해상 표적의 실제 레이다 측정 데이터를 이용한 ISAR 영상 형성 기법 성능 비교 (Comparisons of ISAR Imaging Methods for Maritime Targets with Real Measured Radar Data)

  • 본 논문에서는 X-밴드 대역에서 운영되는 레이다 장비를 이용하여 실제 이동하는 해상 표적을 대상으로 역합성 개구면 레이다(Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar: ISAR) 영상 생성 기법들의 성능을 비교 분석하였다. 성능 비교에 사용된 ISAR 영상 생성 기법들은 1) 거리 순시 도플러(Range Instantaneous Doppler: RID) 기법, 2) 위상보상(phase adjustment) 수행 후의 거리 도플러(Range Doppler: RD) 기법, 그리고 3) 주요 산란원 기법(Prominent Point Proccessing: PPP) 수행 후의 RD 기법들이 있다. 본 논문에서 수행된 성능 비교 결과는 향후 실제 해상 이동 표적의 ISAR 영상 생성을 위한 기반 기술 확보 및 기본 프레임워크(frame work) 구축을 위한 지표를 제공한다는데 그 의의가 있다.

비선형 고전력 증폭기의 디지털 전치 보상기 설계 및 비교 (Design and Comparison of Digital Predistorters for High Power Amplifiers)

  • 본 논문에서는 OFDM 신호의 높은 PAPR과 전력 증폭기의 비선형성에 의한 신호의 왜곡과 스펙트럼의 확산을 방지하기 위한 전치 보상기의 설계 기법으로 디지털 영역에서 구현 가능한 p차 역필터를 이용한 방법, 간접 학습 구조를 이용한 방법 그리고 룩업 테이블을 이용한 방법 등 3가지 방식을 설명하고 각각의 성능을 비교 분석하였다. 앞의 두 방법은 다항식을 이용한 방법으로, 계수의 개수가 적어 많은 메모리가 필요 없고 수렴 속도가 빠르고, 진폭과 위상의 보상을 나누어서 구성하므로 복소 계산이 필요 없어 계산도 간단하다. 룩업 테이블 방법은 연산 과정이 간단하기 때문에 구현이 가장 쉬운 장점을 가지지만 위의 두 방식에 비해 많은 메모리를 필요로 하는 단점을 가진다. 모의 실험 결과 간접 학습 구조가 가장 좋은 성능을 가지지만 64QAM 변조 방식을 기준으로 $BER=10^{-4}$에서 최대 SNR 1 dB 정도의 차이를 가지므로 거의 같은 성능을 가진다고 볼 수 있다. 위의 세가지 전치보상기는 증폭기의 에이징(aging)과 환경 변화에 적응적으로 동작하며 구현 상의 요구에 따라 선택될 수 있다.

'생각하는 과학' 프로그램의 보상 논리 활동에 의한 보상적 사고 수준 변화 (The Development of the Compensational Thinking Through the Compensation activities of 'Thinking Science' Program)

  • 이 연구에서는 '생각하는 과학' 프로그램의 보상 논리 활동에 의한 문제 해결 전략 및 사고 수준의 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 초등학교 6학년 학생들을 대상으로하여 사전 인지 수준 및 보상적 사고 수준에 따른 집단의 동질성을 확인하고, 보상 논리 문제 해결 전략 및 사고 수준을 분석하였으며, 보상 논리 활동 처치 후의 문제 해결 전략 및 사고 수준의 변화를 성별, 인지 수준별, 문제 상황별로 알아보았다. 연구 결과 보상 논리 문제 해결 전략으로 비논리적 설명, 기계적 수리 계산, 비례 논리, 정성적 설명, 가감산 논리, 반비례 논리로 나타났으며, 보상적 사고 수준을 분석한 결과 정성적 설명(1수준), 가감산 논리(2수준), 반비례 논리(정수비-3수준, 비정수비-4수준)로 나타났다. 또한 같은 논리적 사고를 요구하는 문제의 상황에 따라 익숙한 문제 해결 전략을 적용하는 Einstellung 현상을 볼 수 있었다. 사후 보상적 사고 수준의 변화를 살펴본 결과 실험 집단이 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었으며, 성별, 인지 수준별 상호 작용 효과는 나타나지 않았다.

