  • As Christine Daley suggested, "interaction-image" is considered to be typical in the age of "Cinema 3.0", which integrates the interactivity of game art and obscures the boundary between producers and customers. In this case, users are allowed to involve actively in the scene as "players" to manage the tempo of the story to some extent, it, thus, makes users pleased to watch interactive movies repeatedly for trying a diverse option to unlock more branch lines. Accordingly, this paper aims to analyze the contributory factors and effect mechanism of users' reuse intention for gamified interactive movies and offer specific concepts to improve the reuse intention from the interactive film production and operation perspectives. Upon integrating the Flow theory and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and separating the intrinsic and extrinsic motivations of key factors based on Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R), the research builds an empirical analysis model for users' reuse intention with cognition, design, attitude emotional experience and conducts an empirical analysis on 425 pieces of valid sample data applying SPSS22 and Amos23. The results show that user satisfaction and flow experience impact users' reuse intention highly and perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, remote perception, interactivity, and flow experience have significant positive influence on user satisfaction experience.

For this purpose, a survey was performed subject to outpatients and inpatients in 10 hospitals located in Busan district from March 7, 2013 to June 21, 2013 and total 447 copies were used as final study data. As results of this study, it was found that among the hospital selection factors of outpatients, internal conditions and medical service gave effects to patient satisfaction and internal conditions, service of medical staffs and medical service gave effects to reuse intention. It was found also that among the hospital selections factors of inpatients, internal conditions, service of medical staffs and medical service gave effects to patient satisfaction and external conditions, internal conditions, service of medical staffs and medical service gave effects to reuse intention. It was suggested that in the effect of patient satisfaction on reuse intention, both inpatients and outpatients gave the effect and thus higher patient satisfaction was related to higher reuse intention. Therefore, instead of hospital-centered medical treatments, hospitals should restructure its medical and service systems that are patient-centered. Also, it is necessary for the hospital managers to recognize that patient satisfaction is an important factor in increasing its profit.

  • The aim of the study is to investigate the effect of the benefit of soft waxing, hard waxing, and sugaring waxing on intention to reuse in Korean adults, and to provide useful information to people who are new to waxing. As a research method, from May 1, 2019 to August 30 (17 weeks), we surveyed 422 subjects between 10 and 40 years old who lived in Busan and Yeongnam area and experienced waxing. In statistical analysis, Cronbach's alpha was calculated for reliability test, and Chi-squared test, independent t-test, correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were used. Multiple responses were analyzed using multiple response test. In the result of the effect of waxing benefit on intention to reuse, there was a significant positive correlation of waxing seeking score by body part, total waxing benefit score(r=0.389, p<0.001), and total score of intention to reuse (r=0.214, p>0.001) with intention to reuse. There was also a significant positive correlation between waxing benefit by body part and intention to reuse, except arms and legs. In the result of the effect of waxing benefit on intention to reuse, face waxing (β=0.106, p<0.001), Brazilian waxing (β=0.221, p<0.001) and total waxing benefit score (β=0.321, p<0.001) had a significant effect on intention to reuse. In the present study, awareness of sugaring waxing was low but favor and intention to reuse were strong, and the subjects sought sugaring waxing for sensitive body parts. Thus, would provide useful information for consumers new to waxing, and also basic information for studies on waxing.

  • The use of online shopping mall has been increasing rapidly, which reflects the convenience and economic benefits associated with its usage. As with traditional offline businesses, internet businesses have to manage customer relations to provide better services in order to ensure their business sustainability. In this regard, identifying the influencing factors to reuse intention of online shopping mall is very important. In this paper, we aim to examine the effects of perceived and individual variables on intention to reuse in the context of online shopping mall. In order to analyze the antecedents, we selected perceived and individual factors such as shopping enjoyment, concentration, perceived variety and maximizing tendency. For empirical analysis, we surveyed real users of online shopping mall. As a result, all antecedents showed significant influence on intention to reuse except perceived variety and among the variables the concentration has top standardized coefficient. In addition, perceived variety has significant effect on shopping enjoyment but not on concentration. Maximizing tendency is related to shopping enjoyment and concentration significantly. The results of this research can be useful guidelines for online shopping mall providers.
