조직의 전략 유형과 IT 역할이 아웃소싱 의도결정에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Corporate Strategy and IT Role on the Intent for IT Outsourcing Decision)

  • Corporate managers look at IT outsourcing as long-term strategic choices not as short-term tactical ones, and maximizing the effect that IT outsourcing brings about is the main concern to them. Emerging different types of IT outsourcing and their effects on the corporate business decisions necessitate the research on this subject. According to previous researches, the Intent for IT outsourcing is categorized as IS Improvement, Business Impact, and Commercial Exploitation. The decison factors for these IT outsourcing include corporate strategy types, IT role, and interaction between these two. Firm size and IT maturity are selected as moderating factors to add the credibility to the research of the effect of IT outsourcing decision making. Analyzing IT outsourcing data collected from 61 large-size and mid-size domestic firms revealed that corporate strategy rather than IT role is more significant factor affecting the intent for IT outsourcing decision. That means the decision of outsourcing intent is affected by corporate strategy types. Defenders(as in corporate strategy types) tend to use IT outsourcing more as a means to improve information systems, compared to analyzers and reactors. Prospectors tend to use IT outsourcing more as a commercial exploitation, compared to analyzers and reactors. These outcomes prove that corporate strategy characteristics reflect outsourcing intent. There were previous researches that showed outsourcing decision depends on IT role however the hypothesis was rejected that IT role determines outsourcing intent. It was also rejected that the interaction between corporate strategy types and IT role determines outsourcing intent. Corporate decision makers should first analyze corporate strategy, and reflect it on the outsourcing intent when they make IT outsourcing decisions. Only the precise defining of IT outsourcing intent will lower the risk and increase the possibility of success.

소비자가 지각하는 간호 및 의료서비스에 대한 만족과 병원 재이용 의도 분석 (Perceived consumers satisfaction with nursing and medical service and hospital revisiting intent)

  • Purpose: This study is performed to measure the level of nursing and medical service satisfaction according to consumer's demographic and hospital using behavior characteristics, and investigate the relationship among the nursing service satisfaction and the medical service satisfaction and the hospital revisiting intent. Method: The questionnaire is distributed to 300 patients at the six general hospitals in provincial city, Korea. For data analysis, SPSS/PC program is used. Result: The characteristics of consumer's demographics and hospitals using behavior that make difference in nursing and medical service satisfaction are education, the average number of the visiting(by month) and hospitals. Nursing service satisfaction correlated with medical service satisfaction(r=.677) and hospital revisiting intent(r=.570), and medical service satisfaction correlated with hospital revisiting intent(r=.680). Nursing service satisfaction explained medical service satisfaction(45.9%) and hospital revisiting intent(32.5%), and medical service satisfaction explained hospital revisiting intent(54%). Conclusion: It is concluded that education, the average number of the visiting(by month) and hospitals make difference in nursing and medical service satisfaction, and there are very close relationship among nursing service satisfaction and medical service satisfaction and hospital revisiting intent. Nursing service is a very important factor to improve medical service satisfaction and hospital revisiting intent.

안드로이드 암시적 인텐트의 보안 취약점에 대한 연구 (Study on Security Vulnerabilities of Implicit Intents in Android)

  • 안드로이드는 어플리케이션간의 메시지 전달을 위해 인텐트 메커니즘을 지원한다. 인텐트는 어플리케이션간의 통신을 용이하게 하지만 사용에 따라서 보안상 취약점을 가질 수 있다. 특히, 암시적 인텐트는, 메시지를 전달 받을 컴포넌트를 명시하는 명시적 인텐트와 달리, 메시지를 전달 받는 컴포넌트를 지정하지 않기 때문에, 인텐트를 가로채는 인터셉트 공격이나 인텐트를 변조하는 공격에 취약할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 암시적 인텐트의 취약점에 대하여 기존에 연구된 공격 방법들과 대응방안을 다시 살펴본다. 개발자 정의 액션을 사용한 인텐트를 이용하는 공격 방식이 많이 연구가 되어 있지만, 안드로이드 표준 액션을 사용한 인텐트을 이용한 공격은 아직 구체적으로 발견한 연구가 없다. 본 논문에서 안드로이드 표준 액션을 사용한 인텐트에 대한 새로운 공격을 소개하고, 이러한 공격으로부터 스마트폰을 보호하는 방법을 논의하고 제안한다.

