To secure national future competitiveness, the Korean government announced the 『National Ultra-High Performance Computing (HPC) Innovation Strategy (2021.5.28.)』 and set three innovation strategy goals throughout establishing an innovation ecosystem. This study presented a heterogenous data-based strategic support framework that allowed to understand both the current status of domestic & foreign R&D areas and domestic industrial economy areas in terms of strategic fields related to ultra-high performance computing, and the empirical research was conducted in the life science and public health area. The HPC innovation ecosystem platform based on the connection of heterogeneous data (domestic R&D project-technology-industry-overseas R&D project) presented in this study provided useful and essential information that allowed establishing a specific action plan for the national HPC innovation strategy and contributing to vitalizing the innovation ecosystem. Since the evidence-based policy assumes that a more reasonable consensus is reached through a non-biased decision- making process among stakeholders, the proposed platform may contribute to enhancing policy momentum by increasing legitimacy and trust of planning of the national HPC strategy.

본 논문에서는 다양한 서비스가 존재하는 스마트시티에 IoT 표준기술을 적용하여, 다양한 센서 및 데이터를 통합 관리할 수 있는 플랫폼 개발에 대해 설명하고자 한다. 플랫폼 개발을 통해 여러 데이터를 통합하여 관리하고, 수집된 데이터를 서비스에 맞춰 가공할 수 있도록 구조를 설계하였다. LwM2M 표준 기술을 기반으로 플랫폼을 설계하여, 다양한 기기를 수용할 수 있는 기능을 제공할 수 있다.

In this paper, we propose a direction for improving 'Geospatial information open platform' service to support the converged and integrated geospatial information. Since there can be a number of issues relating to the support for geospatial information convergence industry, two qualitative surveys were performed to collect opinions comprehensively and specifically. The responses from 165 experts from 5 areas that use geospatial information were used, and the requirements of demanders were divided into the aspect of policy, aspect of data development and distribution, and aspect of data utilization support in order to effectively analyze the survey results. As a result, a total of 26 major issues were derived and it was deemed that it is necessary to find a way to expand the role of 'Geospatial information open platform' from "Open-API Oriented Passive Spatial Information Open Platform" to "Platform that Comprehensively Provides Active Convergence Support Information" order to resolve the issues derived.

The specific goal of the SMS (Ship Management System) is to increate ship safety and decrease maintenance fee. Equipment of ship is managed by PMS (Planned Management System), subsystem of SMS. But hull has not managed by ship manager. So, the Classes have developed the system for hull maintenance. Recently, the ship maintenance system has been developed for satisfying operator's requirements such as managing maintenance data as integrated platform, intuitive manipulation and design for ease of use. To reflect such requirement, 3D Model based maintenance system was introduced for ship in operation stage. Hull items that have to be inspected, repaired, replaced, are stored in integrated data platform with drawing, reports, and etc. and completely linked to 3D product Model. This system is specially developed for measurement and maintenance of hull thickness.

The success of gCRM depends on the availability of adequate, real-time data about customers' location and the provision of diverse value-added services utilizing it. In the existing gCRM systems, however, it seems that the positional precision of customers' location is very low, and further that the services based on real-time location data are not provided. In order to overcome these weaknesses and extend the limited scope of gCRM, we suggest a new design of gCRM system integrated with LBS. We also describe in some detail the system prototype for such an integration.

현대도시와 환경에서 발생하는 여러 종류의 사회문제를 해결하기 위한 목적으로 다양한 정보를 처리하고 운영하는 U-City 통합플랫폼이 도입되었다. 시간이 지나감에 따라 더 많은 자료를 처리해야 하는 어려움과 더불어 제한된 자원으로 적시의 필요한 정보를 찾는 사용자들의 요구를 만족시켜야 하는 어려움에 직면하게 되었다. 플랫폼의 운영비가 더 증가하면 할수록, 이를 유지하고 지속적인 투자를 해야 하는가에 대한 우려가 거세졌다. 이에 우리는 기존의 플랫폼의 한계점을 집어보고, 새로운 요구가 무엇인지 분석하고 기능 등을 개선하고자 하는 항목을 도출하였다. 이를 위해, 대용량 데이터를 처리할 수 있는 새로운 기술을 적용하였으며 전산환경의 기반을 제시하였다. U-City 통합플랫폼의 고도화로 비용절감의 효과와 편익 증가를 기대한다.

