As issue of global environment, Korea government sets the specific goal to reduce CO2 emission by 26.9% in construction industry up to 2020. Korea government is encouraging Greenremodeling and progressing the pilot to establish the guideline and instruction. However, There is a lack of the study on establishing process, tasks of Greenremodeling, and Greenremodeling guidelines and instructions are also insufficient, so the vitalization of Greenremodeling is difficult. Therefore, the purpose of this study is deducting Greenremodeling process and the critical enhancement task of Greenremodeling. For that, deducting the Greenremodeling tasks through analyzing of previous research and taking counsel from experts, and drawing the critical enhancement tasks of Greenremodeling using IPA method. From now on, It is conducted in Greenremodeling business and expected to contribute Greenremodeling market.
In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, enhancing achievement evaluation based on process oriented instruction is essential. It assists human growth both cognitively and mentally. The purpose of this study is to analyze current condition of high school achievement evaluation in Daejeon region for enhancing English class based on achievement Assessment. Analyzing high school achievement evaluation plans as well as analyzing items of paper and pencil test using TELL program was conducted. Reanalysis of global citizen theme-based English according to core achievement standard was performed. The questionnaire was analyzed using the SPSS Win 20.0 Program to figure out significant difference of instructional method, the rate of students' grade improvement, English class related to the state of career recognition. T-test, ANOVA was performed to determine if there was a difference between the individual instructional variables. The research result is designed to construct or develop English class based on achievement evaluation while providing each high school with the result of current state of high school achievement evaluation. Specific characteristics of individual achievement result was conducted in terms of analyzing distribution of answer sheet response in order to be used as information for managing each high school achievement evaluation.

This study analyzed the practical education in fundamentals of nursing, for the 36 nursing schools including 12 4-year nursing schools and 24 junior college nursing schools. This survey was done from september 5th to october 5th in 1995. The results of this study were as follows : 1. Required credit in fundamentals of nursing. 1) The highest incidence of the total required credit was 7 in 4-year nursing school and 9 in junior college. 2) For the lecture course credit, the large number of 4-year nursing school gave 5 credit lessons and 6 credits provided in junior nursing colleges. 3) For the credit of practical education the major portion of 4-year nursing school gave 2 credits instruction, however junior nursing school provided 3 credits. 2. Laboratory practice in fundamentals of nursing. In laboratory practice, the ratio of instructor and student was 1 : 20 in 83.4% of the 4-year nursing school and in 66.7% of the junior nursing school. 3. Contents and hours of fundamental nursing practice. 1) In the area of health assessment and nursing process, the large number of schools allocated following hours : 6 hours for vital signs, 4 hours for nursing process, 2 hours for recording but practice for physical examination and communication was done in few schools. 2) In the area of functional health pattern, the large number of schools allocated practice hours like followings : 2 hours for I/O, 2 hours for gavage feeding, 2 hours for elimination, 6 hours for catheterization, 6 hours for bed making, 2 hours for positioning, 6 hours for personal hygiene, 2 hours for R.O.M, 4 hours for moving turning lifting, 2 hours for inhalation and suction. But C.P.R and terminally ill patient care were taught in smaller number of schools. 3) In the area of special nursing measures, the major portion of nursing schools allocated hours like followings. It consisted of 6 hours for asepsis, 16-18 hours for medication, 2 hours for heat and cold application, 2 hours for wound care. 4) 22.2% of the nursing schools had total review practice time and 36.1% of the nursing schools had the students clinical practice. Based on above mentioned results, 4-year nursing school had faithful practical education of fundamental nursing than junior nursing school. But for the contents and allocated hours for practice education, junior nursing schools were much more contents and hours than 4 year school.
Recently, scientific literacy means not only the acquisition of scientific knowledge but also the linguistic ability to participate in a scientific discourse community. Keeping this in mind, this study investigated middle school students' writings about phase transitions of water in air. Sixty seven students at 9th grade (age 15) students participated in this study and wrote two individual short texts. The result of text analysis can be summarized as follows: (1) students had problems with familiar scientific terms such as 'water vapor' and 'steam' as well as unfamiliar ones like 'dew point'. (2) Students described right semantic relations and at the same time wrong ones more in the idea formed from everyday experience than those from school instruction. (3) While students showed action and process centered writing in text about everyday phenomenon, they showed more preference for technical words and nouns in text about school science. This study suggest that students could develop linguistic ability of science from both spontaneous process based on experience and formal and theoretical learning; the former in forming various semantic relations, the latter in technical and abstract aspect of scientific writing.
