칼라 영상에서의 중심 객체 추출에 관한 연구 (A Study on Extraction of Central Objects in Color Images)

  • 본 논문에서는 영상에 포함된 중심 객체를 추출하는 방법에 대해 제시한다. 중심 객체는 촬영의 중심이 되어 영상의 중앙 부분에 비교적 큰 면적을 차지하는 객체로 정의하는데 영상 내용에 대한 중요한 정보를 제공한다. 중심 객체 추출을 위해 우선 입력 영상에 대해 해상도를 줄여가며 영상 분할하고 분할된 결과에 대해 계층적 영역 병합을 수행함으로써 객체가 많은 수의 영역으로 세분화되어 영상 분할되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하였다. 분할된 각 영역은 영상의 경계와 접하는 경계 영역과 그 외의 비경계 영역으로 분류하였다. 비경계 영역은 중심 객체에 해당될 가능성이 있는 영역으로써, 이들 중에서 영상 중심 부근에서 가장 큰 크기를 차지하는 영역이 핵심객체영역으로 선택된다. 또한 경계 영역 중에서 영상의 네 모서리에 인접하는 영역은 핵심배경영역으로 선택되어 핵심객체영역과 함께 중심 객체 추출에 이용된다. 각 비경계 영역은 핵심 배경영역및 핵심객체영역과 칼라 분포 유사도출 비교하여 배경영역과 전경영역으로 분류된다. 핵심객체영역 및 핵심객체영역과 연결성을 가지는 전경영역이 최종 중심 객체로 선택된다. 본 논문에서 제안된 방법은 비교적 복잡한 배경을 갖는 영상에 대해서도 어느 정도 만족할 만한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • Here we introduce so called Reference code-weighted sum of all PN codes used in the system-. We do inner product operation between received PN code and Reference code rather than locally generated PN code in the receiver. Acquisition process can be accomplished by only one inner product during full period of PN code. It's essential innovation against present method which can be viewed successive hypothesis test by inner product for entire candidate PH codes set. Well -defined decision region makes it possible. We suggest the. criterion fur designing the decision region and find a condition for weight (coefficient) of Reference code.

낙동강 하구지역의 식물플랑크톤 극대역 변동에 관한 수직시뮬레이션 -II. 식물플랑크톤 극대역 변동의 수치시뮬레이션- (The numerical simulation on variation of phytoplankton maximum region in the estuary of Nakdong river -II. The numerical simulation on variation of phytoplankton maximum region-)

  • It is very important to interprete and simulate the variation of phytoplankton maximum region for the prediction and control of red tide. This study was composed of two parts first the hydrodynamic simulation such as residual current and salinity diffusion and second the ecological simulation such as phytoplankton distribution according to freshwater discharge and pollutant loads. Without the Nakdong river discharge residual current was stagnated in inner side of this estuary and surface distribution of salinity was over 25psu. On the contrary with summer mean discharge freshwater stretched very far outward and some waters flowed into Chinhae Bay through the Kadok channel and low salinity extended over coastal sea and salinity front occurred. From the result of contributed physical process to phytioplankton biomass the accumulation was occurred at the west part of this estuary and the Kadok channel with the Nakdong river discharge. When more increased input discharge the accumulation band was transported to outer side of this estuary. The frequently outbreak of red tide in this area is caused by accumulation of physical processes. The phytoplankton maximum region located inner side of this estuary without the Nakdong river discharge and with mean discharge of winter but it was moved to outer side when mean discharge of the Nakdong river was increased. The variation of input concentration from the land loads was not largely influenced on phytoplankton biomass and location of maximum region. When discharge was increased phytoplankton maximum region was transferred to inner side of the Kadok channel. ON the other hand when discharge was decreased phytoplankton maximum region was transferred to inner side of this estuary and chlorophyll a contents increased to over 20$\mu\textrm{g}$/L Therefore if any other conditions are favorable for growth of phytoplankton. decreas of discharge causes to increase of possibility of red tide outbreak.

Genetic diversity and population structure in five Inner Mongolia cashmere goat populations using whole-genome genotyping

