사출 성형품의 금형내 잔류음력과 이형후 냉각에 의한 후변형 해석 (Deformation Analysis of Injection Molded Articles due to In-mold Residual Stress and Subsequent Cooling after Ejection)

  • Deformation analysis of injection molded articles whose geometry is considered as the assembly of thin flat plates has been conducted. For the in-mold analysis, thermo-viscoelastic stress calculation of thermo-rheologically simple amorphous polymer and in-mold deformation calculation considering the in-plane mold constraint have been done. Free volume theory has been used to represent the non-equilibrium density state during the fast cooling. At ejection, instantaneous deformation takes place due to the redistribution of in-mold residual stress. During out-of-mold cooling after ejection, thermoelastic model based on the effective temperature has been adopted for the calculation of out-of-mold deformation. In this study, emphasis is also made on the treatment with regard to lateral constraint types during molding process. Two typical mold geometries are used to test the numerical simulation modeling developed in this study.

시험공간에 대한 난방부하 실증실험 및 계산 (Verification Experiment and Calculation of Heating Load for a Test Space)

  • As a way to assess the reliability of programs for building energy analysis, verification experiment and calculation of heating load are simultaneously conducted for a well-defined test space. Experimental conditions are carefully set to minimize uncertainties associated with radiation heating, air change, infiltration, and room-to-room interaction. Dyna- mic load calculations using TRNSYS, which are performed for two different computation domains, rely on the energy rate control that represents inherent load characteristics of a space. The predicted instantaneous heating load favorably simulates the overall behavior the measured one, though the latter fluctuates much more rapidly than the former Comparison of the accumulative load between the experiment and calculations shows a close agreement within an engineering tolerance, regardless of the computation model. It is deduced from such findings that the present experimental results along with weather information can serve as a set of reference data for validating load calculation softwares from the users'standpoint. In order to enhance the completeness of this work, a complementary study on the cooling load for the same test space is highly recommended.

  • 본 논문에서는 단상 PWM 컨버터의 입력전류 제어계와 출력전압 제어계의 안정한 PI 이득을 설계하고 DSP를 이용하여 순시 제어기를 구현한다. DC link 전압 제어기는 연속영역에서 설계하여도 무방하나 입력전류 제어계는 이산화 영향을 무시할 수 없으므로 입력전류 제어계를 연산 시간을 고려하여 이산 영역에서 전달 함수를 구하여 설계한다. 또한 리플전압 추정 루틴을 통하여 실제 커패시터의 정전용량을 알아내는 알고리듬을 제시하고 이 알고리듬에 의하여 DC link 정전 용량을 과도상태에서도 추정해 낼수 있음을 보인다. 실험에 의하여 입력역률 99%와 부하급변시 전압 변동률 $\pm$5% 이하의 결과를 얻었다.

편단 CT 포화 고장 발생시 양단 전류 순시치를 이용한 전류차동계전기의 내·외부 고장위치 판별방안 (Discrimination Method of Internal and External Fault of Current Differential Relay using Instantaneous Value of Current in Case of Fault with One end CT Saturation)

  • This paper presents a simple and practical method which enables to prevent malfunction of protection relay due to differential current caused by one end CT saturation in case of external fault. This method uses difference of magnitude(instantaneous value) between the both end current just before the occurrence of differential current without a separate method to CT staturation detection. One end CT saturation is simulated by current transformer model using type-96 component and the presented method is verified by using EMTP MODELS with respect to internal and external fault with one end CT staturation. The presented method distinguished rightly bewteen external and internal fault with one end CT saturation. This information can be used to prevent malfunction of current differential protection relay in case of external fault. And this method is not affected by sampling rate and has no calculation burden, so it will be applicable to differential current protection relay with ease.

GIS를 활용한 돌발홍수 기준우량 결정 (Determining the Flash Flood Warning Trigger Rainfall using GIS)

  • 본 연구에서는 GIS기법을 활용한 산악지역의 돌발홍수 기준우량을 산정하기위해 지형기후학적 순간단위유량도(geomorphoclimatic instantaneous unit hydrograph, GCIUH)와 연계하여 유출해석을 수행하였다. 천동계곡 유역의 평균경사, 면적, 유로특성등 지형자료 구축에 GIS기법을 적용하였으며, 특히 GCIUH의 중요 입력변수인 하천차수 결정시 GIS기법을 활용하여 차수를 선정하였다. 산악지역 유출량 산정의 적합성을 위해 천동계곡 유역($14.58km^2$)에 대한 확률강우량으로 GCIUH의 첨두유량과 기본 보고서의 확률홍수량 자료를 비교하여 적합성을 확인하였다. 적합성이 확인된 GCIUH를 이용하여 천동계곡 유역의 돌발홍수 기준우량을 산정한 결과 한계유출량이 $11.42m^3/sec$일때, 최초 20분간 기준우량이 12.57mm가 발생하면 위험한 것으로 분석되었다.

