Education Improvement Plan Related to Data Analysis & Processing in the ICT Field for the Era of Hyperconnectivity & Superintelligence

  • Since the 4th Industrial Revolution is implemented based on superintelligence, new insights must be provided through convergence studies with other fields to find optimal solutions to create new ideas. In this paper, we intende to present improvement measures for probability and statistical education, which is an athlete's subject on data analysis and processing in the ICT(Information & Communication Technologies) field in the era of superintelligence of the 4th industrial revolution. This paper aims to strengthen competitiveness through early development and commercialization of new technologies by presenting probabilities and statistical curriculums that require linkage in the ICT field. Second, it is necessary to present an educational system diagram linking probabilities and statistics in the ICT field to prepare a mid- to long-term response strategy for ICT education in response to innovative changes. Third, through a survey, we intend to present an effective educational operation plan linking probability and statistics to ICT major subjects by analyzing the perception of probability, statistical importance, and utilization of majors in this field.

  • Analyzing the psychological and pedagogical literature, we showed the interest of researchers in the problem posed. The concept of competence is considered, which is interpreted as giving the key to solving a wide range of educational and life tasks. Research competence implies the ability to cooperate, enter into contacts, readiness for changes, for self-determination and is an integral quality of the individual, expressed in the readiness and ability to independently search for solutions to new problems and creative transformation of reality based on a set of personal and meaningful knowledge, skills, methods of activity and value attitudes.The article offers conditions that certify the improvement of forms and methods of training students in the formation of research competence of future specialists. The use of innovative technologies contributes to improving the level of training of future specialists: students are better prepared for classes, take an active part in the assimilation of program material in laboratory classes. It is noted that this creates a subject-subject relationship between the student and the teacher, and changes the attitude of students to classes. In the process of such organization of educational activities, students are convinced of the need for knowledge and its effectiveness, learn to compare, generalize, classify, establish cause-and-effect relationships, express opinions, defend their point of view, they ensure success in their studies, and develop research competence. It is proved that in order to apply the latest technologies, the teacher himself must know them well, that is, constantly improve himself, master new methods, techniques, ideas, which will help him create new pedagogical technologies and implement them in the educational process.

  • The article assesses the functioning of the DE system or a separate educational institution, where it can be carried out on the basis of developed criteria or on a regulatory basis. The assessment was carried out on the basis of a qualitative and quantitative nature by comparing the actual state of affairs with a certain "ideal" (educational standard), which must be defined and used as a kind of benchmark against which the assessment is made. Conducted an assessment based on a regulatory framework that represents an alternative approach. It has been emphasized that the exceptional difficulty in determining the ideal indicators (norms) of the activities of universities, it has been found that the normative approach, in which the activities of traditional and open universities are compared, taking into account the differences in social, cultural and economic conditions, is the most acceptable.

신기술·트렌드의 국내 교육적 활용을 위한 촉진 및 방해 요인 분석 (An content analysis of facilitating and conflicting factors on the Korea's educational uses of emerging technologies and trends)

  • 본 연구는 미래교육의 변화를 주도할 것으로 예측된 신기술 및 트렌드가 국내 교육현장에 활용될 수 있는 촉진 요인과 방해요인은 무엇인지를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌 분석을 통해 도출된 20개 신기술 트렌드에 대하여, 총 24명의 연구, 정책, 학교 및 기업현장 전문가들을 대상으로 촉진요인과 방해요인에 대한 개방형 온라인 설문 조사를 통해 수집된 질적 자료에 대한 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 콘텐츠의 효과성과 기술의 성숙도가 가장 주요한 촉진요인이자 방해요인이 될 수 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 교수학습방법에서의 혁신적이고 다양한 교수 학습 방법 및 학습동기를 촉진할 수 있는 가능성, 기술의 성숙도를 비롯한 기술의 대중화와 보편성 확대가 주요한 촉진요인으로 드러났다. 반면, 윤리적 측면에서의 부작용이나 개인정보 보호, 제도적 측면에서의 낮은 부합성이나 불충분한 검증, 교육 환경 측면에서의 네트워크 및 인프라 환경 미비 등이 주요한 신기술 및 트렌드의 저해요인으로 밝혀졌다.