치과위생사들의 직무만족도가 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The effect influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention in dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention in dental hygienists. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 169 dental hygienists in Gwangju from June 1 to December 31, 2014. Data analysis was performed with t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using SPSS WIN version 21.0 program. Results: By Likert 5 points scale, mean of job satisfaction was $3.08{\pm}0.35$ points, mean of personal relationship was $3.35{\pm}0.55$ points, and monthly compensation and promotion were $2.91{\pm}0.63$ points and mean of autonomy was $2.79{\pm}0.70$ points. Job satisfaction was the highest in those who were married and over 30 years old. Job satisfaction was highest in those who worked in the general hospitals and had longer career as a dental hygienist. Mean of the turnover intention was $3.31{\pm}0.81$ points. The factors of job satisfaction and turnover intention had the inverse correlation. The influencing factor of turnover intention(${\beta}=-0.327$) were monthly compensation, promotion, job satisfaction(${\beta}=-0.301$), and satisfaction for the location of the job(${\beta}=-0.157$). Conclusions: Turnover intention of dental hygienists is closely related to economic compensation, promotion, working department, and location of the job.

백색광 주사 간섭계의 측정 속도 개선을 위한 서브 샘플링 기법 연구 (Sub-sampling Technique to Improve the Measurement Speed of White Light Scanning Interferometry)

  • In this investigation, we explain the sub-sampling technique of white light scanning interferometry (WLSI) to improve the measurement speed. In addition to the previous work using Fourier domain analysis, several methods to extract the height from the correlogram of WLSI are described with the sub-sampling technique. Especially, Fourier-inverse Fourier transformation method adopting sub-sampling technique is proposed and the phase compensation technique is verified with simulation and experiments. The main advantage of sub-sampling is to speed up the measurements of WLSI but the precision such as repeatability is slightly poor. In case of measuring the sample which has high height step or difference, the proposed technique can be widely used to reduce the measurement time.

  • A new non linear, mean value, instantaneous following control technique to design half bridge converter is proposed in witch control principle uses characteristic that reset time of analog integrator is inverse proportion In input voltage. It is Important characteristic that compensation and follow-up control time are same with switching frequency. Is completed in one cycle that base control frequency. Have excellence characteristic that follow in order instruction value exactly stationary state as well as transient state. Half bridge converter that apply this control principle can know that have stabilize and excellence characteristic. This technique is verified through an experiment, and know that experiment result and theory agree well.

Temporal Variation Due to Tense vs. Lax Consonants in Korean

  • Many languages show reverse durational variation between preceding vowel and following voiced/voiceless (lax/tense) consonants. This study investigated the likely effects of phoneme type (tense vs. lax) on the timing structure (duration of syllable, word, phrase and sentence) of Korean. Three rates of speech (fast, normal, slow) applied to stimuli with the target word /a-Ca/ where /C/ is one of /p, p', $p^h$/. The type (tense/lax) of /C/ caused marked inverse durational variations in the two syllables /a/ and /Ca/ and highly different durational ratios between them. Words with /p', $p^h$/ were significantly longer than that with /p/, which contrasts with many other languages where such pairs of words have a similar duration. The differentials between words remained up to the phrase and sentence level, but in general the higher linguistic units did not statistically differ within each level. Thus, the phrase is suggested as a compensatory unit of phoneme type effects in Korean. Different rates did not affect the general tendency. Distribution of time variations (from normal to fast and slow) to each syllable (/a/ and /Ca/) was also observed.

  • This paper proposes a neural network controller with the computed torque method. The neural network is used not to learn the inverse dynamic model but to compensate the uncertainties of robotic manipulators. When training the neural network, we use the signals present in the proposed controller, which is simpler than that proposed by Ishiguro et al., whose teaching signals of the neural network come from the robot model.

New Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Current Sensing Phase Delay Compensation Method

  • This paper presents a method that can improve the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor current control by minimizing the measured current phase delay caused by the Low Pass Filter(LPF) used to cut off the noises that flowed in when feedback currents are measured. Although existing methods that change the Cutoff Frequency of the LPF can minimize phase delays during high speed rotations, their noise cutoff effects are much lower and this may lead to the decline of control performance. Therefore, in this study, an algorithm that can compensate current phase delays through relatively simple calculations from the synchronous motor d-q axis coordinate transformation matrix and the inverse transformation matrix is proposed and the validity of the proposed method is verified by comparing the waveform of the calculated current with the waveform of actual currents through simulations and experiments.

범용 로봇팔과 모듈러 햅틱 컨트롤러를 사용한 수술 로봇 시스템 개발 (Development of a Robotic Surgery System using General Purpose Robotic Arm and Modular Haptic Controller)

  • This paper proposes a low-cost robotic surgery system composed of a general purpose robotic arm, an interface for daVinci surgical robot tools and a modular haptic controller utilizing smart actuators. The 7 degree of freedom (DOF) haptic controller is suspended in the air using the gravity compensation, and the 3D position and orientation of the controller endpoint is calculated from the joint readings and the forward kinematics of the haptic controller. Then the joint angles for a general purpose robotic arm is calculated using the analytic inverse kinematics so that that the tooltip reaches the target position through a small incision. Finally, the surgical tool wrist joints angles are calculated to make the tooltip correctly face the desired orientation. The suggested system is implemented and validated using the physical UR5e robotic arm.