HYSPLIT 모형 입력설정에 따른 바람 이동경로 예측 결과 공간 분석 (Spatial Analysis of Wind Trajectory Prediction According to the Input Settings of HYSPLIT Model)

  • 바람에 의해 해외지역에서 국내로 유입되는 비래해충들은 주요 작물에 상당한 피해를 초래할 수 있다. 바람에 의한 비래해충의 이동 경로를 추정하기 위해 기상 모형들이 사용되는데, 본 연구에서는 비래해충이 도달할 수 있는 지역을 예측할 때 입력설정이 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 벼멸구가 중국에서 국내로 유입된다는 가정하에 입자의 바람이동 경로를 추적하기 위해 개발된 HYbrid Single-Particle Lagrangian Integrated Trajectory (HYSPLIT) 모형을 사용하여 바람의 이동경로를 예측하였다. 중국, 한국 및 일본이 포함된 중규모 수치기상모형 자료를 사용하여 순간 및 평균 풍속자료가 포함된 기상입력자료를 생성하였다. 또한, 이동 경로 계산을 위해 계산 시간 간격을 1, 30, 60분으로 설정하였다. 중국에서 벼멸구가 관측된 지점에서 2019년과 2021년 6월 상순 기간 동안 바람의 이동 경로를 계산한 결과, 순간 풍속과 평균 풍속자료를 사용함에 따라 비래해충 도달지점에 큰 차이가 나타났다. 계산 시간에 따른 이동 경로 결과값들의 공간적 분포는 상대적으로 유사도가 높았으며, 순간풍속을 사용한 경우 벼멸구 관측지역과 비교적 유사한 경향이 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 바람 경로를 추적하여 비래해충 도착지점을 추정할 때 사용되는 입력자료의 특성을 파악하고 이들로부터 발생하는 불확도에 대한 고려가 필요함을 시사한다.

디젤 인젝터의 분사율 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Injection Rate Characteristics of a Diesel Injector)

  • In this study, Injection rate tests of a Diesel common-rail injector have been performed with injection volume measurement type injection rate test system EMI21 for construction of injector model can be used in an engine calibration mean valued model. The measuring principle of the test system is based on measurement of dispalcement of a movable measurement piston by the volume of fluid released by the injector. From these injection rate test results, the characteristics on shape of instantaneous injection rate and injection fuel amount have been investigated and injection fuel amount calculation equation based on test results has been newly constructed. This equation is very simple and calculation error is less than 5% with test results for wide range injection pressure (200~1800 bar) and injection duration ($200{\sim}1800{\mu}s$) conditions. So, it is anticipated that newly constructed simple injection fuel amount model in this study can be efficiently used on engine calibration and control model.

연안수역에서 투기준설토의 초기거동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Initial Behavior of Dredged Material Disposal in the Coastal Water)

  • Investigation of the physical behavior of dredged material disposal in coastal water includes estimations of water column concentration in the receiving water, exposure time, the initial deposition pattern as well as thickness of material at the dumping fields near the estuary area. Calculation based on vertical setting and horizontal advection of single particles ignore the effects of bulk properties of the disposed material, vertical and horizontal diffusion, and material dilution due to the entrainment of ambient water during descent. This paper focuses on the spatial and temporal changes in the dumping fields for the water column and bottom at a hypothetically confined coastal water, where the ambient time-invariant velocity and density profiles are applied, within the initial time period following the instantaneous release of the dredged material. This model accounts the behavior of material after release divided into three phases: convective descent, dynamic collapse and long-term passive dispersion

  • This paper proposes a numerical modeling approach to simulate the hybrid combustion phenomena. From the physical understandings of hybrid combustion, the computational domain was separated into three regions: the solid fuel, gas phase reactive flow, and the interface between solid and fluid. Moreover, for the accurate calculation, computational grids for these regions was generated at every time step considering the instantaneous moving interface which are governed by the balance equations using thermal pyrolysis. In the domain of reactive flow, by virtue of diffusion flame structure, turbulent combustion modeling was introduced using either mixture fraction approach or mean reaction rate approach.

  • Simultaneous measurement with PLIF(Planar Laser-Induced Fluorescence) and Stereo-PIV(Stereo Particle Image Velocimetry) was performed to investigate the structural characteristics of flow field in Rushton Turbine Mixer. Instantaneous 3D velocity fields are measured by two 2K${\times}$2K CCD cameras focused on an object plane with the angular displacement methods while the concentration fields are obtained through the measurement of the fluorescence intensity of Rhodamine B tracer excited by the second pulse of Nd:Yag laser light. Image distortion due to the camera view-angle is compensated by a mapping function. Finally, the spatial structures of turbulent flow around Rushton turbine were identified by the calculation of synchronized data of the velocity field and concentration field.