This study was done to develop self - directed learning modules related to asepsis and elimination including urine and stool for Fundamentals in Nursing practice education contents and to measure the effectiveness of those modules. The subjects of this study were 96 sophomore students in the nursing college. Self-directed learning modules were developed by the researcher on the basis of the Lippincott Learning System of Kruger (1986) and Modules for Basic Nursing Care of Ellis (1992). Videotape was editted by using videotape made by the Lippincott Company and Film strip made by the Trainex Company with Korean dubbing. Self-directed learning was done for one week with the asepsis module and two weeks with the elimination modules after confirming the requiered level of knowledge acquisition through pre-test. For measuring proficiency in self-directed learning, a written test for cognitive domain, a sufficiency test for psychomotor domain, and a confidnece examination for affective domain were given. The data were analyzed using descritive statistics, and Pearson correlation coefficient using a SPSS-PC program. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Sufficiency test and confidence examination grades showed high levels in both asepsis and elimination. 2. Written test grades showed a high level in asepsis and elimination of urine but showed a medium level in eliminationin of stool. 3. Grades of sufficiency and confidence in asepsis and elimination practice were statistically significant with a moderate positive correlation (r=0.4- 0.5, p<0.001). 4. Grades of sufficiency and written tests in asepsis and elimination practice also were statistically significant with a moderate positive correlation (r=0.5-0.7, p<0.001). 5. Students showed relatively high contentment with the self-directed learning modules themselves but revealed relatively low contentment with video program and the self-directed learning process. In conclusion, this study disclosed that proficiency levels in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains were high when asepsis and elimination modules were applied. Also students showed high satisfaction with the modules themselves, but didn't show high contentment with the video programs. In considering low contentment with the self-directed learning process, it is estimated the students had experienced some difficulties about using self-directed learning modules because this was their first exposure to the self-directed learning module and they were already accustomed to the demonstration-practice method.

This paper is about the basic skills of four operations in numbers and operations areas from step 1 to step 3 in elementary mathematics. Here are the results of the evaluation. First, addition and subtraction take the largest time. The average difficulty rate in operations area is 91.2%. Most students understand the contents of textbook well. Specifically, students easily understand the step 1. However, subtraction has lower difficulty rate than addition. Also, three mixed computation, calculation in horizontal, and rounding(rounding down) are difficult areas for students. The contents of step 2 are fully understood. However, lots of mistakes are found in the process of rounding(rounding down), and sentence problems are thought as difficult. Second, the multiplication is first starting in the step 2-Ga. The unit 'Multiplication 99' takes 13 hours, the longest. The difficulty rate in this unit is 89.4%, students understand well. However, students are influenced by addition and subtraction errors in the process of multiplication, and have difficulty in changing the sentence problem to multiplication expression. Third, the division, which starts in step 3-Ga, has 89.9% of difficulty rate. Students well understand. Result of this paper: most of students understand well four operations, but accurate concept, the relationship between multiplication and division, specific instructions in teaching principles of division calculation and sentence problems are in need. Setting the amount of the contents and difficulty rate in understanding are depends on every school's situation, so suggesting universal standard is really hard. However, studying more objects broadly and specific study will be helpful to suggest proper contents and effective teaching.

The budget for the acquisition and R&D for the national defence systems has come out of tax payers' pockets. On the other hand, the weapon systems become more complex and thus the underlying costs tend to increase continuously. As such, the need for efficiently managing the budget has drastically increased. In accordance with this necessity, the Defence Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) of Korea has issued the instruction No.65 dictating that systems engineering (SE) must be applied when weapon systems are acquired or developed in Korea. Specifically, a list of the products that should be generated from the acquisition programs is provided. The problem is that the unexperienced companies in the defence systems industry cannot easily know how to approach the new regulation. The purpose of this study is to devise a possible remedy to solve the problem. To do so, we first review the list of the products that are required by DAPA. Then, an appropriate systems engineering processes is studied for each product. Then, a necessary link between each product and SE process activity is identified and summarized. The result obtained may be useful as a stepping stone to develop more efficient method for the list of the products.
