The purpose of this study was to explore employees' experiences of integrated services in Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support Centers in Seoul. In-depth interviews were conducted with seven employees, including managers and heads of Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support Centers. The interviews identified three themes: the direction of integrated service, the characteristics of the integration process, and the challenges of integrated service. For the direction of integrated service, the participants identified the integration center as a professional family services organization that provided customized services for different types of families. During the integration process, employees found it difficult to provide integrated services because few guidelines existed on operating an integration center that provided services to families with different characteristics and needs. However, they also explained positive aspects of integration, such as strengthening the business's capacity by expanding the organization. To improve integrated service, employees emphasized the expertise and appropriateness of the family services over the efficiency of the integration centers. They also stressed expansion as a role of a professional family services organization. These findings suggested that establishing a clear direction for integrated service as well as the roles of administrative support agencies is important for activating integrated services.

Integration systems help users consume services more effectively. However, previous integration systems can only enable predefined service cooperation to satisfy users, which is difficult to achieve user-centric service composition in dynamic environments. Therefore, in this paper, a dynamic service integration system is proposed to automatically combine services based on usage history. With this system, services can be dynamically composed to meet users' needs and information can be flexibly transited among heterogeneous services.

Currently, it is not easy for most domestic public libraries to collect and provide reliable health information services on their own. Health information is distributed or professional, making it inconvenient for users to use. Based on the implications derived from the case study, the Library Health Information Integration Service Model was proposed as a specialized information service. The model consists of a composition shared by librarians, health and medical experts, and users, focusing on library websites that provide integrated health information integration services, and has the following features. First, it provides health and medical information on a specialized subject. Second, it provides integrated health and medical information services provided in various ways. Third, librarians and health and medical experts work together to provide information services. Fourth, users can freely use health information integration services online and offline. The model presented in this study means that libraries can play a leading role in health information integration services to increase the utilization rate of public libraries and further contribute to librarians serving as experts in health information services.

Recently, the application of internet services has been realized by effort for an offer of various informations and personalization services. So in this paper, we propose the web service application model for service integration and personalization based on internet multimedia subsystems. For this services integration and personalization, we need to establish a policy of supporting personalization service. And It's required to analyze information of service users and to extract the components for the personalization services. With the process, It will provide the efficient integration between the exist services and the external services and It can be realized detail services for personal with construction of new services model.

The beginning of Web Services was understood as efficient technology for application integration in the internet, thus it was used to integrating the distributed enterprise applications or the e-business applications between partners. But, recently the usage trend of Web Services is largely spreaded out wireless network applications beyond the internet applications. The main reasons are that Web Services is the international standard of W3C, and Web Services is based on XML that is independent of the specific internal implementations such as platform, programming languages, communications networks etc. Currently Major company of Web Services such as MS, IBM, etc. focus on the research about technology for integrating various devices. In this paper, we define and explain technical issues for adapting web services to ubiquitous Environment.

This study aims to develop an integration performance measurement model for each stage of information systems integration. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, first of all, the concepts of IS integration or consolidation are analyzed through theoretical and practical reviews. Also, a number of important studies of domestic and overseas cases about the stage models of IS integration or consolidation are critically reviewed. Second, we proposed three step stage model of is integration, Physical Integration stage, Application Integration stage, Service Integration stage, and Also proposed the performance measurement model for each stage of information systems integration. Third, especially in case of performance indicators and performance measurement methodology for physical integration stage are illustratively proposed, based upon the case of NCIA (National Computing Integration Agency) in Korea. This study provides the theoretical basis for reasonably deriving the stage model and performance measurement model for each stage of Information Systems Integration, and they are validating through investigating domestic and foreign practices. The results of this study are very likely to contribute to presenting the practical guideline for desirably implementing is integration or IS consolidation.

Not only Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) within a company but also business-to-business integration (B2Bi) should be achieved for companies to collaborate seamlessly through the Internet. There have been great efforts in this area of EAI and B2Bi, resulting in lots of solutions in the market. However, EAI and B2Bi systems have been designed and operated in independent platforms and environments causing a serious problem of integrating EAI and B2Bi systems. In this paper we have proposed a business integration platform for connecting EAI and B2Bi systems in a uniform architecture and also coping with changes in business environments. In the integration platform proposed in this work, collaboration processes between B2B companies can be performed using Web Services technology widely considered as B2B integration platform. Especially, we have defined basic business execution elements based on a thorough analysis of various business integration standards and developed an efficient and extensible business process engine for B2B collaboration process management. A Web-based order processing system is developed for validation of our integration platform. It is expected that the level of B2B collaboration can be enhanced using the integration platform and furthermore it will contribute to more collaborative B2B commerce.

This paper proposes and implements a mobile service and web service integration for utilizing public bicycle sharing system NUBIJA. The NUBIJA system is operated by Changwon City, GyeongNam since 2008 and maintains 247 unattended bicycle sharing terminal on the city. Average users per day of the NUBIJA are more than 8,000 and many users want to get more services from their mobile phones. We implemented realtime mobile bicycle rental and return information service. The informations are acquired from each terminal kiosks and we integrated the information and location based services(LBS) on iOS and Android platform. In this paper, we described an integration services between web and mobile application and shows graphical user interface for highly customized on mobile platforms.

The main objectives of this study are (1) to identify the conflict types in IS integration process with respect to M&A, (2) to propose the ways to manage the origin of conflict to be expected, and (3) to develop the conflict management model which establishes the relationship among the M&A strategy, the IS integration strategy and change management process that influence the source of conflict. In order to achieve these research objectives, this study focuses on banking industry under M&A with the viewpoint of change management instead of existing technology-oriented IS integration strategy. The findings of this study are thought not only to be useful as a practical guideline in carrying out IS integration project under M&A but also to provide significant basis for constructing the theoretical framework of effective IS integration strategy.