방사선사의 직무만족도와 이직의도와의 관계 (A Study on Relationship between Radiologists' Job Satisfaction and Intention of Separation)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine relations between the job satisfaction and separation intent of radiologists from secondary medical institutes, providing basic information needed to earlier prevent radiologists' separation, improve their quality and effectively manage them. 1. The subjects' job satisfaction was 2.32 points in mean score, which was below the average. 2. Concerning difference in job satisfaction among the subjects in accordance with their demographic characteristics, it was found that radiologists are significantly different among them in job satisfaction according to their age and position. 3. The surveyed radiologists' intent of separation was 2.89 points in mean score, which was not significantly high. 4. Concerning difference in the intent of separation among the participants in accordance with their demographic characteristics, it was found that radiologists are significantly different among them in the intent of separation according to their age, marital status, position and average monthly income. 5. There were significant correlations between the subjects' job satisfaction and intent of separation. In other words, the higher radiologists are in job satisfaction, the lower they are in the intent of separation.

패스트푸드점에서 대학생들의 행동의도에 미치는 음식서비스 불평처리의 영향 평가 (Measuring the Effect of Foodservice Related Complaint Handling on University Students' Behavioral Intent in Fast Food Restaurant)

  • The aim of this study was to test the behavioral intent-based model of the foodservice related complaint handling. Accordingly, this study examined the effects of complaint handling on the university students' behaviort based on the word-of-mouth intent and repurchase intent. The findings from this study were as follows. KMO and Bartlett's test statistics showed the data fit factor analysis. The factor loadings, eigenvalues, % of variance, and communalities showed that the convergent validity was supported, the average variance extracted estimates and shared variance showed that the discriminant validity is supported, and composite alpha showed that the internal consistency was supported. It was found that some of main effects on the word-of-mouth intent and the repurchase intent were significant. It was found that some of interactional effects of the complaint type, the degree of correction effort, and the satisfaction with the complaint handling were significant. Overall, the results provide some insights into the types of foodservice related complaint handling strategies or the tactics that can be effectively employed by operators who manage complaint handling for customers dining at fast food restaurants.

보육교사의 임파워먼트와 교직지향성 및 교직지향 이유의 관계 (The Relationships between Empowerment and Child Care Teachers' Intention of Teaching, the Reason for Teaching Intent)

  • This study was designed to examine the relationships between empowerment and child care teachers' intention of teaching, the reason for teaching intent. The subjects were 181 child care teachers from Chungcheongnamdo and the city of Daejeon, Korea. This study was conducted using questionnaires. The results were as follows: first, there were significant relationships between empowerment and child care teachers' intention of teaching and, the reason for teaching intent. There were positive relationships between decision making, professional growth, status, self-efficacy, autonomy, impact empowerment and child care teacher' intention of teaching and, the reason for teaching intent. Second, child care teachers' intention of teaching and the reason for teaching intent were affected by empowerment. Status and professional growth empowerment were the most predictive variables for the child care teachers' intention of teaching. The impact and self-efficacy empowerment were the most predictive variables for enjoy working with children, impact and professional growth empowerment were the most predictive variables for finding meaning in teaching, impact and status empowerment were the most predictive variables for opportunities to face ongoing challenges, and achievement motive. Status empowerment were the most predictive variable for reasonable pay and working environment, stability and skill. Therefore, status and impact empowerment were the most predictive variable for the reason for teaching intent.

