This paper investigates how two different modes of feedback (selective vs. comprehensive) affect selected students' writing development in terms of three different types of measurement (accuracy, fluency, and complexity). 139 university students participated in the study, and 278 writing samples were analyzed. The results of the study indicate that participants who received selective feedback wrote more accurately and fluently than their counterparts. However, in terms of complexity, both selective and comprehensive groups showed no sign of improvement in semester-based investigations. The results of this study support Skehan's (2009) theory of trade-off effects, suggesting that 'natural' tension exists between accuracy and complexity when resources are limited. Moreover, this finding contrasts with the theory of Cognition Hypothesis, which proposes that task complexity will be associated with increases in complexity and accuracy. In the study, selected participants (N=21) strongly nominated their error sources as unfamiliarity toward using key words, usage, transition, and sentence types. This study not only contributes to the accumulation of our current knowledge in the related area of theory, but offers educational implications for those who are dealing with intermediate-level students when deciding what particular teaching content should constitute a priority within a limited instructional period.

In this paper, we studied on the effective structure of an e-Learning Korean Support System for foreigner based on computer systems which is to obey the rules of IMS/AICC International Standard regulations based on LCMS and SCORM. The most important task on this study is to support the function of self-study module through the review of the analysis and results of Korean learning and learning customs. We studied the effective PMS detail modules as well as the Standard Competency Module Management System, which related to LMS/LCMS, Learning an Individual Competency Management System, Competency Registry/Repository System, Knowledge Management System based on Community Competency Module, Education e-survey System and Module learning Support Service System. We suggested one of standard Effective Model of learning Korean Support System which is adopted in a various techniques for foreigner.

The aim of this study was to construct a pre-parent education program for unmarried university students on theological, practical, and psychological bases. Literature related to this subject was reviewed. and the social needs of pre-parent education, the developmental-psychological needs of university students, and the satisfaction of a pre-parent education program were investigated. A pre-parent education program consisting of 3 thematic areas was identified for future parents: the need to improve knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The program content areas were; self awareness, family life-cycle and parental role and social issues arising from dysfunctional family behavior. Multiple instructional strategies were used such as lectures, video tapes, reflective thinking, discussions, debates, role-plays, group presentations, and personality inventories over the course of 16 weeks. The assessment also identified 3 thematic areas and demonstrated improvement of knowledge, altitudes, and skills in the 3 areas.

Recently, an advanced form of blended learning, which incorporates a teaching method that focuses on flipped learning is actively used in colleges. Flipped learning is for learners to pre-learn content through videos uploaded by instructors before class, and then participate in learner-centered learning activities such as discussions and team activities in the classroom. The purpose of this paper is to review where flipped learning is being used in medical schools, and to draw implications for effective and efficient use in medical schools. For this, the definition of flipped learning, how it evolved, educational usefulness of this method of learning, and application cases in medical schools were reviewed. Through the reviews of cases of flipped learning and its positive effects, it is suggested that medical schools consider more use of flipped learning in the classroom instructions, with sensitivity to the individual medical departments' needs, environment and professors' preferences.

최근 사이버대학들은 치열한 입시경쟁을 겪고 있다. 이에 학교들은 교육질 개선을 위하여 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. S 사이버대학의 경우 최초로 전과목별로 실시간 채팅서비스를 제공하여 동영상 강의와 게시판의 한계를 극복하고자 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러닝 교육의 학습효과를 종속변수로 설정하고, 학습내용, 교수설계요인과 채팅서비스를 독립변수로 투입하여, 다중회귀분석을 기법을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 학습내용, 교수설계요인, 채팅서비스 모두는 학습효과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 전교과목에 적용한 채팅서비스는 온라인 교육 효과를 높일 수 있는 방안임을 확인하였고, 효과적인 채팅 서비스의 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

In 2004, a department of engineering education was established at Virginia Tech and Purdue university in the United States. Innovation of engineering education for improving the quality of engineering college education has been progressing. Content of subject of engineering exploration was developed newly for engineering college freshmen. And, effect of a sustainable energy design project on academic achievement for engineering freshmen at Virginia Tech in 2006 was researched. The project was performed throughout a 6 weeks period with one by 50 minutes lecture by professor and one 90 minutes workshop by TAs (Teaching Assistants) every week. To analyze the data, statistical package SPSS (ver. 15.0) was used. In responses to an open-ended question about freshmen students' perceptions of their improvement in design skills, the 3 most identified skills were teamwork, design process, knowledge. In, Korea, an innovation relating to engineering curriculum, facility, instructional strategy and so on will be required.

This study aims to analyze the perceptions and educational needs of pre-service teachers for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education. To this end, we collected survey data from 25 undergraduate students who were enrolled in a teacher education college in Seoul. The purpose of the survey was to measure the importance and current performance for instructional AI use based on the technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge (TPACK) framework, and to explore the priority of educational needs using Borich's needs analysis and the Locus for Focus model. The results of the study confirmed that Ethics and TPK competencies are prioritized. Additionally, the results indicated a high demand for practical knowledge that can be implemented in the practice of education. Based on the results, it is necessary to develop a teacher education program that focuses on ethical aspects and teaching strategy competencies in AI-based education.