세계 10대 도시이며 Metro City인 서울특별시는 인쇄, 봉제, 기계금속 등 전통적인 도심제조업이 분포되어있다. 이들 제조업은 세부 업종 및 공정에 따라 소상공인 집적지를 형성해 서로 상부상조 하는 형태로 발전해왔다. 집적지의 특성상 집적지 내 각 공정별 업체 간 물류는 신속히 이루어지고 있으나 상대적으로 영세한 소상공인이 최종 단계의 완제품 수요자에 대한 주문처리 서비스를 준비하기에는 어려운 현실이다. 따라서 원활한 수주, 배송처리를 위해 집적지 상공인을 위한 통합수주 Fulfillment Service Platform 도입이 시급하다. 본 논문에서는 전통 도심산업 중 인쇄업 소상공인의 기존 Fulfillment Service data를 수집, 분석하고 CRNN, k-NN, ID3 Decision Tree algorithm을 적용한 인공지능 Fulfillment Service Platform 시스템을 설계한다. 본 연구를 통하여 집적지 소상공인 누구나 활용할 수 있는 개별 수주, 배송 맞춤서비스 사용이 가능하게 함으로써 소상공인 매출 증대 및 역량 향상에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

Because of the demands for high performance and high integrated system, the needs for optimal platform becomes more importance. Optimal platform can handle more data effectively with same resources. AMBA(Advanced Microprocessor Bus Architecture)$^{TM}$ defines on-chip communication standard for designing high performance embedded micro-controllers. It is consisted of AHB, ASB and APB. It can support fast implementation and reliability in system that is composed with reusable IPs. DMAC is one of master in system and generate master signals of AHB to communicate data from one slave(peripheral or memory) to another slave. It can reduce burden of CPU and increase system performance. We designed DMAC based on AMBA and it supports 13 Channels. Each channel can be controlled by software program. It decides channel's priority using round-robin method. It can support P2P, P2M, M2P and P2P communication.

The age of autonomous vehicles has come according to development of high performance sensing and artificial intelligence technologies. And importance of the vehicle's surrounding environment sensing and observation is increasing accordingly because of its stability and control efficiency. In this paper we propose an integrated platform for efficient networking, analysis and monitoring of multiple sensing data on the vehicle that are equiped with various automotive sensors such as GPS, weather radar, automotive radar, temperature and humidity sensors. From simulation results, we could see that the proposed platform could perform realtime analysis and monitoring of various sensing data that were observed from the vehicle sensors. And we expect that our system can support drivers or autonomous vehicles to recognize optimally various sudden or danger driving environments on the road.

Advanced Television System Committee(ATSC) 표준을 채택한 지상파 방송 사업자들은 프로그램 편성정보 송출 시 자기 채널 편성 정보만을 전송하기 때문에, 현재 채널을 시청하고 있는 시청자가 타 채널 편성정보를 검색하기 위해서는 타 채널로 튜닝(Tuning) 후 해당 채널에 대한 편성 정보를 받아볼 수 있다. 이러한 이유는 어느 한 지상파 방송 사업자가 자기 채널 편성정보 이외에 타 방송사의 편성정보를 송출할 수 있는 전송 대역폭의 부족 및 서로 다른 방송 사업자간의 이해관계가 원인이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 ATSC의 데이터방송 규격인 Advanced Common Application Platform(ACAP)을 이용한 Xlet 기반의 애플리케이션으로, 자기 채널 편성정보는 현재 수신되고 있는 Program and System Information Protocol(PSIP) 규격을 이용하여 디스플레이하고, 타 방송사의 채널 편성정보 및 장르정보,양방향 데이터방송 정보 등은 리턴 채널(Return Channel)를 이용하여 서비스 될 수 있는 통합편성가이드(Integrated Scheduling Guide, ISG) 구현 방법을 제시하여 문제점을 해결하였다.