  • Objective: As a charismatic species, cashmere goats have rich genetic resources. In the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, there are three cashmere goat varieties named and approved by the state. These goats are renowned for their high cashmere production and superior cashmere quality. Therefore, it is vitally important to protect their genetic resources as they will serve as breeding material for developing new varieties in the future. Methods: Three breeds including Inner Mongolia cashmere goats (IMCG), Hanshan White cashmere goats (HS), and Ujimqin white cashmere goats (WZMQ) were studied. IMCG were of three types: Aerbas (AEBS), Erlangshan (ELS), and Alashan (ALS). Nine DNA samples were collected for each population, and they were genomically re-sequenced to obtain high-depth data. The genetic diversity parameters of each population were estimated to determine selection intensity. Principal component analysis, phylogenetic tree construction and genetic differentiation parameter estimation were performed to determine genetic relationships among populations. Results: Samples from the 45 individuals from the five goat populations were sequenced, and 30,601,671 raw single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) obtained. Then, variant calling was conducted using the reference genome, and 17,214,526 SNPs were retained after quality control. Individual sequencing depth of individuals ranged from 21.13× to 46.18×, with an average of 28.5×. In the AEBS, locus polymorphism (79.28) and expected heterozygosity (0.2554) proportions were the lowest, and the homologous consistency ratio (0.1021) and average inbreeding coefficient (0.1348) were the highest, indicating that this population had strong selection intensity. Conversely, ALS and WZMQ selection intensity was relatively low. Genetic distance between HS and the other four populations was relatively high, and genetic exchange existed among the other four populations. Conclusion: The Inner Mongolia cashmere goat (AEBS type) population has a relatively high selection intensity and a low genetic diversity. The IMCG (ALS type) and WZMQ populations had relatively low selection intensity and high genetic diversity. The genetic distance between HS and the other four populations was relatively high, with a moderate degree of differentiation. Overall, these genetic variations provide a solid foundation for resource identification of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region cashmere goats in the future.

매끄러운 하상위 난류의 내부 영역 유속 분포 공식 (An Inner Region Velocity-Profile Formula of Turbulent Flows on Smooth Bed)

  • 난류의 내부 영역의 유속은 단순한 공식으로 표현하기 매우 어려운 형태를 가지고 있다. 이 속도 분포를 기술하는 여러 가지 공식들이 제안된 바 있지만, 모든 공식들은 많은 항들을 가지거나 적분형 또는 음함수꼴을 가지고 있다. 이것은 이 식들이 적용하기 힘들거나, 매개 변수들을 추정하기 어렵다는 것을 의미한다. 이 연구에서는 매끄러운 바닥 위를 흐르는 난류 내부 영역의 유속 분포를 표현할 수 있는 간단한 형태의 새로운 공식을 제안하였다. 이 공식은 전통적인 대수 법칙에 감쇄 함수를 곱한 형태이다. 단 하나의 추가적인 매개 변수를 도입하여, 전체 내부 영역의 유속 분포를 적절하게 표현할 수 있었다. 이 공식은 벽법칙이 성립하는 바닥 근처의 유속과 대수 법칙이 성립되는 중복 영역의 유속 분포까지를 적절하게 나타낼 수 있다. 또한, 추가된 매개 변수인 감쇄 계수는 쉽게 추정할 수 있다. 이 변수는 Reynolds 수의 변화에 민감하지 않으며, 공식에 의하여 계산된 유속 분포도 또한 이 매개 변수의 변화에 대해서 민감하지 않다.

표면 효과를 고려한 극박 SS304 스테인리스 강판의 굽힘 거동 분석 (Analysis of Bending Behavior of Ultra-thin SS304 Stainless Steel Sheets Considering the Surface Effect)

  • The surface region of a sheet metal may have different characteristics from the inner region because the surface region is less restricted than the interior. In addition, the grains on the free surface are less hardened because of surface adsorption of the dislocations, rather than piling up. In the case of bulk or thick sheet metals, this effect is negligible because the fraction of the surface region is much smaller than that of the inner region. However, this surface effect is important in the case of ultra-thin sheet metals. In order to evaluate the surface effect, tensile and bending tests were performed for the SS304 stainless steel with a thickness of 0.39 mm. The bending force predicted using the tensile behavior is higher than the measurement because of the surface effect. To account for the surface effect, the surface layer model was developed by dividing the sheet section into surface and inner layers. The mechanical behaviors of the two regions were calibrated using the tensile and bending properties. The surface layer model reproduced the bending behavior of the ultra-thin sheet metal.

Isolation and Identification of Lactic Acid Bacteria from Traditional Dairy Products in Baotou and Bayannur of Midwestern Inner Mongolia and q-PCR Analysis of Predominant Species

  • In this study, traditional culture method and 16S rRNA gene analysis were applied to reveal the composition and diversity of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) of fermented cow milk, huruud and urum from Baotou and Bayannur of midwestern Inner Mongolia. Also, the quantitative results of dominant LAB species in three different types of dairy products from Baotou and Bayannur were gained by quantitative polymerase chain reaction (q-PCR) technology. Two hundred and two LAB strains isolated from sixty-six samples were identified and classified into four genera, namely Enterococcus, Lactococcus, Lactobacillus, Leuconostoc, and twenty-one species and subspecies. From these isolates, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis (32.18%), Lactobacillus plantarum (12.38%) and Leuconosto mesenteroides (11.39%) were considered as the dominated LAB species under the condition of cultivating in MRS and M17 medium. And the q-PCR results revealed that the number of dominant species varied from samples to samples and from region to region. This study clearly shows the composition and diversity of LAB existing in fermented cow milk, huruud and urum, which could be considered as valuable resources for LAB isolation and further probiotic selection.