이 연구는 과학 학습을 증진시키는데 필요한 교사 지식에 대한 학생들의 인식을 분석함으로써 과학 교사 효과성 요인을 조사하였다. 선행 연구를 통해 규명된 기초적인 교사 지식의 요소들은 탐색적 요인 분석(EFA)에 의해 확인되었으며, EFA 결과를 토대로 구조방정식 모델을 활용하여 확인적 요인 분석(CFA)을 실시하였다. 또한, 규명된 교사 효과성 요인에 대한 학생들의 인식을 성별 및 학업 성취 수준별로 차이를 분석하였다. 탐색적 요인 분석 결과, 과학 교사 효과성 요인으로 5개 요인(실체론적 지식, 구문론적 지식, 교육과정 지식, 학생 이해지식, 교수 전략 지식, 학생 평가 지식)을 확인하였으며, 5개 요인들을 다시 두 개의 교사 지식 범주(SMK와 PCK)로 분류하였다. 확인적 요인 분석 결과 실체론적 지식과 구문론적 지식, 학생이해 지식과 교수전략 지식 간에 각각 높은 상관을 나타내었다. 과학 교사 효과성 요인 중 학생들은 실체론적 지식을 가장 중요한 요인으로 인식하였으며, 학생평가 지식을 가장 덜 중요한 요인으로 인식하고 있었다. 또한 과학교사 효과성 요인에 대해 성별 및 성취수준에 따라 상당한 인식의 차이를 나타내었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 효과적인 과학 수업실행을 위해서 SMK와 PCK가 정합적으로 통합될 필요가 있음을 제안하였다. 이 연구는 과학 교사 전문성 계발과 예비 과학 교사 양성 프로그램 개선을 위한 시사점을 제공한다.

수학 수업에서 요구되는 교사 지식을 '교과 내용 지식', '학습자 이해 지식', '교수 학습 방법 및 평가 지식', '수업 상황 지식'으로 상정하고, 수업 평가 및 교사 지식과 관련된 여러 선행 연구들에 의거하여 본 연구자는 교사 지식 요소 각각에 대한 수업 평가 영역 및 기준 마련을 위한 연구를 수행해 왔다. 본고에서는 지금껏 본인에 의해 수차례 수행된 연구 결과들을 신중히 재검토하여 보다 일관성 있고 체계적으로 수정 보완하고자 하였다. 이때, 각각의 교사 지식에 대한 교사 자신의 자기평가 방법에 따라 측정 용이한, 즉 실제적 활용 가치를 신중히 고려함은 물론, 특히 '수업전', '수업 중', '수업 후'의 상황을 모두 반영한 수학 수업 평가 기준을 새로이 마련하고자 하는데 중점을 두었다. 이처럼, 본고의 연구 결과를 활용하는데 있어서 교사는 수업 전, 수업 중, 수업 후 상황에 국면하게 되고, 교사 지식은 이러한 상황 모두에 요구되나, 실제의 수업 상황에서 모든 교사 지식에 대한 수업 평가 기준을 '동시에' 모두 고려하여 평가, 진단하는 것은 쉽지 않을 일이다. 이에 따라, 교사 자신 및 동료들이 해당 수업에 따라 요구되는 특정의 교사 지식 및 특정의 수업 진행 상황(수업 전, 수업 중, 또는 수업 후)을 선정하여 이에 국한, 집중하여 평가하도록 해야 할 것이다.

과학 기술의 발전은 온라인 학습과 오프라인 학습을 조합한 플립 러닝(flipped-learning)이라는 새로운 형태의 수업 방법을 가져 왔다. 플립 러닝은 오늘날 교육 분야에서 보편적으로 활용되는 혼합 학습의 한 형태이다. 의학 교육과정에서 의료 인문학의 중요성을 강조하고 있음에도 불구하고 교육의 목적을 실현하기 위한 효과적인 교수 및 학습 모형이 없었다. 이 연구는 의료 인문학 수업에 플립 러닝을 적용하기 위해 수업을 설계하고 학습자의 인식을 분석하였다. 수업은 설계-개발-실행-평가의 5 단계 분석으로 구성된 ADDIE 모델을 기반으로 설계하였고, 의료인문학 도입의 목적과 의료인이 가져야 할 역량을 고려하여 수업을 재구성하고 학습자와 학습 환경을 분석했다. 교수자는 강의 영상을 제작하여 수업 전과 후에 LMS를 사용할 수 있도록 하였으며, 수업 중에 학습자와 학습자, 학습자와 교수자의 상호작용이 활발하게 이루어지도록 토론 수업을 실시하였다. 플립 러닝 의료 인문학 수업 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의학 인문 교육의 본질을 실현할 수 있다. 둘째, 의료인의 역량 강화에 기여한다. 셋째, 플립 러닝은 의학 인문학 교육의 새로운 교수 전략으로 활용할 수 있다. 이 연구의 결과는 향후 의료 인문학 수업에서 플립 러닝의 설계와 운영을 위하여 실천 방안을 제공하고 현재 이루어지는 전통적 방식의 의료인문학 수업에서 새로운 교수법 도입의 방향성을 제시하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