  • This study was to investigate the conversion intent of fashion store among college undergraduates. The conversion intent in internet shopping mall and local store was associated with store attributes and relationship quality. A random sample of undergraduate students completed a questionnaire that contained measure of Store attributes, Relationship quality, Conversion intent of fashion store. The results revealed that store attributes of local store were store comport/salesman service, product diversity, store location, price and the store attributes of internet shopping mall were product diversity/easy of navigation, store reliability, screen configuration, sales promotion. Also, the result founded that the conversion intent of fashion store is related to store comport/salesman service in local store and is related to product diversity/easy of navigation, screen configuration, promotion in internet shopping mall. Relationship quality is highly effected of the conversion intent of local store and internet shopping mall. We expect that this research results can be used as a basic material for another study and setting up the marketing strategies in fashion store.

의약분업 이후 종합병원 의사들의 이직의도 결정요인 (Determinants of Intent to Leave among Physicians Working at General Hospitals After the Separation Program of Prescribing and Dispensing)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of intent to leave among hospital physicians. A causal model of intent to leave among hospital physicians was constructed based on the exchange theory. The sample of this study consisted of 185 physicians from 8 general hospitals located in Seoul, Taegu, Kyunggi-province, and Kyungsangnam-province in Korea. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using LISREL. The results of this study indicate that the following variables, listed in order of size, have significant negative effects on intent to leave among hospital physicians; job satisfaction, organizational commitment, task variety, promotional chances, task significance, and pay. Sex (female=0, male=1) was found to have significant positive effects on the intent to leave among hospital physicians. The results imply that hospital administrators should make an effort to improve job satisfaction and organizational commitment which are the key determinants of intent to leave among hospital physicians.

호텔 및 패밀리레스토랑 종사원의 불만족이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Relationship between Job Dissatisfaction and Turnover in a Deluxe Hotel and a Family Restaurant)

  • This study considers the influence of the job satisfaction of employees at deluxe hotels and family restaurants on turnover intent, and seeks to analyze the moderating effects of company type (deluxe hotel and family restaurant) on the relationship between job dissatisfaction and turnover intent. Based on a total of 408 employees, this study reviewed the reliability and validity of the results obtained from empirical research using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously using structural equation modeling (SEM). The major findings are as follows. Job dissatisfaction was separated into five factors: the work itself, promotion, pay and benefits, supervision, and co-workers. The empirical results indicate that job dissatisfaction positively influences the turnover intent of employees. More specifically, the work itself (${\beta}=0.346$, p<0.001), and supervision (${\beta}=0.281$, p<0.001) significantly affects employees' turnover intent, whereas promotion, pay and benefits, and co-workers did not. Therefore, the turnover intent of employees at hotels and family restaurants decreased when they were motivated by strategies related to job dissatisfaction. In addition, the findings demonstrated that the company type moderated the effect of job dissatisfaction (e.g., co-worker) on turnover intent. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

병원 간호사가 지각하는 호혜성과 감정노동이 간호서비스 질과 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Hospital Nurses' perceived reciprocity and Emotional Labor on Quality of Nursing Service and Intent to Leave)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to investigate the relationship among reciprocity, emotional labor, nursing service quality and intent to leave, and to identify factors influencing nursing service quality and intent to leave. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional survey. Participants were 300 nurses working at five general hospitals in two provincial cities in Gyeongsang Province, Korea. From May 1 to June 30, 2014, data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS/PC ver 20.0 programs. Results: There were relationships between reciprocity and nursing service quality, and intent to leave, and between emotional labor and intent to leave. Participants' general characteristics, reciprocity and emotional labor explained 48.4% of variance in nursing service quality and participants' general characteristics and these two independent variables explained 31.9% of intent to leave. Conclusion: These findings indicate that from the perception of hospital nurses, reciprocity and emotional labor are both very important factors to improve the quality of nursing service and decrease the intent to leave. So nursing managers should try to develop various personnel management programs focused on human emotions, and create a mutual respectable organizational culture and work environment.