수평미세관의 직경이 R-22 및 R-407C 비등열전달에 미치는 영향 (Effect on Boiling Bleat Transfer of Horizontal Micro-channel Diameters for R-22 and R-407C)

  • Boiling heat transfer coefficients and pressure drops for R-22 and R-407C were measured in horizontal micro-channels. The test section is stainless steel tube, inner tube diameters are 1.8mm and 2.8mm, and the respective lengths are 1500mm and 3000mm. The range of mass flux is 300-600kg/$m^2$s and heat flux is 5-15kW/$m^2$. In this results, pressure drop increased linearly for both R-22 and R-407C with increased mass flux, but the increase of heat flux did not affect the pressure. In addition, the pressure drop was fairly increased in the high quality region rather than low quality region. In the range of low quality, the mass flux had a small affect on the heat transfer coefficients, however, in high quality region, the heat transfer coefficients increased even more with increasing mass flux. Under the low quality region and low mass flux, the heat transfer coefficients increased with increasing heat flux densities. The effects of inner tube diameter were clearly observed. Namely, the measured pressure drop inside inner tube diameter 1.8 mm is higher than 2.8 mm with increasing the mass flux and heat flux. Also, the measured local heat transfer coefficient inside inner tube diameter 1.8 mm is higher than 2.8 mm in the range of high qualities. The experimental data for R-407C compared with proposed correlation using pure refrigerant. The experimental data for R-407C was more decreased than the proposed correlation for pure refrigerant up to 50% or more.

주파수 영역별 Cochlea Dead Region과 증폭 이득에 따른 어음인지능력 평가 연구 (A Study on Speech Recognition Estimation of Cochlea Dead Region and Amplification Gains According to Frequency Bands)

  • 감각신경성 난청의 원인 중 하나는 내이에 존재하는 와우(cochlea)의 기능적 이상 때문이다. 와우에서 내유모세포(inner hair cell, IHC)나 신경의 기능적 이상이 있는 곳을 'dead region'이라고 한다. 보청기에서 dead region에 속하는 주파수 영역의 증폭은 효과가 미약한 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 dead region의 위치에 따른 음성신호의 인지 능력 비교와 dead region이 존재할 때 보청기의 효과적인 이득값을 알아보기 위해 WRS 검사와 선호도 조사를 실시하였다. WRS(Word Recognition Score)검사와 선호도 조사를 위해 정상 청력 능력을 지닌 성인 남녀 8명을 대상으로, white noise와 babble noise를 이용하여 신호 대 잡음비(SNR) 0dB의 조건으로 검사음과 혼합하였으며, dead region의 영역을 세 가지로 분류하였다. 주파수 영역에 따라 low-frequency, mid-frequency, high-frequency dead region으로 나누고, 각 dead region에 따라 14.5 dB, 11.5 dB, 6 dB의 증폭 이득을 다르게 하여 결과를 비교하였다. dead region의 위치에 따른 검사 결과는 각 영역별로 차이가 있었다. WRS 검사결과 low-frequency dead region일 때 보다, mid-frequency dead region나 high-frequency dead region일 때의 WRS점수와 선호도 평가가 높게 나왔으며, 증폭 이득값의 차이를 비교해 보았을 때, 14.5 dB의 이득에 비해 낮은 이득을 주었을 때 WRS 검사 결과값이 더 높게 나왔으며, 높은 이득일수록 선호도 조사에서 낮은 점수를 받았다.

블록 기반 영역 분할을 이용한 객체 기반 스테레오 정합 기법 (An Object-based Stereo Matching Method Using Block-based Segmentation)

  • 본 논문은 객체 기반 스테레오 정합에 있어서, 분할영역 내부에 존재하는 단계적인 변위의 변화를 추정할 수 있는 스테레오 정합 알고리즘에 관한 것이다. 우산 분할영역을 효과적으로 표현할 수 있는 복수의 샘플점들을 선정한 다음에 각 샘플점 주위에 인접한 영역 내부의 미소영역을 취하여 스테레오 정합을 수행한다. 이후, 선택된 각 샘플점의 변위에 의한 평면의 방정식을 이용하여 내부 변위들을 보간한다. 제안된 방법에 따르면, 샘플점에서 얻어진 변위 값을 영역내부로 전파시킴으로써 깊이 추정이 단지 특징점들에서만 국한되는 특징 기반 기법의 문제점을 해결할 수 있으며, 또한 분할영역의 외곽선에서 샘플점을 추출함으로써 단순 영역에서의 깊이 추정이 모호하게 되는 영역기반 기법의 문제점을 효과적으로 억제시킬 수 있다.
