 to 50, is constant when the value is more than 50.

The purpose of this study is to examine men's role conflicts of dual-earner family based on man's role type. Man's role type is composed of man's sex role attitude and family-role performance and categorized in four types such as traditionalism type neo-traditionalism type equalitarianism type and inconsistancy type. The test analysis can be summarized as follows; First test analysis can be summarized as follows; role performance and man's role conflict as working hours is long wife's role requirement is high family-role conflict as working hours is long wife's role requirement is high family-role is not commit man's role conflict directly affected. In addition indirect affect through family-role performance shows that man's role conflict level is low as level of income is high level of income difference between man and wife is low child is younger and intent to modern sex-role attitude. Second looking into the difference role conflict to man's role type it shows that equalita ianism type's role conflict is low and man's role conflict in traditionalism and neo-traditonalism types is high.

Recently Korea Army developed the TICN which is the next army tactical communication system. The TICN will support ability from under environment, strategy maneuver communication system of integrated army dimension overcome and NCW. If the IER(Information Exchange Requirement) phases 3 of the future application system, the analysis that a transmission ability of the TICN is the uncapable is govern. The TICN tactical backbone's ability is very important. Therefore, network efficiency index in application and analysis of the standard protocol for the data transmission guarantee are obliged. For the TICN tactical backbone, this paper analyzes of routing protocol efficiency index and compares to superiority of the OSPF(v2) and integrated IS-IS protocols in the tactical environment. Conclusively we proposed that integrated IS-IS protocol is more suitable for TICN backbone routing protocol.