This thesis reviews the process in which the regulation systems against ownership concentration of newspapers established with the opportunity of legislation of the periodical act in 1987 was reinforced as they were all amended to the newspaper act in 2005 and as they were again amended in 2009 it came to confront crisis in the aspect of press law legislation history. The regulation systems against ownership concentration of newspapers established based on the principle of legality of newspaper function in the Clause 3, the Article 21 of Constitution was reinforced as the newspaper act in 2005 and in 2006 they began to shrink following the Constitution Court decision against newspaper act. As newspaper act and broadcast act are revised in 2009, regulation against combining the management of newspapers with broadcast and regulation against owning multiple number of newspapers came not to exist. Because in this process, the opposition party also allowed limited cross-ownership of newspaper and broadcast, it can be said that the system of newspaper ownership regulation confronted the crisis of dissolution. The instruction of regulation alleviation in a short period of time in spite of the fact that regulation alleviation which allows cross-ownership of newspaper and broadcast is the matter of policy that should be decided after long-term review of the change of media environment and the progress of the power of domination of public opinion is dangerous. Newspapers are strong media with terrestrial broadcast in formation of public opinion on politics. It's because it is difficult to ignore the worry that the power of domination of public opinion of the newspapers which are in oligopoly of newspaper public opinion market can be spreaded to the territory of report broadcast. From the point of view that there is probability for democracy to be ultimately threatened due to the shrink of political Darwinism caused by concentration of media ownership, the alleviation of ownership concentration of newspapers should have premise of long-term social discussion.

The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of secondary science teachers' thoughts on 'good' science teaching and to find a concept that can represent the way the teachers think. Participants were twenty pre- and in-service teachers who were enrolled in a graduate course I taught at a university located in Seoul in the first semester, 2011. The participating teachers collected and analyzed a variety of data and created portfolios while they were trained, as part of the course, on qualitative research methods with the same research questions as those of this study. In the current study, the process in which the teachers and I found answers to the research questions was narratively reconstructed based on the teachers' portfolios and my field notes. It was revealed that science teaching was perceived as a task aiming at realizing some kind of values and that because the teachers pursued various values in the science classroom and there exist conflicting relationships among different values, it was hard to define 'good' science teaching. It was also discussed that science instruction was inherently accompanied with the ongoing process of selecting values as the relationships among the values were ever-changing within the contexts of the classroom. This multi-faceted and dynamic structure of the teachers' thoughts on 'good' science teaching was conceptualized analogically as 'Foucault's pendulum,' which has multiple planes of oscillation. Implications for science teacher education and science education research were suggested.
Currently robots are widely used in schools for educational purpose. With wide spread of robot-based education, it is known that major advantage of robot-based education is to enhance creativity and logical thinking of students. Although robots can be very useful tools for assisting students' study activities, there have not been lots of teaching-learning models for robot-based education.In this paper, a teaching-learning model is presented for robot-based education. The proposed model is designed based on constructivism. The proposed model consists of 6 stages: preparation, design, assembling, demonstration run, evaluation, and application & extension. The proposed model has the following characteristics. First, the proposed model is designed to enhance creativity and logical thinking ability of learners. Learners are supposed to be involved in self-directed activities and required to provide results based on their own ideas. Teachers are supposed to mediate students only if necessary. Second, learners are encouraged to participate in activity via diverse interaction. The interaction in this model includes learner-to-learner interaction, learner-to-teacher interaction, and learner-to-expert interaction. The proposed model encourages learners to solve the problem with cooperating each other. Also, teachers are supposed to guide students if necessary and observe and monitor behavior of students all the time. Third, motivation is provided in the beginning stage of the instruction. Fourth, in the proposed model, both study results and study process are equally important. In the model, study process is reviewed at the final stage.