  • Innovation is broadly defined as the creation or adoption of new ideas and technologies, which has become an instrumental tool to determine the success and development level of a country as it leads to competitiveness and productivity of companies. Innovation is influenced by many factors including geographic and socio-economic factors as well as a political framework. In fact, innovation is systemic in nature, and it focuses on interactions amongst a nexus of processes such as Research and Development (R&D), production, business, and education, amongst other factors. However, not all innovation ecosystems have the same architectural models or internal collaboration. This paper aims to review the structure of the National Innovation Ecosystem by highlighting the different actions taken by the Government of Mauritius over the years. The multipronged approach of the government will be demonstrated through the different lines of actions to boost the innovation culture and offers a foundation for other small island developing state to follow to be at par with other innovative economies.

  • The theoretical and methodological provisions that allow to systematically and comprehensively study the postgraduate pedagogical education of teachers; the essence and features of postgraduate pedagogical education of teachers of diverse training institutions, providing professional and pedagogical training of this category of pedagogical personnel, have been determined; regularities, principles and conditions for the implementation of promising directions of development of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education for teachers of diverse training have been developed; developed technological support for the development of postgraduate pedagogical education for teachers of multidisciplinary training; identified and substantiated promising directions for the development of postgraduate pedagogical education for teachers of multidisciplinary training in vocational education, due to the modernization.

  • This paper identifies GNSS education and training program under Geomatic field of study. GNSS education programs is evaluated $vis-{\grave{a}}-vis$ new-products. Data on Geomatic knowledge generation in the era of the GNSS derivatives over the 1975 - 2003 period are examined. The emerging trends and patterns; in particular for selected Asian nations will be dissected in detail. The knowledge indicator used in this study is the patent ownership against the background of emergence of new core technologies and innovations in the field of GNSS. Looking at the dismal performance of Geomatic professionals in terms of innovative activities in most part of Asian and Malaysia in particular, is it there is something that holding up these professionals from doing so? With our universities and numerous polytechnics offering Geomatic program, more is expected from them. Is it a problem of lack or inadequacy of skills? Or is it these professionals are too busy and being narrowly focused on doing something else?

  • 4차 산업혁명의 시대를 맞아 인공지능, 빅데이터 및 사물인터넷 등의 기술을 다룰 융합적 창의력을 갖춘 고급 공학인력을 양성할 필요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 4차 산업시대를 위한 융합적 창의력을 갖춘 실무형 공학인재를 육성하는데 필요한 산학협력을 기반으로 하는 설계 중심의 새로운 공학교육 방안들을 제시한다. 기존의 공학교육혁신 활동의 장단점을 분석하고 교육 제도 및 교육환경의 요구조건에 대해 경험을 바탕으로 실제적인 필요 요소를 제시한다. 산학 협력 환경 마련을 위한 방안, 종합설계실 구축과 설계교육 운영 방안, 산학협력 기반의 교육 운영 방안, 종합설계 관리를 위한 공학인증 운영 시스템 구축 방안들을 다룬다. 특히 정부의 지원과 협력 방안에 대해서 기존의 활동에 대한 분석과 함께 새로운 역할을 제시하며 혁신적 공학교육의 핵심 요소인 효과적인 설계 교육을 학습자 중심의 교육방법론을 접목하여 수행하는 방법에 대하여 논한다. 제안하는 방안들은 대부분 저자의 교육 현장에서 그 필요와 효과가 검증된 것들이다.

  • 제 4차 산업 혁명을 맞이하고 있는 최근 대학 교육은 전문적인 지식의 전수보다 문제해결력이나 창의성을 강조하고 있다. 뿐 만 아니라 첨단 정보통신기술이 융합되어 혁신적인 변화가 이루어지면서 융합 교육에 대한 필요성이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 IT 융합 교육을 실시한 후와 일반 융합 교육을 실시한 후, 창의적 문제 해결 역량의 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과 일반 융합 교육보다 IT 융합 교육을 받은 수강생의 창의적 문제 해결 역량이 더 높았으며 통계적으로도 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 이에 창의적 문제 해결 역량 함양을 위해 대학에서는 각종 강좌에 IT 융합 교육을 연계한 교육이 활성화되어야 할 것이다.

  • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과 모바일 기술은 식물원, 공원, 박물관이나 교실 등과 같은 다양한 실내외 공간에서의 참신한 학습 경험들을 가능하게 하는 새로운 기술이다. 본 연구에서는 체험학습자들이 유비쿼터스 환경의 실내외 공간에서 RFID 리더기가 부착된 모바일기기를 가지고 체험학습이 가능한 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템은 학습자가 학습자의 학습 수준에 따라 학습 내용을 제공하여 개인별 학습 활동이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 실험결과 학습자들은 RFID 태그가 부착된 체험학습장에서의 체험학습에 적극적으로 흥미를 느꼈다.
